Sheila Jackson Lee served as a member of the House Science Committee and the Ranking Member on the Space and Aeronautics Subcommittee. And has spent almost 30 years in Congress. She’s also an almost unbelievable idiot. There was a story going around that Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee when visiting the Johnson Space Center asked whether the Mars Pathfinder would be able to find “the flag the astronauts planted there before”. Rep. Lee’s people denied that one up and down. Unfortunately for her, this one was caught on video..............

 Biden Offers $300 Billion Bribe to Buy 30 Million Voters -April 9, 2024 - That comes out to be about $10,000 per voter.   After $138 billion in bribes already, Biden visited Wisconsin to corruptly promise “student loan debt” transfer from his potential voters to the taxpayers who are already facing $100,000 in debt per household from the national debt.  Why Wisconsin? It’s a battleground state...............Biden has boasted about ignoring the Supreme Court’s ruling to push what he misleadingly calls “student loan forgiveness”. It’s not forgiveness, it’s a transfer of the debt from the people he sees as his voters, younger college graduates, especially those with MAs, to those whom he sees as political enemies, older taxpayers............

My Take - The unending efforts by the left to corrupt the English language would be laughable if it wasn't so effective and dangerous.  "Transferring" someone else's financial responsibilities is now "forgiveness".

In February, we reported that Soros was about to take over the third-largest broadcaster in the country, Audacy, along with its stations............Audacy claims to be able to reach 200 million people across the range of its properties which include sports, music and talk radio stations, as well as a large digital platform, and while Audacy is not an inherently conservative company, it owns a number of talk radio stations and the talk radio format caters to commuters, early risers and working people which is to say conservatives. And the Soros takeover will give one of the biggest funders of leftist extremism control over not only conservative talk radio stations but those that are, like WILK, in swing states. I’m sympathetic to parents who have suffered the worst possible loss and want to feel like they can do something to redeem it. Without agreeing with them. Even setting aside all the foundational and philosophical ideals of liberty on which the Second Amendment is based, gun control can put unarmed people at the mercy of the armed, but that’s always been the case in human history. What a gun can do is reverse the usual balance of power.......

Tlaib will be chanting, “Death to America” on the House floor.  Americans were shocked when a video of an Islamist anti-Israel rally in Dearborn went viral complete with chants of, “Death to America”.  The event took place in Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s district. And when a FOX News reporter tried to ask Rep. Tlaib to condemn it, she instead bleated about “racist tropes”, “my community” and “Islamophobia.".....

My Take - Islam is a criminal, political, terrorist movement masquerading as a religion, and the hypocritical double standards of these leftist misfits like Bernie Sanders and Leon Panetta is blatant treason. As for informing the Biden administrative of their plans:  Well, I don't think it's unreasonable to suspect they they tell Biden on Monday, Hamas may very well know what those plans are by Tuesday.  Or earlier.  Who in their fight mind would trust the Biden administration with that kind of sensitive intel?  RK

Puberty Blockers Are Not a ‘Pause Button’, They’re a ‘Sterility Button’ -April 7, 2024- A 12-year-old boy who had taken puberty blockers for 14 months had nearly 60 percent of his sex glands had “fully atrophied.”   Any significant medical intervention has a physical price. That price may be justified by the need, but anyone who claims that there isn’t a price, is lying. From those cheerful drug ads of families happily cavorting and living life after they’ve taken their daily dose of CAVORTIL/XS (not to be taken with food, other medicine or oxygen, may cause panic, unexplained bleeding from ears, nose and toes, may not actually work, all lawsuits subject to mediation and postponed until 2093) to media coverage, the goal is to brand procedures and medications with some dumbed down and simplistic buzzword........Isn’t that so reassuring? Parents are told that the alternative to this ‘pause’ is depression and suicide. Just give your kids some puberty blockers and give them time to “figure it out”.  The reality is very different. Real life has no pause button. Neither does biology.........

SCOTUS Unanimously Rules States Cannot Disqualify Trump from 2024 Ballot

Colorado cannot disqualify former President Donald Trump from appearing on the 2024 ballot, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled unanimously Monday.  In a historic ruling, the Supreme Court said only Congress can disqualify a candidate from the ballot using the Fourteenth Amendment’s “Insurrection Clause”, overturning a 4-3 opinion in December from the Colorado Supreme Court that the provision prohibits former President Donald Trump from appearing on the ballot for the presidency in 2024.   That ruling partially reversed a prior ruling in November that Trump is not an officer of the United States as defined by the Fourteenth Amendment and that the Amendment therefore cannot be used to disqualify him from appearing on the Colorado primary ballot.......To Read More....

