 Eric Utter, another of my favorite writers over at American Thinker posted this article, We must tell the truth now, or sentence our kids to servitude saying:

Leftists will go to any length to shut down any and all rational research and inquiry into the study of uncomfortable differences......and reporting of- potential or actual differences among blacks and whites, men and women, various cultures, and anything else they think could possibly yield results that don’t entirely fit their narrow little narrative.  They are, in fact, closed-minded, intolerant and exclusionary haters of history, reality, and truth..... it is verboten to do any research pertaining to the differences, if any -- be they physical, physiological, or mental -- between blacks and whites. Or between the two sexes. Or between Christianity and Islam.  Or between Western culture and any others......

Here's the reality of all this.  If you disagree with them you're prejudiced, and a bigoted racist, fascist, homophobic, transphobic, misogynist, xenophobic and an Islamophobe.  

 

Well, first off, a phobia is a mental disorder caused by unnatural and irrational fears.  Time and history are on the same side and all the positions they've forced on society have been disastrous.  Fearing these positions aren't unnatural or irrational.   

Of course …. ya know…. all things great and small are racist to the left…. and lots and lots of reparations are necessary to purge the sin of _______ (well, just fill in the blank).  The two most abused and misused words in the English language is racism and prejudice.

• To be a racist simply means hating someone for what race to which they belong. Despising a group for the way it acts isn’t racism.
• Prejudice means to pre-judge. Evaluating someone and finding them wanting isn’t racism nor is it pre-judging them. It’s simply recognizing them based on what they do and how they act.  

One of the few sane Hollywood stars,  James Woods, recently stated electing Mamdani was the “most dangerous event in modern American history”, and went on to say:

“The city where the World Trade Center was and the people in it were slaughtered, destroyed — how you could ever allow this Muslim invasion and cancer?” Woods asked. “And [people] say, ‘Well, what are you? Are you prejudice?’ Well, yes. I’m sorry to say it,” he added.

Well, for James and all others, that’s not prejudice.  That’s a valid evaluation based on history and reality, and there’s no need to quietly accept all these epithets thrown up against conservatives, because definition leads to clarity.

Also, I published this a few days ago here at P&D,  According to Mamdani, Allahu Akbar is a Sign of Mental Illness, and my personal censor at Blogger deleted it saying it didn't meet their community standards, whatever they are, which based on their past deletions is anything that tells the unpleasant truth about Islam, and occasionally the COVID fraud. So, I've appealed that action and republished it in my other blog, with additions.  Enjoy!

Milwaukee is a disaster, and just like Chicago and every other Democrat run city...it's a mess.  Milwaukee's public education system is a disgrace:

Black students comprise 50 percent of the district's student body, but test at the bottom nationally in reading and math. On top of that, MPS had a $46 million budget deficit for the 2026-2027 school year that they "fixed" by approving a $1.6 billion budget and cutting non-classroom and central office staff.

So, Milwaukee's solution to that?  They're going to hire displaced Chicago teachers who've lost their jobs in Chicago over budget cuts.  A school system that was noted for bad "academic performance, including low literacy proficiency rates, uneven math outcomes, and persistent gaps in student achievement between neighborhood schools and selective enrollment campuses."  What could possible go wrong?

Mamdani promised if NYC elected him mayor he was going to open government run grocery stores all over the city, in spite of the fact wherever they've tried that in the past they failed.... miserably.... all taxpayer paid for failures... big time failures.  Which bring me to Chicago again.

Chicago is shutting down seven city owned grocery stores and only after spending a mere fourteen million dollars, and blames it all on SNAP cuts. Oh, wait, don't those SNAP cuts apply to commercial grocery stores also?  If so, how many of them have closed across America as a result of those cuts? 

But at least Chicago knows how to fight crime, which is pretty much out of control in Chicago.  They're reminding bus and train riders that crime is illegal.   Imagine that... crime is illegal... I guess we should assume to criminals of Chicago didn't know that before this?  

Well, maybe they really don't since during the Juneteenth celebrations 39 people were shot with six dead.  Since the first of the year until that celebration the number of people shot in Chicago numbered 861 people have been shot and 207 people have been killed.  So, what's their solution?  Spend 100 million dollars on a "Department of Gun Violence Prevention campaign had been advanced by radical clergy, including Obama mentor Father Michael Pfleger, an associate of other Obama allies like Louis Farrakhan and Jeremiah Wright, as the solution to Chicago’s problems."   Book clubs, acupuncture, restorative justice programs, less police.  What could go wrong. 

Cult of Saint Fauci is in Trouble

I'm old enough to remember the Asian flu of 1957 and 1958, and it was a lot worse than this fraudulent COVID scare, and no one thought the world should be shut down.  The big difference was nobody went around testing people to see if they'd been exposed to that virus.... which if they did..... they would have found millions of perfectly healthy people who tested positive, just as they did with these COVID tests.  Exposure isn't the same as infected.  Once the public is exposed to viruses ...... they're here forever ....... and as time goes by, everyone will be exposed, and a huge number of perfectly healthy people will test positive.  So what?  

1. I absolutely knew and stated from the beginning the numbers were bogus.  That turned out to be true.  
2. I absolutely knew and stated the only long term  answer was herd immunity.  That turned out to be true.
3.  Initially I wasn't against the shots, I just felt that should have been a personal decision.  That turned out to be accurate.
4. I believed making them mandatory was wrong.  That turned out to be true.
5. I knew and stated their reasoning for making them mandatory was fallacious. That turned out to be true.
6. I knew, and stated masks and social distancing were bogus requirements.  That turned out to be true..  

As I said in the beginning I had no objections to those who chose to get these vaccinations, until the truth about them raised it's ugly head.  Then we found out these weren't real vaccinations.  They were genetic manipulating compounds that didn't immunized or prevent transmission, which were always the two absolute requirements for defining a compound as a vaccine.  They corruptly changed the definition. 

