P&D and The Week That Was

Truth is the Sublime Convergence of History and Reality

De Omnibus Dubitandum (Everything is to be questioned)

By Rich Kozlovich

This is another interesting week, and we are living in interesting times.  We're seeing the total corruption of America's rule of law with one false charge after another against Donald Trump in order to prevent him from running for President of the United States, much of it orchestrated by the White House, the Democrat party, and the Deep State traitors at the Department of Justice, the FBI, and the Intelligence agencies.  All of which have done untold damage to America.

American cities have become a corrupt disaster destroying the rule of law, releasing violent criminal wolves into the public allowing them to perpetrate more crimes, many of them violent, and yet putting a grandmother in prison for two years in prison for protesting at an abortion clinic.   New York is at the apex of that corruption.  A corrupt judiciary rigs trials, and corrupt prosecutors invent crimes to destroy Donald Trump, and it seems clear there's a RICO investigation in the making over this if Trump is elected, since there's mounting evidence there's collusion with the White House over all these indictments against Trump.

Along with the FBI, all the intelligence services were thoroughly corrupted by Obama and in violation of the Hatch Act illegally became politically active in doing everything they could to undermine Trump's candidacy in 2016 and are part of the corruption that's been going on ever since.  If Trump is elected a massive purge of all these intelligence gathering and law enforcement agencies of the federal government must begin on day one, including charging them with the crimes they've committed, especially for Brennan, Clapper, James Comey, and Andrew McCabe ultimately leading to Hillary, Obama, and Joe Biden.

And now, "I'm shocked, shocked I tell you to find there really is corruption going on here!"  Sorry, I just love channeling Captain Renault and paraphrasing that line since it's so apt for today's events.

It "appears" there really is a Biden Crime Family.  It "appears" Joe Biden really has been corrupt.  It "appears" he's been on China's "payroll".  It "appears" the FBI knew about it since 2013, and either ignored or hid all that corruption.
biden and Xi

Does it seem like there's an awful lot of "appearances" of criminal conduct there?   If it wasn't for the investigation by the  House Oversight Committee in the impeachment probe of President Joe Biden, all of that evidence which was being ignored would have never "appeared" in the light of day.

Imagine that.

Woke armies don't win wars:

"The timing of our going woke makes us vulnerable.  After all, you have Taiwan. Russia, and Ukraine.  China buying Cuba and turning it into a military outpost.  Iran praising Venezuela's Nicolás Maduro.  In other words, look around the globe, and you'll see our enemies reading military strategy and our side reading the 1619 Project."

Image

Forget defending against China, Iran, North Korea, et. al., the Obiden administration has fundamentally transformed what was previously the world’s most powerful and capable fighting force. It has emasculated it—and tasked it with defending against nationalism, climate change, Islamophobia, homophobia, transphobia, misgendering, “disinformation,” “domestic terrorists” (i.e. patriots and parents)…and now posts critical of military heads themselves.  Somewhere, George Washington weeps. And Patton rages.

The job of the military is to protect the nation by having the capacity to destroy a lot of property, kill a lot of bad guys, and scare the rest, and they can do a "bang up" job of that, but cultural changes is not part of the Constitutional responsibilities of America's military leadership.  Yet that's what Obama created, and now we find The U.S. Navy can’t build ships.  Obama did just what he said he would do, "fundamentally change America".

Defining the Federal Government in Two Words. Morally bankrupt!

By Rich Kozlovich

Morally bankrupt are easily the two words that define the Biden administration, the Democrat party, Republican RINO’s, leftists in general, the media, academia, government bureaucrats, and even those in the commercial arena.  Congress is out of control bankrupting the nation, destroying the foundational Judaic/Christian principles America was founded on, and the Presidency is blatantly criminal.

I think I can reasonably call that moral bankruptcy.

Laws are meant to prevent crimes, and punish those who ignore those laws. The aim of conservatives is the support of law. All this corruption, violence, rioting, rape, murder, and flaunting of American law by this government, it's officials, and these leftist rented rioters works to destroy the law, and it’s destroying the nation.

