Voter Fraud: The Continuing Saga

I believed voter fraud has always been a problem. It got Kennedy elected, and it absolutely got Johnson elected to the Congress.  Everyday new information surfaces showing how the integrity of the vote in this election is in serious jeopardy.  Fouled up mail in ballots, ballot harvesting, and more.  This piece will be updated regularly, and probably until long after the election as I think this will be going on well into 2021.  

 As one of my correspondents said:  

"Yet another major vote by mail screw up. Just how many people have to be disenfranchised by this crap before the left will admit there's a real problem? Never mind, I know the answer - they'll never admit it so long as they think they'll do better with it than with a solid secure honest election."

Wisconsin: Court Blocks Extension of Absentee Ballot Deadline - A federal appeals court on Thursday blocked a decision to extend the deadline for counting absentee ballots in battleground Wisconsin, in a win for Republicans who have fought attempts to expand voting across the country. If the ruling stands, absentee ballots will have to be delivered to Wisconsin election clerks by 8 p.m. on Election Day if they are to be counted. Results of the presidential race in the pivotal swing state would be known within hours of polls closing.

Nassau County: Hundreds Received Wrong Absentee Ballot Envelopes -  Hundreds of ballots were mailed to Nassau County voters with the wrong oath envelope in what is being blamed on a “printing error” by a vendor.

 Montana Supreme Court rules ballots must be received by 8 pm on Election Day to count- In the back-and-forth court battle over Montana mail ballot election deadlines, the Montana Supreme Court has said the current state law will be in force for the general election — mailed ballots must be received by county offices by 8 p.m. on Election Day to be counted. Tuesday’s ruling was the second time in this election cycle the Montana Supreme Court blocked a lower court order that would have allowed ballots postmarked by Election Day and received by the following Monday to be counted.

This Election Really is Shaping Up to be a Nightmare. -  The newsies among us have know for some time the Democrats have used voter fraud to "find" votes after the election to get their people in office who didn't deserve to be there, and it certainly is my opinion, and the opinion of others, that's how Al Franken got elected to the Senate.  

City clerk: More than 10,000 ballots collected during Democracy in the Park. - "The city of Madison collected 10,813 absentee ballots from local residents at this weekend’s Democracy in the Park event, which state Republicans tried to halt. Despite a threat of legal action from the state GOP if the event were to take place, the Madison City Clerk’s Office forged ahead, arguing Republicans had no legal support for allegations the event constituted an “illegal collection of ballots” that “falls outside lawful categories.”

Ilhan Omar Linked to Cash-for-Ballots Voter Fraud Scheme in Minneapolis.........U.S. Representative Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) has been linked to a massive illegal vote-buying scheme in an elderly community in her heavily Somali district in Minneapolis. The illegal ballot harvesting operation is just the latest in a growing list.....

Commentary: The Hard Left Believes Its Mission is so Critical That Its Noble Ends Can Justify All Means, - There was once a tradition of Democratic liberalism. But that wing of the Democratic Party no longer exists and died sometime in the 1990s. Old-style liberalism has been absorbed by Progressivism at best and unapologetic socialism at worst—in a journey on the supposedly predetermined arc of history that bends toward 1984.

Salvaging the 2020 Election - The November election is shaping up to be a repeat of the one in 2000 when recounts of the presidential vote tally dragged on for five weeks. There’s even a new website called “The Recount.” But it’s not a recount that Americans are being conditioned to accept as normal, this time it’s the initial count. It’s the initial vote count that Democrats want to drag on and on; perhaps past the Electoral College deadline in December and even past Inauguration Day in 2021. And if the initial counting drags on for long enough, there won’t be time for any recounts. That’s because just like the proverbial show, the government must go on. And you can take this to the bank: if the counting produces a Biden win, Democrats will declare victory and attempt to stop the counting cold.

Voter Fraud Incidents in the United States - A constant drumbeat from the left is the mantra that “voter fraud doesn’t exist!” Of course that’s a ludicrous claim which is very easily disproved. This very partial listing of articles over time should put paid to that claim and show very clearly that voter fraud clearly occurs all too often. The majority by far benefits Democrats. Considering that there are a significant number of major elections determined by even one vote, all voter fraud matters. Some of the following are voter registration violations, some actual voter fraud, some a combination (legally all are voter fraud). Some research into the prevalence of non-citizen voting, dead people voting, etc. is also included. Note, there are many more examples out there – these are just the ones that I happened to collect as I ran across them. They are in no particular order.

Could non-citizens decide the November [2014] election?- …How many non-citizens participate in U.S. elections? More than 14 percent of non-citizens in both the 2008 and 2010 samples indicated that they were registered to vote. Furthermore, some of these non-citizens voted. Our best guess, based upon extrapolations from the portion of the sample with a verified vote, is that 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010.

An example of how Democrats harvest votes - Democrats are pushing the notion of mail-in voting, hoping the unsuspecting will think it’s just an extension of absentee voting. It’s not.  It’s a means to facilitate voter fraud—also known of “harvesting votes”.
It’s widely acknowledged that harvesting votes brought JFK into the win column in Illinois when thousands of Chicago votes magically appeared for Senator Kennedy, from vapor. Nixon, somewhat to his credit, did not dispute the count.

The Dems Plan to Steal the Presidency- I wrote about this in “The Red Mirage” theory provides the justification for Democrat mischief post Election Day: What is the significance of all this? It comes as a stark and frightening realization that the Democrats are not the idiots they appear to be. Stark, because they tried to use the Steele Dossier, a folder full of ridiculous and easily debunked rumor and imaginative narrative, to at first steal an election and then, depose a president. And they are now trying to convince Americans that “law and order” Trump, who has decried the riots from the beginning and offered federal support to Democrat-run cities and states to stop them, is somehow now responsible for all the destruction and violence. It is obvious they think Americans are the stupid ones.

Trump vindicated: Judge orders new election in N.J. race cited by POTUS for voter fraud - Just days after President Donald Trump pointed to a New Jersey election as an example of the type of fraud possible with universal mail-in voting, a judge has thrown out its results.  It appeared Alex Mendez had won a special election held in May to fill a Paterson City Council seat by a little over two hundred votes. However, claims of voter fraud soon followed.

Michigan Rejects 846 Mailed Ballots ‘Because the Voter Was Dead’ - Michigan clerks rejected 10,694 mailed ballots during the August 4 primary.  Of those, 846 ballots were not accepted “because the voter was dead,” the Detroit News reported.  Further, 2,225 ballots were denied because there was no voter signature on the envelope, and 1,111 votes were discarded because the voter moved to a new address after submitting the ballot. The state claimed the dead voters died between the time they submitted the ballot and when it was counted.

