For decades America allowed the "elitists", the so-called experts, to determine what was history, the direction America should go, and the values America should embrace, and it was what communists called the "slow march through the institutions", and it started in the 1890's and never stopped, but perhaps now that will change.
Leftism is like rust, it never sleeps. I've used that line for many years, and it's not what you think. When you say rust, most think of it as the degradation of metal via oxidation, and it is. But the rust I'm talking about is a fungal disease of wheat, and on his dying bed that statement was one of the last things said by the greatest man to have lived in the 20th century, Norman Borlaug, who saved a billion people from starvation.
Rust never sleeps, and neither does leftism, and it's just as infectious as rust. Leftism is evil, and we have, starting with the French Revolution 235 years of history that proves it. In the 20th century alone these leftist monsters murder over 100 million innocent people to push their tyrannous goals, and they're still doing it openly, and the world yawns. Virtually everything they support are in point of fact irrational, misanthropic, and morally defective crimes against humanity.
The foundational values of leftism are greed, hate, envy, lust, and violence, which is why they have so much in common with Islam, which over almost 1500 years of history has slaughtered and enslaved hundreds of millions, and they're still doing it, and their murderous actions against Jews in Europe is the canary in the coal mine, and the Jews world is getting smaller, and less safe by the day, and the left is just fine with that. Islamists are even being touted by the left and the Pravda media as the victims of Islamophobia.

It seems that we are paying super-woke people to
denigrate our history and culture, and because of the way in which the
governance of this important institution is set up, there’s little power
for the White House to quickly change it.
First, many of the years before the 20th
century were pivotal for the nation, especially the Civil War period and right after, because they were the foundational formative years creating a brand new nation that was unmistakably a
grand republican experiment, with all the warts that go along with that. Not a democracy, a republic. Nothing like
it ever occurred in human history before or since. Not the Roman Republic, nor Greek Democracy, nor any
other government. American government was created from the bottom up,
by the people, and for the people, so, rightly or wrongly, I'm bypassing those years and
sticking to everything after the 19th century.
If you ask
people what year in American history was the most seminal in the 20th century you'll
probably get a blank stare, and if they're college students there's no
telling what kind of insanity they'll offer. But some will choose dates
that are meaningful, and most will get it wrong. The correct answer is
1913! Why?
In 1913 the federal government passed the 16th
Amendment, income tax, the 17th Amendment, changing how Senators were chosen, and they created the FED. Those actions are foundational to all the crises we're facing right now.
The 16th Amendment created a
system of legal extortion, and abuse by a thuggish out of control IRS,
both of which grew massively over the years, and negatively impacting the nation's economy, and the 17th Amendment
changed how senators were chosen. Senators were supposed to be de
facto ambassadors from the states to the central government representing
the interests of their states, not the people, that was the job of the
House of Representatives, which is why all tax bills must originate in
the House. The founders wanted Senators to be chosen by the state's governments to keep the
central government from getting out of control, and we now see the
consequences of both those Amendments.

don’t fully understand what has happened over the past few years, let
alone over the past few decades”...........
Salter goes on to say:
The Fed is a flawed institution at best, and a failed institution at
worst. Sternberg suggests several reforms. While potentially helpful,
none go far enough...........Sternberg laments Fed decision-makers’ “groupthink,” explained
in part by the concentration of authority in the “Washington-based Board
of Governors in thrall to the central bank’s research department.” The
“Fed’s independence from the rest of the government” amplifies its
irresponsibility. .... It “means politicians and voters can’t enforce
accountability.” In other words, it’s a
judge in its own cause. That’s unacceptable for anyone who cares about
the rule of law.
Just like the IRS, out of control, and powers unto themselves.
He
then goes on to make suggestions for reform. How about abolishment?
Also I don't agree with him on this issue of tariffs, and while tariffs
can impact prices, they can also impact how governments act, like
China. And that's a part of the package all these economist refuse to
understand. One more thing. If tariffs are so bad, then why do all
these nations who decry American tariffs have them? I'll tell you what, we'll come back to that.
