Today is a day that really will live in infamy....if we're allowed to remember it....given how the left controls education in America, and is working tirelessly to destroy real history and replace it with leftist propaganda. As history stands today, the news sites I visit are filled with vilification for the SCOTUS decision not to enforce the Constitution.
The Constitution is supposed to be the law of the land. These states violated it to illegally bring in a President who is unbelievably corrupt a mendacious incompetent, and has serious neurological problems. He represents a party that's can hardly be called anything but treasonous, which will most likely make his Vice President, a woman her own party rejected soundly when she was running for their nomination, the real President of the United States at some point. A person who has made it clear she wants to destroy America as we know it and impose a permanent socialist tyranny on the nation.
In my piece, yesterday, Texas: The Eyes of the World Are Upon You!, I attempted to how it was clearly unreasonable for SCOTUS to not hear Texas' (and 18 other states) suit. Clearly that piece was miss-titled. It should have been SCOTUS: The Eyes of the World Are Upon You! The last sentence in that piece was:
The question that needs answering is this: What remedy is there when SCOTUS decides it won't obey the Constitution?
Since they've now demonstrated they're as unwilling to follow the Constitution as are these states and their leftist masters, the question is more profound than ever.
Ray DiLorenzo in his piece Something Wicked This Way Comes makes these statements:

Did the United States Constitution just die? The cowards at the Supreme Court denied Texas standing in Texas v. Pennsylvania, the last major lawsuit standing between the drooling, senile Chinese puppet Joe Biden and the presidency. It is a dark day for America. Apparently, the vote was 7 to 2. Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented. Here is the wording of the Supreme Court order from today:......The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections..........
The Constitution is a contract between the states. If states are violating that contract who has standing if it isn't other states. And if they're conducting their elections in violation of the Constitution, how can other states not have standing. There is no way an illegally elected President doesn't show "cognizable interest in the manner in which another state conducts its elections". That may be true for state and local elections, but if it involves a national election - there is clear and incontrovertible interest if their electoral votes are garnered fraudulently.
Mark Andrew Dwyer in his piece, Two Tier Justice And False Results Of Elections says:
The Supreme Court of the U.S. just dismissed a State of Texas lawsuit that contested validity of the 2020 election results in four battleground states. The said dismissal was not based on facts, evidence, and valid judicial reasoning but on procedural technicalities.
The plaintiffs, according the Supreme Court, did not show that they had a “standing” and that they actually suffered damages as a result of various violations of the Constitution. This latest event, profoundly disappointing to many of those believing in the rule of law in America, may be considered the final step in a proof that the political system that we currently have in the US is institutionally unable to properly deal with the organized election fraud that for decades now have almost always benefited the same party. But this systemic inability to acknowledge the reality manifests its selective weakness only in certain political directions and not in others.
The fact is I've been following this voter fraud issue for most of my adult life. With mild interest starting when I discovered John Fitzgerald Kennedy was elected through voter fraud, and that Nixon and the leadership knew it but Nixon, supposedly, didn't want to put the nation through the mess that would follow. He set this pattern of voter fraud into motion for voter fraud at the national level.
As the years went by it became worse. I became far passionately interested when Al Franken defeated Norm Coleman in 2010. It was very obvious during the Bush/Gore election, more obvious during the Obama years, and only failed for Hillary because they really believed the polls that said the nation just loved Hillary and her election was invertible. The important point is this has been going on for decades. It's grown like a cancer, and conservatives and the Republicans had to know it was going on. What did they do to stop it?
My answer? No, it's my question, give me your answer. But I can tell you this. All my friends and peers would snicker and laugh when I brought this up, including leaders in my industry. I do wish everyone would start reading history books.
However, the left was caught off guard with Hillary, they knew better this time. The Dems Had No Choice BUT to Rig the Election This time they were ready -- because there was too much at stake.
They knew Trump was going to get massive support from the nation, so would have to extremes in their fraud. Extreme to such a degree that it would so obvious even the most casual observer could see it. A virtual tsunami of fraud.
Rick Hayes states in his piece The Ultimate and Final Assault on Freedom has Arrived:

President Trump are feverishly crisscrossing the country, spending
countless hours painstakingly revealing the mountains of evidence
confirming the outrageously bolden theft of the 2020 Presidential
election. And while they follow the law, many of them, along with millions of

massive election irregularities, statistical improbabilities, reliable
testimony, and video evidence is meaningless............The fake ballots were already printed, forged, and neatly stacked on
pallets months in advance of the election. Republican poll watchers were
never going to see the falsified count, and the voter software
algorithms were already programmed, waiting to spew out a false result
favoring Biden............The
left does not care how absurd or ridiculous their demands are, and
their propaganda wing is not ashamed to get caught in one flagrant lie
after another.........Burning down buildings, stealing private property, and assaulting
innocent citizens are called peaceful protests. Banning the police is
called reimaging law enforcement, and requiring proof of citizenship in order to vote is considered racist. What was once regarded as madness is now tolerated because the lunatic left owns the narrative and information distribution.
Supreme Court's Texas Ruling is Nothing Short of Disgrace By Howard J. Warner presents a good analysis. First going over how this whole disgusting procedure has used legal clabber to justify and sanctify corruption, then ending with this observation:
As to harm, it is not hard to see it. Any illegal vote damages those who vote legally by distorting the outcome. This occurs in the presidential election and in the election of representatives to congress, where few votes might separate winners and losers (as in NY-22 in 2020). The Court can see harm when it chooses to do so since states’ citizens are not third parties.
However, on Friday, the Court’s majority demonstrated a lack of fortitude. For a divided and skeptical citizenry this is disappointing. An overwhelming majority of Trump’s voters (and a large minority of Biden’s voters) feel this was a dishonest election. A judicial review would provide some comfort to those citizens that perceive real harm by the elitist establishment class. Failure to recognize this feeling and examine it increases their discontent and isolation. Now the battle cry of “stop the steal” will reverberate for years. Perhaps there is fear that evidence of irregularities would demonstrate the real corruption of the establishment and swamp -- the thirst for power. If this was a consideration, it is disgraceful!....
One of the things that's come out of this, and has taken me by surprise, is talk of a call for secession by conservatives, which it isn't. Monica Showalter, one of my favorite writers, explains this in her piece, Texas GOP chair calls for 'union of states' and the left has a cow. She states:
After the Supreme Court refused to even hear the great Texas-plus-18-states request for legal relief on participating in a clearly fraud-tainted national election, a pall descended on a lot of the U.S. The chairman of the Texas GOP suggested this as a post-legal-shutout remedy: post-legal-shutout remedy:
"The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 US congressman, has decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law. Resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences. This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the US constitution and not be held accountable. This decision will have far-reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic. Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the constitution.”
Is this an effort of secession? Or is it an effort to organize states that believe the Constitution is a contract that all states must follow, and work to force violators to suffer the consequences of their infidelity? She claims its the latter, but one point she makes that's profound:
.............states have been denied legal relief and told they're to be forced into participating in fraudulent elections as determined by four corruption-infested blue cities. Legal remedies have been nixed and conservatives have now been shut out.
So, now what's left? I will be following up with any answers I can find that seem rational later today after I've done my searches.