I also stated these compounds had unreported adverse effects causing serious health problems, including death, and these compounds were going to negatively impact humanity for decades.  That's turned out to be true, as this link will take you to my

Let's start out with Justice American Style:

This is a question I think should be obvious to the most casual observer. When it comes to crime, criminals, punishment and culture... What is wrong with our minds?  

Criminals who've committed serious crimes are released without bail, given a slap on the wrist sentences, and paroled right back into the communities they befoul.  In one case a convicted  transgender "strangled an eleven month old baby, and was only sentenced to 55 years.  This ... at least in my view... bodes well the need to ask and answer a few questions:

1. What kind of monster murders an eleven month old baby?
2. What kind of judge would only sentence him to 55 years?
3. What kind of bleeding heart nitwits paroled this monster who continues to demonstrate he's mentally deranged insisting he's really a woman and is "demanding taxpayer-funded “gender-affirming” surgery", and an Obama judge agreed. 

He also sued President Trump for hurtful transgender speech.  Amazing, let's see if I understand this correctly. A man who could coldly strangle an eleven month old baby child to death has feelings?  Did I get that right? 

As a solution to crime, catch and release really doesn't work.  Another violent black thug got himself killed attacking the police and ... watch out now, here it comes.....the race baiters are outraged demanding "justice" for Corey Durell Ruiz.  And you're shocked... right?

Corey Durell Ruiz died on a public street in Madison, Wisconsin, on July 22 with a fixed-blade knife in his hand and roughly 40 prior convictions on his record.  Within forty-eight hours, protesters had stormed a police press conference, civil rights attorney Ben Crump had flown in to call the shooting an “execution,” and the mayor was promising a “rigorous” investigation of the officer. 

 Here's the part the really outlines this issue best:

Nobody at either microphone asked the obvious question: why was a man with 15 years of documented violent conduct, including two felony convictions for assaulting police, riding a bicycle through a residential neighborhood on a weekday afternoon instead of sitting in a cell?..........

 Here's what the record shows. Wisconsin public records reviewed by NBC News list roughly 40 misdemeanor and felony convictions for Ruiz from 2009 to 2025, including felony resisting an officer with substantial bodily harm and felony threats against police in 2021, per Urban Milwaukee, and two counts of strangulation and robbery by force in 2009. In between: theft, disorderly conduct, drug possession, bail jumping, and auto theft, per a history compiled from Wisconsin court records. It reads less like a rap sheet than a career.

Four questions:

1. Option one - You believe all this is spontaneous? 
2. Option two - You believe this is part of an organized national scheme on the left to destroy society?  
3. Who votes for option two?  
4. How many think he finally got the justice he deserved? 

It's time to revisit the New York Times v. Sullivan:

The media has been out of control with outrageous claims forever, which both William Randolph Hearst and Joseph Pulitzer excelled in.  They called it "yellow journalism" in those days, but their corrupt journalism is what laid the destructive and corrupt groundwork for the journalism we see today.  The mdia not only attack individuals they don't like, they defend the most indefensible characters and positions with with projection, red herring fallacies, lies of commission and lies of omission.  But all that really became out of control with the SCOTUS decision in the New York Times vs. Sullivan.  That decision gave the media a carte blanche license to to smear public officials and public figures without consequence, and naturally as time has gone by that practice has gotten much worse..... at least until Trump and others sued media outlets...... and won.  

Now, according to Kash Patel the Atlantic has smeared him and he's sued.  The Atlantic is asking a judge to kick his suit to the curb!  Why?  The suit is meritless!  At least according to them it's meritless, and they stand four square behind their report.  Really?  Okay, they certainly have the right to stand behind the report, but as to whether or not it has merit is supposed to be decided at a trial...... you know.... that's where the accused and the accusers face each other and make their case?  

That's the way it is for everyone else in America, except the media.   Make no mistake, they will argue the Sullivan defense, and in the real world if anyone other than the media was sued for defamation it would be settled or go to trial.

It's high time Sullivan was revisited and just like and Chevron Doctrine, it's stench needs flushed down the toilet.  Both Sullivan and Chevron were " rights" made up by SCOTUS justices allowing them to legislate from the bench.  That needs to be addressed also.

Powerline is one of the web sites that's in my daily search pattern, and they have a weekly feature called The Week In Pictures.  For some reason most of those pictures can't be reproduced here at P&D..... so.... as in the past I created an article that uses those pictures as the basis for a bit of commentary, mostly snarky commentary.   So, let's started.

Whoopie Goldberg once said Dr. Jill Biden should be the Surgeon General as she's a great doctor. Her degree is in education. She once said Pete Hegseth was totally unqualified to be the Secretary of Defense because he knew nothing about the military. Of course Whoopi's a military expertise comes from her years playing a bartender on Star Trek Next Generation. Oh, wait, that was fiction. So, her vast experience in fiction supersedes his distinguished military career? Did I get that right? I didn't miss anything did I? Do we see a pattern here? Is it any wonder Donald Trump has buildings named after him, and Whoopi has a cushion that makes noise. 

Mamdani thinks New York City would do well to embrace the warmth of socialism. Why? Because he loves how Castro redecorated Havana, and is sure New York City could easily be transformed by embracing the warmth of socialism.  He's not one to just sit around and do nothing.  He's already started that process with a homeless camp that stretches 12 city blocks, with the homeless stealing the cities power.  What could possible go wrong?  

A recent far left protestor was interviewed who is white, college educated, comes from a privileged back ground and is sick and tired of the way America is run. She's filled with depression and anxiety, confused about her gender, unemployed because she earned a worthless degree in gender studies, as in serious debt for her student loans, dyes her hair blue, and while being a vegan she has no impulse control and is grossly overweight, with tattoos over her whole body.

