History, Time, and Truth Are on the Same Side, Not Joe Biden's

Joe Biden was not a decent man, nor was he a public servant.  History and time are on the side of truth, and neither history, time, or truth will look favorably on Joe Biden. It seems to me no matter that some are saying he can recover from his cancer diagnosis, he’s now facing what happens to old people with health issues, especially when neurological problems compound their health, they face negative cascade issues. 

I don’t see him lasting much longer, and when he’s on his death bed will he get his last communion after his unending support for abortion?   Will he, like Ted Kennedy, be buried in the church?   The root word for repentance means "to turn about", which requires a change of course to make amends for wrongful actions.  I didn't see that with Kennedy, nor will we see it with Biden.

Joe Biden was a puppet who already was demonstrating serious neurological issues, yet the Democrats knowingly promoted a man they knew was losing it because the Bernie Sanders would have been unacceptable to the public.   

And by now, everyone knows that Joe wasn’t running anything in the White House, he was simply being used, a presidential puppet. He could barely speak, read, reason or walk, yet they kept putting him through his puppet paces. A poor, senile old man being forced to pretend the lights were still on.

It also seems clear his dementia was rapidly becoming worse, and they were, in order to remain in power willing to put this sad sack back into the oval office for anther term, which they had to know he wouldn't survive, and then Kamala would be President, and the media was absolutely complicit in this fraud, remember his  clean bill of health!  They all knew his was mentally incapacitated and did everything they could to hide it.

Handlers or no handlers, the fact is Joe Biden was a mean, nasty, and vicious human being, the head of the Biden Crime Family.  It wasn't his handlers that made him so, that was his character long before he entered the White House. 

 

There is only one positive Biden will leave behind?  Absolute evidence the nation needs a Constitutional Amendment adding term limits for Congress, and especially the federal judiciary, which through it's leftist corruption has usurped the power of the presidency and is now demanding the Trump administration give "due process" to all these criminals who invaded the nation.

We could post an hour of videos showing Joe “Big Guy” Biden stating he would NOT pardon his son Hunter because “no one is above the law.” Then we could share hours of leftists (Democrats, social media influencers, TV hosts, entertainers, etc.) insisting that Biden would never pardon Hunter because “no one is above the law.” Really … did anyone believe the Big Guy would NOT pardon Hunter? Kurt Ehrenberg, a former top Bernie Sanders adviser in New Hampshire said the obvious about the Hunter pardon:

It was a “big F-you to the Democratic Party that ousted him. He’s got nothing to lose. His friends threw him over the side. He did what was best for him, which is always what Joe Biden does.”

Now there is a lot of chatter of all the other law-breakers that Joe Biden will pardon. Will Joey pardon the entire Biden Crime Family? For instance:

1. ¨ James Biden—Is said to have tried selling access to Joe to foreign oligarchs.
2. ¨ Frank Biden—Is reported that the real estate developer frequently used his last name in business situations.
3. ¨ Sara Biden—Wife of James with questionable connections to China via Chinese firm CEFC.
4. ¨ Other Biden Family—In “After Hunter’s Pardon, It’s Time to Prosecute the Rest of the Biden Crime Family.” 

Elle Purnell writes at The Federalist:

Hunter, Joe, and James weren’t the only Biden family members profiting from the scheme. In May 2023, House investigators reported that the Bidens received a total of $10 million — later revealed to be at least $20 million — in a series of payments that originated with foreign benefactors and trickled down as far as the Biden grandchildren.

These payments reached “at least nine Biden family members including the president’s son Hunter Biden, his brother James Biden, James’s wife, Hunter’s ex-girlfriend who is also his brother Beau Biden’s widow, Hunter’s ex-wife, Hunter’s current wife, and at least one grandchild and a couple of nieces and/or nephews,” as The Federalist’s Jordan Boyd reported at the time.

 

Did China Bribe Biden to Protect a U.S. Bank Takeover?

“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” Hunter Biden threatened in a WhatsApp message to a CEFC associate.

If his demands were not met, the future president’s son warned, “I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.”

Hunter would later claim that Joe Biden wasn’t actually there and he had been drunk or high.

Whatever the truth, next month a CEFC affiliate sent $5 million, half of the $10 million Hunter had demanded, to a joint company set up by Hunter and a CEFC figure, $400,000 was then transferred to a shell company, $150,000 was diverted to a company controlled by Joe Biden’s brother James, $50,000 of which was diverted to a personal checking account and $40,000 of which was sent as a personal check to Joe Biden for a “loan repayment.”

But one unanswered question is why CEFC China Energy would have been intimidated by Biden’s threats at all. In July 2017, Joe Biden was out of the White House and while he was a potential presidential candidate, that was still years away.

