Anthony Fauci, Bureaucrat

Swamp creatures deal in CYA, not truth.

“The finding of AIDS in infants and children who are household contacts of patients with AIDS or persons with risks for AIDS has enormous implications with regard to ultimate transmissibility of this syndrome,” Anthony Fauci informed the American public in 1983. “If routine close contact can spread the disease, AIDS takes on an entirely new dimension.”

Of course, “infants and children” did not contract AIDS from “routine close contact.” Not for the last time did the public follow Dr. Fauci’s lead in mistaking speculation for science. Phobias involving shaking hands, calling on pay phones, and using public restrooms became not uncommon around that time. Fauci’s proclamation seems bizarre coming from a medical doctor. But from a bureaucrat it makes sense.

Self-preservation guides Washington mandarins. Fauci presents worst-case scenarios not primarily to inflate a savior status but to cover himself. This allows for a “see, I told you so” should matters go wrong or a “thank goodness the people heeded my warning” should matters pass with little damage. Either way, the bureaucrat wins.

One must interpret the damning revelations from Fauci’s emails in this light. The words of a creature surviving more than five decades in the fetid Beltway swamp and not of a graduate of Cornell University Medical School jump off the screen. This conniving Anthony Fauci revealed by a Freedom of Information Act request merely plays that affable, grandfatherly Anthony Fauci we watch on television..............To Read More....

Is Fauci a fall guy? - By Thomas Lifson June 4, 2021 -Sundance of The Last Refuge[i] looks into something that also puzzled me: why were multiple FOIA requests for the emails of Dr. Anthony Fauci all released at the same time, and why now? Using his time-tested technique of constructing timelines and comparing the current FOIA release with another key FOIA release, he constructs a thought-provoking theory.  As so often in the past, he sees a tacit plot behind the events that capture so much attention............

In Sundance’s view, Fauci is being offered up as a distraction from the larger story that a fairly bad annual flu was weaponized as a means of taking down the re-election of Donald Trump, whose term up until the lockdown was a story of tremendous economic growth and diplomatic triumphs in the Middle East, making his re-election very probable. The expression “fall guy” is not used by Sundance, but I think it applies, in that the focus on Fauci diverts blame from other parties................

Should COVID now be called the ‘Fauci Flu’? Brian C. Joondeph, MDI wonder if Dr Fauci anticipated this reversal of fortune, his fall from high atop Mount Establishment? His upcoming book, “Expect the Unexpected” may be more prescient than he realized...........

Fauci's Napoleon complex - By Patricia McCarthy June 4, 2021 Anthony Fauci is a textbook case of "Napoleon Complex," a theorized inferiority complex normally attributed to people of short stature. It is: characterized by overly-aggressive or domineering social behavior, such as lying about earnings, and carries the implication that such behavior is compensatory for the subject's physical or social shortcomings. In psychology, the Napoleon complex is regarded as a derogatory social stereotype.

Indeed.  Everyone now knows that Anthony Fauci is a fraud, an emperor with no clothes, a liar and a narcissist who is very likely responsible for tens of thousands of deaths because he squelched the use of hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin in favor of costly vaccines in which he is alleged to have a financial stake.  Everyone, that is, except those blinkered souls at CNN and MSNBC; he is still their hero, no matter how much blood is on his hands..................

New Email Revelations Prove That Slippery Dr. Fauci Lied About His Lying on Masks - By William Sullivan,  June 5, 2021 - On March 8, 2020, Dr. Fauci famously told Americans via 60 Minutes that there’s no reason to be walking around with a mask.  In fact, masks are likely even counterproductive, he said, because people don’t wear them correctly, constantly touch their face when wearing them, and the mask may give a false sense of security to wearers that may lessen other practical precautions to avoid exposure, like washing hands or physical distancing.

Months later, he told us that he knew that masks actually would save countless lives, but he was lying to us in March about masks’ effectiveness because wanted to protect the medical mask supply chains for hospital workers.  And he had “no regrets” about telling this lie, he told Lawrence O’Donnell, because it was “correct in the context of when” he made the recommendation.  Besides, he said, “it soon became clear that homemade masks were as good as the masks that you would buy from surgical supply stores.”,,,,,,,,,,,,

Fauci’s wife needs an investigation, too -  June 5, 2021By Stella Paul - Now that Dr. Anthony Fauci is feeling the heat for funding gain-of-function research at Wuhan Institute of Virology and covering it up, it’s time to scrutinize his wife. Christine Grady, MSN, PhD, is Fauci’s colleague at the National Institute of Health, where she serves of Chief of Bioethics and Head of Human Subjects Research at the NIH Clinical Center. According to the Center’s website, Grady's contributions are “primarily in the ethics of clinical research, including informed consent, vulnerability, study design, recruitment, and international research ethics, as well as ethical issues faced by nurses and other health care providers.” In a gushing portrait, Vogue portrayed Fauci and Grady as “a medical power couple leading the fight against the virus.” But taxpayers might not be so effusive about Mr. and Mrs. Fauci’s “international research ethics,” and “study design,” now that America’s economy and liberties have been destroyed by the Chinese virus they funded..............

Fauci: Recent Attacks on Me ‘Really Very Much an Attack on Science’ - Ian Hanchett, 4 Jun 2021 - On Friday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Rachel Maddow Show,” White House Chief Medical Adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci stated that the recent criticisms of him are “really very much an attack on science,” and “the thread going through what’s happening now is very much an anti-science approach.” Host Rachel Maddow asked, “Am I building you up to be thicker-skinned about this than you are? Are you actually worried about this new sort of re-upping of attacks on you?”  Fauci responded, “Well, I’m concerned about that, more because it’s really very much an attack on science, I think, Rachel.”..........

My Take - And given the lack of scientific integrity we've seen by Fauci and "scientists" all over the world on this issue and issues surrounding climate, psychology, sociology, and more, science needs to be attacked, hard and consistently.  This defense is the last line of defense for cads, hucksters and charlatans.

Well,  I've been attacking it for years.  Give it a try, you will find it exhilarating because you will find "science" is the new "religion" of the left, that has to be taken on "faith" and so questioning it is heresy.    But if you do the research you will find their "truth" is so often pack of lies promoting tyranny. Defeating it is unbelievably satisfying.

Science is the search for truth, and scientists are supposed to be searchers of truth, so attacking science has now become obligatory for the citizen scientist, since people trained in the scientific disciplines are not only failing to do so, they're part of the lack of scientific integrity that now permeates the scientific community.  Fauci Emails Show We Should Question the 'Science' on Climate Change.

Donald Trump *Unloads* on Fauci Emails: - By Donald Trump just unloaded on Dr. Anthony Fauci over recently disclosed emails that show what many of the doctor’s fiercest critics had known all along: Fauci is a fraud. The former president released the following statement on the Fauci emails............
