Democrat Crimes: The Biden Cabal, Part II

 By Rich Kozlovich Tags:

Well, we already know the officials of the Obama administration was in manure up to their necks over the "Russiagate" conspiracy....and it wasn't a "theory" after all, imagine that.   So why would we be surprised his administration's third term under the Puppet President Joe Biden would be any different?  Obama corrupted the all the intelligence and law enforcement agencies of the federal government, and Joe followed up that corruption by siccing them onto lawful America citizens exercising their constitutional rights.

We now know another "conspiracy theory" can be put to rest with incontestably documentation that the Biden Administration targeted parents who protested at school board meetings  regarding covid restrictions, the promotion of transgenderism, and critical race theory policies in a conspiratorial attempt to charge them with crimes.

The government documents, obtained by America First Legal, “conclusively prove” a memo from former U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland “mobilized the full force of the federal government’s firepower against concerned parents—not to protect schools, but to silence dissent”  and the ensuing investigation was “politically orchestrated and coordinated with the Biden White House,” America First Legal charged Friday.

In private they all knew all these parents did was covered under the Constitution as freedom on speech and could in no way justify the federal governmetn charging them with crimes.  As one "DOJ attorney wrote to colleagues in an email on October 3, 2021":

I read the letter from NSBA, and looked at the links for a handful of footnotes, and it appears to me that the vast, vast majority of the behavior cited cannot be reached by federal law. I only saw three stories that involved what sounded like a possible “true threat” … Almost all the language used is protected by the First Amendment; the main issue seems seems to be the disruption and obstruction of school board meetings, which can be reached by local trespassing laws or disturbance of the peace laws, but nothing remotely federal. So it seems we are ramping up an awful lot of federal manpower for what is currently non-federal conduct.

We Now Have the Smoking Gun Proving Biden House Pressured DOJ To Target Parents -Now, explosive new documents obtained by America First Legal leave no room for doubt: the infamous memo from Attorney General Merrick Garland—which painted parents as potential "domestic terrorists,” for speaking out against COVID mandates, critical race theory, and gender ideology—was not a matter of law or public safety but was motivated by pure, unvarnished politics, and was the result of pressure from the White House.

This list of how the Biden administration wasted tax dollars, often corruptly, is probably extremely long, but let's take a couple.   There's this, Biden EPA Hastily Routed Billions To Political Allies, as the author notes:

“The more information that is revealed about the GGRF, the shadier the entire scheme looks,” Michael Chamberlain, director of PPT, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “The irony is that when federal employees finally start cutting red tape and expediting a process, it’s to make sure taxpayer money is irrecoverable to taxpayers. It’s clear from these documents that Biden’s EPA cut corners to get the money ‘obligated’ before the funds expired on September 30, 2024, even if it meant ‘finalizing’ agreements with grantees they fully intended to re-negotiate later. In the private sector, this is the kind of thing that sometimes lands people in jail.”

And this:  New Report Reveals Biden’s State Department Blew $1.2M on Embassy Pool Upgrades in War Zones - While American families struggled with inflation and rising costs at home under the Biden administration, the administration quietly poured millions of taxpayer dollars into upgrading luxury amenities, such as embassy swimming pools, in places like Iraq and Russia. .........

History and time are on the same side, but they're not on Joe Biden's side. He has never been a good man or a good public servant. What he has been is the head of a crime family.  His time is coming to an end very soon, but the real Joe Biden needs to be exposed to establish incontestable documentary history of the corruption, the tyranny, and what can reasonably be called the treasonous actions of the Obama/Biden administration.

There are six words no Democrat, or their myrmidons in the Pravda media, has uttered since Trump has been elected.  "No one is above the law!" Lock-em up!

Democrat Crimes: Russiagate and the Obama Cabal, Part I

By Rich Kozlovich, Tags:  ,

In the past I've stated the FBI blocked an investigation into the 2020 "Chinese mail-in voting  scam to protect Chris Wray who likely lied to Congress".  The DOJ is pursuing that and before all of this is over, and if there's any justice in the world, Wray, Comey, Brennan, and Clapper should all be heading to prison.   After all, "no one is above the law."  The fact is we're seeing what clearly must evidence of perjury by Brennan and others.  Before Clinton perjury was considered a serious crime.  Will it be again?  Well, since then it has really hit the fan.

Tulsi Gabbard has an interesting story.  She's ex-military reaching the rank of Lt. Col. in the Army Reserves, was a Democrat serving Hawaii in the House of Representatives, who intended to run against Trump in 202o.  When she bucked the system Hillary Clinton called her a Russian asset, for which Gabbard sued Hillary Clinton.  She later dropped that suit over the cost of such an endeavor, but here's where the story got interesting.  She was later chosen by Donald Trump to be the the Director of National Intelligence, and that caused a lot of concern by many. As it turns out, she may end up being one of his best picks. Whoddathunk it.