Why did CEFC feel nervous enough to cut the Bidens a very sizable check in 2017?

The answer may lie with a March 2017 deal in which CEFC had tried to acquire a stake in the Cowen Group: a somewhat obscure investment bank based out of New York City. The deal would have had to win the approval of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS) and under the Trump administration, China’s investments were not winning approval.

CEFC’s 19.9% stake in the Cowen Group came at the same time as CFIUS was scrutinizing attempted Chinese purchases of MoneyGram, Genworth Financial and Lattice Semiconductor. These various deals fell apart or, as in CEFC’s case, were shut down by CFIUS. By August, CEFC had cut their check to the Bidens, but by September were forced to refile their proposal, and by November had announced that CFIUS process was just too onerous to continue.

The timeline raises the distinct possibility that CEFC was protecting its Cowen Group investment while trying to avoid any problems during the CFIUS process. While CFIUS is led by the heads of departments such as the Treasury Department and the Department of Defense, CEFC might have reasonably believed that the former VP could cause problems.

Or it may have been working on a Plan B to wait and refile under a future Biden administration.

But an underlying question is what did CEFC, a Chinese energy company, want with a New York investment bank? The answer may be that some Chinese companies looking to expand into the United States had found it easier to buy into existing American investment companies.

The huge investments in Morgan Stanley and Blackstone by the China Investment Corporation, the Communist country’s largest sovereign wealth fund, helped open the door to a generation of deals. Canyon Bridge Capital Partners, a Chinese backed fund, had struggled and failed to acquire Lattice, a tech company with potential military applications.

What was CEFC after? The Bidens were looking for energy investments in the U.S. for CEFC. A year earlier, CEFC had tried to buy into Putin’s Rosneft and into the Czech Republic. CEFC’s ties to the Communist regime would have made a deal for any major asset of strategic importance in the energy sector a challenging matter to get past CFIUS review, but by acquiring a stake in an existing American financial institution, CEFC may have hoped to bypass it.

Cowen would have served as a front group for CEFC and its backers in the Communist system.

Two years before Hunter’s late night rant and the $5 million check, the “Made in China 2025” strategy to build up the Communist dictatorship’s domestic industries through “mergers, equity investment and venture capital investment overseas” had already been announced.

This would and indeed did bypass CFIUS on some occasions especially when the companies involved were more obscure. And a former VP and even his addict son could however have blown the whistle and spoiled the first step of a potential process for buying a strategic asset.

The Cowen Group deal did not evade CFIUS scrutiny and the prolonged review process scuttled the deal, but by then the Bidens had gotten paid and that was what mattered.

What was China getting from the Bidens? Among other things it may have been silence.

Hunter Biden and his business partners might have understood CEFC’s plans and while they were between presidencies, they had more than enough connections in D.C. to make the Cowen deal and whatever goals it was meant to achieve into enough of an issue that would have doomed it.

Once Hunter had sent his WhatsApp message, his Chinese business partners would have seen it as a threat from Joe Biden, and would have intended the money as a bribe for the future president.

While CEFC was raiding America, it believed it was paying off the former vice president.

Earlier in 2017, Biden business partners had tried to solicit Joe Biden to attend a CEFC meeting because the “B family” needed a “top person at same level as chairman, who would like to access China or money”. That was followed by a warning, “Don’t mention Joe being involved, it’s only when u are face to face, I know u know that but they are paranoid.” While Biden never showed up to that meeting, his name kept showing up in business dealings involving CEFC later that year.

A year after the infamous “sitting here with my father” message, the New York Times finally ran a story discussing Hunter’s CEFC dealings. Joe Biden then left a message for his son, “I thought the article released online, it’s going to be printed tomorrow in the Times, was good.”

“I think you’re clear,” he added.

The Biden Buyout of Democrat Defectors

The power of incumbency is all Biden has left.

Joe Biden has thrown just about everything but the kitchen sink at wary Americans as he seeks a second term in the White House, a prize he all but promised not to seek during the 2020 campaign: “I view myself as a bridge, not as anything else.” First, he tried a call for unity, a strategy that might have worked had he not subsequently dismissed half the country as semi-fascists. Conservatives maintain that he tried to sell “build back better” by drowning the nation in debt that triggered inflation and rendered this rebuilt life unaffordable for millions of Americans.

But then there was the fateful third wave in his bid for re-election, the one that has boomeranged as severely as any political strategy in modern times: his clarion call about the impending death of democracy should his opponent prevail, thus requiring extreme judicial intervention to avoid a clean, voter-driven outcome on Election Day. All of it played out against the cacophonous background music of Jan. 6, now mostly drowned out by protesters turning academia into a chaotic petri dish for anti-American, anti-Semitic extremists advocating for terrorism.