Nevada Sent More Than 200K Mail-In Primary Ballots to Wrong Addresses - More than one-sixth of the mail-in ballots sent to voters in Nevada's largest county during the 2020 primary went to outdated addresses, according to a new watchdog report. The Public Interest Legal Foundation, an election integrity group, reviewed the 1.3 million mail-in ballots Nevada's Clark County sent during the June primary. It found that more than 223,000 of the ballots were sent to outdated addresses, leading the postal service to designate them as "undeliverable." The undeliverable ballots accounted for 17 percent of all ballots mailed to registered voters. Nearly 75 percent of Nevada's total population resides in the county, which includes Las Vegas.

Final mail-in primary failure rate in New York City: 20.8% - Utter disaster. More than one in every five ballots cast in New York City got discarded in the state’s June 23rd primary, raising all sorts of questions about who actually won the congressional nominations and other races. Voters didn’t get proper instructions, the postal service wasn’t prepared, and that will leave a permanent cloud over all the results:

Vote fraud scheme in Philadelphia busted, judge of elections pleads guilty to aiding Democrats - Now that Democrats are pushing universal mail-in ballots, making vote fraud easier than ever before, we are repeatedly hearing the false claim that “there is no evidence of widespread vote fraud” from Democrats. Just yesterday, I heard Democrat activist and Fox News contributor Chris Hahn make that claim in a segment discussing mail-in voting. Stacey Abrams, who delusionally claims to be governor of Georgia because of "vote suppression," says that vote fraud is largely a "myth." It’s baloney.   

Finally Someone is Shining a Light on Democrat Voter Fraud - I’ll give Donald Trump props for at least one thing. He has and still is causing the needle to move on some very important issues which would otherwise get little press.  Early on it was illegal immigration and building the wall. To his credit he brought that topic to the forefront. Then it was the Muslim/refugee issue. Again, he spearheaded the attention brought to the subject.  And now, thanks to The Donald’s recent debate declaration about shady electioneering, everyone is talking about voter fraud.  And just like every other political topic, battle lines have been drawn.

Voter Fraud in Ohio By Rich Kozlovich - A number of years ago while in Washington DC for our national association's legislative day I was having lunch with three other members of our group, all of whom I consider friends.  Friends don't always agree.  We got to talking about how Obama got elected, and I said I believed the only reason Obama was elected twice was because of voter fraud.  I believed voter fraud was rampant in both elections in favor of Democrats.......  Conspiracy theorists use the conspiracy argument to explain those things they don't like or understand.  Someone who believes in conspiracies has read sufficiently, especially about history, to understand conspiracies are real and bring about results, and government officials, the judiciary and the media are a part of those conspiracies.  That's history and that history is incontestable.

 In 2008 the Ohio Supreme Court threw out about 1,000 provisional ballots that had been improperly filled out by voters in a tight congressional race.  In a 4-2 decision, the court struck down Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner's directive that said the votes should be counted. ... Justices said Brunner improperly instructed county elections officials to apply conflicting standards to election law by ruling that the votes should be counted, even though the envelopes failed to comply with legal guidelines set out before Nov. 4.  The Governor was Democrat Ted Strickland. 

 Cuyahoga county has always been a hub for voter fraud.  In 2008 it was reported: “GOP observers are calling in reports of multiple voting. People brazenly are coming in two or three times to vote,” he said, the exhaustion clear in his voice. “We may have an observer in one of every five or six precinct buildings, and they can see only so much. People are coming in where there are multiple registrations for the same address. Someone might say, ‘I’m Troy Jones at 123 Main Street,’ and then he’ll vote. Next, he will come back and say, ‘I’m Troy Jones, Jr. at 123 Main Street,’ then cast another ballot. Later on, a Troy Jones, Sr. registered at the same address gets to vote. This is why ACORN’s multiple registrations are such a problem.”…….. “People without proper ID are being allowed to vote. They are supposed to provide something like a utility bill. People who are not even properly registered to vote are being told, ‘Yeah. Go ahead. That’s close enough.’”  ......“According to the U.S. Census Bureau there are only 1,314,241 people in all of Cuyahoga County of which 24% is under 18 and ineligible to vote. Yet they are showing a registration of 1,096,449 million voters? It turns out there are more voters registered in Cuyahoga County than actually exist.”....Was she expecting ACORN pals to stuff ballot boxes? Is that an unfair statement? I don't think so since the Ohio Secretary of State was Linked to ACORN, Project Vote.  .....This has been going for decades, In Cleveland election workers were sentenced for rigging 2004 presidential recount.  

 "Obama volunteers picked up hundreds of people at homeless shelters, soup kitchens and drug-rehab centers and drove them to a polling place on 10/6/2008 on the last day that Ohioans could register and vote on the same day, almost no questions asked.  The huge effort by a pro-Obama group, Vote Today Ohio, takes advantage of a quirk in the state's elections laws that allows people to register and cast ballots at the same time without having to prove residency."...... Ken Blackwell noted in his article, Voter-fraud Chaos, that:Developments in several states create the possibility that the 2008 vote could result in "Election Month," rather than Election Day.  Court rulings on various absentee-voting procedures — along with early voting and other new forms of balloting — open the door to widespread abuses that could undermine the election.  The possibility of voter fraud or voting irregularities on a massive scale could provide a multi-state repeat of Florida 2000. ......And it gets worse all the time.  A federal judge ruled Ohio homeless voters may list park benches as addresses, ruling that:........counties must allow homeless voters to list park benches and other locations as their addresses.” 

Even out of state Obama campaign staffers felt all these silly laws about residency didn’t really apply to them.  At least till they were threatened with criminal prosecution and then thirteen campaign workers for Barack Obama........

.........yanked their voter registrations and ballots in Ohio after being warned by a prosecutor that temporary residents can't vote in the battleground state.  A dozen staffers — including Obama Ohio spokeswoman Olivia Alair.  This idea that the rules don’t apply to them is pandemic, here’s another case of that kind of infection. Hall adviser fired, linked to Ohio voting fraud probe.  

An Ohio official decided there was a need for a new voting machine rule.  Why?  Because poll workers were taking voting machines home for safekeeping.  They were taking them home?  You gotta be kidding me!  So, Ohio's elections chief is reconsidering a plan to prohibit poll workers from taking voting machines home for safekeeping.  Amazing, why would he do that?  After all, there's no possibility of fraud there.  Is there?  And if there was that possibility, no one would take advantage of it.  Would they?  Okay, let's all join hands, waving them above our heads, stand in a circle and sing Kumbaya.  I'll won't be there, but please enjoy the delusion!

 As for the machines themselves?  