Two things, she's dropped a huge iron ball right on top of the entire Obama cabal, including Hillary Clinton, and now she no longer has to worry about funds.  She has the might of the federal government behind her. Let’s hope she’s supported by the administration to the hilt.

As Director of National Intelligence she published a document detailing "how the Obama administration created the Russia Hoax for the express purpose of interfering with incoming President Donald J. Trump in 2016. Less than a month earlier, CIA director John Ratcliffe declassified and published a related document."  And it's now clear Obama, Hillary Clinton,  Wray, Comey, Brennan, and Clapper are going to face a lot of heat over Obama's orchestration of Russiagate.

I've been tracking this from the beginning and below is the list of articles demanding justice, as "no one is above the law'', the six words no Democrat has spoken since Trump was elected, and now we know why.  What can reasonably be called treason at the highest levels of Obama's administration.   Remember, none of this could have happened without a lot of help from lower echelon personnel.  It's said the truth will set you free, but the truth will not set any of these cretins free, since as this investigation progresses we're going to see a lot of whistle blowers and deal makers coming forward to avoid criminal prosecution, and this is a question that needs asked and answered:  How many other traitorous offenses has Obama committed.

Below I've broken this story down into four categories,

  1. Elements of a Crime with 16 links.
  2. Demands for Retribution with 1o links.
  3. Reactions and Conclusions with 7 links.
  4. Obama's Legacy with 2 links, and my final thoughts.

Demands for Retribution

Let's start this section by saying there are a lot of conservatives who claim many of these people will not end up in jail, such as this one, Barry’s arc gets bent.   And truth be told, I disturbingly find their arguments are very rational.  But none the less, here's what's being demanded, and now the facts are out.  It's no longer a "conspiracy theory", it's an incontestably documented conspiracy by these people, and their party, showing they are the vile characters conservatives have said they are, which will surely impact both the 2026 midterms and the 2028 general elections.

  1. With Tulsi Gabbard’s recent info release, Bondi needs to act - It’s now clear that two administrations’ worth of White House Democrats tried to overthrow the Trump government and two elections.

Reactions and Conclusions

  6.  It’s Bigly Hitting the Fan Week Clarice Feldman  Swamp, meet tsunami.
  7.  What We Should Takeaway From DNI Gabbard’s Declassified Russia Hoax Documents:

“This was politicized intelligence that was used as the basis for countless smears seeking to delegitimize President Trump’s victory, the years-long Mueller investigation, two Congressional impeachments, high level officials being investigated, arrested, and thrown in jail, heightened US-Russia tensions and more.”...........

“Their egregious abuse of power and blatant rejection of our Constitution threatens the very foundation and integrity of our democratic republic. No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, to ensure nothing like this ever happens again.

The American people’s faith and trust in our democratic republic and therefore the future of our nation depends on it.” .........the weaponization of the Intelligence Community against the American people. These reports show collusion between DHS, FBI, CIA, NSA, and the White House, all in the service of influencing the American people to push a false narrative. .......... The NSA has since developed a track record for taking liberties with their jurisdiction and spying on American citizens. ...........

We rushed forward after 9/11 to introduce cooperation to improve national security, now it is time to refine that cooperation with checks and balances to protect American citizens........

In 202o the Biden administration wanted a scalp against free speech in America and Merritt Garland's weaponized DOJ did just that:

"a political hit job on Douglass Mackey, a young conservative mover and shaker who dared to mock Hillary Clinton with a satirical meme back in 2016." ......"Many believe that move was a test run, a little judicial experiment to see if the regime could jail someone for speech.

"Could they twist a funny meme into a federal crime? Could they use lawfare to crush dissent and lay the groundwork for the lawless prosecutions against Trump and his supporters down the line?  Turns out, they could. And they did… that and a whole lot more."...

It took ten years and who knows how much money for a federal appeals court to "not only tossed out the conviction, but they also reversed it entirely and told the lower court to enter a judgment of acquittal. In plain terms, they just told the world that Mackey is not guilty."  He's suing the DOJ for what he lost over this, but there are some things money can't repair.  This weaponization of the deep state is the Obama legacy!  Another good reason why Pam Bondi is purging the DOJ.