At the same time, we know Biden is incapable of winning over voters with his, shall we say, force of personality, a fact all but admitted by his own handlers this week in revealing that the president will be on a short leash for the remainder of the campaign. Truncated speeches on teleprompter and highly choreographed events, assuring less room for error and minimal interaction with voters or media, hardly suggest a campaign confident in its candidate.

Put it all together, and Biden finds himself in a position that was almost inconceivable in the aftermath of the Capitol riot, trailing Donald Trump in both the electoral and popular vote. So when all else fails, what is a president to do? Why, buy votes, of course.

Biden Opens the Cookie Jar

While incumbency has undoubtedly brought Biden low because of his dismal record in office compared to the grand promises of his basement campaign in 2020, it also offers lovely fringe benefits. A president can unilaterally make up or change fundamental policies, usually at taxpayer expense, for nakedly political purposes — as naked as siccing his Justice Department and progressive prosecutors on their mortal enemy, coincidentally the leading candidate for president, in a full-court press to bankrupt and imprison him. Is there anyone left — Republican, Democrat, or independent — who doesn’t see this for what it is?

 

However, since Trump’s poll numbers have risen rather than fallen under the weight of multi-jurisdictional malicious prosecutions, Biden must find votes elsewhere, so where can he go? Well, the most startling of all the president’s deficits is among those most responsible for his ascension to the White House: blacks, Hispanics, and the young. Trump has doubled his black vote since 2020 according to most polls. Most incredibly, he is tied with or leading among Hispanics — after attracting less than 40% of their support in 2020 — and among voters under the age of 30, who favored Biden over Trump by a whopping margin of almost 40 points in 2020 but are now abandoning the current president in droves with the onset of widespread campus unrest.

The first big Biden purchase paid for by taxpayers was widespread student debt relief. But wait, you say, he already tried that before and was turned back by the Supreme Court. True, but undaunted by a slap in the face by the High Court, Biden has come back for more — with altered parameters that will comply with the law, we are assured. The point is not to win the argument — he should by all accounts be turned aside again — but to impress young voters that he feels their pain. Of course, this also could backfire, given the young’s preoccupation with the Israel-Hamas war, as evidenced by Newsweek’s recent headline: “Biden’s Student Loan Forgiveness Rejected: ‘Not Buying My Vote.’”

But as TV hucksters are wont to say, wait, there’s more. If relieving student debt is not enough, then how about decriminalizing marijuana at the federal level or, more precisely, removing it from the same status under the law as hard drugs like heroin and LSD? It was an initiative long called for but never seriously addressed until the heart of a presidential election campaign. Another coincidence. But now Biden has curried favor, he believes, with young weed smokers, hoping their short-term memory loss won’t cause them to forget to vote.

But then there’s that thorny problem of the Hispanic vote. Patronizing Democrats believing their own hype about “comprehensive immigration reform” have long calculated that the great bulk of Latinos would reflexively support illegal immigration. They don’t. So now they must find something, anything to offer this crucial demographic group that is fleeing the Democratic Party. And so we suddenly see DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) back in the headlines, with Biden offering free healthcare to these much-ballyhooed descendants of illegal immigrants.

Biden is trying to depict himself as Old Uncle Joe, the kindly grandfather at Thanksgiving who slips you a flask under the table. And rest assured that going easy on weed, forgiving legitimate student debt, and offering more “free” healthcare to immigrants will hardly be the end of it. Biden and his team have six more months to figure out new ways to flex their incumbency muscles and provide any number of incentives to wavering groups. At this point, like Barack Obama after losing control of Congress in 2014, he is limited to his pen and his phone. Will that be enough to save his presidency?

Doug Burgum probably had the best idea for nakedly buying votes. The North Dakota governor, briefly a candidate in the GOP presidential primary, promised that, in return for just a $1 contribution that would help him qualify for a primary debate, he would send back a $20 gift card. Nice work if you can get it. And at this point, it may be one of the few options remaining for a president with his hand deep in the cookie jar.

Smuggled Gold Bars, Bloody Foreign Money and the Selling of Joe Biden

The strange, true story of Biden family corruption that no one will discuss.

On March 1, 2018, Joe Biden got a $200,000 check. The story of where that check came from involves everything from “bloodstained currency” to smuggled gold bars to ‘The Exorcist’. But above all else it involves an enemy Muslim tyranny with ties to 9/11 and Hamas.

When I first broke the story a week before Election Day, it was about how hospital patients in smaller poorer hospitals, including one that had inspired ‘The Exorcist’, had suffered because of the corrupt greed of the Biden family. But even then there was a strange element which led to one of the key figures in the case receiving “blood-stained currency from a Middle Eastern country” and a “torture ticket” after suing James Biden: Joe’s brother.