Then came 1916, and Woodrow Wilson, America's first fascist President, was re-elected, a President who, just like Teddy Roosevelt, believed the Constitution was and impediment to human progress and became America's first fascist President "revolutionizing the way the federal government works creating the foundation for the modern administrative state." We'll come back to that also.
The next seminal year was 1928.
Calvin
Coolidge became President after Harding died. He finished Harding's
term and ran for his own in 1924. Coolidge hated being President and
refused to run in 1928 for his second term, and Hoover, who Coolidge thought was an idiot, was elected and whose failures led to FDR,
the Great Depression, and a massive expansion of Wilson's
administrative state FDR called the New Deal, which wasn't new, nor was
it a deal.
Then Kennedy was elected via voter fraud in 1960, a failure as President, but who's assassination led to Johnson's Great Society programs which has been massively expensive and arguably a failure, all of which expanded government all the more. This led to the 1968 election of Richard Nixon, who was one of the worst presidents to ever sit behind the Resolute Desk, with his passage of the The National Environmental Policy Act, the creation of the EPA, OSHA, and a host of other abusive and economically suicidal regulations, but worst of all, was his opening China up to world trade, saving China from Mao's disastrous economy. As a result China has thrived economically, and western civilization is now funding it's own demise.
Everything else since then has been nothing more than variations of those themes, including Obama's election, until 2016 when Trump was elected, and he set things into motion that's rattled the entire political culture in America. I'm not deliberately ignoring Reagan, but he was still facing a loyal opposition, Trump was, and is, facing a disloyal opposition called the Party of Treason, and 2024 may become the most seminal year of all in American history, and may be the end of America as we know it.
On
the last leg of her African tour, Vice President Kamala Harris paid a
visit to an otherwise unremarkable office building in Zambia. Her staff
and local embassy personnel had spent a great deal of time looking for
it and everyone was hoping it was the right place.
Kamala, with
her Jamaican and Indian roots, needed a tangible connection to Africa to
win over African-American voters and convince them that she was one of
them. And everyone settled on the office building as being the next best
thing because it was the former spot of the building where she had once
stayed as a little girl with her Indian mother on a visit to her
grandfather.
President Hakainde Hichilema welcomed her as “a daughter of our own country, someone who spent time here in her early years.”
Kamala
responded by launching into a story about having visited “Zambia, Mr.
President, as a young girl when my grandfather worked here” as “an
advisor to Zambia’s first president, Kenneth Kaunda” to “serve as a
director of relief measures and refugees.”
The vice president
then began singing the praises of Kaunda, a brutal socialist dictator
allied with the Soviet Union, who had banned opposing political parties
and ran as the only candidate for president until he was finally ousted,
and praised Zambia’s “democracy”. Kaunda, whom Kamala fondly recalled
meeting with JFK and MLK “to discuss peaceful forms of protest” had
demanded nuclear weapons from LBJ. Hichilema, who had narrowly survived
being arrested by a previous regime, had nothing to say about Kamala’s
fond memories of Zambian democracy.
Or the “peaceful forms of protest” carried on with nuclear missiles and terrorism.
But
behind Kamala’s childhood time in Zambia and her grandfather’s work is a
lot of blood, along with a horrifying and mostly forgotten story of
terrorism, atrocities and mass murder.
P. V. Gopalan, Kamala’s
grandfather, had been a member of India’s socialist Congress party which
was aligned with the USSR. What “refugees” was he aiding in Zambia?
Gopalan
was posted to Zambia from 1966 to 1969. Formerly known as Northern
Rhodesia, Zambia played a key role in the genocidal terrorist campaign
against what was known as Rhodesia before it fell to a brutal
dictatorship and became known afterward as Zimbabwe.
Before
Robert Mugabe spent nearly four decades ruling Zimbabwe, the Communist
thug led a terrorist organization known as ZANU allied with another
counterpart terrorist group: Joshua Nkomo’s ZAPU. Often wrongly
described as guerrilla groups by their western supporters, their combat
tactics mostly focused on massacres of civilians and planting bombs on
roads.