 Obama's Legacy
  1. Main Image: Cartoon
Obama’s Real Legacy Comes into Focus - General Michael Flynn, President Trump’s short-lived National Security Advisor, assessed the situation succinctly: “This is surreal.”  As a target of the Deep State’s treacherous lawfare operations, General Flynn views the workings in Washington, D.C., with supreme clarity: “This is why [Gabbard] was attacked so relentlessly over the past few weeks and months.  They knew if there were anyone with the guts to investigate the attempted coup, it would be her.”  Obama loyalists in the Intelligence Community and Obama’s propaganda allies in the corporate news media succeeded in removing General Flynn from his NSA position at the beginning of Trump’s first term.  Perhaps learning from Flynn’s experience, Gabbard has worked quickly to expose the conspirators before they could take her out, too.
  2. Obama: More Like Stalin than Nixon - Obama is not the Democrats’ Nixon. He’s their Stalin. Treat him as such.  Perhaps we should deport Obama (and his lovely wife) to Iran. They love Islam. They hate us. They loathe America. Give them what they want.  When Trump was repeatedly arrested and his home was raided, Leftists shrieked: “No one is above the law!”  Now they will act as if Trump isn’t a real President, and therefore any charges against Obama are not real. Some, such as Jasmine Crockett, Whoopi Goldberg and Jimmy Kimmel, will actually say so............

Trump, the Federal Judiciary, and The Government of the United States

By Rich Kozlovich

Since there's all this foofaraw about the federal courts setting themselves up as mini Presidents, and the recent SCOTUS ruling telling them they're not, I think this chart is important.

 https://img.theepochtimes.com/assets/uploads/2025/06/30/id5880187-US_Govt_Chart-1200x746.png?_gl=1*1av9mvi*_gcl_au*NDcyMzQyMzczLjE3NDg4NjI1NjI.*_ga*MTg4NTUzMzE5Ni4xNzQ4ODYyNTYy*_ga_RD0QM5H02Q*czE3NTEzMjMzOTkkbzU3JGcxJHQxNzUxMzI0NjAzJGo2MCRsMCRoMA..

As Jeffrey Tucker notes in his article The Curbing of the Administrative State regarding the SCOTUS ruling:

The opinion could not be plainer: “Universal injunctions likely exceed the equitable authority that Congress has given to federal courts.” That principle applies not only to this case but to the whole panoply of cases that have tethered the ability of the president to manage executive branch operations. The courts have presumed authority over the president that the Constitution plainly does not grant.

He goes on to state the government as it's been configured is in effect contrary to the intent of the Constitution.  The elected officials are supposed to be in charge, not unelected bureaucrats saying:

The answer has been hiding in plain sight all this time. It took a dramatic and domestic exercise of administrative power, one that hit us all our lives personally, to reveal the extent of the problem. It comes down to the approximately 425 agencies with millions of permanent employees that are the real government in the United States........In 2014, just two years before Trump’s first term, the scholar Philip Hamburger wrote “Is Administrative Law Unlawful?” His argument was that this machinery does not exist in the Constitution. There is no such thing as an agency that is independent of presidential control................

All these court issues are predicated on the fact Trump is exposing to the America people how corrupt it all has become,  which is the lesson he learned after his first term after being stabbed in the back by people who were disloyal, and bureaucrats who undermined everything he was attempting to do.  So he issued executive orders and triggered a fight that was long overdue.

The chart shows who in charge of the federal government, and it's not the legislature, and it's not the judiciary.  It's the Chief Executive, and that's the President of the United States.

Harry Truman flew to Wake Island to confront Douglas MacArthur over their differences regarding the Korean War, and protocol demanded MacArthur stand at the stairs to greet the President of the United State.  He didn't, and that went on for 45 minutes.  Finally when they were alone he told MacArthur, and I'm paraphrasing here, "I don't care what you think about Harry Truman, but don't you ever disrespect the President of the United States that way again. "

Well, that's Trump's view of reality.  He doesn't much care what you think about Donald Trump, but they're not gong to get away with disrespecting and disregarding the President of the United States.

Unfortunately, the battle is far from over, just as one district judge Brian Murphy openly defied the court refusing to follow the ruling of the Supreme Court, there are two other ways these radical leftist judges and attorneys can subvert the ruling an the obvious intent of the Constitution.  Class action lawsuits, which normally aren't so easy to bring into being, but if the jurists are corrupt, and we already know a bunch of them are, that will not be a deterrent, since like Ketanji Brown Jackson, they could care less about the rule of law.  However, the  Administrative Procedure Act of 1946 will clearly be problematic, as the wording is an open ended invitation for abuse by district courts, and is an issue either the Congress, SCOTUS, or both will be forced to address.  Make no mistake, this is far from over.

P&D and the Week That Was

Truth is the Sublime Convergence of History and Reality

De Omnibus Dubitandum, (Everything is to be questioned!)

