Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) told Breitbart News Daily that America has to borrow the money to send $40 billion in aid to Ukraine. Breitbart News Daily host Alex Marlow spoke with Paul as the Senate remains poised to pass legislation that would send $40 billion in military and economic aid to Ukraine while Americans grapple with inflation and food shortages. "This legislation would write a check for $9 billion directly to the Ukrainian government that's in addition to all of the other money," Hawley said. "I'm not for nation-building, I'm for putting the national security of the American people first.".............