1. Ohio Voting Machines Contained Programming Error That Dropped Votes.  Premier (formerly Diebold) has admitted to a software flaw in its GEMS system used in 34 states that can cause votes to be dropped while being transferred from memory cards to a central tallying point.  This flaw has existed for at least 10 years….
2. 100+ Diebold voting machines available now on EBay.  You really can get anything on EBay, even electronic voting machines proved to be easy to corrupt for purposes of voting fraud.  Brad Friedman of the Brad Blog first noticed that "more than 10" AccuVote-TS voting machines, built by Diebold, were being sold on the online auction site for the buy-it-now price of $1,200 (plus $50 shipping and handling).
3. Diebold e-voting hack allows remote tampering.  The attack on the Diebold AccuVote TS electronic voting machine, which is now marketed by Election Systems & Software, relies on a small circuit board that an attacker inserts between the components connecting the touch screen of the device to its microprocessor.  The $10.50 card then controls the information flowing into the machine's internal processor, allowing attackers to change votes with almost no visible sign of what's taking place.
4. Glitches galore as US votes.  Programming errors and inexperience with electronic voting machines frustrated poll workers in hundreds of precincts during Tuesday's US elections, delaying voters in Indiana and Ohio and forcing some in Florida to cast paper ballots instead.  In Cleveland, voters rolled their eyes as election workers fumbled with new touchscreen machines that they couldn't get to start properly.  "We got five machines — one of them's got to work," said Willette Scullank, a trouble-shooter from the Cuyahoga County elections board. 
5. Brunner declares Ohio's voting systems vulnerable.  All of the voting systems used in Ohio have "critical security failures" that make them vulnerable to tampering and should be replaced with paper ballots counted at a central location, Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner concluded after a top-to-bottom review of the systems.........

SUSPICIOUS: Over 18,000 Extra Names on Iowa Voting Rolls - On Monday, Judicial Watch reported that eight counties in the state of Iowa have registration rates above 100 percent, adding at least 18,658 extra names to the Iowa voting rolls. The Iowa caucuses are to be held on Monday. Of course, this phenomenon isn't limited to just Iowa. According to Judicial Watch’s analysis of government data, "378 counties nationwide that have more voter registrations than citizens living there who are old enough to vote, i.e., counties where registration rates exceed 100%." These 378 counties have a combined 2.5 million registrations over the 100% mark. This problem is even bigger considering that the Census Bureau estimated in 2014 that that 64.6 percent of eligible adults were registered to vote in 2014. There are many other counties with suspiciously high registration rates.

The case is being closely watched because of the state's critical role in next year's presidential race. Ozaukee County Judge Paul Malloy also denied the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin's petition to intervene.

DOJ warns against filing voter challenges - Ahead of an emergency hearing on voter challenges, the U.S. Justice Department said several North Carolina counties apparently violated federal procedures for removing voters from the rolls based on undelivered mail.  The Justice Department court filing late Tuesday came ahead of arguments in court by the NAACP on Wednesday that at least three counties purged voter rolls through a process that disproportionately targets blacks.  Voters are being removed because of challenges filed by activists, which the NAACP says is illegal under federal law less than 90 days before an election. However, state officials say the process is legal under state law.  Justice Department lawyers said that if the NAACP allegations are true, they represent violations of the National Voting Rights Act.

What Kind of Fraud to Expect This Election - It is not true that there haven't been documented instances of voter fraud recently — and dead voters are a big problem. The United States "has a long and unfortunate history of ballot fraud," the Heritage Foundation has said, in a 2008 report titled Democracy in Danger -- and the fraud has gotten worse since then. As Indiana state police Superintendent Doug Carter told RTV6-TV last month, "There's voter fraud and voter forgery in every state of America." Voter fraud almost always favors Democratic candidates and happens mostly in toss-up states -- the states that actually determine presidential elections. There is now solid evidence that despite their claims of innocence, key Democrats are aware of the fraud. California admits it has no idea whether non-citizens voted in last primary - After a hard-fought battle to obtain records by the Sacramento Bee, we now learn that California's electoral officials are admitting that they have no idea how many illegals and other non-citizens voted in the last primary, based on the state's motor-voter registration, which has been shown to have registered thousands of non-citizen voters. It’s Not Over: Broward County Election Supervisor Brenda Snipes Rescinds Resignation - If you thought the drama over the Florida elections this cycle was over, think again. It was a fiasco this year. And the same problem children were the cause of it: Palm Beach County and Broward County. They also happen to be two of the most Democratic counties in the state. The ballot counting operation was secretive, dumping vote totals without giving regular updates on how many outstanding ballots remains as required by state law. Gov. Rick Scott, who won the U.S. Senate race, beating incumbent Democrat Bill Nelson, had to file a lawsuit over the matter, many lawsuits to be exact, and a judge found that Broward and Palm Beach counties ballot counting operations violated public records laws. They failed to get their machine recount done on time; a mandatory one was executed due to Scott leading Nelson by less than half of one percent.  The hand recount was stopped when Nelson conceded. Ms. Snipes was the center of controversy again, and it’s not like this is the first time.

The stomach-turning 'ballot-harvesting' that enabled Democrats to walk off with California   - The picture emerging from California's election is grotesque. How again did Democrats engineer their strange midterm victory in Orange County and in other traditionally Republican areas? In that election, apparently winning Republican candidates were all unseated as the ballots just kept arriving, and arriving, and arriving, until the results flipped. Each and every time. And no such flips happened for Republicans, just Democrats, after they learned that Republicans were winning. And Democrats say it's just 'counting all the votes.' Welcome to ballot-harvesting.

A permanent solution to voter fraud - We are told on a daily basis of all the technology in use or development to track us in order to make us safer, such as facial recognition, license plate scanners, even down to how we walk. None of us have a choice in whether we want to participate in this data collection or not, our faces are captured in some anonymous government database regardless. How that data is used is also not for us to know.

Ending Election Fraud - Enough is enough. Election after election, boxes of Democrat ballots show up in counties run by Democratic election supervisors to benefit Democratic candidates who, once they steal their opponent’s election night victory, will join the chorus warning of Russian interference in our elections. Texas election officials report complaints from voters who say machines flipped votes - Texas voters: Take your time when casting ballots.  This advice comes as state election officials receive complaints across the state from early voters casting straight tickets on Hart eSlate machines who believe the machines changed their votes.  Two complaints, reported through a third party, have been made in Tarrant County, said Heider Garcia, elections administrator.  “We have ... tested everything,” he said. “We don’t have any indication that there’s a technical issue.”

Former Democratic Party leader paid women in alleged Tarrant voter fraud ring, AG says - A Fort Worth woman recently indicted on voter fraud charges paid others involved in the scheme with funds provided by a former Tarrant County Democratic Party leader, court documents filed this week say.  After learning about a state investigation, Leticia Sanchez — one of four women arrested and indicted on voter fraud charges — allegedly directed her daughter to send a text message to others in the scheme, urging them not to cooperate with investigators, state officials say.