Why is she protesting? Because she has all the answers that will fix the country.  A disgusting nation which is a racist, homophobic, misogynist, xenophobic, Islamophobic hole that should be required to pay off her student loans. She knows deodorants are a big con, stupid decisions by the young aren't irrational, it's growth. She's sick and tired of all this talk about "what is a woman", and believes Dr. Rachel Levine, Sarah McBride and Ashley Webb should be empaneled to answer that question and end this issue with Dylan Mulvaney as the moderator.  And academia debates why the birth rates are dropping?  She promptly ended her protest by leaving in an offended huff when she was offered a job application. 

The theme for leftists has always been it's the educated elite who should be deciding how the world should be governed. As it turns out Harvard's class of 2026 has a substantial number of those claiming to be suffering from mental illness; a disturbing 47%, with another 13% who weren't sure if they were nuts of not. However, there's a bright note here.  Harvard's students had lower rates of "depression, anxiety, had less suicidal tendencies compared to national averages for college campuses."  So, let me see if I understand that correctly.  A substantial number of Harvard's students are nuts but not as nuts as the rest of the nation's students in academia?  So, let's get some clarity here.  These are the people who the left wants to anoint as the nation's future leaders?  Did I get that right? One more thought.  A substantial number of homosexual academics march in support of Islam.  Could that be considered mental illness?  

There are three things that all geopolitics are predicated on.  Geographics, demographics, and economics.  Europe is failing in all three, especially demographics.   Soon the Leaning Tower of Pisa will be turned into a minaret, the Mona Lisa will have to be repainted with a face veil and head scarf, and Big Ben will be renamed Big Bin Laden. 

Some time back I went out on Lake Erie fishing with my cousin on his boat, and he noted most of not all the boat owners at his marina were Trump supporters.  I found that interesting, but actually the answer is really simple.  There's no government program that gives boats away.

Recently a young boy told his mother when he grew up to be a man he wanted to be a Democrat. His mother told him he could be one or the other.

If There is No Truth, Then Neither Heresy Nor Treason Exist!

I originally published this on October 5, 2014, and again on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, and for some reason it's being hit a lot now.  As I read it I thought to myself; I need to re-publish this again.  Remember, this was published 12 years ago, and look at how dramatically and quickly American culture has morphed into a downward swirl of insanity.  

This article is about foundational thinking. For anything to be successful it has to have foundational logic supporting all that takes place. For America, the Bible and the U.S. Constitution are foundational to the American story and the basis for American exceptionalism. Those are the two foundations I wish to ponder here.  The Holy Bible and the U.S. Constitution and the modern implications for both.   

There was a recent poll of U.S. Catholics taken that claims most Catholics back same-sex marriage claiming In an article by Lucy Madison which appeared on March 8, 2013 she states that:

"amid growing support for same-sex marriage nationwide, a new poll from Quinnipiac University shows that most Catholics in the U.S. also back same-sex marriage, despite the church's teachings against it."

She goes on to say that:

"According to the poll, which surveyed 497 adult Catholics from February 27 - March 4 with a margin of error of +/- 4.4 percent, 54 percent of Catholic voters support same-sex marriage, while 38 percent oppose it. The survey shows a dramatic shift on the subject in the last few years: In a July 2008 poll by Quinnipiac, only 36 percent of Catholic voters said they supported same-sex marriage, while 55 percent opposed it."

Among 1,944 registered voters surveyed in the same poll, 47 percent supported same-sex marriage and 43 percent opposed it. A December poll asking the same question showed a statistical tie on the issue, at 48 percent in support and 46 percent in opposition." 

I'm not all that impressed with polls because they are so easily twisted, but for my readers who are believers, Catholic or otherwise, I think this is worth pondering for a while.  If this poll is accurate, it would appear heresy is far more rampant than most realized. It would also appear that religious conviction is expected to adhere to public opinion, which was predicted.  

"For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear".  2 Timothy 4:3

Does this imply they don't believe the hand of God is behind the Bible?  If that is the case, and it appears that it is, what hope is there to get people to honor a manmade document such as the U.S. Constitution?

Believers are taught to believe the Bible was inspired by God.  You know, the one believers are supposed to be worshiping. Yet, thousands of years of Biblical writings and teaching are being ignored or twisted by those who claim to believe. If that is the case, and it appears that it is, then one would suppose there are a great many "believers" who think God lies, or he has no idea what he's talking about, or that the writings are solely the works of men, or at the very least, question even if he exists.  All that makes the Bible of no more worth than the insane ramblings of Karl Marx.   If that's so, and it appears it is, then they simply ignore the Biblical teachings and replace them with which ever philosophical flavor of the day comes down the pike. 

Truth exists, whether we like it or not. We don’t create truth; we find it, and we have no power to change it to our tastes. The truth may not make us comfortable, but it does make us free. And knowing and living the truth ennobles our lives. It’s the only path to lasting happiness.   Archbishop Charles Chaput, Retired

How could such a thing happen in a nation known for its Christian religious foundation? This has happened slowly over a course of decades. This came about because the Bible, and the surrounding history and commentaries aren't taught in the churches, and neither is it done at home. All of which was done regularly in the past. Thousands of years of Biblical writings and teaching are being ignored or twisted.  

Public and higher education has been instrumental in undermining those traditional and foundational values that made the American culture possible.   Was the American culture ever perfect?  No, but with all our faults, still the greatest culture the world has ever known, bringing more people out of misery and suffering than any other in all of human history.  America never offered perfection.  What America offered the most acceptable imperfection.

Sir Roger Scruton once noted:

A writer who says there are no truths, or that all truth is merely relative, is asking you not to believe him.  So don't.   So then why is society choosing to believe those who shouldn't be believed, and ignoring those who need to be believed?   