Zambia under Kaunda harbored ZAPU and ZANU bases across
the border where the Soviet-backed terrorists ran training camps under
the guise of providing shelter to ‘refugees’. Some of the refugees were
civilians who supported the terrorists. Others were terrorists
themselves.The ‘refugee’ camps were run by ZAPU and ZANU which
indoctrinated the civilians, brutally punished them for even slight
offenses and made it their goal to turn them into terrorists.
In
1965, Rhodesia declared independence from the ruling Labour government
in the UK which was determined to hand over the country to Marxist
terrorist organizations. By 1966, when Kamala’s grandfather arrived in
Zambia, the war for Rhodesia was truly underway.
The Marxist
terrorists had plenty of weapons supplied by the USSR and Communist
China, but preferred attacking Rhodesian civilians to trying to fight
the brave little country’s volunteer army. Typical ZANU and ZAPU attacks
involved firing RPGs at civilian houses and throwing hand grenades at
little girls. Missionaries were murdered and shoppers were gunned down.
Among
the easiest targets were American and British missionaries providing
education and medical care to the black population. At Elim Mission,
Marxist terrorists raped the women and then beat and axed them to death
along with their children. The victims were British citizens.
The
New York Times described the scene. “a woman, dressed in a bathrobe
with her hair in curlers, had an ax imbedded in her neck. Four
children—a boy 4 years of age, two sisters aged 4 and 8, and another
girl of 5—lay huddled close together. All were dressed in pajamas, and
like the other victims they had all been struck on the head with clubs.
Some also had stab wounds. One of the girls had the imprint of a boot on
the side of her face.“
“Nearby lay the body of a woman, her arm
encircling her dead 3-week-old daughter. Near them was a heavy wooden
limb with blood on it.”
The mother was Mrs. Joyce Grace and her daughter had been named Pamela Grace.
The
Marxist terrorists finally got lucky and hit Air Rhodesia Flight 825 in
the late seventies. The surviving passengers were rounded up, promised
water and help, and then gunned down.
All of this came after
Kamala’s grandfather had gone back home to India and Kaunda had decided
that backing the terrorists was too dangerous once they threatened his
regime.
There are few details about the exact role played by P.V.
Gopalan except that he was advising the Kaunda regime on the
“refugees”. The refugee camps were terrorist bases. It’s unknown what
complicity her grandfather might have had with them, but he had been
dispatched to Zambia the year that Indira Gandhi took power. And this
Gandhi was no humanitarian.
Indira Gandhi aligned India with the
USSR and its Communist movements including those operating in Africa. In
the 1970s, while the worst of the violence was taking place, Gandhi had
visited Zambia and backed Kaunda’s call for the takeover of Rhodesia by
the Marxist terrorist groups. She had expressed her joy that she was
“back on the mainland of Africa when the final battle was about to be
joined” for the final ethnic cleansing of Rhodesia’s white population.
If
P.V. Gopalan had been in Zambia to help prop up the Marxist terror
groups, it would not have at all been at odds with the policy of the
Gandhi regime. Indira Gandhi had met with both Mugabe and Nkomo:
terrorists responsible for the massacre of Rhodesian women and children.
Were Mugabe and Nkomo among the visitors passing through the Gopalan home?
Kamala,
who was a 5-year-old when her Marxist father and radical leftist mother
brought her to Africa, knew none of this. As the LA Times put it, “the
young Kamala was oblivious to the intrigue swirling around her, with
Gopalan’s government-issued car whisking him to meetings with Zambian
officials and diplomats dropping by for visits.”
But in the
succeeding years, Kamala either failed to educate herself about the
history around her or knows exactly what happened and has chosen to
stand with Kaunda and his crimes.
According to the Voice of
America, a government broadcast agency, “Zambia was personal, and the
work of her grandfather — who served as an adviser to Zambia’s first
president, Kenneth Kaunda, in the 1960s — influenced her own trajectory
to the highest office.”
And so there may be no way to detach the crimes of those days from Kamala’s political career.
Especially since she heads a party that was directly complicit in the Marxist atrocities.