Texas Dems ask noncitizens to register to vote, send applications with citizenship box pre-checked - The Texas Democratic Party asked non-citizens to register to vote, sending out applications to immigrants with the box citizenship already checked "Yes", according to new complaints filed Thursday asking prosecutors to see what laws may have been broken. The Public Interest Legal Foundation alerted district attorneys and the federal Justice Department to the pre-checked applications, and also included a signed affidavit from a man who said some of his relatives, who aren't citizens, received the mailing.

When my votes didn't count - The solons of our sophisticated society assure us that there is no election fraud. Concerns about elections in which non citizens participate and fanatical partisans vote multiple times are dismissed as a paranoid right wing fantasy. "Russian hacking" of our elections is the current grind, but our officials have not been able to demonstrate what was hacked, much less for whom, so they assure us that our votes were safe. This last week, I got woke.  My household suffered its third assault on our ballots in four years. Fortunately, I served as a city commissioner in Kentwood, Michigan for four years (until last fall) and had the means and the motive to trace the foul-ups to our city clerk's office. These are people I know and trust. They are good people who made some very human mistakes, but these effectively denied me and my wife our votes. EXCLUSIVE: New USCIS Office Investigating Thousands Who Got US Citizenship Through Identity Fraud - A new government office created to investigate bogus naturalization applications estimates there are at least 3,000 cases of aliens who used false identities to obtain U.S. citizenship, federal officials told The Daily Caller News Foundation. The office, housed inside U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), has identified the potential fraud cases as a part of its ongoing review of more than 300,000 fingerprint records uploaded to a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) database beginning in 2014. Based on the review to date, officials could uncover more than 3,000 instances where an ineligible alien assumed another identity and used it to become a U.S. citizen, USCIS associate director for field operations Daniel Renaud told TheDCNF Tuesday in an interview.

Libs demand citizenship test for political speech, but not for voting - Liberals are the first to reject the idea that voters should have to prove their citizenship or even their identity when they come to vote. They say it will lead to voter suppression. They say it will confuse blacks and Hispanics, who liberals constantly maintain have the timidity of jackrabbits and the intellectual fortitude of five-year-olds.  

The War on Wisdom - There is more knowledge available today than ever before in history. But few would argue people are wiser than ever before. On the contrary, many of us would argue that we are living in a particularly foolish time -- a period that is largely wisdom-free, especially among those with the most knowledge: the best educated. The fact that one of our two major political parties is advocating lowering the voting age to 16 is a good example of the absence of wisdom among a large segment of the adult population. What adult deems 16-year-olds capable of making a wise voting decision? The answer is an adult with the wisdom of a 16-year-old -- "Hey, I'm no wiser than most 16-year-olds. Why should I have the vote and they not?".

My Take - It's been suggested in other articles that the voting age should be returned to 21.  I disagree.  If we're going to go through this effort to instill wisdom into the voting system through the age of voters, then let's make it meaningful.   Raise the voting age to an age where wisdom starts to settle in.  Thirty!  That should be the voting age at all levels.  By that time the rampant hormone driven emotions start to abate and intellect and experience in life play a much larger role, especially since by that time they're probably married and have children.  That in itself forces adults to start to act like responsible adults. But I guarantee the left will fight that to the death because they understand this one foundational concept as outlined by Winston Churchill who said:  "Anyone under thirty who's not a liberal has no heart.  Anyone over thirty who's not a conservative has no intelligence." 

Texas Voter ID Law Upheld - The Associated Press reports that a Texas voter ID law has been upheld by a US Court of Appeals. From the AP: “Texas' voter ID law that was twice blocked over findings of discrimination can stay in effect for the 2018 elections, a U.S. appeals court ruled Friday. It was the second major ruling over voting rights in the U.S. this week after an Arkansas judge on Thursday blocked that state's voter ID measure as unconstitutional. But in a 2-1 decision by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, the Texas law that critics have slammed as one of the toughest voter ID measures in the nation was seen as a suitable replacement for the original 2011 law that a federal judge had likened to a "poll tax" on minority voters.

Texas County Hit With Lawsuit for Concealing Records of Noncitizens Registered to Vote - Harris County refused to allow an election integrity group to inspect their voter rolls. A Texas county has been hit with a lawsuit for concealing records in relation to noncitizens on voter rolls.  The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), an election integrity group, filed a complaint on Thursday against the Office of the Harris County Voter Registrar in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas for its refusal to disclose documents or allow the inspection of its voter rolls in relation to registrants who were removed after it was discovered that they were noncitizens.

Oops! 100,000 non-citizens registered to vote in Pennsylvania - J. Christian Adams, a former federal prosecutor, through his work with the Public Interest Legal Foundation, is leading an effort to expose the extent of aliens voting in federal elections. For unexplained reasons, the officials are stonewalling release of official data. It appears that they have evidence already that should alarm everyone concerned with election integrity. This had far more influence than any Russian ads on Facebook.............""For months, Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about noncitizens registering and voting—that ends today," PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said. "Before this lawsuit, the State admitted to a 'glitch' that exposed thousands of driver's license customers to voter registration offers despite their noncitizen status since the 1990s. The Secretary of State abruptly resigned. My Take - The media and the left in general snickered mightily when Trump tweeted there were millions who voted illegally in the last election.  As time is going by state after state is being exposed for the rampant voter fraud that not only went on during the last election, but it's clear this has gone for years.  It's been my contention that both times Obama was elected was due to voter fraud.  I can't of course prove it, but that doesn't make it wrong. 

Illegals in California with Driver's Licenses Eligible to Vote After April 1 - Starting on April 1, 2018, illegal aliens in California who have recently obtained state driver's licenses legally, or obtained them previously by lying about their immigration status, will automatically be registered to vote. Since January 2015, according to the California DMV, A.B. 60, a law passed by the California Assembly, "allows illegal immigrants to the United States to apply for a California driver's license with the CA Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)" [emphasis original]. As of December 2016, more than 800,000 California driver's licenses were issued to illegal aliens under the A.B. 60 law. Additional thousands of illegals may have been granted licenses prior to 2015 because they lied on their driver's license application forms and claimed they were in the country legally. (No proof of legal residence has been required by the California DMV in recent years.) My Take - So it appears the Democrats lied when they demanded driver's licenses for illegals.  It's clear someone has to be prosecuted for all of this, including the judge who issued this ruling.  All of these schemes are direct violations of federal law.  If that's the case - and it is - then someone is committing a crime.  If that's the case - and it is - then someone has to be arrested, indicted, prosecuted and sent to prison.  It really is that simple! 

Uncovering vote fraud: Plan B begins - Before progressives start celebrating the dissolution of the Election Integrity Commission, they had better figure out what lies ahead. President Trump announced late yesterday that the Election Integrity Commission, headed by Kansas secretary of state Kris Kobach, will be dissolved. "Rather than engage in endless legal battles at taxpayer expense, today President Donald J. Trump signed an executive order to dissolve the Commission, and he has asked the Department of Homeland Security to review its initial findings and determine next courses of action," White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement.