My Take - Unanimous!!! Amazing!!! Given the quality of seven of these jurists, I expected this to be 5/4 decision.  I do have to say, I'm shocked, shocked I tell you.  Pleasantly so, but shocked none the less.  

 

Who knows, is it possible this might actually be a turning point in the federal judiciary?   Nah....that's just me being a snot, since entirely too many of them are nothing more than political hacks, and three of those hacks are Jurists on the Supreme Court, with four more who are just barely more than hacks. 

 

As it turns out, four of the Justices disagreed with part of that decision that the insurrection clause of the 14th Amendment could only be enforced by federal legislation, which if what's been written in the past is true, then they didn't go too far in their interpretation.  And guess who the four were?  The three Nitwiteers, and Any Barrett.  Has she ever been a disappointment!  I'm surprised that dingle-berry Roberts didn't join in. 

 

However, Barrett has her take on this, explaining the message Americans should take from this ruling, saying:

 

"In my judgment, this is not the time to amplify disagreement with stridency. The Court has settled a politically charged issue in the volatile season of a Presidential election. Particularly in this circumstance, writings on the Court should turn the national temperature down, not up,......For present purposes, our differences are far less important than our unanimity: All nine Justices agree on the outcome of this case. That is the message Americans should take home."

Okay, but the fact is they didn't universally agree on what should be the application of the 14th Amendment, that's real issue, and their unanimous ruling was merely a side benefit.  But, I will give her credit for a lovely smile.  Bright...not so much!  

 

She's like so many of these people who are prominent, they're clever giving the impression of being smart, but I see beyond their immediate fallacies and the consequences of those fallacies, and I don't think they're all that smart, and I don't care what their IQ may be.  

However, it's been pointed out they've now left an opening in this decision to see things differently in some other case.  That's to be watched, because you can never underestimate this court's ability to get stupid, Supreme Court Temporarily Blocks Texas Law That Allows Police to Arrest Migrants, 

A win for illegal immigrants.

Leftists melt down after SCOTUS nukes Colorado’s effort to keep Trump off the ballot - March 4, 2024 By Andrea Widburg - This morning, the Supreme Court held that a state lacks authority under section 3 of the 14th Amendment to kick a presidential candidate off the state’s ballot. To reach this conclusion, the Court carefully analyzed the history of and purpose behind the 14th Amendment and the Constitution as a whole. Once it concluded that Colorado’s Supreme Court erred, It could not and did not look at the substantive issue of an alleged “insurrection.” Leftists, however, are in complete meltdown mode over the fact that SCOTUS did not say, “Trump is an insurrectionist!” You can read the decision or, if you’re pressed for time, my summary. The gist is simple: The 14th Amendment was intended to limit state power over the federal government, not expand it. The fact that Colorado lacks this power means that SCOTUS did not need to address whether Trump is an insurrectionist. That’s because a state court cannot reach a potentially binding conclusion about “insurrection” any more than a court in Zimbabwe can meaningfully conclude that Biden is demented..............

 

BREAKING: Unanimous Supreme Court holds that individual states cannot remove Trump from the ballot - March 4, 2024 By Andrea Widburg - Unsurprisingly, given the nature of oral argument during Trump v. Anderson, the Supreme Court has released a unanimous decision reversing the Colorado Supreme Court’s holding that Donald Trump was an “insurrectionist” under Sec. 3 of the 14th Amendment and, therefore, should be barred from the Colorado ballot. This ruling, written in accessible, logical, and unambiguous language, definitively ends a plan that predated January 6 and helps re-federalize federal elections. 

 

Although the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t issue its now-reversed ruling until last December, Democrats have been working since before January 6, 2021, to keep Trump off the ballot for 2024. We have reason to believe that Democrats hoped events on January 6 would get out of hand, given that they removed any barriers (e.g., the National Guard, extra law enforcement) to a potentially out-of-control protest on January 6. Additionally, there were inexplicable behaviors that would agitate the crowd and lead them into the Capitol—behaviors the Democrat-controlled federal government has refused to investigate. They just said that they’re not the ones to figure it out. It’s not going to be a matter for judicial resolution under Section Three of the 14th Amendment, but it’s up to Congress to enforce it. I disagree with that interpretation just because the other parts of the 14th Amendment are self executing. People can go to court and say that something violates equal protection, even if there’s not a federal statute that allows them to do that. But any event, the Supreme Court punted and said, it’s up to Congress to act.”......