Now we come to the finest secular document ever conceived of by man, the U.S. Constitution, which isn't studied in the nation's schools, nor is it read privately, which is far more easily read and understood than the sixty six books of the Bible, yet few have read it, fewer understand it, and as a result, few realize what's been lost.  

That leaves one to believe the Constitution, the second primary foundation to justify the American system, has little value to the average citizen because the history behind it is being twisted or ignored. Once again; the Bible and the U.S. Constitution are foundational to the American story and the basis for American exceptionalism.  If either one is discarded the great American experiment is finished.  

John Adams said, “Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” Morality and virtue are the foundation of our republic and necessary for a society to be free.

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.” Matt. 7:26  

Everyone, believer or non-believer, can surely see the wisdom in that parable. Everything has a historical foundation, and everything we are told should bear some resemblance to what we see going on in reality. But, it really is incumbent upon us to pay just a “tiny little bit of attention” to what is going on for that to have any meaning in our lives. And from talking to so many people I truly think believers and non-believers alike fear a storm is coming. 

There is one more point I would like for everyone to ponder for a while. If one claims to be a believer and yet supports views that are antithetical to their belief system it's called heresy. 

If one claims to be an American yet works to undermine the U.S. Constitution, what exactly is that called? We used to call it treason.   

Final thought.

While Sir Roger Scruton was English, his comments strike deeply into the heart of all these destructive current events, not only in England, but in America and the entirety of Western civilization.

Will Americans stand by the solid and stable foundation of the Constitution, or embrace insanity and destruction? That's the entirely of it all.

What I'm Reading: Russo/Ukrainian War

Most of what I'm offering here is from Geopolitical Futures, a subscription site, to which I highly recommend subscribing. Since I can't link the information you will have to take my word for what's being offered here.....  or not...  just as it pleases you. 

  

It turns out Ukraine is launching drones from inside Russia.  I think that's profound and provocative, as it means a lot more is going on than is being reported inside Russia and the surrounding countries many of them former Soviet Union countries.  Armenia is seeking membership in the EU, potentially forgoing their strategic partnership with Moscow, which their economy can't afford.  But it's another thorn in Putin's side.

• Ukraine graveyard for Russian ships.

These new inside Russia drone attacks would seemingly force the Russian military to start focusing on the central Asian nations, which really adds to their demographics problem.  And now Kazakhstan is asking Putin to freeze the war.  Why?  Because Ukraine's attacks are hindering their ability to export oil.... and it gets even more interesting.  It turns out Chevron has talked to Trump about this.  Why?  

 

Chevron has a 50% stake in Kazakhstan's Tengiz oil field and 15% of the Caspian Pipeline consortium.   As I've watched what's been going on in Central Asia for the last couple of years it seems to me Central Asian nations are going to be a thorn in Russia's side, in spite of their claim they want good relations with Russia, they have their own interests, and Russia's aggression again Ukraine isn't their issue.  What's their issue?  

 

Oil and economics, and that's what drives the world's problems.  Then followed by ideology, often offered as an excuse over oil and economics.

 

Science doesn't grow in a vacuum, it grows like a virus, constantly expanding and morphing into new forms.  Starting at least 25 years ago, I took the position drones and lasers were the future of warfare, and was generally laughed at.  For many years I was an avid science fiction reader, and many science fiction writers are scientists who have access to information the rest of us are unaware of, and often times they include that kind of information in their writing;  expanding and extrapolated the information into future possibilities.  They included stuff about drones, lasers, power generation, etc., and it impacted my thinking making me pay attention to the development of these things.

 

Drones are here, and war will be dramatically changing from this point on, as they're going to become cheaper to manufacture, smaller, lighter, more deadly.  Laser weapons are already being used in some form or other and at some point they'll be small enough and powerful enough to be positioned in drones, and even in satellites powered by solar energy.   We're seeing the beginning of a massive shift in power, and it will grow.  Make no mistake, space exploration is all about the militarization of space, not bases on the Moon or Mars, and has been since the launch of Sputnik.

 

All this is another drag on their forces, and now North Korea is sending another 30,000 troops to fight in Ukraine as "well as more ballistic missile launchers".    There's a lot of corrupt chicanery by Russia going on over this issue of foreign "recruits" as Zimbabwe Investigates Recruiting Pipeline to Russian Army.  Other Russian recruiting schemes have been uncovered in Kenya, South Africa, India, and most recently Peru. Ukrainian officials say at least 1,700 Africans have been conscripted into service with the Russian army how effective they would be is debatable, as even Russian troops average lifespan is just 30 minutes.

 

Everything is about geographics demographics and economics, and Russia is facing a crisis in each of those categories.  Russia has three unsolvable problems.... at least at this point.  It's a massive nation and hard to control.  Their economy is based on central planning.  They're running out of bodies to thrown at Ukraine, and it's the part of the demographics pyramid that makes the the next generation, and supports internal economics.   That is a long term problem.  

 

It will take 20 years before they can start to fix their demographic pyramid, and another twenty years to fix it entirely.   That's presuming those who are left from this generation will want children.  Since the birth rate in Russia before this war was already so low it was predicted by 2040 the ethnic Russia population would be a minority in their own nation.   As things are now, I can't imagine that changing, and ethnic Russians may well be a minority soon.  

 

Things are getting so desperate for Putin and his cabal of sycophants they're now ... once again....talking the use of nuclear bombs.  I've been following this nuclear theme from the beginning, and in the beginning I chuckled as it seemed clear even Putin isn't that stupid.....but things have changed.  Putin has demonstrated three things.  One, he really is that stupid.  Two, he will do anything to stay in power.  Three, he might actually succumb to the urging of some of his sycophant supporters to nuke Ukraine to finally destroy them, and threaten Europe so he can continue to play the bully boy.  I think the last sentence is the key point in so many of the articles analyzing his actions.  

