This Cartoon of the Day really depicts the mess the Democrats are finding themselves in. However, who to run in 2024 is the least of their problems. Who will be President after the 2022 elections is an issue they really are concerned about.
Will Kamala invoke the 25th Amendment after the Republicans take over the Congress starting in January 3, 2025? Will the Republicans impeach Biden? If Biden is out, who will Kamala pick as VP? How powerful will AOC and "The Squad" be after November?
Some of these loons will be in Congress as long as they wish no matter how incompetent or stupid they may be, and I offer Maxine Waters as an example. They may be the dumbest people in Congress, but in their districts, they're the brightest pebbles in the brook.
But it's fast reaching the point no one cares what these misfits think or say, and their support by the media isn't making any difference in people's minds. At some point people simply don't care any more. The Squad will take them farther left and farther out in left field preaching to the choir, or I should say spewing out nonsensical failed concepts, further alienating voters.
Will Republicans go after the illegal activities of the members of Congress, the Deep State and the Biden Administration? Will the Republicans have the spine to put a real conservative fire eater in as Speaker of the House?
Who they will run in 2024 is the least of their problems, especially since their field of potential candidates are almost as bad as AOC, and simply under electable, just like Bernie Sanders. I just had a thought, maybe that's who Kamala will pick as VP after they kick Biden out.