Kristina Wong - Kristina Wong 4 Mar 2024 - Progressives melted down over Supreme Court’s unanimous ruling that states could not disqualify former President Donald Trump from appearing on the 2024 presidential ballot, with some even suggesting that the court be “dissolved.” In a historic ruling that came Monday, the Supreme Court said only Congress can disqualify a federal candidate from the ballot using the Fourteenth Amendment’s “Insurrection Clause.” The ruling — which comes right before Super Tuesday — overturned a 4-3 opinion from the Colorado Supreme Court in December that banned Trump from appearing on the ballot. Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold (D-CO) said in a post on X she was “disappointed”: I am disappointed in the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision stripping states of the authority to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for federal candidates. In the latest RCP running average of Biden-Trump matchups, Biden is behind by a little under 2 points. He is behind Trump by 5 points in Arizona, 7 points in Georgia, 7 points in Nevada, 10 points in North Carolina, and about half a point in Wisconsin. He is only ahead in one state, Pennsylvania, by three-tenths of percentage point.

In the latest NBC poll, Biden is very far behind Trump in a variety of key areas, including the economy, border security, crime, and mental/physical fitness to be president. Particularly noteworthy here is Trump’s 22-point advantage on handling the economy. This is the largest advantage on the economy of any candidate in the history of the NBC poll going back to 1992. Also interesting is Biden’s exceedingly modest advantage (two points) on protecting democracy, which he is making a centerpiece of his campaign.......

This seems, to put it delicately, sub-optimal. But correcting this does not seem like rocket science. Talk more about what concerns voters the most and what is popular. My Take - Recently an article appeared in the Canada Free Press where the author used the term, mephitic ooze discussing Joe Biden and the leftist odor of the Democrat party thinking and mentality.  , One commenter in another article noted:

My Take - The author misses the boat here, as so many of them do on a regular basis.  The question isn't whether or not he's a Catholic, a good one or a bad one.  Or for that matter a Protestant or some other Christian denomination, or not any at all. Especially since they've all had issues that are disturbing, especially these days since they're now becoming sects of the far left Church of Woke.  The question is this:  Does he distance himself over those kind of issues, or does he distance himself because he believes he's on a higher ethical plain than Judaic/Christian principles, and the churches that are supposed to be practicing and teaching them?  I go for the latter.   Which is kinda bold for a man caught up in so many lies and so much corruption.

My Take - Finally!  This is what has been needed from the start.  Simply refusing to accept this insanity by refusing to compete with men who are clearly scamming the system, and know they're scamming the system, and getting support for their scam by a corrupt and insane media and socially destructive leftist movements. . My Take-  For more years than I can remember I've felt Kissinger was an over educated, over pampered, over catered to blithering idiot. And it appears the bug man was right after all, imagine that!  Time and truth are on the same side, and he's being exposed for what a nitwit he is for all to see.  Europe made a grave mistake by listening to this nitwit and the man he mentored, Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum.  

Kissinger's life has been a grave mistake as his positions and actions have imperiled the world for decades.  He was the one who went to China for Nixon and opened China to world trade, saving Mao and his maniacal crowd of murders.  Since then America has been enriching China funding it's own destruction, and the elitists like Kissinger supported that.  

Many years ago I had an account who was related to Kissinger, and while at an event he went up to him and said his grandfather, and Kissinger's grandfather were brothers.  I asked what did Kissinger say?  His wife answered, Kissinger said, "Ja", then rudely turned on his heel and walked away.  That told me all I had to know about Kissinger in order to fill in the rest.  Henry Kissinger is 100 years old, and I'm thinking he's taking this new tact in an attempt to ameliorate the disaster of his legacy.  But I'm betting history will not be kind to Kissinger, his legacy, or his character.  All of which I consider a disgrace.

My Take - This attack is an effort to "mobilize the Arab world against Israel"?  Again, Kissinger either fails to understand the real gravity of the situation, or he's ignoring it.  This is an effort to mobilize the Islamic world against all Jews and all Christians.  This is a declaration of war on the world, and Kissinger is once again failing to understand, or choosing to misunderstand what's going on by hedging reality.  Just as he's done his whole life in support of his globalist schemes, all of which are proving to be abject failures.  Academics need to be on tap, not on tap.  That way they can be ignored and any damage they may do can be marginalized.   RK

Across the West, Muslims and their socialist allies claim that Israel is a Western colonizer. That’s a lie. Here’s a very slimmed-down history of the last 4,000 years. The original indigenous people of the land we now call Israel were the Canaanites. When the Jews migrated to that land roughly 4,000 years ago, tribal warfare ensued, and the Canaanites lost. Since then—for around 4,000 years—the Jews have had a continuous presence in Israel. They are the indigenous people with a claim to the land older than any other living people. In ancient times, they held that land despite wars with and occupations by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, and Greeks.