One candidate led by 106 votes, another by 86, and a third led by only 10. Another five races were decided by fewer than 900 votes. The Democrats need to flip only two more seats to take control of the lower chamber. Every vote counts, and every name listed on a voter registration roll can be voted, legitimately or illegitimately.

North Carolina Man Charged With 2016 Election Vote Tampering - Many democrats are still awfully sore about the results of the 2016 primaries, and with good reason:  Their party completely botched the entire thing. According to Judicial Watch, eleven states gave the EAC insufficient or questionable information.  Pennsylvania’s legitimate numbers place it just below the over-registration threshold.

Democrats are taking the privacy narrative a step farther by loudly claiming voter suppression without a drop of evidence there, either, claiming (probably falsely) that they are going to expend great effort beyond their loud noisemaking now to get those 3,400 de-registered voters (all of whom they imply are legitimate) back on the voter rolls.............The Tom Perez re-registration gambit will fail.  And we won't hear a word about it in the coming media "narrative."............Turns out that what's going on in Colorado refutes each and every one of those echo-chamber "narratives."

SCOTUS to hear Ohio voter purge case - The Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal of a lower court ruling by the state of Ohio that blocked the purge of voter registration rolls. The state government was enforcing a law passed in the 1990s that removed the names of voters who failed to vote for six straight years.  The goal was to purge the dead and those who had moved out of state. But liberal groups, including the ACLU, said the process was discriminatory because the purge affected minorities adversely. They claimed it was a "voter suppression" technique and not an effort to prevent voter fraud. Reuters:

Trump launches commission to investigate voter fraud - President Donald Trump signed an executive order Thursday launching a commission to review alleged voter fraud and voter suppression, building upon his unsubstantiated claims that millions of people voted illegally in the 2016 election. The White House said the president's "Advisory Commission on Election Integrity" would examine allegations of improper voting and fraudulent voter registration in states and across the nation. Vice President Mike Pence will chair the panel and Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach will be vice chair of the commission, which will report back to Trump by 2018.

Study Shows Millions of Non-Citizens Were Registered To Vote - The leftist media disparages President Trump’s claim that widespread voter fraud prevented him from winning the popular vote in the recent presidential election. In fact, when he called for an investigation into people who aren’t supposed to be voting, registering and voting in national elections, TV hosts such as CNN’s Chris Cuomo or Snotty Shepard Smith at Fox News ripped Trump’s call an investigation.

Why the Left Wants a Non-White America - A recent exchange between Tucker Carlson of Fox News and Univision anchorman Jorge Ramos—“This is not a white country”—marks a significant turning point: Suddenly people on national television are talking about the end of white America, the rising tide of color, and what demographic change really means. White advocates may owe Señor Ramos a “thank you” for his forthright Hispanic chauvinism, which forces whites to think seriously about dispossession. Too many whites would rather look the other way, and since Fox News won’t (yet) invite Jared Taylor to talk about it, Señor Ramos will have to do. Entirely aside from his dreams of reconquista, Jorge Ramos and others on the left want America to become non-white so that it moves further to the left, so that Democrats can win more elections. To put it simply: Less white means more left. Leftists, particularly Hispanic ones, talk about this openly. The Hispanic intellectual Ruy Teixeira is a good example. His biography at the leftwing think tank, Center for American Progress Action Fund, says this:

Protecting the rights and personal information of all Oregon voters and ensuring trust in our elections system are serious matters to me.

So today, I will address recent concerns over voter system integrity, as well as the federal government’s claim that state elections are part of federal “critical infrastructure.”

Last month, President Obama designated state elections as “critical infrastructure” under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Implemented by Executive Order, the “critical infrastructure” designation by DHS was foisted on the states without consultation of any Secretaries of States or elections officers across the nation. I believe its implementation should be stopped until the consequences of this DHS empowerment can be thoroughly analyzed.

My concern has been elevated as it appears this Executive Order is being acquiesced to by the new Trump Administration. As the administrator of Oregon’s state elections, it is clear to me that any elections “infrastructure” policy by the Federal government should only be implemented if it has been proven to be in the best interest of our current decentralized, state-controlled election system.

Recently, I wrote President Trump directly on this issue, and last week I traveled to Washington, D.C. to discuss it with 40 other Secretaries during the National Association of Secretaries of State Conference. The urgency is this, once a federal agency assumes authority to intervene in a state’s constitutional duty to conduct fair elections, such an encroachment will be nearly impossible to supplant. There has been no information released by either President Obama’s or President Trump’s administrations to justify this “critical infrastructure” designation, so I am fighting it.

My letter to the President stated that Oregon’s November election results were tabulated correctly and that President Trump’s accusations of voter fraud through internet hacking were not relevant to Oregon due to our use of paper ballots. But, counting ballots correctly is not enough.

Restoring trust in Oregon’s election system requires more than just counting ballots correctly—it also requires confidence in our voter registration system. Voter registration is a much different issue than tabulating votes on election night.

It goes without saying that all eligible Oregonians should be able to register and vote. Key tenets of my administration are to ensure more accountability and integrity to the processes and systems of the Secretary of State’s office.

To restore greater trust in Oregon’s voter registration system, the Elections Division staff has begun to step-up their maintenance of the state voter file. As a starting point, we’re reviewing addresses where more than ten ballots are delivered. Surprisingly, 6500 addresses have been identified--mostly fraternity and sorority houses, senior care and assisted living facilities, and R.V. parks. So far, in our evaluation of these data sets, we’ve encountered only two that appear to be fraudulent. We trust and we verify.

We are also cross-checking voter registration with public records like death certificates. We want to ensure a clean voter file while also maintaining voter privacy. That way, we can ensure everyone who is qualified and registered to vote gets a ballot. In addition, duplicate ballots can be a problem for states. For example, in a recent election, Oregon records show approximately 95,000 duplicate ballots were mailed to Oregon homes. Although we have measures in place to assure only one ballot from a registered voter is counted, we are working diligently to reduce the number of mailed duplicate ballots to avoid confusion and reduce costs.

In short, my job as Secretary of State is to protect and administer the elections system assigned to me by law, and to do so in a non-partisan, transparent and honest manner. While no system is perfect, I’ve been pleased to see the dedication and integrity exemplified by our county and state elections staff. I will continue to work diligently to support every effort to improve Oregon’s elections at all levels of government.

Finally, I will do everything in my power to protect our state’s elections system from an unwarranted, and possibly unconstitutional, intrusion by federal agencies and Presidential Executive Orders.