Four years later, in the midst of the Hamas war, the identity of the “Middle Eastern country” behind the Biden business takes on new importance because it is a state sponsor of Hamas.

And congressional investigators and investigative journalists have also traced a trail from Qatar, through James’ health care business to that $200,000 check he sent to Joe Biden.

The health care business that brought together the Biden family and an Islamic terror state had targeted stricken rural hospitals in Kentucky, Missouri and Pennsylvania.

Americore’s CEO was introduced by James Biden to Joe at a fundraiser for the Beau Biden Foundation: co-chaired by Hunter Biden whose infamous laptop bore the foundation’s sticker.

James Biden allegedly promised that Joe would get behind the company, join its board and that the company’s work would even “help his brother get elected.”

“There’s not a single door in the country that we can’t open,” James promised the company.

But the money wasn’t coming in and James Biden was taking out major personal loans from the company that was supposed to be managing struggling hospitals. And with Joe out of the White House, there wasn’t going to be any government bailout of Americore any time soon.

James Biden didn’t set out to open doors in this country, but in an enemy of the United States.

The Americore pitch sought $30 million to buy up hospitals and named Jim as the “Brother and Campaign Finance Chair of former Vice President Joe Biden.” Internal documents showed that this resulted in a meeting with a Qatari “minister”. While the Qataris had plenty of money to burn, getting it to America involved conspiracies more often associated with drug dealers.

A “former executive recalled discussion at one point of trying to move money across a Middle Eastern border in the form of gold bars”.

Qatar’s ties to the Muslim Brotherhood (the parent organization of Hamas) and Iran had led to an embargo by its neighbors. And Qatar’s ties to terrorists, including to Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the mastermind of 9/11, who hid out there until he was allegedly tipped off by a member of the Islamic tyranny’s royal family that America was coming to get him, may have complicated the proposed investment funding mechanisms.

The next stage of the plan involved James Biden becoming the “chief global banking emissary” for Billerfy which processed payments for a cryptocurrency exchange known as Quadriga that traded money for crypto. Later that year, Billerfy’s accounts were frozen and millions were found in a personal account. Six days later, Quadriga’s 30-year-old CEO suddenly died in India, locking up $70 million in cash and $191 million in crypto. Another co-founder, Michael Patry, whose real name turned out to be Omar was raided and authorities discovered gold bars in a vault. The whole operation was then exposed as a massive ponzi scheme.

But by then James Biden had already benefited from $600,000 in “personal loans” from the health care company. On March 1, 2018, Americore wired $200,000 to James and he wrote a $200,000 check to Joe. But the loans, according to bankruptcy court documents were conditioned based on “representations that his last name, ‘Biden,’ could ‘open doors’ and that he could “obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections.”

Desperate for cash, James Biden traveled to Qatar with the aim of personally presenting to Qatari Finance Minister Ali Sharif Al Emadi who was later arrested and charged with bribery and laundering over $5 billion and sentenced to 20 years in prison. While little is known about the details behind the internal power struggle in the corrupt terror state, Al Emadi had been accused of “channeling Qatari support to various Islamist groups over the years” as well as subverting American and European institutions with sizable infusions of Qatari money.

As the American end of the deal fell apart in recriminations and lawsuits, one of the litigants received “blood-stained currency” and a “torture ticket” after suing James Biden and his partners. The blood money came from a Middle Eastern country known to be associated with terrorists. But the FBI refused to name the country and insisted the media also hide its identity.

Qatar is one of the few countries with that degree of political influence in Washington D.C.

But the single most shocking document from James Biden’s relationship with Qatar may be a letter that he allegedly wrote to the Qatari leadership on “behalf of the Biden family.”

“We are not particularly close to this administration and have a different vision,” Biden’s brother wrote, accusing the Trump administration of being “fractured” and “beleaguered by major issues that are not soon to be resolved.” However he promised that the Biden “family could provide a wealth of introductions and business opportunities at the highest levels that I believe would be worthy of the interest of His Excellency.”

“If this is in keeping with the vision of His Excellency, on behalf of the Biden family, I welcome your interest here,” he concluded.

Even while undermining the sitting administration, Biden’s brother was offering the services of his family to an enemy nation. This has wider implications beyond Qatar’s role backing Hamas.

Qatar was also the central intermediary in the Taliban “deal” and had formed an alliance with Iran. It is difficult to know whether the “Biden family” relationship with Qatar played any role in the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan and in the sanctions relief offered to Iran.

We do know there was a relationship between the Biden family and a state sponsor of Hamas, which Joe Biden profited from, and that has disturbing implications for our national security.

