Thomas Sowell once noted, "One of the great paradoxes of life is that really good people will find many things about themselves that they don’t like. The really bad people can’t find anything about themselves that they don’t love."  Well, that's the left.  Unrepentant, unmoved by the disasters they create, and unwilling to change, because the left is evil, and in love with itself.

Over the years I have posted many articles that clearly outline the dangers of leftism, (and why leftism fails, and the reason is all their basic assumptions and policies are in fact mostly failures in any foundational morality, failures in logic, failures in facts, failures in performance and failures in outcomes.  That is..... promised outcomes.  They promise utopia, and deliver dystopia, and the left not only refuses to accept the insanity of their views, they blindly pursue them unendingly.

As a result, the outcome of their real goal is often successful. Destroy individuality and create a government-imposed collective, with absolute obedience from society.

On April 29, 2013 Vladimir Tismaneanu posted this piece, The Virtue of Lucidity: Yuri Glazov and the Fate of Communism, saying:

There is one feeling that people living in non-totalitarian countries are unable adequately to understand: a feeling of fear in a country without law and without justice. This feeling of fear could be read in the eyes and faces; it could be heard in voices and speeches. The feeling of fear destroys the process of communication between people. They say what they do not mean. They hear in other people’s words what is not meant. Who creates this atmosphere of fear? Who requires it? Can it be kept under control? To what extent does this feeling of fear alter the whole nature of a person?

These are disturbingly vital (or, under Soviet conditions, mortal) questions to which Glazov offered remarkably persuasive answers. Fear and mendacity were intertwined in the genesis of what the system aimed at, the New Man, Homo Sovieticus. Communism was not only a political and social revolution, but even more important, it championed an anthropological mutation.

Currently that meme is being promoted with schemes of "diversity, equality and inclusion", universal vaccinations with experimental drugs that aren't real vaccinations, lockdowns and mask mandates.  All of which amounts to a dystopic tyranny, imposed with a bludgeon of fear, persecution, imprisonment and death, just like the schemes and dreams of the Soviet Union.

That’s what's occurring now, and it has been the history of leftism since the French Revolution. So, if that’s the case, and it is, why should we believe what we're seeing now is any different than anything the left is promoting today?

We shouldn't! 

 Socialism in all its permutations such fascism, communism and environmentalism,  all being promoted by the Democrat party, are doomed because they are based on ideological zeal that has no sound moral, logical or factual foundation to support the gigantic structural programs of social engineering they create. 

When we give in to the false scares and schemes they promote like Anthropogenic Climate Change, once known as Global Warming until the warming pattern stopped 25 years ago, we are merely enablers to concepts that are failures in fact, failures in logic, failures in morality, failures in application, failures in outcome.   At some point we reach the "inevitability factor when reality reaches its zenith", which is when the world can clearly see the lack of rational structure because of the totality of their failure.

Leftism has failed everywhere, and at every point in history because it despises the individual and adores the collective.  That creates a system that is irrational, misanthropic and morally defective.  It has no consistent or sound stable moral foundation, other than to do whatever it takes to get power and hold on to it.  How else can you explain the horrible abuses the left has heaped on humanity?

The socialist monsters of the 20th century like Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Castro and Pot Pol were responsible for the deliberate murder of over 100 million people in the 20th century, many of them deliberately starved to death by these leftist madmen.  Chavez and Maduro in Venezuela and Xi Ping in China in the 21st century have continued to perpetuate that vileness.   I really think we need to add our own American politicians to this list of leftist madmen perpetrating crimes against humanity, like governors Cuomo, Whitmer, Newsom, Murphy, and Wolf, all involving these fraudulent pandemic scares and policies they've promoted and orchestrated.

 Especially Andrew Cuomo,who now has been excused from his crimes by leftist prosecutors.

Environmentalism is a true scion of the left.  Currently it's the spear point of the world wide socialist movement, sharing the morally defective views of the left.  Their claims about concern for human health and conditions are nothing more than the same propaganda that the left has spouted for over 100 years.  Which through their policies and programs has been responsible for at least that many deaths since Rachel Carson's vile science fiction book Silent Spring, and just like these leftist dictators, they aren’t done yet.    

We should recognize their cries about “it’s for the children” as nothing more than an emotional smoke screen to hide their real objectives because we have more than enough historical foundation to know what their schemes do “to the children”!

It's no less a lie now that it was when Marx spouted it in his life, along with the madmen of the French Revolution who spouted it during The Terror, "state-sanctioned violence and mass executions during the French Revolution", when in "1793 and 1794, France's revolutionary government ordered the arrest and execution of thousands of people.

The Soviet Union seemed untouchable, in spite of the massive problems their economic and social system created, which bankrupted them, and then only because Ronald Reagan made it clear he wasn't going to continue the policy of appeasement of his predecessors and created the Star Wars defensive initiative.   That scared the Soviets and they simply couldn't compete with the U.S. economically or militarily, and dissolved, much to the shock of the world, especially the world of leftists at the New York Times, the main stream media and America's Foggy Bottom, aka, the State Department.

America, and the world, is suffering a blight of corrupt "corporate oligarchs, feckless politicians, sycophantic celebrities who endorse and sponsor marching, looting, burning, and killing to protest slavery that ended 150+ years ago."  Yet there's never been a peep of protest from Wokesters like "Nike and LeBron James' and the NBA, and MLB and the NFL and Woka-Cola and Kodak's full-throated condemnations of these atrocities against the Uyghur in China?"

Did you hear any outrage or protest from them?  No?  Well, I didn't either, and I have serious doubts anyone else has either.  Their shame is our shared cultural shame.

What we need is clarity of thought for definition sake.  Definition lead to understanding.  Understanding leads to solutions that work. 

Time and truth are on the same side.
