The Jenna Ellis Plea Deal: The Standard the Prosecutors Imposed on Her Was Impossible to Meet

It's absurd to claim that Ms. Ellis should have—or could have—independently verified whether there was fraud in the 2020 election.

Jenna Ellis, young attorney and formerly a Colorado Christian University professor, has pleaded guilty to a single count of “aiding and abetting false statements and writings.” She did so in a deal with prosecutors in the Georgia conspiracy case against former President Donald Trump and his campaign organization.  Ms. Ellis read an in-court statement presumably worked out with the prosecutors. A Gigantic Egg All Over Brad Raffensperger's Face

Last week, when Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensperger publicly supported ERIC after it was tossed out of Florida, West Virginia, and Missouri, we issued the Raffensperger Challenge.   The Raffensperger Challenge is the application of Fractal analysis to any entity that currently uses ERIC. This week, we finished the first, in Washoe County, Nevada.

Brad Raffensperger says anyone outing ERIC is "extremist." Today, two more extremists joined in: the secretaries of state of Iowa and Ohio.  Looks like lots of extremists showing up for work. Is there anyone in politics who believes that elected officials in the two most benign states of Iowa and Ohio are extremist?  It is more like an attack of the moderates — as if moderates could attack anything.

We compared the address on the tax roll with the names and addresses on the voter roll:

• People registered in vacant lots: over 4,200
• Registered in hotels: over 2,000
• Registered in parking lots: over 2,500
• Registered in R.V. parks: 1,600

Amazing how voter rolls — cleaned by ERIC — grow voters like barnacles in hotels and vacant lots up to an even-year election date — then they disappear afterward.  This is in the data!..........To Read More....

New election integrity fears: Georgia county ballot machines off by thousands when hand counted

The first place candidate dropped to third place after the hand count

The Democratic primary for a Georgia county has been called into question after a hand count revealed the voting machines were off by thousands of ballots.  Marshall Orson, a Democratic DeKalb County school board member running for the county commission, asked the local elections board on Thursday to not certify the results as scheduled on Friday due to "numerous issues" with the race.

Orson asked for an "independent review" and a formal recount of the election in his letter to the board, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported...............The initial Democratic primary results showed Orson winning for commission District 2 with Lauren Alexander in second place and Michelle Long Spears in third. This would have put Orson against Alexander in a runoff election..............On Wednesday evening, the results of the hand count were released, showing former last-place candidate Spears now in first place and headed to a June 21 runoff against Alexander. Former first place candidate Orson was pushed to third place.......The Dekalb County elections board is scheduled to certify the election results Friday afternoon.  

Georgia has been the site of numerous election controversies following the 2020 presidential election.  My Take - Apparently Democrats can't help themselves.  They even cheat each other.   But make no mistake, no matter how many times you see allegedly conservative writers explain what Trump did wrong that cost him the 2020 election, that's all a load of horsepucky.  

He lost because of massive voter fraud that was clearly organized on a national level, and when Trump returns to the White House I hope he appoints an Attorney General that becomes a mad dog in a meat house with RICO indictments across the board against the deep staters at the FBI, CIA, NSA, Democratic National Committee, Hillary and more.

Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips have been engaged in the battle for election integrity for more than a decade, and the day after the contested November 2020 vote, they made a pact.  "Catherine looked at me and said, 'What are we going to do?'"