 

His nuclear threats to Europe are being taken seriously, and now:

 

"Turkey will deploy five F-16 fighters to Estonia to participate in NATO's Baltic Air Policing Mission between August and November. The aircraft will patrol the airspace over Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, which lack their own fighter jets."

 

 Poland is preparing to vote on a full state of war readiness, which would:

 

"expedite the early deployment of troops, preparation of critical infrastructure and reception of allied forces. It would also simplify the implementation of defense projects related to the development of roads, railways, ports and airports."

 

What I really find confusing is his efforts lend military support to other nations like Mali.  He can't win in his own back yard and guess what, his forces in Mali were "ineffective" against Islamic militant groups.  Imagine that.

  

The next question about Putin himself; a leader who is living in a bunker makes one wonder just how secure Putin is after this massive....and I mean massive..... "special military operation" failure?  In the past I've said I believe in the background there's a Claus von Stauffenberg cabal in his military, and I think there's support by government officials.  I'm convinced he thinks there is also, which is why he's living in a bunker. 

 

Absolutely nothing he envisioned is working, at all!  His confidence level is in the toilet right along with his economy.  His resources are being depleted, including his demographic resources, he’s scared, he's confused, he's desperate, and he knows if he's overthrown he's dead, which may drive him to think he can have just a "small" nuclear military operation.   If he decides to go the nuclear route I think he will be overthrown. 

 

But there's hope.  Trump is sending Kushner and Witkoff off to Moscow, seemingly in an attempt to negotiate a peace.  Given their efforts involving Iran, I really don't think anyone should get all happy and optimistic.

Over the years I've watched Donald Trump and wondered what in the world possesses him to say some of the things he says.  Well, Margaret Brennan recently interviewed conservative Republican Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana and he had an interesting observation about President Trump that I really think explains why he says what he says, which had me chuckling by the way.   He noted:

He exists loudly. He grows anxious when he has an unexpressed thought. He's not always disciplined in his messaging. 

I think that pretty says it all, except I also think he says things he knows are outrageous and enjoys watching his detractors all scream and rant. This may sound crazy, but I kinda think he gets a kick out of it. .  

Ole Joe McCarthy Just Won't Die!

It's strange after all these years and all the vilification, some deserved, that's been heaped on Joe McCarthy while he was alive and after he died, he's still an issue with a lot of writers and history buffs....especially of the conservative persuasion.... where unlike Howard Zinn, Nikole Hannah-Jones and Kerri K. Greenidge, facts and actual history matter to them.

 On June 30th I published this piece I'm Sorry, But Joe McCarthy Was Right! I started out saying:

Yesterday Susan Quinn post this article over at American Thinker, Do we need another Joe McCarthy?, which must have made leftists heads explode.  She went on to answer her question saying:  The short answer to the title is a no! But, aspects of McCarthy’s anti-communist campaign are worth considering when the stability of our nation is jeopardized by communist ideologues. 

Her article is well worth reading, however, I will say perhaps her short answer should be re-evaluated.  The controversy surrounding Joe McCarthy involved his character, and at best, he was not a nice person, subject to lying and making unsubstantiated accusations.   In spite of the Hollywood crowd's rants about McCarthyism, he wasn't the one who went after Hollywood.  That was the Democrats in the House on UN-American Activities Committee, which was the:

"U.S. House of Representatives investigative committee active from 1938 to 1975 that targeted alleged subversion, Communist ties, and UN-American propaganda. It became a permanent standing committee in 1945, was renamed the Internal Security Committee in 1969, and was dissolved in 1975".   

That was before Democrats became the Party of Treason.  I recommend reading the linked article, you will find it interesting.  The question everyone should be asking is why these communists were trying to hide? The answer is simple.  If they were active party members they were required to act as Stalin's Soviet agents working and spying against the United States.  

McCarthy's committee was in the Senate and his focus was on communist infiltration of the government.  While he didn't have the proof for many of his claims, the fact is the intelligence agencies did, we know that for sure with the release of the VENONA intercepts, and McCarthy .... in an overall way.... was right.  Perhaps the Senate needs to re-evaluate the worth of another such committee.  

In my article I went into a deeper explanation about all of that and how the Roosevelt administration was the most infiltrated government in history.   

On July 26th the Canada Free Press published this piece by Ray DiLorenzo,  McCarthy Was Right, saying:

There were and still are domestic enemies in the form of Marxists ready to devour our great nation. This time let's not worry about whose feelings we hurt.......Senator McCarthy is best known for his post-war struggle to make America aware that under Democrat administrations communists had infiltrated our institutions, including the United States government and our entire education system. Now, even the Smithsonian has succumbed to this infection........

Let's be clear, the search for card-carrying communists in our government was not a witch hunt. It was and should remain a legitimate pursuit of those who are actively engaged in destroying our system of government, eliminating our middle class, and creating an underclass of people subservient to an autocratic, oligarchic, privileged few....... Only this time the battle has widened. Communism and Islam have merged. They are using each other to eliminate their mutual enemies: Christianity, freedom, and the West.

The Rosenbergs were executed for passing atomic bomb secrets to the Soviet Union, and the left railed against that.  But... as I said.... information gathered from the VENONA intercepts is what got them caught.  Information they didn't share with the rest of the government or the courts.  The author expands on this saying:

Among the more infamous, Alger Hiss, a Soviet spy who worked for Presidents Roosevelt and Truman in the State Department, and communists Julius Rosenberg, a U.S. Army Signal Corps engineer under Truman, along with his wife Ethel Rosenberg, were convicted of passing military and nuclear technology to the Soviets and acting as recruiters. They were executed in 1953. These cases demonstrate that Democrats repeatedly failed to eliminate Soviet infiltration from their ranks.