This Link will take you to My Commentaries.

By Rich Kozlovich

Back in June of 2024, there was a lot concern that if Trump was re-elected, a lot of DOJ and  FBI folks feared they'd end up in jail.  Well, the evidence is mounting that justified those fears.

James Comey has been all over the leftist media making his threat to have trump killed out to be a big joke, and they all just have a good time chucking and looking down their self righteous noses at Trump.  Well, the fact is, Comey is considered by a lot of people, including me, to be an unindicted criminal.  But that might soon change.    There's been an explosion over at the FBI.  It turns out they've discovered a secret evidence room that's:

"..........filled with bags of mishandled and concealed evidence has been discovered deep within the FBI, and it all traces back to the tenure of former FBI Director James Comey.".......... "His secret stash of untold horrors is about to be exposed, and it’s ugly"....."Wait 'til you read this stuff that’s coming out, You’re going to be stunned” “This isn’t just a filing error or a bureaucratic oversight,” Bongino declared. “We found bags of evidence, intentionally stashed and kept away from the public eye, the courts, and even internal investigations.”.............“This wasn’t incompetence...this was intentional”

All this information is classified and will have to go through the declassification process, and that will take weeks but according to Bongino:

“Once we’re able to release what we’ve found,” “the American people are going to have questions, big questions, about who was running the show, what was being hidden, and why.” "Legal experts are already weighing in on what could be an explosive development. If the materials reveal criminal misconduct or obstruction of justice, charges could potentially be filed, even against a former FBI director."

The FBI has been out of control going "full banana republic", and doing so for years, much of that pointing back to Obama and Eric Holder, but the Biden administration took it to a higher level of corruption, and the purge isn't happening fast enough.  The Obama cabal absolutely politicized all the intelligence agencies, including the FBI.

  1. Project Veritas’s James O’Keefe is Not the Only Conservative Wrongly Targeted by the Feds Recently
  2. Amid bias rebuke, FBI raids homes of GOP election clerk, conservative activists in Colorado
  3. FBI raids home of mom who protested school board - An FBI SWAT team raided the home of an activist mother of four in Colorado on Tuesday, Nov. 16, knocking down her door, bursting into the house with guns and handcuffing her while she was homeschooling her children......

Who's more dangerous to the Republic?  The Russians, the Chinese, or perhaps it's America's intelligence agencies in Washington?  These are the same people who branded half of the population of America as domestic terrorists, especially those Catholics who want a return to Latin mass.  You can see how dangerous that is to America ..... right?

  1. As Monica Showalter reported in April of 2023, the FBI was infiltrating Catholic Churches, investigating “Radical Traditional Catholics.” What made them radical, a threat worthy of the time and energy of the FBI? They like the Latin Mass. No doubt a distinction ferreted out by “experts.” FBI Director Christoper Wray professed shock—it was only one field office—and promised the investigation was shut down, until he had to admit it was several field offices, and maybe it really wasn’t so shut down after all......
  2. ORGANIZED EVIL: Newly Released Documents Reveal MULTIPLE FBI Offices Across the Nation Were Colluding to Target Traditional Catholics as Domestic Terrorists
  3. Biden Govt Used J6 & Mar-a-Lago Raid To Justify MORE Spying on Political Opponents
  4. Rogue FBI Agents Are “Opting Out” of Deportation Raids, Leaving ICE “Stranded”

There's been all this talk about how bad the conditions are at the J. Edgar Hoover FBI's headquarters building, and want a new building, and at some point they're going to get it, but in the meanwhile Trump is lessening that need by transferring a whole lot of the FBI headquarters staff all over the country.

There was, at least in my opinion, more than enough evidence to justify forming a massive all encompassing RICO investigation dealing with the FBI, CIA, NSA, appointed officials of the federal government, and elected members of Congress.  If this "secret evidence" turns into a nuclear explosion of criminal behavior, I don't see how that can be avoided.

Then we have the third American rebellion from the federal judiciary, with the latest, which Trump won on appeal:

Three Judges Blocking Trump’s Tariffs Have Decades-Long Histories of Democrat Activism -The judges on the U.S. Court of International Trade who ruled that President Donald Trump’s “Liberation Day” tariffs are illegal have a history of Democrat Party activism. Each of the members of the three-judge panel issuing the Wednesday ruling – which was stayed Thursday by an appeals court, allowing the tariffs to continue – fit the profile of other activists judges who continued their political activism after joining the court...Notably, Reif never registered for the selective service, according to his questionnaire. .....

