USAID Bureaucrats and the Deep State Purge

On June 3, 2026 Mike McDaniel over at American Thinker posted this article, Oh no! Government employees are losing their jobs, saying:

Among the greatest early accomplishments of the second Trump Administration was the shuttering of USAID. It’s great in part because it’s saving billions previously supposedly spent on trans camel surgeries in the third-world, but also because it has shut down innumerable Democrat NGOs and non-profits, including the Democrat National Committee, which, within a month, went broke and had to borrow millions just to keep the lights on.    

It seems USAID’s money—taxpayer money—wasn’t just spent on bizarre, leftist boondoggles overseas. It largely funded the Democrat Party and their cronies in America.  Smart, that Trump guy.  A recent, tear-drenched New York Times article spoke of the tragedy of six-figure government employees, now out of a job and unable to find work due to the cruelty of Trump:......

 The fact is USAID was a gigantic scam, and now Cindy McCain is upset there’s not enough money to feed the world’s starving people, which the Pravda media insists .... falsely.... will kill 14 million people.  Well, I keep coming back to these fundamental questions.

1. Why are so many starving?
2. How long have they been starving?
3. How long should funding be provided to feed them? 
4. How did it become America’s responsibility to feed them?

We didn’t cause their problems and we’re not obligated to fix them. When you look around the world, we find the countries where all this starvation is going on are being run by totally corrupt leftist tyrants, just like Venezuela where the leadership has stashed billions away in foreign banks.

It’s natural to feel compassion for starving children, it’s Christian ethic, but it still comes down to this.  We have to see things clearly.  Once it becomes government policy it stops being charity and compassion, and it becomes fraud and politics, with those running these programs morally unfit to handle anyone’s money, and USAID was the perfect example of that corruption.

If the Cindy McCain’s of the world are so concerned then let up and fund private entities to feed them.  Once it’s their money let’s see how long that lasts.
