Man Arrested After Allegedly Driving Through GOP Voter Registration Tent: Police

By Jack Phillips February 9, 2020

A Florida man was arrested after allegedly driving his vehicle into a Republican voter registration tent in Jacksonville on Saturday, according to local officials and the county GOP office, which said that suspect intentionally targeted the tent in what may be an act of politically motivated violence.

Gregory William Loel Timm, 27, was identified as the suspect in the case, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. Timm is accused of driving a van through a tent where workers were trying to register voters.

He was charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a person over the age of 65, criminal mischief, and driving with a suspended license, said the sheriff’s office. The office wrote that a dispute was reported around a Walmart store on Atlantic Boulevard, and when police responded, victims said he drove a van through the tent.

The Republican Party of Duval County, in a statement, said that six Trump campaign volunteers were “intentionally targeted while registering voters.” It added: “Thankfully, Republican volunteers narrowly avoided being struck by the accelerating van. The driver sped away after making an obscene gesture toward the crowd.”.............To Read More....

My Take - Why isn't this listed as a hate crime?  They don't know if it's politically motivated?  Did I get that right?  You gotta be kidding.
  • If this was a Democrat Party voter registration tent it would be immediately listed as a hate crime.
  • If this was a Muslim voter registration tent it would be immediately listed as a hate crime, whether or not it involved the Democrat Party.
  • If this was a Black Democrat Party voter registration tent it would be immediately listed as a hate crime.
  • If this was an Hispanic Democrat Party voter registration tent it would be immediately listed as a hate crime.
But noooooo, it was a Republican Party voter registration involving those who were most likely predominately white, Christian, and/or conservative.  Therefore it was an act of justified activism, not hate!  Because you see leftists don't hate, only white, conservative Christians hate.