“We’ve got people all around the world who want to invest in Joe Biden,” James Biden once bragged. One of those investors had ties to Iran, Al Qaeda, Iran and Hamas.

Biden’s Brother “Misspoke” About Chinese Money Coming From Xi Protege -  March 2, 2024 - Did Joe Biden know that Xi’s protégé was the source of the cash.  Lots of that ‘misspeaking’ going around.  

First brother James Biden confirmed during his impeachment inquiry testimony that a $40,000 check made out to former Vice President Joe Biden in 2017 used funds James received from a Chinese government-linked company — while James also revealed he received overseas income as recently as last year. James, 74, insisted that he didn’t believe the company, CEFC China Energy, was controlled by Beijing — claiming that “I just misspoke” when telling the IRS in a 2022 interview that first son Hunter Biden, who was partnering with his uncle, had described CEFC chairman Ye Jianming as a “protégé” of Chinese President Xi Jinping… 

And it’s important to remember that the Bidens were expecting a huge payday from their relationship that never materialized...............

After outsourcing much of our economy to China, the TikTok app handed over our youth and much of our politics to China. Banning it should have been a straight and simple call. The fact that it’s not shows how much influence China has over our politics and our elites. China would never allow an American social media app to operate in its country. Twitter and Facebook are banned there. With TikTok, China has the best of both worlds, it’s able to influence us, but we can’t influence it. The amount of data on Americans that TikTok gobbles up is potentially incredible. And in light of a series of recent high-profile military espionage cases, it’s worth asking how much of that data is potentially actionable.....

 Biden Apologizes For Calling Laken Riley’s Killer an “Illegal”  -  March 10, 2024 - Lying politician regrets accidentally telling the truth.  During Biden’s otherwise divisive and destructive State of the Union address, he briefly went off script when he responded to calls to Say Laken Riley’s name. “Lincoln (sic) Riley, an innocent young woman who was killed by an illegal. That’s right. But how many of the thousands of people being killed by illegals – to her parents, I say my heart goes out to you. Having lost children myself, I understand.” Biden got into trouble for calling the illegal alien killer, an illegal, a term that had been banned by leftists back during the Obama administration......

Biden Will Send 1,000 Troops to Bring Aid to Gazans, 0 to Retrieve Hostages - March 9, 2024 - And 0 to secure America’s own border.  There are people on social media who spend their time claiming that American soldiers will fight and die for Israel.  Anyone who knows anything about the Biden administration also recognizes that for the joke that it is.  There are 6 Americans still held hostage in Gaza. After the Oct 7 attack, the administration was asked if it would send in a rescue force to get any of the Americans who were held hostage out then. The answer was no.  But Biden finally is sending in the troops. Not to save the hostages from Hamas, but to build a nice pier to supply aid to Hamas supporters in Gaza........

Biden Admin Officially Turns on Israel-  March 10, 2024 - Biden says finishing off Hamas would be a “red line”.  And by officially, I mean publicly and formally.  The State of the Union, strangely enough, was the point at which the Biden administration decided to roll out its public anti-Israel campaign beginning with the staged ‘hot mic’ moment. There had been a drumbeat of leaks and anonymous statements in the weeks leading up to it, but now Biden has gone on record that…

1. He’s opposed to Israel’s government

2. He wants a ceasefire

3. He’s preparing to pull the resupply of weapons

Some of these revelations came in an MSNBC interview. It’s no coincidence that this was prepped for an interview with the most leftward cable channel and the one that is the most opposed to Israel......

Hamas Staged a Food Aid Riot to Blame Israel and Retain Control Over Aid - March 1, 2024 - The question that no one is asking is why Hamas was so bent on maintaining control over aid deliveries? Here’s the roadmap for what just happened in Gaza with the aid deliveries. Israel wanted to take out Hamas terrorists who claimed to be escorting aid. Biden barred Israel from doing that unless Israel handled the aid distribution itself. Alexander Smirnov and the Alleged Biden Bribe: Where’s the Truth?

A once-trusted FBI informant is now accused of lying about Joe Biden.

Alexander Smirnov may sound like a character from a low-budget spy movie, but he is a real-life confidential human source (CHS) – commonly known as an informant – for the FBI. Back in 2020, Smirnov made a claim about Joe Biden that, if verified and made public before the presidential election, would have destroyed any hope Biden had of becoming president. In fact, he would almost certainly have gone to prison. As things stand today, based on publicly available information, there is no way of knowing if Smirnov’s allegation is true. The Department of Justice (DOJ) now says it is not, and Smirnov is being charged with obstruction and giving false information to the FBI.

