Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Secretary of State Antony Blinken set off on separate overseas trips starting in the Persian Gulf to thank allies for assistance in Afghanistan withdrawal efforts after a chaotic and deadly several weeks.
Blinken landed in Doha, Qatar, on Monday, where several diplomatic exchanges with the Taliban have taken place in recent years and where diplomatic operations serving Afghanistan have been based since the United States closed its embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan................. My Take - Apparently they haven't gotten the memo. "That door is closed" and no amount of clabber from incompetent ideologues like Austin, Blinken, Milley and Biden is going to change that because you are what you do, not what you say.
Jen Psaki may be able spew their leftist propaganda and the main stream media will eat it up, but in the real world leaders have to make real decisions that impact their nations.
No matter what they may say publicly, they're going to act in what they believe is in their nations best interests, and the Biden administration's actions tell the story. He and his gang of misfits are incompetent and corrupt anti-American leftist ideologues who've clearly demonstrated they're not to be believed and not to be trusted.
If a President of the United States is willing to sell out his own nation, why would they believe he won't sell them out?
