Political Irony: The Stupid Party and the Party of Treason

Typically the Stupid Party has been the Republican party, and the Democrat Party has been the Party of Treason, and it appears the Democrats must resent it.  They apparently want to be both. 

I have a number of people who send me stuff regularly and some of it's really good.  As an example, what's below came in yesterday in the form of pictures and cartoons, which I've reworked into a piece on Political Irony.  

To be a "good" Democrat means you have believe that Joe Biden, who lost two attempted presidential runs, then on his third attempt, hid in his basement and refused to campaign, and yet received more votes than Trump, who set a record for votes and got more votes that Obama.  Making him the largest vote getter in America history.  Democrat party members are required to believe Joe Biden is competent, Hillary Clinton is innocent and Barack Obama did a good job.  It also means you wanted higher gas prices, higher taxes, out of control spending and open borders.   

In order to be a good Democrat you believe in "forgiving" student loans, while refusing to understand student loan forgiveness doesn’t forgive the loan.  It just transfers the loan to those who never asked for the loan, never agreed to the loan, nor ever benefited from the loan.

To be a good Democrat means thinking illegal aliens are more important then veterans, that a fence around the capitol seems like a good idea but not on the U.S. border, and that facts no longer matter if they don't fit the Democrat narrative of the moment, as is the case with the Washington Post that set up a "fact checking" database while Trump was President but shut it down in the first 100 days of the Biden administration.   

You have to believe worrying about Trump's tax returns, who became a billionaire before he became a public servant, is extremely important.   Yet all the while, not at all concerned about the tax returns of public servants who became millionaires after they became public servants.  

A good Democrat totally embraces the fact the Global Warming scare is fraudulent, but doesn't care.   How do I know?  John Kerry as Climate Czar owns 5 houses, 12 cars, 2 yachts, and a private jet telling you that you should take the bus, don’t eat meat, use electric cars, and just “find another job” if you work in the oil and gas industry, and not one Democrat is demanding his resignation. 

Good Democrats believe those who refuse to be vaccinated should be fined and incarcerated, but hardened criminals, rapists and murders shouldn't have to post bail, should be let out early for fear of covid, and anything short of murder shouldn't be prosecuted, and those prosecuted shouldn't have to spend a lot of time in prison if found guilty, because all things great and small are racist, including Mt. Everest.

To be a good Democrat means believing Muslims who are murdering, raping, robbing, and beating innocents, destroying churches and synagogues all over the world are heroes and martyrs.  That they're motives are pure, Islam is a religion of peace, and anything contrary to that is Islamophobic. 

To be a good Democrat means the mental gymnastics you are capable of is remarkable, as it requires you to twist your mind into irrational shapes in order to ignore something that should be obvious to the most casual observer, an overwhelming and patently obvious fact...............You're stupidity is astonishing.