Lawfare has made American justice a farce creating a two-tier justice system of kangaroo third world courts.  Judges, prosecutors, and even law enforcement officers have demonstrated a moral bankruptcy that is so blatant, so corrupt, and so obvious it’s now cannot be denied. America sees it, and America’s afraid. Rightly so.

The failure to deal with this corrupt behavior only creates more corruption until it metastasizes like a cancer spreading through body until the body dies.   That cannot be tolerated!

The challenge is to restore the wellbeing of the nation, and that can only be done in accordance with law, properly applied, and applied equally to all, publicly exposing the crimes being committing, and bringing those criminals to justice, including government officials, and absolutely refusing to accept anything less.

No one is above the law! That's repeated unendingly by these corrupt prosecutors in order to justify their effort to destroy a Presidential candidate financially, or worse.  No one is above the law is the foundational truth of the nation, a truth the Constitution rests on. That, and only that, creates a nation of laws.  But what we’re seeing are those who are practicing the law of the jungle by ignoring the rule of law, ignoring the rights of others, ignoring justice, twisting the law to suit their own purposes, all while demanding "no one is above the law", while in point of fact, they're now above the law, acting like ravenous wild beasts.

The Constitution is the greatest secular document ever created by mankind, and it was written to guarantee the safety of each and every one of us. We stick to the principles of Constitutional law because it’s the foundation for a free stable society with individual God given rights that are recognized and guaranteed.

We’re now seeing vicious wolves being turned loose on society, burning down buildings, destroying property, intimidating society, pouncing on Jews, conservatives, Christians, whites, the weak and helpless, and we’re even seeing public officials promoting it.  If we don’t put a stop to that soon there will be no boundaries that won't be crossed? Leftism is a cancerous growth, and it always has been so going back to the French Revolution, and from the beginning of this nation these leftists have consistently hated and plotted against America, which Daniel Greenfield covers in his article, The Left’s Plot Against George Washington.

If we’re to be a stable society leftism must be crushed in all it's manifestations, and we must stick to the principles of those foundational truths as outlined by America’s founding fathers. Only that can guarantee safety for society.

Justice is what we seek. Justice is what we long for. The law, correctly and honestly practiced, is the safeguard of justice. We have to believe in the law! We have to believe in the power of law, and the power of believing, and by believing we can make that happen by refusing to accept the twisted reasonings of those who are working to destroy the Constitution, and to publicly challenge them.   To save the law these corrupt wolves must be purged, and done so by the rule of law.

This is a war, and make no mistake, the choices are freedom, or tyranny.

“Walk toward the fire. Don’t worry about what they call you. All those things are said against you because they want to stop you in your tracks. But if you keep going, you’re sending a message to people who are rooting for you, who are agreeing with you. The message is that they can do it, too.”  Andrew Breitbart

When the Klaxon Sounds, That Means Battle Stations!

In a war between the barbarians and the wimps, the barbarians win every time

By Rich Kozlovich

On March 22, 2024 David Carlin published this article,  The Alarm Bell Is Clanging saying:

We are all aware that democracy is not a modern invention.  It was characteristic of many city-states in the ancient world.  Athens, for instance, had a flourishing democracy in the 5th and 4th centuries B.C., until the independence of the city disappeared in the emerging age of empires.........We moderns didn’t create democracy.  However, beginning with the American Founding Fathers, we created and sustained democracy in large societies such as the USA and many European countries.....One of the tremendous weaknesses of ancient democracies — a weakness that we moderns, and we Americans especially, should pay great attention to — was their bad practice of politicizing their judicial systems.  Politician X wasn’t content to defeat his opponent at the polls.  No, he wanted to prosecute him, drive him into exile, impose ruinous fines on him, put him to death.

He went on to outline historical events where the rule of law was abandoned for political expediency, and how that practice destroyed those societies.

There's the oft quoted line from Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, "Cry 'Havoc!', and let slip the dogs of war", which meant the troops were now given permission to wreak havoc, steal, murder, pillage, and rape, without interference or resistant of any kind, like wild dogs without chains.  That's what we're seeing right now with all these "lawfare" attacks against Donald Trump, Trump supporters, conservatives, Republicans and Christians.  And make no mistake, here are the consequences for starting this.  There will be retribution, or capitulation.  Because once this starts, those are the only options.  It then becomes the law of the jungle, survival of the fittest.