Liberals, of course, defended the Rosenbergs. Books were written in their defense. One such book, written in 1983, The Rosenberg File, believed in their innocence and, like many other liberals, condemned the leaving of two small children with no parents. Later, when presented with the evidence, they changed their mind. The book is still available, but with a rewritten foreword.

Khrushchev, having died in 1971, previously dictated over 300 hours of memoirs on two sets of reel-to-reel audiotape. The original set was confiscated, but his son, Sergei, made two copies of each reel and gave them to others for safekeeping. The final blow occurred in 1999 with the release of Nikita Khrushchev's complete memoirs. Khrushchev was heard praising the Rosenbergs for their effort to bring nuclear bomb technology to the Soviet people.  

If McCarthy's personal character had been more stable, and if he had gone about his investigation professionally I've often wondered what the outcome would have been.   As it is now, this latest Marxist transformation along with their Islamic allies, including elected officials in Congress, aren't trying to hide who they are, what they are, and what their goals are.  They're openly declaring they're Marxists, and they're demanding the end of the Constitution and the imposition of Soviet style tyranny.  

When Netanyahu asked what most concerned him about America he answered:

 "I'm worried about the reasons that leading Democrats have said privately – one of them said it actually publicly – on why they joined the radical fringe,"...... "And the reason is that their family's been harassed, that they're afraid of being tailed everywhere and being intimidated by this radical fringe."

Violence, threats and intimidation has always been the trend of these radicals, and if the polls are right, 29% of the population finds that acceptable, 38% finds that unacceptable and 45% doesn't care.  But among the Democrat/Independent cabal, 61% think they have a place in the Democrat party.  And we're shocked..... Right?

P&D and the Week That Was

My personal censor at Blogger deleted that article, but someone must be watching him as I protested that action and it's back online the next day.  Another reason I wanted to post his piece is because for years.... years mind you.... is was obvious to me voter fraud is a major issue, and has been for many years.   

You know that little voice in your head that keeps you from saying the things you shouldn't say? Yeah, I don't have that, and it was totally obvious to me and should have been obvious to the most casual observer.  Yet for years prominent people arrogantly ridiculed my views on that.  Prominence and smarts don't necessarily go hand in hand.  But history, reality and time are on the same side....Truth! And.... watch out now... here it comes..... the autodidact bugman was right....again.  Imagine that?

No matter what your views are on life, there are some things that are absolutely foundational.  First, life is about patterns and circles. Patterns of behavior, and the social circles prompting that behavior, and those the patterns of life repeat over and over again.  

If we go through life expecting the best behavior out of humanity, we will live lives of eternal disappointment, because people will always be people, culture is king, and corruption is queen.  That's "the basics" and everything is "the basics".  See things at their foundational level because the more complicated we perceive reality, the less clarity we will possess. 

If you pay close attention to what people say and do, they will eventually tell you who and what they really want and who they really are, because time, reality and history are on the same side; truth! 

One final thought.  Does everyone wonder why people who left nations that are disasters came to America and have worked to turn America into the disasters they left?   Victor Davis Hanson wonders about that also.   

 

Don't Let The Crowds Fool You: Culture is King and Corruption is Queen

"Around 25,000 cheering Bronx citizens attended a Trump rally, and it shocked Democrats, after all, this is New York, this can't be happening!  The governor of New York called them "a bunch of clowns", and the media insisted it doesn't mean anything."

As my regular readers know I'm a real fan of American Thinker, which I consider one of the very best news sites in the nation.  On May 25th Monica Showalter, one of my favorite writers, posted this piece, What the Bronx voters who've flipped to Trump are saying, quoting one of the attendees:

Jerry Evans, a registered Democrat in New York City, had never attended a political rally before Thursday.  But speaking with Newsweek at Donald Trump's campaign event in the South Bronx, Evans said that he turned out to show support for the former president because he feels "very strongly about how the border's going."...... "You know, I said, why is Biden giving them the red carpet treatment?"...... "He's giving them everything—giving them housing, giving them shelter, giving them money, cash—and people who live here can't get that."

She went on to ask:

How many thousands of them in that 25,000 crowd are thinking the same thing?

No matter how many are thinking along those lines, here's what we need to ask.  Is this enlightenment permanent?   Answer?  No, it isn't!  This is just an “it's my ox that's bring gored” reaction. If their ox wasn’t being gored they’d be just fine with Biden and all the corruption, insanity and treason being promoted by the left, it's part and parcel of their culture.  Make no mistake, both the masses and the rulers are a fickle and self serving lot, and to the point of being dangerous. 

On September 5, 1651 Oliver Cromwell's forces defeated the forces of Charles II.  Later as they were marching into London the crowds cheered vigorously, and one of his followers was enthralled with the cheering.  Cromwell put a reality damper on that saying: 

“Do not trust to the cheering, for those very persons would shout as much if you and I were going to be hanged.”

They're shocked that academia is a cultural, intellectual, and morally corrupt mephitic ooze of inbreeding, being led by grossly overpaid, blatantly incompetent DEI racists, and leftist/Marxist/anti-American ideologues, many of whom are now being exposed as plagiarists.  A ethically, intellectually and morally deficient cabal who have been turning out graduates who can't read, write, or have a working knowledge of history, geography, or how and why America is unique in all of world history.  They're not even competent in their fields of study.  And that it's been going on for decades.

So, don't let the cheering fool you.  People without a solid moral foundation have meandering values that allow them to rationalize their acts of self interest and corruption.   Cromwell defeated a corrupt King in 1651, and then had to dissolve Parliament in 1653 for becoming corrupt for their own ends.  When dissolving Parliament Oliver Cromwell made a statement that's totally applicable to our modern day state of corruption:

It is high time for me to put an end to your sitting in this place, which you have dishonored by your contempt of all virtue, and defiled by your practice of every vice. Ye are a factious crew, and enemies to all good government. Ye are a pack of mercenary wretches, and would like Esau sell your country for a mess of pottage, and like Judas betray your God for a few pieces of money.