Finally, in 70 A.D., the Romans fully conquered Israel, erasing its identity as a nation. To symbolize that conquest, Rome renamed the land Palestine after the Philistines whom the Jews had destroyed in David’s time. In subsequent centuries, Christians, Persians, Umayyad Muslims, Abbasid Muslims and, eventually, Ottoman Muslims invaded the land and ruled as imperialist colonizers. Through it all, Jews continued on the land.

During the Ottoman period, Israel was a barren wasteland riddled with malaria and yellow fever. The Jews were eventually joined by two Muslim tribes: the Druze, whom Muslims consider heretics, and the Bedouins. Beginning in the early 19th century, Muslim refugees from other lands came, too. That is a great video! What's interesting is how easily it spread through the most impoverished areas of the world. It also drives home the fact Islam is spread far and wide as a metastasizing societal infection that's filled with medieval tribal societies with modern weapons, communication, and travel. 

Take away the oil wealth, and I wonder how much things would change. Kick them out of western societies, as Spain finally had to do after the Reconquista, and things will definitely change. Declare correctly that Islam isn't a religion, but a political, criminal movement masquerading as a religion, and officially declaring Islam a terrorist movement, and then things will really change.

Mosquitoes, obviously, can't eat you the way a shark or tiger could.  They act as "vectors" for a number of diseases, one of which is malaria.  When a mosquito of the species Anopheles bites you, it extracts blood as a meal and leaves some of its saliva.  The saliva harbors any of a number of disease-causing organisms.  In the case of malaria, it's a single-celled parasite in the genus Plasmodium.  There were over 240 million cases of the disease (with 627,000 deaths) in 2020, almost all from mosquito bites.........To Read More....

My Take -As most of my readers know I owned a structural pest control company, and was heavily involved with my industry's affairs.  Many years ago I attended our National associations annual Legislative Day and listened to a lot of clabber from a panel of government experts from the EPA, the Dept. of Health, and some other agency about bed bug control, which was scourging the nation.  I got up and stated that the answer in 1946 was effective, inexpensive, readily available, easy to use chemistry, and if that's not the answer now there will be no answer.   Well, that was also true of malaria and yellow fever in America, in both cases the chemical was DDT. 

DDT no longer works on bed bugs, and our culture has been contaminated with lies about DDT, so it will never be returned to our arsenal, and we have a substantial arsenal of chemistry to fight mosquitoes.  But what happens when we begin to believe a malaria free society is our right, and not our responsibility?   We must not forget what brought us the life we enjoy, and it didn't come about by accident, or "all natural" solutions.  It came about because we effectively use large amounts of pesticides, and that's what saves lives.   Florida became heavily populated after WWII because of their intense mosquito control programs, and the use of pesticides. 

As I stated at that meeting, at the end of WWII the world's population was approximately two billion people, and it took thousands of years to get to that number.  In less that 75 years the world's population soared to 6.75 billion, and these products were so terrible, how did that happen?  

Pesticides are tools of mass survival, not destruction, and everything Rachel Carson said was either a lie, inaccurate, or speculation.

My Take - America's black community has been oppressed all right, but that oppression is being perpetrated by those who profess to be the leaders of America's blacks.  We're a nation that has come to a fork in the road over race relations, and there are a lot of blacks who don't like the direction the Obamanators are taking America, and are not afraid to speak out about it.  

Will they succeed?  One can only hope! 

It's been said in the past all politics in black America starts in the churches.  How true is that now?  I truthfully don't know, but if it is then that's a lesson for all of America, in all segments of American society, to overcome the insanity sweeping the nation.  

The Christian and Jewish religious leaders are going to have to take strong stands supporting traditional Judaic/Christian principles and ethics.  Why?  Because accepted universal cultural foundations are what create a society.   Not from the top down, from the bottom up.  It's worrisome if that's going to happen, as it appears both Christian and Jewish religious movements have become infested with leadership that's corrupted with secular thinking that's clearly opposed to God and what's always been viewed as traditional values. Values that created the most successful culture the world has ever known. 

How does that happen?  Ask how in ancient Israel they turned from God and actually had pagan idols in the Temple at one point.  Satan keeps changing himself into an angel of light, and so too do these blatantly heretical, and I think foundationally atheistic religious leaders, who are nothing short of con artists and grifters in it for the money. 

