Are We Now A Radical Socialist Nation?
Some recent events that make us wonder if the republic can be saved. All across the country, many tents at the pro-Hamas/pro-terrorists encampments are the same. Why? It’s reported that most pro-Hamas terrorist encampments are being funded by George Soros and other communists such as the Communist Chinese government. How many college kids have expensive tents in their dorm room?
At an April 22 news conference, New York City Mayor Eric Adams said:
“Why is everybody’s tent the same? Was there a fire sale on those tents? There’s some organizing going on. There’s a well-concerted organizing effort and what’s the goal of that organizing? That’s what we need to be asking ourselves.”
Katherine Daigle posted this article, The Final Battle for Our Democracy, saying:
Biden Wants More of Your Money
Guess we’re not giving enough money to Ukraine—$144 BILLION to date! If Democrats steal the 2024 election, the puppeteer behind Joe Biden (often said to be Barack Hussein Obama) plans to let the Trump tax cuts, that helped working and middle-class Americans, go the same way as Biden’s Afghanistan withdrawal.
The lower individual rates are set to expire on December 31, 2025, and revert to their pre–Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 rates. (Should we translate that to Ukrainian?) Depending on your tax rate, you would have to pay between 1 and 4 percent MORE in personal income taxes, if Joey gets to stay in the White House and eat his ice cream. From Yahoo News:
The top individual tax rate dropped from 39.6% to 37% under the terms of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (single filers making $578,126 and over), the 33% bracket fell to 32% ($182,101-$231,250), the 28% bracket to 24% ($95,376-$182,100), the 25% bracket to 22% ($44,726-$95,375) and the 15% bracket to 12% ($11,001-$44,725). But wait, there’s more “good” news.
Joey wants to increase the top capital gains tax rate to its highest level since it was first introduced in the early 1920s. It would be upped to a staggering 44.6 percent.
How fast can you say recession? Maybe depression?
DNC Convention: Will it repeat 1968?There is chatter that the August Democrat National Convention in Chicago will be similar to what happened in the Windy City in 1968. This is when “mostly peaceful” Vietnam protestors became violent, attacking attendees and police along with burning buildings and vehicles. Will protestors disrupt the Democrat convention?
Changes since 1968 There are two groups that might be expected to cause disruptions during the Democrat Party’s August convention.
- Pro-Hamas rioters who want to show their support for terrorists.
- Angry Chicago residents who are upset that their city is spending millions of THEIR dollars on ILLEGAL ALIENS.
Unlike 1968, when security was in the hands of the city hosting the event, now the Secret Service has the responsibility for protecting political conventions. In 1998, President Bill Clinton formalized this in the “National Special Security Events” directive that designated the Secret Service would lead the security planning. In 2016, the federal government spent $50 million on security for EACH major party convention. With the “scamdemic,” the costs for the two 2020 Zoom-ish conventions were much lower.
Have Gun Will Travel
The Second Amendment is what might save the United States from spiraling toward insane Democrat radical socialism. Some recent news:
- Tennessee Republican Governor Bill Lee signed Senate Bill 1325 on April 22, that allows teachers to carry concealed handguns in schools, IF they have a “handgun carry permit.” They also must receive “written authorization” from the director of schools, the principal, and the chief of a law enforcement agency.
- Louisiana Republican Governor Jeff Landry signed a constitutional carry law on March 5.
- South Carolina Republican Governor Henry McMaster signed a constitutional carry law on March 7