Is there a single virtue now remaining amongst you? Is there one vice you do not possess? Ye have no more religion than my horse. Gold is your God. Which of you have not bartered your conscience for bribes? Is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the Commonwealth?

Ye sordid prostitutes have you not defiled this sacred place, and turned the Lord's temple into a den of thieves, by your immoral principles and wicked practices? Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole nation. You were deputed here by the people to get grievances redressed, are yourselves become the greatest grievance.

Your country therefore calls upon me to cleanse this Augean stable, by putting a final period to your iniquitous proceedings in this House; and which by God's help, and the strength he has given me, I am now come to do.

I command ye therefore, upon the peril of your lives, to depart immediately out of this place. Go, get you out! Make haste! Ye venal slaves be gone! So! Take away that shining bauble there, and lock up the doors.  In the name of God, go!

Two questions that need to be asked and answering:

• Does Cromwell's vile description of that Parliament then a fit description of the political figures sitting in positions of power and authority today? 
•  If so; do really think term limits are bad? 

Here are three quotes of my own I think are appropriate for this or any other discussion in order to define reality.  

1. The patterns of life repeat over and over again.
2. Life is about patterns and circles.  Patterns of behavior and the social circles that create that behavior.
3. History, reality, time and truth are on the same side.  
4. Truth isn't unkind. It's just the truth. 
5. People will always be people.  
6. Corruption is the offspring of power, and if that power goes unchecked, then the true child of power emerges:  Tyranny!

It's The Discipline Stupid!

Over at American Thinker Joseph Cotto published this piece, The Problem With Leftist Women noting:

Leftist women show a striking tolerance for infidelity that sets them apart from their conservative counterparts.

He went on to describe the differences between women with traditional values versus the hypocrisy of these leftist harridans, which exposes the real issue behind their lack of happiness.  It's their lack of discipline that creates their unhappiness.  They lack discipline because they lack stable foundational values.  Adults in many ways are just large children. 

Brats are out of control children whose parents refuse to place or enforce borders on their conduct.  Children need structure.  Borders need to be put in place and enforced in order for them to be content…… and on an emotional level they actually want those borders.   Children are bad for a reason; it's the job! It's the job of parents to straighten them out. How else can they understand their are some things that are unacceptable otherwise?   That's when values are created.  

Well…truth be told, that desire for structure, values and understanding is genetic, and that need never really goes away.  When that need isn't fulfilled you get a life filled with chaos.  

The left has created a mentality of “if it feels good do it”!  In women they promoted a mentality of “you can have it all”, and "we don't need men".  Once they embraced that they threw all the traditional values out the window, irrespective of the inevitable negative consequences.  Huge numbers of women in western civilization have bought into it, and they keep making the same wrong decisions over and over again. 

This has been the consequence of leftist schemes to destroy the foundational structure of a stable society, the family.  As a destabilized society is far more easier to take over and control, which is the real goal of leftists. 

These attitudes expressed by leftist women in this article are antithetical to what men actually want, and as time goes by men are becoming acutely aware they’re on the dirty end of the stick.  They're tired of it, and it’s genetic! 

When it comes to women, young men are stupid, but most will get over that with time.  But women are all Eve’s daughters, and for these leftist misfits, time is not on their side.   These younger men who are embracing this insanity will at some point be over 30, and when that happens the brain restructures itself, and a large number of them will become far more conservative, will find and marry women with traditional values, and these leftist women will be all alone, and hopefully their genetic code will be lost to time.

 

Trump claims election fraud was covered up...Is he right?

We have all heard it many times. According to “journalists,” claims made by President Trump regarding election cheating are “unfounded,” “disproven,” and/or “debunked.” However, irrefutable evidence of large-scale 2020 election fraud exists.

On Thursday night, the President outlined four specific areas of election concern. I’d like to address one of them: Corrupt Michigan voter registrations in the 2020 election. Trump said: “Even when significant evidence of fraud has been detected, it has been buried and covered up.”

The President is correct: Wide-spread evidence of Michigan fraud was detected before the 2020 election. After it was discovered and reviewed by the FBI, it was concealed by the Biden DOJ. I know this because I had access to the numerous DOJ email communications pertaining to this subterfuge.

The scandal is discovered

Shortly before the 2020 election, a woman walked into a Muskegon County (MI) election office and submitted 8 to 10 thousand voter registration applications. An alert election clerk named Ann Meisch noticed that many of the applications were extremely suspicious, with birth-dates, addresses, and signatures that did not match the information on related drivers licenses.

Meisch and co-workers made a largely unsuccessful effort to verify the information by calling phone numbers on questionable applications. The matter was then turned over to Muskegon local police and state authorities.

The police noted that “numerous forms appeared to have been completed by the same writer…” and “phone numbers on multiple forms were erroneous and signatures on multiple forms didn’t appear to match signatures on file….” They briefly investigated the matter before the probe was turned over to the FBI. It was then squelched, almost immediately, by the Biden Department of Justice.

The story went dark for almost 3 years until the Gateway Pundit (GP) published a series of articles based upon state and city police reports. Here is a short recap of the GP reporting, followed by some confidential information that has not been widely reported.

• The woman who submitted the registration applications has the name Brianna Hawkins, and was paid $1150 per week, given a rental car, and a “reloadable pay card.” Her job was to register voters and help them use the registrations to get ballots.

• The company she worked for was a Tennessee organization with the name, GBI Strategies. It had numerous branches and activities in many areas of Michigan, and in other locations in the United States.