The
same year that Flight 825 was shot down, Carter’s UN Ambassador Andrew
Young gushed that Mugabe was a “very gentle man. I can’t imagine Joshua
Nkomo, or Robert Mugabe, ever pulling the trigger on a gun to kill
anyone. I doubt that they ever have.”
Nkomo had not only taken responsibility for the downed airliner, he had laughed about it.
Kamala’s
radical third world family closely parallels Obama’s radical third
world family. Neither of their experiences are rooted in the black
community, but in the Soviet globalism of the sixties.
“I am a
daughter of the civil rights movement,” Kamala Harris claimed. Her
parents have been described as “civil rights activists”. These attempts
to make her sound as if she were African-American are highly misleading.
Kamala had not come out of a black southern Christian movement. Her
family was not African-American, they were third world academic radicals
who used parts of America and other places in the world as bases for
their militant activism.
Kamala’s links to Africa are not racial,
but political. Her mother’s radical Indian family was there as part of a
Soviet bloc aligned agenda. While Kamala enjoyed being in an exotic
place, 60 miles away at the border, people were fighting and dying over
the supremacy of Communism.
The Kaunda regime, an object of
horror for Zambia, Zimbabwe and Rhodesian refugees, is a nostalgic
memory for Vice President Kamala Harris. And for many in her political
movement.
Kamala and Obama both come from radical Third World
families who loathed America and Western civilization. Obama’s family
played a role in Islamist massacres in Indonesia and Kenya while
Kamala’s family appears to have had a role in the Communist war against
Rhodesia.
People are not prisoners of their past but the way that
Obama and Kamala were raised provide important insights about their
worldviews, their politics and their plans for America.

Kamala is going to be confronted with the Biden administration polices, all of which she supported, and all of which she will have to defend, with cackles of self immolation, it behooves us to take a look a their policies, starting with three of America's three greatest enemies, China, Iran, and Russia.
China, Iran, and Russia have economies that are paper tigers, stunningly
fragile. None of whom can stand too much interruption without crumbling.
Trump understood that, and if the 2020 election hadn't been stolen his successful polices would have continued and so much of what's going on right now wouldn't have happened. Geopolitics and economics go hand in hand.
Neither Obama,
Biden, Harris, nor any in their circular firing squad cabal get that, or refuse
to admit it. Unfortunately,
having such a circular firing squad in charge in Washington is the real
flaw in the scenario being painted here.
Khamenei, Putin, and Xi took Biden's
measure and knew him to be weak, indecisive, incompetent and a not-so-bright
stumble bum, and on that was on the best of occasions, and easily intimidated. In the case of China, it seems clear he was on the take.
It also seemed clear to to me Biden was going to be the Democrat Nominee, and truthfully, I didn't think he'd buckle and would stay in the race no matter what. But his dementia must be progressing so badly even Jill and Hunter realized he couldn't go on.
Well, now that he's out the Democrats are choosing an even more amazingly weak, stupid, selfish, incompetent and calloused
replacement. Kamala Harris! And now they're pretty much stuck between the rock and the hard place in a disaster of their own making. And I also have no doubt Khamenei, Putin, and Xi, believe she can be
bullied. And I also think they can kick her to the curb without
breaking a sweat.

In
Portland, the BLM mob toppled a statue of George Washington. Four years
later, local leftist activists and officials have continued sabotaging
efforts to restore it again. In New York City and Chicago, officials
have discussed removing statues of Washington. And the Father of our
Country isn’t even safe at the University of Washington where calls to
remove him continue.
But the War on Washington isn’t just a recent phenomenon.
The
Left didn’t want until George Washington was a statue to topple him.
Newspapers like The National Gazette, The Philadelphia Aurora and The
New York Time Piece, which were the vanguard of the emerging
Democratic-Republican party, depicted him being led to the guillotine.
Democrats
today claim that they oppose George Washington because he was a slave
owner, but why did Democrats who were not only slave owners then but
defended slavery (unlike Washington who favored liberating slaves and
whose Washington Benevolent Societies were the organizing network for
black conservative voters in the 1800s ) oppose him then?