The history of these judges demonstrates they're nothing more than political hacks, and I looked it up, it turns out failing to register with the Selective Service is a crime in the United States:

"a felony punishable by fines and/or imprisonment, according to the Selective Service System. Specifically, failure to register with Selective Service is a violation of the Military Selective Service Act, and conviction can result in up to five years in prison and/or a fine of up to $250,000."

By his own written admission he's committed a crime.  Why hasn't be been arrested?  After all, no one is above the law.

Then there's  Wisconsin Activist Judge Hannah Dugan Claims ‘Absolute Immunity’ Against ‘Ugly’ DOJ Charges.  She's doubling down on here "immunity" defense, claiming what she did was among her offical acts, and this "indictment violates both constitutional protections and judicial independence...... and .....her legal team also invoked the Tenth Amendment and the constitutional separation of powers".

Amazing how they can fall in love with the Constitution when it suits them.  But to me, this is the sound of desperation.  We're expected to believe hiding and deliberately helping a criminals to escape arrest from federal law enforcement officials is now falls under the category of official  duties for the judiciary?   Even in Wisconsin that's nuts.  And once again, her defense condemns her, since she's in effect saying she did exactly what the prosecutors said she did.

As for global warming, as an 40 year veteran of the structural pest control industry I pay attention to weather patterns because the weather impacts our profitability, and I have to say, this must be the coldest spring I've seen here in Northern Ohio in all those 4o years, and reminds me of English weather.

I watch the English gardens shows, the Brits are nuts over gardens, and as a result, this English weather has been great for my plants, my ferns are taller than ever, and I keep expanding my flower gardens.  This year I have a new shade garden, a new border garden, and reworked my front garden, and will expand that this year as I've ordered some new plants, including a tricolor butterfly plant, four of them actually.  As for my veggies....not so much... they love heat.

These last couple of weeks I haven't really been able to get my head into things, and today, I only have five offerings.  Weak ones at that in my view, and they were a struggle.  However, there are thirty really good pieces by seventeen authors you should find compelling.

Spring is here, have a great weekend, and always remember warm memories never wear out their welcome in our lives.  Extend yourself, reach out to others, especially your family, and create as many warm memories as you can.

Best wishes to all those of good heart.

America's “Fifth Column”

By Rich Kozlovich

In 1936 Emilio Mola, a Nationalist general during the 1936-39 Spanish Civil war referred to a fifth column at his disposal when it was clear there were only four columns of troops marching on Madrid.  What did it mean?  These were supporters who would undermine the enemy from within the city.  A population who had loyalties they hid from the group.  Individuals who supported efforts against the group they claimed to be a part of.  We would probably call them terrorists today, but most certainly traitors.

Until Trump was elected, and SCOTUS overturned Chevron with the Loper Bright decision, it became the duty of society to obediently ignore obvious, ignore what they could see going on before them, and provable realities.  Inculcated deep within the collective psyche of America we were expected to accepting every bit of horsepucky which the so-called experts, the media, leftist politicians, consultants, activists, and academicians heaped upon us.

Now it's our duty and responsibility to stand up against things which are unproven or improvable.   To end support of things that are not true, while having the courage to stand up for those things which are true.

Academia is constant groveling before that “sacred cow”, known as government grant money, which has corrupted the universities, and we now know the media has been funded by the bureaucrats to support their continued tyranny over America.

Think about this.  What if the only grant money available was for the purpose of proving there was no such thing as anthropogenic climate change?  I'll tell you what would happen, there'd be a dramatic shift in gears and the information coming out of these self same universities would change overnight.  On August 4th, 2006 an article appeared in the Wall Street Journal by Shirley S. Wang, reporting on a study that researched the potential of bias in science when it is tied to funding.  The finding?

“Studies show that even small gifts create feelings of obligation, and that those feelings can influence subsequent decisions, so why do many researchers feel they're immune to conflicts of interest?” “Just as we fool ourselves into thinking we're more ethical, kind and generous than we are, so scientists can be blind to the very real possibility that their work is inappropriately influenced by financial ties. These psychological processes usually operate so subtly that people aren't aware that such ties can bias their judgment.”

Based on the tone of her article she was attacking the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and her points were well made.  However, what about research that is tied to a regulatory agency such as EPA?  Are these researchers any less affected by this same kind of bias?

The activists have no problem finding problems to whine about.  That's easy, especially when these problems are usually speculative.  You know the kind I am talking about.  So much of their whining is filled with Weasel-words and Phrases.

This could happen or that could happen or maybe something could possibly cause something, someday, somewhere by someone doing anything or something or maybe no one doing nothing or anything anywhere.

