America in Crisis: Some Points to Ponder

Another year is fact coming to a close, and I will say there's so much going on I can't write articles of depth and quality fast enough, but it's been interesting to see all contradictions and drawbacks the left has wrought.  In fact, it's been so bad I do believe that without , the only Democrats that could get elected would be for the West coast and the North East.  At least for the time being.  They're destroying those societies they control.   Seattle, New York City, San Francisco, and every Democrat controll state and city is a mess, and they're not coming back for decades, if ever. 

Yesterday someone sent a list of items of just how insane leftist government really is, and I've adjusted, reorganized, added, and paraphrased all of that into this piece, starting with asking this question by Mike Rowe: 

Why is it that so many people were more outraged about Britney Griner stuck in Russia than they were about Americans stranded in Afghanistan or Gaza? 

Which leads to this next obvious question.   Can we assume what's happening in America is because Sheriff Andy Taylor has left town and Barney's is in charge? 

Why do mice die in mouse traps?  They don't understand why the cheese is free. Just like socialism, which brings me to Mike's next question:

Are we churning out a generation of poorly educated people with no skill, no ambition, no guidance, and no realistic expectation of what it means to go to work?

Well, the answer is yes, and the nation's system of education from kindergarten to the most advanced degrees is responsible, and anyone, no matter how prominent they may be who dares defy these idiotic schemes are silenced, censored, fired, and vilified by the media in order that the stupid may remain stupid and the snowflakes holding idiotic views aren't offended.

Why is talking sexually in the workplace considered sexual harassment to adults… but talking about sexuality to children K-3 at school considered education?  If an 18 year old isn’t mature enough to own a firearm, then maybe a 16 year old isn't mature enough to vote, and a 5 year old not mature enough to change gender.

I've been on the right side of all this global warming crap from the beginning, but the ones I really do admire are those prominent scientists like Tim Ball, and media personalities like Mark Styne who spoke out and faced serious financial consequences via SLAPP law suits.  Others were fired and had their publishing rights revoked by science journals, and in short, they were "censored" and seriously suffered financially and professionally.  In point of fact, 

We're expected to believe the most powerful governments on earth can’t stop a virus from spreading, which they never anticipated, planned for, or fixed, and in fact put into action policies and mandates that were unconstitutional and destructive, along with forcing on society that are going to have deadly, and/or seriously negative health consequences on millions of people for decades to come.  

Want to stop drunk drivers from killing sober drivers? Ban sober drivers from driving. That’s how gun control and COVID lockdowns worked.

But we are being assured they can predict what the climate will be 50 years out, and prevent any changes they disapprove of, just as long as we pay more taxes, eat bugs, live in small, organized, departmentalized, and government controlled communities.  Except for the rich and powerful.  Kinda like communist nations. 

Their solution?  New York Governor Kathy Hochul decided Biden's idea of a Ministry of Truth was brilliant, and wants her own "Truth Ministry”, which isn't an isolated situation.  It's been a "pandemic" mental disorder in government forever. Who else had a "ministry of truth”? … Hitler… Goebbels… Stalin.

We're running out of money for Social Security and Medicare but not for welfare, illegals and free college, and we're spending billions of dollars of borrowed money to keep immigrants who entered the nation illegally happy. 

If you follow the news, and prominent dimwits in Hollywood, the media, academia, and now shockingly, America's industrial leaders, who want us to be more like China, so I think it's appropriate to ask, if leftism in all of it's manifestations, such as communism, socialism, and fascism, is so good and capitalism is so bad, then why aren’t the caravans heading to Venezuela?Where are the ships full of immigrants going to China, or Russia, or even better yet, to North Korea.   Cher says she's leaving the nation if Trump is elected, along with Barbara Streisand.  If there ever was a reason to hope Trump is re-elected, that's at the top of the list.  

History is not there for us to like or dislike. It is there for us to learn from. And if it offends you, even better- because then you are less likely to repeat it. It is not anyone’s to erase; it belongs to all of us.