The author goes on to say:

This conspiracy also includes not just prosecutors and civil plaintiffs, but a vociferous cheering section made up of journalistic reporters and commentators, both print and electronic, who assure the public on a daily basis, indeed an hourly basis, that all the judicial attacks on Trump are fully warranted.  The conspirators hate Trump, and they are acting in accordance with the old maxim “all’s fair in love and war.” Somebody may object that the word “conspiracy” is not quite right, since the word implies that there is a centralized command behind all these “let’s get Trump” suits and prosecutions.  While it is possible that there is such a command, this has not yet been proven.  So I cheerfully waive the word “conspiracy.”  Let’s say it is a quasi-conspiracy. The politicization of any judicial system, ancient or modern, is a loud alarm bell indicating that democracy may be starting to crumble.

I've linked articles and written about conspiracies, conspiracy theories, conspiracy theorists for years, and I can say, for those who claim there's no such thing as a conspiracy........well then..... they must not have ever read a history book, or don't care what history tells us.  We really do need to accept this. Everything really is a conspiracy, and not necessarily a behind closed doors meetings to plan a course of action kind of conspiracy. What we're seeing is a conspiracy of philosophy and thought.  They think the same way, they act the same way, they justify each other's actions, and they are unified in attacking those who stand against them. Much like mass drone attacks to sink Russian ships in the Black Sea. And it works because the numbers are too great to defend against, as individuals!

Conservatives need to start defending each other and that defense starts with an unflinching, courageous, determined, and unrelenting offense, because persistence is king.  One of the politicians I actually admire is Calvin Coolidge who said:

“Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan Press On! has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race"

Most of us merely want to live in peace and be left alone, but the left cannot tolerate that.  They have an insane need to dominate and control the lives of those around them.  I don't understand why that's not viewed as a serious mental condition, since it appears to be a movement whose leaders seem to be

The klaxon is sounding, "which way will you go?"

Trump's First Order of Business? Deep State Corruption!

By Rich Kozlovich

If Trump is elected he will have his hands full, although I don't think it will be as difficult as before. The last time he had to rely on faux "allies".   Actually, traitorous "allies".  This time, he knows who are the false conservatives, the RINO's, and the corrupt Deep State supporters.  There won't be so many bad appointments as there was before.

I've said in the past in many ways Trump reminds me of me, without a sense of humor.  This time he'll be hiring and appointing people who are going to be mad dogs in a meat market with goal of crushing the Deep State.   After all, that's what I would do!

No mercy, no compromise, no lack of focus or drive, sending as many of them to prison as possible, including Hillary, Obama, and the rest of that corrupt cabal.  And this won't be this corrupt lawfare scam being used by the Democrats.  They ..... broke..... laws...... A lot of them!

On February 18, 2024 Eric Utter published a very short, but really excellent summary of just how vile the Democrats and all the other leftist misfits in America really are with this article, Biden administration to put up 'roadblocks' in case of Trump win?, saying:

A new Associated Press report claims that the Biden administration, urged on by a group of leftist “experts” and “legal advisers,” is preparing for the possible return of Donald Trump to the White House … by installing “roadblocks" to inhibit Trump's ability to fire government workers and otherwise make changes he may deem necessary to make the country great again.

While the media thinks this is a good thing, another reason the this is an outright effort at tyranny and treason.  He goes on to say:

Negating citizens’ votes and denying the will of the people is as undemocratic as it gets -- not to mention disgusting, criminal, unconstitutional, and treasonous. Siccing federal intelligence agencies on Trump, covering up his political opponents “shenanigans” and crimes, lying under oath, arbitrarily changing states’ voting laws, ushering in massive mail-in voting, somehow receiving and/or counting hundreds of thousands of votes for Biden in the middle of the night with almost none for Trump, launching endless spurious lawsuits against Trump with the intention of preventing him from campaigning and putting him in prison, and threatening to pack the court and end the filibuster are just some of the things Democrats, Deep Staters, and assorted other never-Trumpers have done, almost all with the stated intention of “preserving our democracy.”...........