Long
before their relatively recent interest in organizing black people,
American leftists were great enthusiasts of the French Revolution and
favored bringing it to this country. My book, ‘Domestic Enemies: The Founding Fathers’ Fight Against The Left’,
reveals how the Democrats got their start as the “French Party” built
around “Democratic Societies” modeled on French radical Jacobin clubs
and set up with the aid of foreign emissaries of the French Revolution.
George
Washington’s great crime in the eyes of the leftists of his day was his
refusal to turn over America to the forces of the French Revolution
which was the USSR of its day.
“Ten thousand People in the
Streets of Philadelphia, day after day, threatened to drag Washington
out of his House, and effect a Revolution in the Government, or compell
it to declare War in favour of the French Revolution,” John Adams would
later remember.
French Foreign Minister Charles Delacroix had
urged Citizen Pierre-Auguste Adet, the French ambassador, to “use all
means in his power to bring about a successful revolution, and
Washington’s replacement.”
Washington, always a fighter, would not take the leftist campaign against him lying down.
In
his address to Congress, President George Washington had warned of the
threat of “certain self-created societies.” By those he meant the
Democratic Societies. In a private letter he even more explicitly
described how “these societies were instituted by the artful &
designing members (many of their body I have no doubt mean well, but
know little of the real plan),” by an agent of the French government
“under popular and fascinating guises, the most diabolical attempts to
destroy the best fabric of human government.” The Democratic Societies,
he warned, were created to “sow Sedition; to poison the minds of the
people of this country.”
First Lady Abigail Adams later wrote at
the height of the crisis that,
“France has setled her plan of
subjugating America” through “Agents and Emissaries, whom with truth
& reason she bosts of having thickly scatterd through our Country,
saving her Principles, her depravity of Manners, her Atheism in every
part of the united States” so that “she will seduce the mind & sap
the foundation of our strongest pillars, Religion & Government.”
“And
if there be a Nation on Earth capable of going the necessary lengths,
and making the proper Sacrifices to stop its course,—it must be one that
is already possesed of substantial Liberty, that knows how to
appreciate it, & how to distinguish between it, and that Sort of
Liberty which France is trying to propogate throughout the World.”
That “sort of liberty” with its depravity, as opposed to American liberty, was the Left.
Despite
the threats and attacks, George Washington not only refused to give in
to the Left, but five years away from death and suffering from arthritis
and hearing loss, he became the first and last president to lead troops
in the field when he rode out to confront the Whiskey Rebellion.
“We
are ready for a state of revolution and the guillotine of France,” the
leader of the Mingo Creek Democratic Society had declared. But the
guillotine proved no match for George.
Washington rode out with
the troops because he feared that America was on the verge of falling to
“mob or Club government” under which “there can be no security for
life—liberty—or Property”. While Washington won the battle, he earned the undying enmity of the Democrats.
In
his Farewell Address on leaving office, George Washington warned about
the “mischiefs of the spirit of party” which “opens the door to foreign
influence and corruption”.
Both the French and their leftist allies in America were furious at Washington’s message.
“If
ever there was a period for rejoicing, this is the moment,” the
Philadelphia Aurora responded. “This man who is the source of all the
misfortunes of our country is this day reduced to a level with his
fellow citizens.”
Adet, the French ambassador, sent a copy of the
Farewell Address to his government while raging against “the lies it
contains, the tone of insolence”. Adet and the French regime launched a
campaign of naval terror “to arouse the attention of the public at the
moment of choosing the electors who must choose the President.” The
campaign was treasonously coordinated “with our friends in Congress”
who, according to Adet, “only saw me last winter in secret.”
But
attempting to terrorize Americans backfired badly. Adams responded to
French attacks on American ships with the Quasi-War and Jefferson
refused to end America’s neutrality.
Nonetheless the Democratic
Societies influenced the new Democratic-Republican Party and American
leftists continued to dream of bringing the French Revolution to these
shores.
A toast at the Democratic Society of Philadelphia
envisioned France’s revolutionary movement spreading until it will “have
the whole earth for its area, and the arch of heaven for its dome.”