Election Integrity Can’t Wait - For years, Republicans have pushed to improve election integrity. Democrats, aided by the courts, have fiercely resisted efforts to ensure honest elections. But there’s no good argument against making sure that everyone who casts a ballot is eligible to do so, and that they cast only one per election.  After all, illegal voting is not a victimless crime. Every invalid ballot dilutes the votes of the rest of us. A democracy that does not secure the polls represents rule by the crooked rather than by the people. Nevertheless, Democratic politicians have fought to make fraud simple. They don’t put it that way, waxing eloquent about battling against voter “suppression” and the like. But the only person who suffers when an ID is required is someone seeking to cast a ballot in another person’s name

Trump's Got a Big Job Reining In Voter Fraud - President Trump’s assertion that millions of illegal votes were cast in the November election has elicited howls of protest from offended national reporters and pundits who demanded proof. Instead of recoiling, the President doubled down with an executive order to find out just how much voter fraud exists. It is hard to fathom how anyone, especially those inquiring minds of the Washington press corps, legitimately would be so uninterested in finding the truth. Despite insisting that the President provide evidence of voter fraud, he is being assailed even more vehemently by the Democrat pols, late-night talk show hosts and reporters when he offers to do just that.

At Least 25 Million Dead and Fraudulent "Registered Voters" in 2016. - Illegal alien voters combined with dead and "multiple state" voters could easily explain Clinton's "popular vote" margin over Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election, especially considering that her "victory" came from Democratic-controlled counties known for illegal immigration and loose voter ID laws such as in New York and California.  "A report by the Pew Center on the States finds that more than 1.8 million dead people are currently registered to vote, and 24 million registrations are either invalid or inaccurate," NPR reported in 2012, which is ironic given how NPR is heavily controlled by Democrats.  And many of the dead, registered voters somehow keep voting Democrat from beyond the grave, most recently in Philadelphia, Penn. and Colorado.

California's Recipe for Voter Fraud on a Massive Scale. - The media have exhibited a pathological determination to ignore any possibility of voter fraud, in spite of mountains of evidence to the contrary.   In this week’s headlines, the narrative is repeated over and over again: President Donald Trump is making it all up.....According to the latter article, California Secretary of State Alex Padilla called President Trump a liar.   Breitbart News’ calls to the Secretary of State’s office for a comment were not returned, but that is not surprising. California has intentionally created a recipe for voter fraud on a massive scale.

Democrats have No Leg to Stand On in the Fight Against Voter Fraud - You’ve probably heard it many times. It was invoked in 2014 by a Pennsylvania judge to rationalize throwing out the state’s voter ID law. In a 100-page opinion, Commonwealth Court Judge Bernard McGinley argued that “if even one person is disenfranchised by the law,” then we have failed as a democracy.Those same words — if even one person is disenfranchised — have been uttered ad nauseam by Democrats to justify their opposition to laws that would combat voter fraud. That fallback argument is about to come to the fore again now that President Donald Trump has announced via Twitter.

Voter fraud: The issue won’t die - A recent university analysis has given a basis for the Trump argument that there is significant voter fraud.  Old Dominion associate professor Jesse Richman, through an online, survey has suggested that 100,000 non-citizens may have cast votes for Hillary Clinton.  The extension of this analysis is that as many as 800,000 non-citizens could have voted for the Clinton candidacy.  Richman cautions that this number is likely too high, though.  Some Republicans want to avoid this issue, as they fear a legitimacy backlash.  Democrats at first laughed about this but now want to stop any search for information......... Democrats claim that this investigation will result in voter suppression.  The question is whether these suppressed voters are eligible under our laws.........The real concern for Democrats is that systematic violations will be uncovered.

Then they told us that she lost because the media was unfair to her. Now they are telling us she did not actually lose, but the Russians stole the election.

Was Michigan Recount Stopped Because of Evidence of Democratic Voter Fraud? - Green Party candidate Jill Stein launched legal actions to require voter recounts in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan. Although Stein only received about 1% of the popular vote and no chance of winning any state via a recount, she claimed her only motive was to insure voting integrity and that there wasn’t any voter fraud or hacking that swayed the elections. She also claimed it had nothing to do with her wanting Hillary Clinton to win over Donald Trump. Personally, I welcome the recount since all three states would have to overturn their results for Clinton to win. It would also settle the matter in many minds of whether or not the election was tampered with.

Fear the Voting Dead - President-elect Donald J. Trump has been mocked for his tweeted claim that if it were not for illegal aliens voting, he might very well have won the popular as well as the electoral vote. Is his claim less credible than the one put forth by some of Trump’s opponents that Russian hackers got into voting machines that aren’t even connected to the Internet to switch votes around? Trump puts the number at several million.

She has already filed the motion for a recount for a recount in Wisconsin, filed the motion yesterday in Pennsylvania and will file the motion in Michigan on Wednesday. Stein says her wanting a recount has nothing to do with wanting Hillary Clinton declared the winner, but has everything to do with making sure the elections were accurate and that there wasn’t any hacking that could have skewed the election results. Yet, with Stein receiving such a small percentage of the vote, it seems obvious that her motive is try to get a woman – Hillary Clinton – in the White House as President.

Here’s a typical news story about the North Carolina recount:   This story leaves out Pat McCrory’s case for a recount even though the vote was far closer than in states that Jilll Stein is contesting........So what did Hillary Clinton’s election lawyer say—the same lawyer who has supported recounts in states that Trump won? Marc Elias commented: “Instead of attacking North Carolina voters and undermining our democratic process, Governor McCrory needs to accept his defeat and concede.”

Illegal aliens register voters in California - Pedro Ramirez is the head of voter outreach for the Visalia-based Community Water Center — but he can’t vote.  Ramirez was born in Jalisco, Mexico, and brought to the United States illegally at age 3. Indiana state police still investigating voter registration fraud in 56 counties - The Secretary of State’s office said in a press release that it has fielded numerous call from voters who have discovered their date of birth or first name on their voter registration is incorrect. The voters then believe they are not registered because they cannot locate their information on indianavoters.com.

In the recent past I noted I believed Obama was elected in both the 2008 and 2012 elections as a result of voter fraud, and especially so in 2012.  A friend said.... "Oh, come on".....as if I'm just another conspiracy theorist versus someone who rightly believes there really are conspiracies.  What's the difference? Conspiracy theorists use the conspiracy argument to explain those things they don't like or understand.  Someone who believes in conspiracies has read sufficiently, especially about history, to understand conspiracies are real and bring about results, and the judiciary and the media are a part of it.

Ohio high court tosses 1,000 ballots in tight race.  The Ohio Supreme Court on Friday threw out about 1,000 provisional ballots that had been improperly filled out by voters in a tight congressional race.  In a 4-2 decision, the court struck down Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner's directive that said the votes should be counted. ... Justices said Brunner improperly instructed county elections officials to apply conflicting standards to election law by ruling that the votes should be counted, even though the envelopes failed to comply with legal guidelines set out before Nov. 4.