• GBI had very close ties to high-ranking Democrats and left-leaning groups. A police investigation stated or implied that, in 2018, GBI was paid $188,000 by the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, $1,571,000 by the Doug Jones for Senate Committee, and $657,000 by the left-wing New American Jobs Fund.

• During their investigation, the police found several “semi-automatic rifles joined with suppressors and optics and customized pistols.” Why they were there is a mystery.

• The police also found “dozens of new phones” and hundreds of “prepaid payment cards.” [Why hundreds? Were people being paid with the cards if they registered and voted?]

• GBI employees told police investigators that they never advocated that people vote for Joe Biden or any particular candidate. However, police saw a script in the GBI office that encouraged people to vote for Joe Biden. For example, it asked, “can I count on you to vote for Joe Biden?”

• City police went door-to-door to confirm that the registration forms possessed by GBI were fraudulent.

• Ruth Johnson, a former state senator and former secretary of state stated: “My estimate is over 800,000 ballot applications were sent to non-qualified voters in Michigan.”

Phony registrations, no ID, and no signature checking

To fully understand the scale of this corruption, and the significance of the phony registrations, you need to know how easily they can be converted into votes.

• Although Michigan law required a voter to request a ballot application, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson ignored the law, and she automatically mailed out 7.7 million ballot applications to everyone who was registered, including 4 million who were not planning to vote absentee, and those with the phony registrations obtained by GBI. No ID was required.

• The only voting safeguard in Michigan (a weak one at that) was signature matching. However, Secretary Benson unlawfully told election clerks throughout Michigan to “presume” signatures matched, and most did. Fortunately, Ann Meisch, the woman who discovered the scandal, ignored Benson’s unlawful instructions.

• Four months after the election, Benson’s instructions were ruled to be invalid by a state judge. The mainstream media ignored that ruling. No appeal was filed by Secretary Benson.

The Biden Department of Justice kills the investigation

Before the 2020 election, FBI agents knew that the real number of phony registrations could be several times larger than the 8,000 to 10,000 registrations originally reported. I read the emails and have the specific names of those agents. I will not name them here because they may still be government-restricted.

At least one official reported that the number of phony registrations could change the election results. Another agent proposed interviewing 100 individuals who served as canvassers of 2020 registration information.

Nevertheless, Richard Pilger, the man in charge of the DOJ’s Election Crimes Branch, blocked any investigation of the matter prior to election certification. He claimed that he was blocking the action based on a long-standing government policy (Justice Manual 95-85.300). However, a careful reading of the manual shows that investigations should be delayed only when they are “overt” — meaning that they would become widely known by the public and could influence the election. Interviews of individual canvassers, examination of documents, and other investigatory actions would not be barred. Pilger must have known that.

Conclusion

• Registration applications were obtained by GBI in multiple cities in Michigan and elsewhere. It is clear that some of the registrations were fabricated or obtained by trickery.

• In some instances, legitimate registrations may have been obtained, but via illegal financial inducements.

• When the Secretary of State auto-mailed ballot applications to 7.7 million registrants, the people with phony registrations also received ballot applications.

• Because 4 million voters did not expect to receive a ballot application (because they never asked for one), those applications ended up in trash cans and landfills where they were easily available to political operatives.

• The registrants (the real ones and the phony ones) could fill out the application forms and obtained ballots – without showing identification.

• Because of the unlawful instructions of Jocelyn Benson, all signatures on ballot applications were “presumed” to be legitimate.

• A review of FBI/DOJ correspondence shows that some officials were very concerned about GBI, and wanted to investigate before the 2020 election. However, Richard Pilger, the Director of the Election Crimes Branch, blocked any such investigation until after the election. Perhaps he feared that such an investigation would give credibility to President Trump’s claims of election fraud.

How many Michigan votes were created by GBI? How many were produced by Jocelyn Benson’s unlawful mass mailing of ballot applications and by her unlawful signature instructions? It is impossible to know.

That is why it was wrong to certify the 2020 Michigan election.

Election 2028: How many Declared Candidates Are There For President of the United States?

During the run up to the 2024 election I ran a number of articles on that election.  Actually a lot of articles.  Taken together they would have amounted to an 170 page Word document. In one of them I stated:

As the 2024 Election is only eight months away we're seeing more hyperbolic lies, obfuscation, misdirection, and quite frankly, irrational and blatantly insane rhetoric supporting insane positions than I've seen in my almost 78 years.  What really surprises me is how many seemingly normal people are confused about who they think will be the best candidate for President or even Congress.  

Well, I'm 80 now, and the "hyperbolic lies, obfuscation, misdirection, and quite frankly, irrational and blatantly insane rhetoric supporting insane positions" spouted then was mild compared to the insanity we're seeing unfold today.

One series of articles dealt with all the candidates for President: Runners, Joggers, and Vocal Spectators: Election 2024, Part 1, Part II, Part III, Part IV, Part V, Part VI, and Part VII with my take on the 2024 Presidential run.  Also one with my analysis of the Senate races.  Given the fact that prediction.... especially about the future.... is really hard, I didn't do too badly. For some reason this one was been hit a lot yesterday, Runners, Joggers, and Vocal Spectators: Election 2024, Part VII.  Obviously this essay was number seven in a series, and as stated in that article it dealt with:

"Third party/Independent/Moderate Party candidates, and just plain odd characters, including some Republicans."   

Well, that got me to thinking: How many candidates are already registered to run for President in 2028?  Well, it's just a mere 337, imagine that, and we've not even had the 2026 midterm election yet.  For a bit of comparison, as of August 2015 here are how many registered candidates were running for President in 2016. At that point there were only 88.   Now, that's a really big difference.... and some big names were on that list... and don't ask me why there's such a big difference in numbers since I have no idea and I didn't create this list,  Also....don't ask me to explain what it means to be "registered" because I have no idea what that entails.