Joseph Stalin, Chairman Mao, and Pol Pot weren’t much more opposed to democracy … but were far less hypocritical. And yet Democrats, Deep Staters, and assorted other never-Trumpers always seem to get away with it. Always.

I think this short piece so clearly summarizes the Democrat's total abandonment of the rule of law, and the very concept of the God given rights the founding fathers articulated in the Constitution, and shows they've absolutely embraced treason.  I also think this is such an important piece it needs as broad a distribution as possible.

Biden administration best understood as a junta

August 19, 2023 By Eric Utter

I have come to realize that the Biden administration is nothing but a junta.

Those who comprise it are the opposite of the Founders. They don’t believe in limited government—of, by, and for, the people. They do not believe in objectivity — or freedom of speech, religion, and assembly. They do not believe in “the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects,” or in their right to be free from “unreasonable searches and seizures.” (Just ask Roger Stone or Donald Trump.) Nor do they believe in equality under the law, the people’s right to a “speedy and public trial” by a jury of one’s peers (just ask Donald Trump), natural law, etc., etc. And they certainly don’t believe that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” In fact, in recent years they appear increasingly to disdain all these concepts… because they obviously increasingly disdain those who disagree with them and/or who could stand in the way of the ever-increasing power and control they have over others. Power and control they revel in and believe they richly deserve.

They do believe in a Supreme Ruler. But they believe they are that Supreme Ruler. They believe they have the right—indeed duty—to rule over the “deplorables” in rural areas and flyover country. Preposterously, they purport to believe that their ideas and policies must be implemented, whether the rest of us like it or not… if we are to “save our democracy.” There is nothing less democratic—or more deplorable—than that..................To Read More..

The Radicals Propose a New SCOTUS Fix

The radical left is in a blind rage over rulings from the new Thomas Supreme Court.  It was bad enough when the Supremes told them they don't have a constitutional right to kill their babies, but now it's telling them they can't be racists, either.  The Court is clearly intent on imposing tyranny and eliminating our most basic rights — which are not actually written in the Constitution, but have been emanating for 50 years from a penumbra that only liberal justices can see.  They're screaming that something must be done about this constitutional crisis.

They tried two years ago to eliminate the Senate filibuster to pack the Court.  But that didn't work because a couple of Dems learned a lesson from Harry Reid's leadership and realized there may be a few unintended consequences they wouldn't like.  So the radicals put their thinking caps on and came up with a creative solution.  Just tell President Biden to ignore the Court.  Joe being Joe, he might actually do it......To Read More....

Stunner! Joe Biden urged to simply defy Supreme Court, 'The administration will be guided by its own constitutional interpretations' - By Bob Unruh July 24, 2023 - Joe Biden meets with senior advisers to discuss the budget and debt ceiling, Monday, May 15, 2023, in the Oval Office of the White House. (Official White House photo by Adam Schultz)  A letter from a coalition of professors is telling Joe Biden to adopt a key message used during the Civil War.  A message that was used by the segregationists.Renowned constitutional expert Jonathan Turley cited the extreme ideology in a column. He cited two comments: "I shall resist any illegal federal court order" and when "the court’s interpretation of the Constitution is egregiously wrong," the president should refuse to follow it.  "Those two statements were made roughly 60 years apart. The first is from segregationist Alabama Gov. George Wallace (D). The second was made by two liberal professors this month. In one of the most chilling developments in our history, the left has come to embrace the authoritarian language and logic of segregationists in calling for defiance and radical measures against the Supreme Court," Turley explained...............

The Big Federal Government Lie

I can’t answer your (impertinent and inconvenient) question. The matter is under investigation.

William L. Kovacs

The eight most disingenuous words used these days by federal agencies are intended to hide their criminal activity: “I can’t answer. The matter is under investigation.”

These words are used to obstruct, mislead, delay and discourage congressional investigations into the legality of Executive Branch activity. In effect, they say: “Your question is impertinent, inconvenient and intolerable. How dare you question anything Executive Branch agencies are doing?”