Wow, get your mind around that!  Whining about speculative problems is one thing, fixing real problems is another.  We must remember that every action triggers the law of unintended consequences.  Some consequences are positive and some are negative.  Sometimes both.

What happens when the fixes they impose on society leads to unintended negative or even vile consequences?  Usually people die.  Yet they go on their merry way as if this is normal or worse yet, acceptable.  DDT is a case in point.  Tens of millions have died unnecessarily over the last 52 years since the ban on DDT and yet they still fight to maintain this ban.  These are adherents of a neo-pagan secular religion.  "Ecotheologians, demanding 'death' on a crowded planet."

“Fifth Columnists” are heroes when they win.  If they lose, they are traitors, either way they undermine society and civilization while proclaiming to the world they are bringing enlightenment, promising utopia, but consistently delivering dystopia.

We need to start shedding ourselves of these so-called in the media, academia, scientific advisors, government consultants, and bureaucrats, who don’t know whose side they are on.  Then again, maybe these “Fifth Columnists” really do know what side they’re on, and it's not the side of humanity.

P&D and The Week That Was

Truth is the Sublime Convergence of History and Reality

De Omnibus Dubitandum, (Everything is to be questioned!)

This Link will take you to My Commentaries.

There are approximately 2.2 million federal civilian employees.  The average cost of a federal employee, including salary and benefits, is around $143,643.  How much money is that in salaries and benefits every year? $316,014,600,000.

Recently it was reported Trump said 1 million federal workers ‘could be fired.’  That's a minimum savings of $172, 371,600,000.  That doesn't count all the other expenses involving employees, such as buildings and the cost of maintaining them.  That's a lot of money, but when you compare saving a hundred and seventy five billion and more dollars to the nation's debt of almost 37 trillion dollars, that's chump change.  But if that's the pattern that plays out in everything they do, then we're talking real money.   I'm convinced by the end of Trump's first year in office, his DOGE team and the generals he's appointed to be heads of these government bureaucracies, are capable of eliminating a trillion dollars in spending.

I've told this story before, but I think it's  worth repeating.  Some years ago my friend Jay Lehr, who attended Princeton and met Einstein, said when Einstein first came to Princeton he gave seven lectures.  He said the first few were so packed you couldn't beg, steal, borrow, or buy a seat.  By the end of the series there were a lot of empty seats.  I was surprised and I asked him why.  He said Einstein was lecturing some of the smartest people in the world, and they didn't have a clue what he was talking about.  You can only image how that effected their egos.  They didn't dare suggest Einstein didn't know what he was talking about since he was considered the most brilliant man alive.

Well, I will be the first to acknowledge I'm far more clueless about physics than those sitting in that lecture hall.  But by just watching from the back row there's one thing I've gleaned.  Much about physics is based on a lot of "maybes".  Maybes that can't be proven via the scientific method of observation, experimentation, and analysis.   They can observe, and they can analyze, but how do they experiment?  Take black holes for example, how do you experiment with a black hole?  Now, all of a sudden everything they "knew" about black hole astronomy might be wrong.  As I see it, it's all guess work, and they don't have a clue either, yet they're absolutely positive ..... again.

Truth be told I find it all interesting and fascinating, and I always have, but in the final analysis, I really don't care.  I consider this to be academic welfare, like so much of what academia does, much of which should not be funded by the government since there's not one iota of practical value in so much of what they do.  If that makes me a neanderthal, I can live with it.

Fani Willis, of Georgia prosecutor who played the bully role in her attempt to "get Trump" is now crying that Jim Jordan is bullying her.  Imagine that, and doing so in violation of his oath of office.  What? Investigating a known corrupt prosecutor is a violation of his oath?  Really? Why?  Because it's black history month, and he should be celebrating that instead of "bullying" her!  It seems her deck of race cards has no limit.

The FBI is heading into a maelstrom from which many will not return.  If this true, and I'm betting it is, the "new" FBI has launched an investigation into James Comey, and it's being reported the FBI is destroying evidence including the files on the JFK assassination.

This is the crack national law enforcement agency that raided the home of a mom of four children,  who protested at a school board meeting resulting in an invasion of her home by a FBI SWAT team, knocking down her door, bursting into the house with guns and handcuffing her while she was homeschooling her children.

The FBI is broken, and it's not just a matter of bad leadership; it's the system itself.  And guess what?  A lot of these miscreants are worried they're going to be thrown in jail, and they have good reason to be worried.  Remember.... no one is above the law.  Their only recourse?  Destroy the evidence!