So many questions arise from this affair: Why now? How can the DOJ be sure the FBI was lied to? Why did it take them more than three years to figure it out? Then, there’s another fascinating question: How are the Russians allegedly involved in all of this?

According to what Smirnov told the FBI, Joe Biden, while he was vice president, received $5 million from the Ukrainian energy company Burisma to get Ukraine’s prosecutor general fired because he was investigating corruption at the company.

Since this whole matter is so politically charged and since the DOJ – justifiably or not – has lost a great deal of credibility in the eyes of many Americans, it is important to unpack the story by laying out what is known. Anything beyond that is, at this point, purely speculative. Joe Biden’s critics will draw one conclusion about Alexander Smirnov and what he alleged. Biden’s supporters will draw another. The truth is unknown – at least for now.

Alexander Smirnov and the Facts So Far

Smirnov is a 43-year-old businessman and an Israeli citizen – some media reports say he also holds American citizenship, which is entirely feasible. By all accounts, the FBI had considered Smirnov a credible CHS for many years. He had assisted the Bureau with several investigations. In July 2020, he told agents about a Burisma scheme to bribe the then-vice president of the United States. Smirnov claimed a Burisma executive told him during conversations in 2015 and 2016 that the company hired Hunter Biden to its board of directors to “protect us, through his dad … from all kinds of problems.” Specifically, Smirnov was allegedly told that Joe and Hunter Biden were each paid $5 million to make the corruption investigation targeting Burisma go away.

Hunter Biden was indeed appointed to Burisma’s board while his father was VP. Despite knowing nothing about Ukraine or the energy industry, he was paid handsomely and met with Burisma’s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky, and other executives at meetings outside of Ukraine. A Reuters report from October 2019 noted that “people familiar with Biden’s role at the company” said he was regarded as “a helpful non-executive director with a powerful name.”

According to witness testimony and other evidence in House Republicans’ impeachment investigation of Joe Biden, calls were made between Burisma executives, Hunter Biden, and Joe Biden. In March 2016, Joe Biden traveled to Ukraine and used a billion dollars’ worth of US loan guarantees as leverage to get the country’s top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, fired. That event is not in dispute. Joe Biden himself is on video recounting the meeting during which he directly threatened to withhold the $1 billion unless Shokin was ousted.

The left-wing media narrative around the firing has it that Shokin was not even investigating Burisma and that Western envoys wanted him gone because he had failed to fight corruption. But facts contradict this. Shokin seized the assets of Burisma owner Zlochevsky. Messages between the US State Department and Shokin, made public just months ago, reveal that the Obama administration was very supportive of Shokin’s efforts in fighting corruption and even invited his people to the White House – although that visit never took place because Biden had him fired before it could.

Another known fact is that Smirnov was not the only confidential human source providing the FBI with information about Biden family corruption. In October 2023, Liberty Nation reported, “Several federal government whistleblowers have testified that the FBI – specifically, the Washington, DC, field office – made great efforts to shut down these confidential human sources by discrediting them with the claim that the intelligence they were providing was foreign disinformation.”

This brings us back to Alexander Smirnov. Prosecutor David Weiss, who is now a special counsel investigating Hunter Biden, alleges – more than three years after the fact – that Smirnov lied about the alleged $5 million payments to Joe and Hunter Biden. Additionally, the Justice Department now says that Smirnov has been in frequent contact with Russian intelligence operatives.

This comes just at a time when the media has rekindled “the Red Scare,” claiming that Russia is hard at work trying to influence the 2024 presidential election in Donald Trump’s favor – even though it recently came to light that the CIA has been sitting on an intelligence report that concludes the Kremlin wanted Hillary Clinton to win the 2016 election and Russian President Vladimir Putin’s recent admission that he considers Joe Biden a better choice than Trump.

Is the DOJ persecuting and silencing a once-trusted FBI informant because he revealed a bribery scheme that would have solidified House Republicans’ impeachment case against Joe Biden and ensured his defeat in November? Or did this informant recklessly feed the FBI a completely fabricated story containing an explosive but made-up accusation against the man who was at the time running to be the next president? If the latter is true, Alexander Smirnov risked everything – his reputation, his position as a CHS for the FBI, and even his freedom – to lie about Joe Biden.

Irony Abounds

Which is more believable? Consider the irony that, in 2016, the FBI dove into a full investigation of another presidential candidate based on information it received and didn’t even attempt to verify. That information – suggesting that Trump was conspiring with the Russians to steal the election – turned out to be nothing more than gossip, innuendo, and some very thin, almost ethereal, threads of vaguely circumstantial evidence.