Hijinks Mar Ohio Vote.  "Ecuador has more voting integrity than we have here in East Cleveland today."  That is the considered opinion of a Republican attorney who is helping to monitor elections in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.  He requested anonymity to avoid drawing attention to his employer.I have known him for years as an honest and very serious patriot and consider his comments reliable.  He rang me to discuss the shenanigans that he and other Republican poll watchers have witnessed today in greater Cleveland.

Homeless 'Driven' to Vote for Obama.  Volunteers supporting Barack Obama picked up hundreds of people at homeless shelters, soup kitchens and drug-rehab centers and drove them to a polling place yesterday [10/6/2008] on the last day that Ohioans could register and vote on the same day, almost no questions asked.  The huge effort by a pro-Obama group, Vote Today Ohio, takes advantage of a quirk in the state's elections laws that allows people to register and cast ballots at the same time without having to prove residency.

Voter-fraud Chaos.  Developments in several states create the possibility that the 2008 vote could result in "Election Month," rather than Election Day.  Court rulings on various absentee-voting procedures — along with early voting and other new forms of balloting — open the door to widespread abuses that could undermine the election.  The possibility of voter fraud or voting irregularities on a massive scale could provide a multistate repeat of Florida 2000.  A perfect example is Ohio.

Campaign Dynamics, Fraud Potential Impacted by Early Voting.  Three years ago, Ohio changed its law to allow absentee voting to begin 35 days before Election Day, which is Sept. 30 this year.  But residents of the state are allowed to register to vote as late as Oct. 6, creating a one-week overlap in which they can register and vote on the same day.  That overlap has come under fire by the Ohio Republican Party and some Ohio voters, who point out that state law requires voters to have been registered for 30 days before they can cast an absentee ballot.  This, they say, creates an unfair situation because it is difficult to immediately verify a voter's identity.

Ohio is a Hotbed of Vote Fraud in 2008.  The Cleveland Plain Dealer is touting triumphantly that Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner is predicting an 80% voter turnout in the 2008 election.  This would be an amazing statistic if true. ... There is no doubt that Cuyahoga County is "leading" in this year's vote situation.  But, unfortunately, that "leading" seems to be in fraud, not legal, proper votes.

Judge rules Ohio homeless voters may list park benches as addresses.  A federal judge in Ohio has ruled that counties must allow homeless voters to list park benches and other locations that aren't buildings as their addresses.  U.S. District Judge Edmund Sargus also ruled that provisional ballots can't be invalidated because of poll worker errors.

Bam Staffers Pull Their Bogus Ohio Ballots.  Thirteen campaign workers for Barack Obama yesterday [10/24/2008] yanked their voter registrations and ballots in Ohio after being warned by a prosecutor that temporary residents can't vote in the battleground state.  A dozen staffers — including Obama Ohio spokeswoman Olivia Alair and James Cadogan, who recently joined Team Obama — signed a form letter asking the Franklin County elections board to pull their names from the rolls.

Hall adviser fired, linked to Ohio voting fraud probe.  Congressman John Hall (D-Dover Plains) fired one of his long-time campaign advisers Tuesday, after learning that she's embroiled in voter fraud investigations in Ohio.  Amy Little, 49, has been a registered Democrat in New York since 1991, and Ulster County election officials said she voted in the party primary here in February.  But in October, Little registered to vote in Ohio.

Ohio official mulls new voting machine rule.  Ohio's elections chief is reconsidering a plan to prohibit poll workers from taking voting machines home for safekeeping in the days before the November presidential election.  Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner announced plans in February to scrap the practice known as "sleepovers" because of security concerns but is now facing opposition from county elections officials who say the custom makes it easier to transport machines polling sites.

Ohio Voting Machines Contained Programming Error That Dropped Votes.  Premier (formerly Diebold) has admitted to a software flaw in its GEMS system used in 34 states that can cause votes to be dropped while being transferred from memory cards to a central tallying point.  This flaw has existed for at least 10 years….

100+ Diebold voting machines available now on EBay.  You really can get anything on EBay, even electronic voting machines proved to be easy to corrupt for purposes of voting fraud.  Brad Friedman of the Brad Blog first noticed that "more than 10" AccuVote-TS voting machines, built by Diebold, were being sold on the online auction site for the buy-it-now price of $1,200 (plus $50 shipping and handling).

Diebold e-voting hack allows remote tampering.  The attack on the Diebold AccuVote TS electronic voting machine, which is now marketed by Election Systems & Software, relies on a small circuit board that an attacker inserts between the components connecting the touch screen of the device to its microprocessor.  The $10.50 card then controls the information flowing into the machine's internal processor, allowing attackers to change votes with almost no visible sign of what's taking place.

Glitches galore as US votes.  Programming errors and inexperience with electronic voting machines frustrated poll workers in hundreds of precincts during Tuesday's US elections, delaying voters in Indiana and Ohio and forcing some in Florida to cast paper ballots instead.  In Cleveland, voters rolled their eyes as election workers fumbled with new touchscreen machines that they couldn't get to start properly.  "We got five machines — one of them's got to work," said Willette Scullank, a trouble-shooter from the Cuyahoga County elections board.

Brunner declares Ohio's voting systems vulnerable.  All of the voting systems used in Ohio have "critical security failures" that make them vulnerable to tampering and should be replaced with paper ballots counted at a central location, Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner concluded after a top-to-bottom review of the systems.

Ohio voting law may be a boon for Obama supporters.  Never mind the last days of the presidential campaign.  The busiest days for Barack Obama's campaign in this perennial swing state are likely to be a month before Election Day.  Ohio has created a window in the election calendar that would allow residents instant gratification — register one minute, vote the next.

Critics see voting loopholes in new rules.  With Ohio expected once more to play a deciding role in the presidential race, the battle over state voting rules that plagued the 2004 election has begun again in earnest.  Republicans are raising concerns about Ohioans registering to vote and immediately casting absentee ballots during a five-day window after absentee voting starts Sept. 30 and before the deadline for registration Oct. 6.

Supreme Court rejects Ohio GOP bid.  The Supreme Court sided Friday [10/17/2008] with Ohio's top elections official in a dispute with the state Republican Party over voter registrations.  The justices overruled a federal appeals court that had ordered Ohio's top elections official to do more to help counties verify voter eligibility.

No Righting Voting Wrongs in Ohio.  Topping the list of most important legal cases this election year may be one in which the Supreme Court did not rule on the merits, and about which the U.S. Department of Justice turned a blind eye to justice.  Rampant voter fraud may well result.  The nation's highest court ruled Friday [10/17/2008] that, for now, a federal district court cannot force Ohio's Secretary of State to enforce federal elections laws that she is flagrantly ignoring.