I really like being right, and this is one time I wished I wasn't.  The covid shots were not vaccines, not only did they not prevent infections, they weren't designed to do so, and that was right from the mouth of Deborah Birx, who designed their vaccination policy.  A person who needs to be charged with crimes against humanity, or at the very least depraved indifference, right along with Fauci.  Only Fauci has been given a pardon, Brix hasn't.  Fauci isn't immune to  non-federal criminal charges, or civil actions against him.

 ;

We're seeing a lot of kickback from Democrats over DOGE and all they're exposing, and there's a reason why.   Here's one example,  Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse Backed Legislation That Funneled Millions to His Wife’s Nonprofit.  They're in on the take, and feeding at the government's trough is addictive.  And ya just gotta love pencil neck Schiff.  He knows there are millions of Americans who are downright ashamed of Trump.   And he's right, they're called nitwits, halfwits, dipsticks, and misfits, all of which are Democrats and RINO's.   And we should care why?

Think about this.  Someone recently pointed out: "There are 18 intelligence agencies, and somehow they had no idea that Hamas was going to attack Israel or that Syria was going to collapse. What were they doing? I would say that is a lot of duplicative waste."  Well, it appears we now know a lot about what some of them were doing.  Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard fires 100 perverts spewing out their drooling on government computers and time.

And this is at the nation's most top secret agency, the NSA, involving the CIA and others.  The questions that now need answering is how did this happen, who in leadership knew about this, when did they know it and is it likely to happen again? Since all these people are being fired, I think I can say, not in the near future, and now, not in the military.

As for how this happened, and it happened like a things from the left, "a slow march through the institutions", as this article There’s a Trans Cult Inside the NSA, by Christopher F. Rufo explains:

An insider tells the story of the intel agency’s ideological capture..........But according to our whistleblower, these sex chats were just the tip of the iceberg. This longtime NSA insider tells me that the ideological capture of the NSA began a decade ago. Trans activists have entrenched themselves in positions of power, pressured employees to undergo reeducation trainings, and compromised national security in the name of ideology........

It's clear this is deeply entrenched, and it's also clear that many of those who will be thrown out of these top secret agencies may well decide to commit treason in order to get back at those who fire them.  It truly is an "iceberg" problem.

Trump has made it clear any state that doesn't end transgenderism in sports will have their funds cut off, and Maine has made it clear, they don't' care.  They're even going to punish a   GOP Congressman for opposing transgenderism, and they've even attacked a female state Senator for challenging Maine's actions claiming she's done "irreparably breaking the public trust."  The left's capability to use more words in more twisted ways is mind boggling.

As a side bar...did you get a look at their governor?   How does someone that dumb, that strange, and that ugly get elected? There's just gotta be something in the water in Maine.

Another favorite of mine is that great intellectual and moral giant,Michael Moore, with his latest rant filled with logical fallacies claiming one of these deported illegal migrant children might have cured cancer, or stopped an asteroid from hitting the planet.  But then again, maybe they wouldn't.   But if he can show us which ones would be able to do that, we'll keep them.

In the meanwhile they're criminals because they're here illegally, eating up American's tax money, overwhelming our public services, committing a lot of crimes, forming criminal organizations, and even creating groups to overthrow the United States, much of which Joe Biden can take "credit".  Other than Michael Moore and his ilk, all suffering from mental delusions, the rest of this call this blame, not credit.

Finally, I was a surprised that all of a sudden DOGE, and the President, want Fort Knox audited.  I thought... really... what's that all about?   There were two show audits in 1953 and 1974, but there's never been a real audit of the gold supply...ever.  And there's some kickback over this, why?

What really triggered this?  I'm guessing of course, but I'm kinda getting the feeling something unexpected has turned up in one of the DOGE investigations, and I think there's something going on in the background they're not divulging, and it shook them.  But, we'll see.

This week I've posted eight commentaries of my own, and twenty one by others.  I hope you find them worthy of your time.

Best wishes,

Rich

No matter what anyone says, you can’t marginalize the truth!  You can suppress it, you can ignore it, you can avoid it, you can attempt to undermine it, you can attempt to subvert it, you can attempt to organize against it, you can even laugh at it, but if we have the courage and the fortitude to stand and confront the lies, irrespective of the personal costs, the truth will stand the test of time, because truth and time are on the same side.

The President, the Special Counsel and his Lawyers

By Daniel Greenfield, @ Sultan Knish Blog

New disclosures reveal that Special Counsel Jack Smith, tasked with taking down Trump at any cost, received $140,000 in pro bono legal services from Covington & Burling.

Covington & Burling, the prominent D.C. law firm, was Biden’s campaign counsel.

While six figures in free legal aid might seem like a lot of money, C & B’s lawyers had contributed $657,924 to the Kamala campaign and $262,171 to the DNC. But that was a drop in the bucket compared to the $737,000 that it was paid for its services by the Biden campaign and the $4.5 million that the law firm had been paid by the DNC.