That
mission outlived George Washington and the French Revolution. It
continued on through European revolutions, the Communist takeover of the
Soviet Union and it still continues today.
That is why leftists really want Washington to fall.

Charters. Israel is “imperialist, colonialist, racist, anti-human,”
even “fascist,” “colonizers,” they declare. The “Zionist entity”
“occupies” Palestinian lands and denies Palestinians their “right to
return” to their homes. The charters call for the “liberation of
Palestine” through “resistance,” “armed struggle,” and “self-defense.”
Mobs
of students, faculty, and fellow travelers flaunt their ignorance of
historic and modern reality by echoing these claims, justifying the
October 7 massacres, calling for a “global intifada” (uprising), and
demanding the eradication of Israel and its non-Muslim inhabitants “from
the [Jordan] River to the [Mediterranean] Sea.
You have to
wonder: How does a group of people achieve permanent “refugee” or
“colonized victim” status with a “right of return” that no others have
had? What constitutes a “legitimate right” of “resistance” or
“self-defense”?
Particularly across the Europe-Asia-Middle-East
mega-continent, human history has been a saga of settlement, invasion,
victory or defeat, continuation or disintegration, expansion or
dispersion. Those who lost wars were annihilated, lost title to their
land, accepted subservient status (dhimmi in Muslim countries),
emigrated, melded into the victorious civilization, or otherwise
adjusted.
Over their six-thousand-year history, including since arriving in
“the Promised Land” that is now Israel over 3,600 years ago, Jews have
played all these roles. They defeated the Amorites, Canaanites,
Philistines, and Jebusites, created the Kingdom of Israel, fell to
Assyrians and Babylonians, lived under Persian and Greek rule,
established the Hasmonean dynasty, and were slaughtered, enslaved, and
dispersed by the Romans in 70-133 AD (CE).
However, they did not
entirely disappear from the Promised Land. Indeed, Muhammed’s Muslim
empire hired Jews as administrators after the Arab army arrived in 636.
Jewish fortunes ebbed and flowed under Christian, Mongol, and 500-year
Ottoman Turkish rule.
Anti-Semitism and pogroms brought Western
European and Russian Jews to their ancestral land in the late 1800s.
Theodore Herzl’s Zionism increased the purchase of agricultural and
other land. Turkey’s loss to the Allies in WWI transferred ownership and
control of the area from the Ottoman Turks to Britain.
The Roman term Palestine had applied to the region for two millennia, but there was never a Palestinian state or empire.
Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, and other Middle Eastern countries emerged as
independent nations from British-French-Russian rule over the Ottoman
Empire before, during, and after WWII – but no Palestinian nation.
Palestinian ancestors were always citizens or subjects of ruling
empires.
Jewish immigration and land purchases
from local and absentee Arab landlords increased significantly between
the world wars. The Holocaust and the end of World War II brought
surging Jewish immigration ... and more conflicts. Land ownership in the pre-1947 British Mandate area that is now Israel was roughly 15% Arab, 9% Jewish, and 76% public/Mandate land.
1948,
despite Arab states’ opposition, the United Nations made Israel's
nationhood a reality. Local Arabs and five Arab countries declared war
on the fledgling state. Some 700,000 Arabs fled, emigrated, or were
persuaded to leave Israel “temporarily” under hollow promises of victory
over the Zionists. After the ’48 war, some 850,000 Jews were displaced,
banned, or banished (Hamas charter language) from Muslim countries
across North Africa to the Middle East and Afghanistan; most of them
settled in Israel.
The 1967 and 1973 wars between Arab countries
and Israel also ended in Israeli victory and expansion. Two intifadas
(1987-1993 and 2000-2005) brought many deaths on both sides but no gains
for Palestinians. The war in Gaza has been far more destructive.
Wars have consequences
– now and throughout history. Assertions in charters or speeches do not
change that, nor do they convey an “inalienable right” of return, even
under some imagined “basic principles of human rights and international
law” (Hamas Charter, Article 12). If a new Palestinian nation is created
and recognized, there will be a right of return to that new nation – but not to Israel.
