In a recent Canada Free Press article the author discussed what the Alberta referendum on declaring independence from the Canadian Confederation means. Answer? Nothing! Given the complexities in Canadian law that allows for a Canadian province to separate itself politically from the rest of Canada... it's pretty much impossible, unless you're from Quebec, then Anglophone Canadians will do whatever it takes to placate them, and I think its because they're afraid of them. It's my view it wouldn't take much for the French Canadians to resort to violence to get their way...after all.... they are French.
He also outlined how great it would be if Canada would become America's 51st state militarily, financial and socially. But the truth of the matter is, Canadians don't like America, and they hate Trump, in spite of all the tyranny, a very badly broken health care system, where euthanasia is more important than the medical profession's oath to do no harm.
Their taxes are massive compared to America's, and regulations being imposed on them from their central government are downright tyrannical. Yet, they wish to keep their nation as it is, as the vast majority of Canadians simply do not wish to become part of the United States. Well, Canadians aren't the only ones who don't want Canada as a 51st state. If Canada came in as a single state, (which I doubt that would happen that way) conservatives would lose the House of Representatives forever.
If Canada came in with each Province having statehood the Senate would also be lost forever with 20 Marxist/Islamist/globalist/multiculturalist Canadian Senators who would immediately set to work imposing the same kind of insanity on the U.S. they've imposed on Canada, including ending freedom of speech, except for Islamic attacks on Jews, freedom of the press, and attacks on religious freedom, unless you're a Muslim.
So, as it turns out Canadians don't like Americans, and we don't really care about them. We don't need them or want them! If they fix their own problems by kicking out the Marxist/Islamist/globalist/multiculturalists and the false conservatives, then they won't want or need us, and we'll have harmony. See, simple!

Well, none of that matters since Alberta rejected separation by 70%, which was expected. But getting 30% of the population to support independence was actually impressive, and that may be the start of something politically in Canada, but independence isn't it, and the USA dodged a bullet.
While justice is supposed to be administered equally in America (at least officially that's what our laws require) their justice system suffers from Wokeism and has officially imposed as "parallel system of Justice" reducing the punishment for crimes committed by "indigenous" peoples, which the Canadian Supreme Court has ruled in favor of. Canada is failing socially and culturally, as it embraces Islam and Marxism in effect making Canada a police state. As Eric Utter says: If you must act like you’re living under Sharia Law, you are effectively living under Sharia Law.

Canada is failing economically as it's being taken for a ride on Carney's Marxist train. Canada's economic freedom index has fallen from 9th to 18th, and six Canadian banks are quietly creating "digital handcuffs for your cash". And as usual for leftists, nothing is their fault, as both Canada and Britain blame Trump, Putin, and ‘White Supremacy’ for their ails. The reality is Anti-American PM Mark Carney is burning down Canada to satisfy his Trump Derangement Syndrome, while looking to strengthen ties with France. Ya just gotta see the humor in that.

Carney lives in a fantasy world with delusions of grandeur by putting on a big show to impress the globalist leaders of the world's nations (all of which are collapsing socially and economically) by standing up to Trump and preparing to defend Canada against a U.S. invasion, All the while professing love for Muslims, China and the European Union. What's clear to me is there is something seriously wrong with Carney, everything is wrong with Canada, and nothing will fix either.