I'm not optimistic this all can be fixed, in America or the rest of the world, without massive levels of violence and bloodshed, and what's occurring in France right now is an example of what I believe is to coming to the world over.   I might add all of this was a predictable as night follows day, and if the bugman could have foreseen this how is it possible the world's leaders didn't? 

On global warming, so many problems with the data

It is hard to find any data to support what we have been told about temperatures and the climate, yet, we repeatedly see the talking point that “the science is settled” and people saying the dire predictions have been true.  Here is a report that shows that Arctic Ice, which has only been measured since 1981, is melting slower than normal, because it is cooler than normal. My Take  They ignore the things that are known because they re inconvenient as a result fail to support their false narratives, and the things they don't know, they make up. As for those scientists who know better, and fail to take a stand remaining silent are in effect in support of these lies, and cannot escape their culpability.   

 

In the movie “A Man For All Seasons” Sir Thomas More was accused of being against the king's divorce and remarriage because he remained silent on this issue. He stated in the trial there was no evidence he was against the marriage.  

 

His accusers claimed everyone knows his silence demonstrated he was against the marriage.  He responded this was a court of law, and this wasn't an issue of what everyone knows, it was an issue of law, because in law“silence denotes agreement”.  

 

So it does in the real world also.

 

Leftist Cancellation is the New Rite of Passage

If you’re on the Right and the Left cancels you, three things can happen.

The first is you lose your job, your platform, or your relevancy. The most striking examples are people who literally aren’t around to defend themselves. George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and of course, Robert E. Lee. Or more recently, John Wayne and Dr. Seuss. Anyone could be a target. This is because their existence or their memory could commit the crime of reminding Americans of their traditional values or history............

The second thing that can happen is that when some try to appease the mob by apologizing or promising to “change my ways,” the Left still will double down to totally destroy them. By apologizing they aided in their own cancellation.  People most vulnerable to this are those dependent on one platform or job to maintain their relevancy.........

 My Take - Leaders very often aren't usually real leaders.  They're just managers who are good at going along to get along and managing the direction that's been chosen by the group, which choice was molded by a handful of activists.  

Real leaders stand up and say, you're all wrong, we're going in the wrong direction, and I'm going to tell you why. Over the course of my life I've found a reality I think is great, and that is:

It isn't important whether or not others like me.  It's only important whether or not I like them.  

Anyone actively taking that view will be on the outside, which frees them from the lemming like thinking of the herd.  That makes it easier to do what you think is right, and reap the rewards or suffer the consequences of those decisions.   I like it there, and I'm more than happy to write those out of my life that have any issues with me or my positions.   If you know you're right, never back down, never give in, never apologize for standing up for what's right.

The desire to go along to get along is inherent in people, and that causes people to abandon views and values in order to fit in.   The choice?  To be or to do.  I fit in with a very small group of like minded people, whose integrity and honor have stood the test of time, and that's been personally rewarding and that small number is sufficient for me.

New NC Supreme Court Majority Overturns Prior Majority’s Unconstitutional Interference in Redistricting

In a detailed, 146-page opinion by Chief Justice Paul Newby, the newly composed North Carolina state Supreme Court vacated and overturned a prior decision by the same court that was a prime example of political interference by activist judges, who were fully prepared to ignore the law and the constitutional limitations on their authority............ 

In a 4-to-3 decision issued in February 2022, the majority—all judges who had been elected as Democrats—held that partisan gerrymandering violated the free elections, equal protection, free speech, and free assembly clauses of the state constitution, overturning prior precedent cited in the lower court decisions that partisan redistricting did not violate the state constitution and there were no judicially manageable standards in any event...........But something else very important happened in the November elections: Two of the Democrat elected North Carolina justices who were in the original majority were defeated in their reelection bids and were replaced by two Republican judges, swinging the court from a 4-to-3 Democratic majority to a 5-to-2 Republican majority............To Read More....

My Take - The Democrats have practiced blatant partisan redistricting in every state where they had the power to do so, and thought it was just fine and wonderful.  However, what was fine and wonderful when they did it is now "shameful manipulation of fundamental principles of our democracy and the rule of law.”.   

What remarkable hypocrisy and as usual, their hypocrisy is accompanied by vacuous self-righteous indignation.   But their outrageous emotional protestations are meaningless according to the  Constitution, which gives total and complete authority to the state legislatures regarding redistricting.    

While the courts have done so in the past, in point of law, they absolutely have no right to interfere with the legislature's prerogatives on redistricting.  That falls under the purview of state legislatures in that arena, not the judicial or the executive branches.