Unfortunately, this simple statement often achieves its goal of obstructing efforts by Congress to obtain information that it and the American people need and deserve to have, to ensure “government of, by and for the people,” instead of the federal bureaucracy.

While Congress may be upset with the response, it is often cowed into accepting the assertion that presidents can protect their people from being investigated even for criminal conduct. However, fortunes and precedents can be reversed.

If Republicans win the White House with a presidential candidate who sincerely wants to uphold the rule of law, restore justice to the legal system and hold the “Deep State” accountable, that president can make it happen.

The leading Presidential candidates for the Republican nomination have promised to fire the FBI director and clean house at the Department of Justice. If a Republican wins the presidency in November 2024, FBI Director Wray and Attorney General Garland will resign long before they can be fired.

So, candidates, please, stop pandering. No one will be fired. It’s all pablum – worthless, insipid, oversimplified assertions, threats and promises.

Suppose a new president truly wants to clean up the deep, dark, corrupt state at the DOJ, FBI and other federal agencies. In that case, the Republican president need only waive Executive Privilege and issue an executive order declassifying all investigatory materials sought by the current Republican House of Representatives. Let Congress bleed the truth out of those subverting the Constitution.

Executive compliance is simple. When Congress requests documents, the Executive should order them produced. When testimony is sought, provide it without asserting objections. Cooperate with the Republican House to find the truth and restore our republican form of government.

Since the Nixon administration, presidents have asserted Executive Privilege thirty times to block congressional investigations. Presidential assertions included protecting the president’s brother (Billy Carter), girlfriends (Monica Lewinsky), mismanagement of funds (Solyndra), foreign affairs (Benghazi), gun running (Fast and Furious) and tape recordings (Watergate).

Democrat and Republican administrations have routinely acted as though providing Congress with requested information concerning an investigation will somehow diminish their manhood.

Finding and eliminating corruption is for the benefit of the nation. Hiding corruption does not assist the president in the faithful execution of the law.

The DOJ/FBI’s long-running minuet of never sharing information with congressional committees is a mechanism of deceit, not of protecting the independence and effectiveness of law enforcement, safeguarding informant identities, avoiding pre-trial publicity, or interfering with prosecutorial discretion.

The Supreme Court has long recognized the “…implied power [of Congress] to investigate and to compel the production of information” from the Executive branch.

“Executive Privilege for presidential communications is limited to the quintessential power and nondelegation of Presidential power, and those are the core functions in the Constitution.” It should only be asserted to preserve those core constitutional functions. Claiming it beyond the core constitutional functions is a delaying tactic that often allows illegal conduct to continue.

As to declassifying all documents related to alleged criminal activity in the Executive branch, no president should ever intentionally or unintentionally cover it up. The American Bar Association has written: “Under the U.S. Constitution, the president as Commander-in-Chief is given broad powers to classify and declassify such information, often through executive orders.”

While there are procedures for declassifying the materials, except for certain materials such as nuclear secrets, a president has almost total control to declassify records by executive order. Presidents at all times have the power to shine sunlight on government corruption. When they choose not to expose corruption, it is an intentional coverup.

Unfortunately, since the Nixon administration in the early 1970s, the Executive Branch has forced Congress to issue subpoenas to secure requested documents. Presidents achieve their goal of protecting corruption by requiring years of legal battles to enforce the subpoena.

Hopefully, there will be a Republican Congress, or at least a Republican House sworn in on January 3, 2025, and on January 20, 2025 a Republican president. Between January 3, 2025, and January 20, 2025, the Republican Congress can prepare the appropriate investigative letters to the incoming president, requesting the information needed to root out corruption, especially in the DOJ and FBI, but also in the EPA and CDC over climate, energy and Covid fear-mongering, disinformation and censorship.

On January 20, when the Republican president enters the White House, his first order of business should be to issue an executive order waiving executive privilege and formally declassifying the documents relating to all congressional investigations.