Lawyers demand vote fraud probe.  The lawyers pointed to Ohio and Wisconsin, where the Justice Department has decided against requiring state officials to confirm voters' identities by releasing their names to local election authorities as "difficult to fathom."  At issue in both states are thousands of voters whose names did not match listed Social Security and driver's license numbers in other government databases, or otherwise did not pass identity verification standards.  "This appears to be a dereliction of the department's obligations to enforce federal law," the attorneys wrote.

Ohio Secretary of State Linked to ACORN, Project Vote.  The national development director for Project Vote, an affiliated organization of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN, has been linked to embattled Ohio Secretary of State, Democrat Jennifer Brunner.  Karyn Gillette of Project Vote was a campaign consultant for the Brunner campaign, according to information found in a post made by Rick Brunner on April 11, 2006 on the secretary of state's own blog.

Liberals: The Enemy Within.  Feeling as I do about Barack Obama, it's only natural that I would look for people to blame for putting him in the Oval Office.  I mean, aside from the 63 million oafs who actually voted for the guy.  The first villains who come to mind are members of the media who are still, in the words of Bernard Goldberg, slobbering over him.  But I have come up with another group of troublemakers.  They're the folks who came up with the cockamamie primary system.

Cleveland election workers sentenced for rigging 2004 presidential recount.  Two election workers in the state's most populous county were sentenced Tuesday [3/13/2007] to 18 months in prison for rigging the 2004 presidential election recount so they could avoid a more thorough review of the votes.  Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge Peter Corrigan allowed the women to remain free on bond pending appeal.

What We Can Expect If Election Is Stolen From Trump - You may not want to agree with my conclusion, but if this election is stolen from Donald Trump, the utter collapse of America will be almost immediate. If Donald Trump wins, (as he certainly should), and if the Lord tarries, the collapse of America will be stalled for perhaps another 15-20 years barring another world war which Hillary Clinton and Erebusic neo-cons are committed to starting. Our system of jurisprudence is supposed to protect us from the incestuous camorra guilty of duplicitous machinations, instead the legal system and specifically the federal system works to protect the most egregious criminal offenders to ever exist in America. They are the politicians and those who fund them.

Voter Fraud is Real and Massive - With this November’s election looming just over the horizon, the topic of voter fraud is popping up much more frequently in our news feeds.  Progressives insist that voter fraud is a myth, a charade meant to justify repressive voting laws. The facts, however, tell a different story: Voter fraud is real, and if we ignore it, we leave our ballot boxes open to fraudsters who would rather steal elections than risk losing in a fair and open contest.  The Heritage Foundation’s “Does Your Vote Count” report identifies reasonable measures states can take to protect the integrity of their electoral systems without disenfranchising voters.

Is it Too Late to Stop Voter Fraud? - Voter Fraud gets a second wind. The way the courts are going, we are seeing more and more power being removed from the states and being placed in the hands of bureaucrats and un-elected  judges. For too long, we have seen the courts systematically change law and make new law. The latest ruling from the court is a huge judiciary power grab.

Last week, the Fifth Circuit gutted Texas’s voter ID law under the ludicrous notion that it discriminates against minorities. Today, the Fourth Circuit overturned North Carolina’s voter ID law and went a step further than the Fifth Circuit, asserting that the law was “passed with racially discriminatory intent.” In addition, they tossed out state laws limiting early voting, same-day registration, out-of-precinct voting, and preregistration—all Democrat election “innovations” that are fraught with fraud and manifestly against our founding concept of Election Day.

I’m sorry but the idea that somehow electing a president to pick better nominees hasn’t worked.  It’s been tried and it doesn’t work. Think of Reagan’s liberal appointees like Kennedy and O’Connor. Think of George W. Bush’s appointee of John Roberts. How has the  strategy of voting for the nominee who’s going to pick better judges worked out? It hasn’t.  The truth is, many circuit court justices who ruled in favor of gay marriage were appointed by George W.  Bush.  If that’s the best we can do it’s only going to get worst.  If this is the only strategy and option available we are going to see rampant voter fraud.

Democrats Assault on Voter Id Laws a Tired Argument - Once again a Democrat has proven who the real racists in our country are, members of the Democratic Party. In the recent episode of the Democrats pandering-for-vote’s scheme, Congresswoman Marcia Fudge has asked the Attorney General (AG) to review the new voting measures in Ohio claiming they are racist. This is rich as the AG had no desire to investigate or press charges as was seen in the videotaped voter suppression and intimidation concerning the new Black Panther party that took place in the 2008 election. 

A Friendly Reminder About Voter I.D. - The Left would have you believe that voter I.D. is discriminatory. Racist. Oppressive. Why? Because, according to the Left, many minorities and low-income individuals simply lack the time or ability to obtain the I.D. they would need to vote. They can’t find transportation to the DMV.  The government I.D. offices are only open during working hours, when hourly wage workers are occupied with their own jobs. In short, for many individuals, getting an I.D. is just impossible.

(Traditions of the Left) Liberals Send Election Intimidation Letter to 60,000 Pastors - A pro-abortion group is sending letters to 60,000 churches in an attempt to intimidate them in the upcoming elections.  With churches holding voter registration drives, with pastors talking about the importance of pro-life and religious issues in the election and with churches allowing pro-lifers to distribute literature based on their First Amendment rights, the threats could adversely effect pro-life election efforts.  Mathew Staver, chairman of the Liberty Counsel, a pro-life legal group, talked about the letters.  “In a national mass mailing, the left-wing organization Americans United for Separation of Church and State (AU) has advised the leadership of 60,000 targeted churches across the nation not to become involved in “partisan politicking,” he said. “Their true goal, unwritten but hidden between the lines: To SILENCE the truth from being spoken in American pulpits and to MUZZLE people of faith on the vital issues that will be decided in the 2012 elections.”

Left Demands James O’Keefe’s Head Over Voter Fraud Exposé - The Left is in a horrible huff. Once again James O’Keefe, the conservative film-maker who exposed ACORN, has demonstrated the duplicity of the Left. This time he proved why strict voter ID laws, opposed strongly by the Left, are necessary.  In more than 10 minutes of video footage, which has gone viral on the Internet, O’Keefe demonstrated how easy it was in New Hampshire for an individual to pose as a deceased voter and still receive a ballot to vote in an election.  New Hampshire House Speaker William O’Brien, (R-Mont Vernon) called the video “a shocking exclamation point on the need for immediate reform to New Hampshire’s election laws to ensure that voter fraud does not taint the rights of our citizens to have their votes counted in an honest, responsible way and impact our state.”  New Hampshire Governor John Lynch vetoed legislation passed in 2011 requiring photo ID at the polls. Governor Lynch had stated in his veto message that there was “no voter fraud problem in New Hampshire.”