Smirnov may indeed have invented a story about a bribe. Of course, the American people know only what the DOJ is alleging, and, naturally, they will be told that the details, the evidence, and the proof that Smirnov is lying cannot be revealed because it’s an ongoing investigation. It’s classified. It’s a matter of national security. Unless and until the evidence against the informant is made public, the Justice Department – even if it truly does have Smirnov dead to rights – will continue to handle this whole affair under a cloud of suspicion. Those Americans who want real answers must, in the meantime, consider all the known facts, put them in context, and then draw their own conclusions.

Biden's Firing of Attorney General Opens Up Obstruction of Justice Case

The Mueller report suggested that former President Trump could be charged with obstruction of justice because of his decision to fire former FBI Director James Comey and alleged pressure on Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to fire Mueller. Now a report has emerged that Biden is planning to fire Attorney General Merrick Garland over special counsel investigations.

While the media made much of the obstruction of justice allegations at the time, it’s shown little interest in its own reporting which implicated Biden in multiple instances of obstruction of justice.

A recent Politico report described Biden complaining that Attorney General Merrick Garland did not stop Special Counsel Hur from editing out mentions of his diminished mental capacity in his report, that Garland should not have allowed a special counsel to look into his son’s misconduct and finally that Garland had failed to schedule a trial of former President Trump quickly enough.

As a result, Politico reported that Biden would oust Garland if he gets a second term.

Not only was Biden interfering with supposedly independent investigations of himself and his son, but even into criminal proceedings aimed at his likely opponent in the presidential race. The interference has become crude and overt enough that it now includes media leaks threatening the job of his attorney general for not sufficiently protecting him from investigations.

And for not doing enough to schedule his presidential opponent’s trial before the election.

Troublingly, the report describes Biden complaining in “recent weeks” that Garland took too long to move on trying Trump. And in mid-January, Garland unexpectedly told CNN that “the cases were brought last year, the prosecutor has urged speeding trials with, with which I agree, and it’s now in the hands of the judicial system, not in our hands.”

It appears now that the attorney general was not just talking to CNN, but to President Biden.

If the Politico report is true, this is deeply corrupt behavior that meets the standard for impeachment. A pattern of interfering in his own investigations is obstruction of justice, but interfering to speed up a criminal case against his opponent so that a trial takes place before an upcoming election is abuse of power. Both are extremely impeachment worthy charges.

Impeachment proceedings moved forward against former President Nixon over obstruction of justice charges related to the coverup of Watergate. Former President Bill Clinton actually was impeached on obstruction of justice grounds and finally former President Trump was impeached for the first time on obstruction of justice charges. The precedents point to impeaching Biden.

These reports come after multiple denials by the White House, by Attorney General Garland and other administration figures that there was any political interference in the investigations.

“Since he took office and consistent with his campaign promise that he would restore the independence of the Justice Department when it comes to decision-making in criminal investigations, President Biden has made clear that this matter would be handled independently by the Justice Department, under the leadership of a U.S. Attorney appointed by former President Trump, free from any political interference by the White House. He has upheld that commitment.” the Biden administration claimed after whistleblowers described efforts by the Department of Justice to sabotage their investigation into Hunter Biden.

The independence has been exposed as a sham and the documented interference with the Hunter Biden investigation could have come from the Justice Department under pressure from the Attorney General or other administration figures because Joe Biden was protecting his son.

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer and Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan had already announced an obstruction of justice investigation into Biden over allegations that he had interfered in the Hunter Biden investigation and the revelations in the Politico article that Biden had sought to pressure not just one investigation but three and to do so at the level of the attorney general’s office are likely to provide more fuel for an obstruction of justice case.

“We are facing obstruction like has never been demonstrated in the history of congressional investigations,” Rep. Comer had argued.

According to the Politico report, anger at Special Counsel Hur’s report by “Biden and his closest advisers” led them to “put part of the blame on Garland, who they say should have demanded edits to Hur’s report.” While Attorney General Garland could have tried to edit or suppress the report, Congress would have demanded unredacted copies and the leaked copies would have been an even bigger scandal. Garland appears to have understood this even when Biden did not.

Biden also charged that Garland should not have “empowered a special counsel to look into his son” claiming that “the stress could send Hunter Biden spiraling back into addiction.”

Most damagingly, Biden recently took to grumbling “to aides and advisers that had Garland moved sooner in his investigation into former President Donald Trump’s election interference, a trial may already be underway or even have concluded” apparently out of concern that the trial might not take place before the presidential election for maximum political advantage.

As a result, “most of the president’s senior advisers do not believe that the attorney general would remain in his post for a possible second term.”

Clearly the Biden team expects more legal troubles or assaults in a possible second term and believes that Attorney General Garland is spending too much time protecting himself from the fallout and not doing enough of their dirty work. That does not bode well for the next four years.