These waivers should encompass all alleged DOJ/FBI corruption, as described in the Durham, Mueller and Horowitz Reports, records of payments received by Joe and Hunter Biden and their family members from foreign countries, all matters associated with the development of a two-tier system of justice, efforts by the federal government to force social media companies to manipulate or censor information distributed to the public, and all other matters of high-level DOJ, FBI, EPA and CDC corruption.

By taking this approach, the president will tremendously assist the congressional investigation of executive agency misconduct, without investigating the departments he leads. If Congress finds evidence of criminal or unethical activity, it will refer the evidence to new appointees at a DOJ for appropriate prosecution.

Suppose Executive Branch personnel refuse to testify, or “take the Fifth” to protect their constitutional right not to be a witness against themselves.

In that case, Congress can grant the Use Immunity, which compels their testimony but provides immunity to the witness for the new information provided. A witness who refuses to testify after being given Use Immunity can be cited for contempt of Congress and imprisoned.

It's time for the federal government to get serious about corruption in government.

More intriguing and overdue would be having a president who followed the advice humbly presented here. The nation might uncover who is actually running the Deep State.

The implosion of the Rule of Law

By John Dale Dunn

The erudite and insightful Roger Kimball, who is well known to the readers at American Thinker, discusses in his essay the disappearance of the American respect for and application of the rule of law:

Instead of proper rule of law we are living with that Orwellian alternative, Our Rule of Law — an arbitrary enforcement of the laws and use of the coercive power of the state.

Mr. Kimball opens with a recall of the Hemingway novel The Sun Also Rises, which describes what is playing out now: the exchange "'How did you go bankrupt?' Bill asked.  'Two ways,' Mike said.  'Gradually, then suddenly.'"  Mr. Kimball alludes to the loss of the American Rule of Law, and you get the point: we are lost, gradually, now suddenly.  Have we lost the Rule of Law forever?

Mr. Kimball points out that the Hunter laptop scandal was revealed by the laptop from hell.  Miranda Devine broke the story, but it languished because of media cover-up and cancellation.

Kimball reveals the important breakthroughs, the bribes, and the explosive revelations of Hunter and other Biden family receipt of payments from foreign actors.  That has led to House discovery of many different payments.  That's the fodder for treason prosecutions.  It dribbled out, then suddenly the reality arrived for anyone who cared, and the House started a serious exposé that showed payments to Biden's family and the sitting president of the United States............To Read More....

Tyranny or the Rule of Law? That's the Choice! Part Two

By Rich Kozlovich

Life is about patterns, and those patterns are cyclical repeating over and over again.  So, over the years I always attempt to lay some historical groundwork in my articles to establish these cyclical patterns of thinking and a patterns of activity.    We know there's a pattern of corruption in our legal system that's become entirely too common, and stunningly dangerous to the idea that America is a country of laws, and not of men.

However, this really didn't just start over the last couple of years.   While I have some issues with the logic presented in this October 22, 2014 article by John W. Whitehead of The Rutherford Institute, Hollow justice and courts of order in an age of government-sanctioned tyranny, he makes important points about how our justice system is out of whack and out of control:
  • A Michigan couple that has been raising chickens in their backyard as a source of healthy food for their family could get up to 90 days in jail for violating a local ban on backyard hens.
  • A Kentucky prison guard who was charged with 25 counts of sexual abuse against female inmates, trafficking controlled substances, and 50 counts of official misconduct walks away with no jail time and seven years’ probation.
  • A 53-year-old Virginia man is facing 20 years in jail for kidnapping, despite the fact that key evidence shows him to be innocent and his accuser a liar, yet the courts claim they’re unable to do anything about it.

He goes on to say:

With every ruling handed down, it becomes more apparent that we live in an age of hollow justice, with government courts, largely lacking in vision and scope, rendering narrow rulings focused on the letter of the law. This is true at all levels of the judiciary, but especially so in the highest court of the land, the U.S. Supreme Court, which is seemingly more concerned with establishing order and protecting government agents than with upholding the rights enshrined in the Constitution.

