A Gigantic Egg All Over Brad Raffensperger's Face

Last week, when Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensperger publicly supported ERIC after it was tossed out of Florida, West Virginia, and Missouri, we issued the Raffensperger Challenge.   The Raffensperger Challenge is the application of Fractal analysis to any entity that currently uses ERIC. This week, we finished the first, in Washoe County, Nevada.

Brad Raffensperger says anyone outing ERIC is "extremist." Today, two more extremists joined in: the secretaries of state of Iowa and Ohio.  Looks like lots of extremists showing up for work. Is there anyone in politics who believes that elected officials in the two most benign states of Iowa and Ohio are extremist?  It is more like an attack of the moderates — as if moderates could attack anything.

We compared the address on the tax roll with the names and addresses on the voter roll:

  • People registered in vacant lots: over 4,200
  • Registered in hotels: over 2,000
  • Registered in parking lots: over 2,500
  • Registered in R.V. parks: 1,600

Amazing how voter rolls — cleaned by ERIC — grow voters like barnacles in hotels and vacant lots up to an even-year election date — then they disappear afterward.  This is in the data!..........To Read More....

My Take -Heterodoxy isn't for the faint of heart.  Having the courage to stand against the current and tell the world, "you're all wrong and I going to tell you why", takes guts, fortitude, the willingness to be attacked unmercifully, unendingly, and  caring little for being liked.  That's rare, and so I've instituted an new accolade for those who demonstrate public courage and fortitude.  Men and women who have the courage to stand against the tide, to be the rock in the current.  Willing to stand for truth, justice and the American way.  I'm calling it the John Boyd Legion of Honor, To Be or To Do: Which Way Will You Go?

And since I've created this honor, I decide who receives it.  Jay Valentine is my recipient of the John Boyd Legion of Honor.  Kudos Jay!

What Can Be Done in This Age of Election Fraud? Whom Can We Count On?

January 6, 2021 By Donald N. Finley

Here's a question: since the U.S. Constitution provides for the legislatures of each respective state to choose their representing electors to the Electoral College, with the U.S. as a constitutional republic, not a democracy...what happens when, internal to the state, that process breaks down?  Whether by state executives violating their own state law to change the conduct of the election to countermand the legislatively approved laws or by those same legislatively approved laws being usurped by judges, the final result is an inaccurate count of the votes cast.

Here's another: when a state certifies as true and accurate the vote totals known not to be true and accurate but refuses to acknowledge the inaccuracy, who fixes that wrong?

I listened to President Trump's entire phone call with the Georgia secretary of state, and contrary to most of the characterizations you'll read, it was not a desperate ploy on the part of the president.  It was just that by Raffensperger.  The president gave detailed numbers of fraudulent votes in Georgia, demonstrating a mastery of the pertinent data.  He offered a simple solution, listing several categories of illegal votes, with the respective numbers in that category.

Raffensperger only had to correct one or two categories, and the margin would flip to a Trump victory.  The president gave numbers for dead people who voted, those who weren't registered voters, those who voted without any address, those with only P.O. box addresses, those who live out of the state, those who were turned away because their votes had been cast by someone else, and the current estimate for the suitcase ballots pulled out in the famous video.

President Trump made it easy for Raffensperger to fix the problem, not caring if he was declared the winner by half a million votes or only one vote, but making it clear that he was the winner and Joe Biden was not, it was easy to prove, and it wasn't even close.  The president emphasized transparency and the truth.  He wasn't negotiating a shady deal.  He offered Raffensperger a face-saving way out of being known to history as the overseer and certifier of a massive fraud. .............To Read More.....

President Trump sues Georgia's Brad Raffensperger

January 4, 2021 By Andrea Widburg

President Trump called Georgia's secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger, to get the latter to stop obstructing the fraud investigation in Georgia. Instead, after whining about the almost seven hours he's spent on the issue, Raffensperger refused to engage in an investigation and then leaked the call to the Washington Post, which promptly misrepresented its contents. Trump has now sued Raffensperger in both state and federal court for secretly recording and then disseminating a confidential settlement discussion.

There's something wrong with Brad Raffensperger.  I don't know what it is — that is, whether he's generically corrupt or has a serious personality disorder — but it's not normal for a secretary of state to behave as he has when faced with the biggest election fraud claim in American history.  If Raffensperger really believed there was no fraud, he would be going out of his way to make every bit of information available to President Trump's team to prove his point.

Instead, Raffensperger is putting up every barrier possible.  This is a man who is desperate to hide from the world what happened in Georgia on and after the election.  If the consciousness of guilt alone were proof of election fraud, Raffensperger would be Exhibit A in a slam-dunk case.

But it doesn't stop there.  When President Trump called Raffensperger to see if he could cajole this lazy, arrogant, entitled man into at least working a little bit on the fraud matter, instead of reflexively resisting every fraud assertion, Raffensperger decided to play dirty.  He recorded the call and then released it to the Washington Post, which did its usual black magic on anything connected with the president.

The WaPo sliced and diced the call, and then disseminated these mangled pieces to the public to set the narrative: according to the WaPo and every other mainstream media outlet, the story is that Trump demanded that Raffensperger fraudulently create over 11,000 votes for Trump, and when Raffensperger refused, Trump threatened him!

The transcript, which was released only later, after the narrative was in place, tells a story that is the exact opposite of what the media claim.  In fact, Trump repeatedly asserted that he won the election based on mountains of evidence and asked only that Raffensperger start cooperating with an investigation instead of fighting it and forcing litigation.

Even that more detailed transcript left out something important: because there is ongoing litigation regarding events in Georgia, this was a settlement discussion.  That means that it was confidential, and, apparently, Trump's team made that clear at the outset of the call:.............To Read More....