While there are no indications that Biden has directly pressured Garland, the constant mentions of the subjects to top aides and advisors, followed by media leaks, are meant to have the same effect while providing plausible deniability. They also convey a message to anyone who wants to be Garland’s possible successor of the expectations of the office that he or she hopes to assume.

When the president expresses his unhappiness to aides, they are expected to act on it. And the question is, beyond media leaks, what actions did they take to pressure Garland on the three investigations? That is the question on which Biden’s impeachment may depend.

Despite efforts to portray Biden as a disinterested party who was watching the investigations unfold without interfering with them, the Politico report shows that he was highly invested in them, closely monitoring them and sending strong signals of what he wanted to see done with them. These are evidence of obstruction of justice and a severe abuse of power.

And they cannot go unpunished.

Hunter Biden Business Partner: Corruption All the Way to the Top

‘The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period.’

Former US Navy officer Tony Bobulinski was a Biden family business associate. He worked with both Hunter Biden and Joe Biden’s brother, James. On Feb. 13, Bobulinski sat for a transcribed interview before the Committee on Oversight and Accountability and the Committee on the Judiciary for the House of Representatives. What he told lawmakers, if it is all true, should alarm every American.

In his opening statement, Bobulinski painted a broad picture of corruption, influence peddling, and the potentially lethal infiltration of the White House by “our most existential adversary,” the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

  Not much of a political animal, by his own admission, Bobulinski did share that he has “made a few campaign contributions over the years to Democrats such as Congressman Ro Khanna.” Mentioning Rep. Khanna (CA) – who sits on the Oversight Committee – by name was presumably a matter of full disclosure.

Joe Biden, currently the subject of an impeachment inquiry, has long insisted that he never discussed business with his son. Over time, this denial has evolved into never being involved in his son’s business affairs. The most recent tweak to the narrative came from Hunter Biden himself when, in December 2023, he defied a congressional subpoena and instead made a statement to the media in which he said his father “was not financially involved” in his business dealings. Bobulinski was emphatic that the senior Biden was very much involved – and that he has the evidence to prove it.

Though the witness did not directly claim in his statement that Joe Biden personally benefited from deals Hunter Biden made, he did say:

“Joe Biden’s immediate family members were enriched to the tune of tens of millions of dollars from some of our most dangerous adversaries, including the Chinese Communist Party and players from Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan and other foreign nations and entities.”

Joe and Hunter Biden – Guilt by Association?

As far as Bobulinski is concerned, that is enough to incriminate the current White House incumbent. To support that belief, he cited “recent discussions with experts” who confirmed to him that “under U.S. corruption laws, political office holders can be held as responsible as the immediate family members who are receiving money directly.”

Joe Biden met with Bobulinski himself “multiple times to discuss the broad contours of our business dealings,” according to the latter’s statement. Republican investigators already have acquired a body of evidence that Joe Biden attended several events at which he met foreign businessmen with whom Hunter Biden was dealing and spoke on the phone with some of Hunter’s overseas clients.

“The only reason any of these international business transactions took place – with tens of millions of dollars flowing directly to the Biden family – was because Joe Biden was in high office,” Bobulinski told the committees. “The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period.”

The most worrying part, however, is not Bobulinski saying, “For nearly four years, I have tried to tell the American people the truth about serious corruption at the very top of their government.” Corruption is as old as politics itself, after all. What should really disturb even the most objective observer is the dots connecting the Bidens to the CCP. The witness described it this way:

“The Chinese Communist Party through its surrogate, China Energy Company Limited, or ‘CEFC’ – a CCP-linked Chinese energy conglomerate – successfully sought to infiltrate and compromise Joe Biden and the Obama-Biden White House.”

He claimed this “process” began in late 2015 and continued through the end of the Obama administration and up until March 2018. At about the time, as Bobulinski noted, CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming was arrested on corruption charges in China and has not been seen or heard of since. According to testimony from another Biden family associate, Rob Walker, Joe Biden attended a meeting with Ye in 2015, which spawned the Biden-CEFC partnership.

In 2017, Hunter Biden was at Joe Biden’s Delaware house and “sitting here with my father” when he sent a text message to a CEFC executive, Raymond Zhao, and threatened dire consequences if the Chinese company didn’t pay up. Within 10 days, CEFC paid more than $5 million into accounts linked to Hunter and James Biden.

Despite White House denials, the evidence against Hunter Biden is piling up, and more and more Joe Biden himself appears to be implicated. A powerful politician on the take is one thing. That the man who was once the second-highest ranking politician in the country – and who is now the highest-ranking – might have been on the take from a company linked to the Chinese Communist Party is much, much more concerning.