Given the turbulence of our age, with its police overreach, military training drills on American soil, domestic surveillance, SWAT team raids, asset forfeiture, wrongful convictions, and corporate corruption, the need for a guardian of the people’s rights has never been greater.............The Roberts Court’s decisions in recent years, characterized most often by an abject deference to government authority, military and corporate interests, have run the gamut from suppressing free speech activities and justifying suspicion less strip searches and warrant less home invasions to conferring constitutional rights on corporations, while denying them to citizens.

We've seen this pattern being repeated in the recent issues surrounding President Trump, but actually,  we've been traveling down the path leading to the elimination of privacy rights, with open surveillance, wiretapping, and bugging,  turning America into a police state for some time, which leads us to ask this question:  Once this kind of activity is rampant, can it be stopped, and do the powers that be want it stopped?

Unfortunately, once the apparatus of state is weaponized, and the government itself becomes the criminal, it’s impossible to expect the now malignant system to correct and reform itself. The only possible solution is to physically remove the criminals from their positions of power, imprison them or otherwise keep them from doing further harm..........

The left, Democrats and corrupt RINO's assure us, no one is above the law!  Right?  Of course it's understood no one is above the law unless they’re criminally corrupt Democrats, especially if they're related to Joe Biden.

One reader of Robin Itzler’s excellent free weekly e-mail newsletter PATRIOT NEIGHBORS (You can subscribe here: PatriotNeighbors@yahoo.com) commented on our system of justice.  We do not have a two-tier system of justice in America.  We have a three-tiered system of justice.  One for Republicans who are held to the letter of every obscure law the Deep state can dig up, a second for criminal Democrats, and a third for Donald Trump, which involves ignoring the things known because they’re inconvenient, and making up crimes out of thin air.

Biden stored classified documents in at least two places, including his garage, both unsecured, both accessible to foreign nationals, and has been stealing classified documents and storing them in unsecured locations since 1974, which is blatantly and abjectly illegal.

Yet the media is either silent about all this illegal activity, or make excuses to justify it.  All the while declaring Trump, who as President had total authority to declassify anything he wished, giving him the absolute legal right to hold classified documents, needs to be persecuted, prosecuted, and sent to prison.

Hillary stored classified documents on her own private server, also accessible to foreign powers.  That was also totally and abjectly illegal.  Neither of them have been indicted.

How is it a Secretary of State, along with a man who while being a Senator and a Vice President can clearly violate the law regarding classified material not be charged with those crimes,  and a President, who has the ultimate authority regarding classifications, is being indicted for storing classified documents, in a secure and guarded location, which as President of the United States he can do legally.

If all that is so, and it is, we must ask, why Trump is being charged with a non-crime, and they're not being charged for actually committing real crimes?  The answer's simple.  It’s political, it’s rotten, it’s a distraction, it's a leftist coup, and time is showing it's actually far worse.

The amount of information exposing the vast level of corruption of the Biden crime family, some it involving geopolitical decisions involving both the Obama and Biden administrations is shocking, and even if half of it’s true, that would by far make Biden the most corrupt President in all of American history.

Clearly all that’s coming out about Joe and Hunter Biden demonstrates criminal activity, serious criminal activity, criminal activity involving the security of the United States.  And yet no charges are being brought forth.

This indictment by the DOJ against Trump undermines the very foundations of American republicanism.  If America is a nation of laws, then those laws must be enforced equally.  The rule of law is the cement that binds this nation.  The cement that's prevented America from becoming a tyrannous banana republic.

Make no mistake about it, the corruption is so vast and so deep no matter who runs against the Democrat party they’re going to be charged with vile claims of wrong doing.  Either through the lies of corrupt prosecutors or the media.   Actually, by both, since the media is, and has been, the unofficial propaganda wing of the Democrat party.

Roosevelt called the sneak attack on Pearl Harbor a day that would live in infamy.  Well, these vile and fallacious attacks on a former President of the United States will historically be just as infamous, as it's clearly an effort to undermine the very fabric of American law and justice.

This has been indictment built on a foundation of quicksand by corrupt prosecutors and investigators at the DOJ and the FBI.  The Biden administration is filled with corrupt, incompetent, radical leftists, and traitorous dimwits that need to be held accountable for their criminal behavior, since "no one is above the law".