The $140,000 was easily ‘paid for’ by the lucrative economic relationship that Covington & Burling enjoyed with the Biden campaign and the Democratic party during the 2024 election.

The six figure support for Smith can be viewed as part of C & B’s work for the campaign.

And Jack Smith’s campaign to take down Trump, like the Steele dossier and the Mueller investigation, should be seen as the work of a political campaign using political operatives with experience in the Justice Department to corruptly prosecute a political opponent.

What’s even more revealing is that Smith’s attorneys are Lanny Breuer and Peter Koski.

Peter Koski, a former Obama Justice Department official, serving as Smith’s lawyer also served as the attorney for Biden’s counsel Dana Remus and Biden’s 2020 deputy counsel Pat Moore during the congressional impeachment inquiry into Biden’s mishandling of classified documents Remus is also a partner at C & B so that he was actually protecting both Biden and the firm.

Koski is the lawyer you call to represent your lawyers when you’re under investigation. And that’s appropriate since Jack Smith was arguably one of Biden’s lawyers all along playing the role of prosecutor in order to take down Biden’s leading political rivals before the election.

Smith’s meeting with Koski would have been a reunion with his old colleague, having served as the chief of the Public Integrity Section in the DOJ’s Criminal Division while Koski had been his Deputy Chief. Smith’s other lawyer was his former boss, the head of the Criminal Division.

Lanny Breuer, Smith’s other lawyer, is a much better known name for his role in Clinton’s impeachment and the Fast and Furious scandal. As Bill Clinton’s counsel, Breuer had defended him during the various investigations, including his impeachment, and then stepped in to aid former National Security Adviser Sandy Berger when he was caught smuggling documents out of the National Archives in his socks and pants to cover-up Clinton’s actions before 9/11.

With that kind of resume, it was no surprise that Obama appointed Breuer as the Assistant Attorney General for the DOJ’s Criminal Division where he worked under former Attorney General Eric Holder who now occupies the position of senior counsel at Covington & Burling.

Holder, who like Smith and Koski, had come out of the DOJ’s Public Integrity Section, then brought in Covington & Burlin to vet Kamala’s vice presidential picks.

Covington & Burling is such a revolving door for Clinton, Obama and Biden DOJers that its offices are close to the Justice Department to make the move even easier.

When Breuer’s successor, Mythili Raman, left to join C&B, she told the New York Times that “reuniting with my former Justice Department colleagues was one of the biggest draws of Covington.” Much of her old Obama DOJ team was already there. Or soon would be.

There’s been a longtime revolving door from C&B to the DOJ. And back.

Rather than viewing the Justice Department and the powerful D.C. law firm as two separate entities, it may be more useful to see them as two resting places for the same network. That network encompassed the legal talent, in the DOJ’s political investigations arm, counsels in the White House and its defense operation of DOJ vets working at Covington & Burling.

The network had the same fundamental agendas. Its employment was purely strategic.

At the DOJ, members of the network targeted and prosecuted political opponents, at the White House, they defended their team and in private practice, they protected them.

When the law firm that acted as counsel to the Biden campaign, helped pick Kamala’s VP and is staffed by former Attorney General Eric Holder and a roster of DOJ ‘PINers’ who worked with Holder and Smith, stepped forward to offer six figures of pro bono legal work for Smith, they made it all too obvious that the prosecution campaign against Trump melded the two worlds.

Prosecuting Trump was never about the law. We know this because of multiple media leaks of Biden grousing at Attorney General Merrick Garland, for not working harder to lock Trump up. There was never anything independent about Jack Smith’s status as a special counsel. And now that the people behind the investigation are out of office when, despite their best efforts, Trump won, their partners in private practice are stepping in to offer Smith legal protection.

The only difference is that Smith is no longer being funded by taxpayers but indirectly by the former Biden campaign and the DNC which paid millions to the law firm defending him for ‘free’.

The revolving door between the Justice Department and private law firms reveal an ethical divide far vaster than the federalist palatial architecture of the Robert F. Kennedy Department of Justice Building and the slick glass and steel modernism of CityCenter’s glass and steel towers where Covington & Burling occupies the office space above the luxury goods stores like

Louis Vuitton downstairs. It’s a chasm that makes Americans question the integrity of the Department of Justice and its political prosecutions.

And the Biden campaign’s favorite lawyers, bringing together the former heads of the Criminal Division and Public Integrity Section to defend one of their own who had been tasked with taking down Trump from within the government is only going to widen that chasm into an abyss of guilt.
