Lisa Cook can be, and should be fired

It was recently discovered Federal Reserve Board Governor Lisa Cook hasn't been playing nice with the law, and Trump fired her.  She says she can't be fired, and has sued the President over her firing saying she's been denied her due process and the criminal charges of mortgage fraud are nothing more than "a pretext to attack the Federal Reserve."  She and her attorneys are really, really upset Trump's actions are a subversion of federal law.   A subversion of federal law!  Imagine that!  Ya really gotta hand it to these characters, they got no shame, and Little Lisa wants to cling to her job no matter what, insisting she can't be fired except for cause.  I'm gonna take a shot in the dark here, just guessing mind you, Lisa Cook must think committing criminal acts isn't "cause" for firing.   Just a guess mind you.  

Let's start out with Cook's alleged criminal activity, mortgage fraud.  A crime which can incur serious financial penalties, and land one in jail, just as Letitia James corruptly, and I think illegally, attempted to do to Donald Trump.  A crime for which Tish is being charged, and a crime that all the evidence coming forth demonstrates she's most likely guilty. 

Cook's issues started out as one case of mortgage fraud that has now morphed into two separate criminal referrals on 3 mortgages.   Two in Michigan and Georgia, and now a third in  Massachusetts.  One writer is calling it Mortgage Mayhem, and Secretary of the Treasury Scott Besset is calling for her to be criminally prosecuted. 

Here are the takeaways over all this.  First, did she commit mortgage fraud or not?  In days gone by any question over a Fed Governor's integrity, no matter how small, resulted in resignations, and if she did what she's being charges with in no way can this be construed as a political action by the President. 

She's must be of the opinion she has nothing to worry about since Obama and Biden's autopen appointed far left lunatics to the federal court who will rule in her favor, and there's good reason for her to believe that as now it appears corrupt Judge Jia Cobb is overseeing this case, who is a sorority sister of Lisa Cook, and as far as I can tell, has yet to recuse herself from the case.  And we've seen that kind of thinking over and over again, just as this Democrat board member of Surface Transportation Board has threatened to sue the President believing he can't be fired for working against the President's policies.  

Here's my final thought regarding these criminal charges of fraud and cause for her dismissal by the President.  We have yet to hear her say, I didn't do it! 

Update, 6:00 PM: When someone went to what Cook called her primary residence they found....renters living there.   As Monica Showalter says, new issues creep in to justify Trump's firing of Lisa Cook- President Trump's firing of Federal Reserve governor, Lisa Cook, has been played up in the press as controversial, and Cook herself refuses to leave office, but it seems the more one looks, the worse her record looks.......

When it comes to contemptibility no one stands higher than the Clintons, they're been grifters, scammers and most likely are guilty of far worse deeds that can't be proven, and have been so for their entire working careers.  Let's take a look at the Clinton Foundation.

Bill Clinton started it in 2001 are raised over 2$ billion over the next 15 years, much of which came from powerful foreigners who wished to influence U.S. policy, which also could easily be considered quid pro quo bribery. And that provided "hundreds of millions of dollars to fund the Clinton's life style and staff".   More of which Daniel Greenfield exposes in his article The Clintons Welcome Trans Queens, Muslim Politicians, Foreign Oligarchs, saying the Clintons haven't changed, and no expected they would.

Hillary Clinton did two huge favors for Morocco during her tenure as secretary of state while the Clinton Foundation accepted up to $28 million in donations from the country’s ruler, King Mohammed VI.......... Clinton and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) chief Lisa Jackson tried to shut down the Florida-based Mosaic Company in 2011, operator of America’s largest phosphate mining facility, in order to benefit Mohammed VI.

 

The FBI, and of course the DOJ, knew there was Pay-To-Play evidence at Clinton Foundation,

going back to 2016, but Andrew McCabe ordered it halted.  In point of fact, multiple investigations into the Clintons were stonewalled.  Why?

Now Hillary's prediction is about to unfold.  She said if Trump was elected in 2016 they'd all hang. It didn't happen then, and they got cocky shooting off their mouths, but now, the rope is tightening around their necks.   

Declassified FBI files expose 19 hidden Clinton Foundation bank accounts - The Department of Justice must take urgent action by subpoenaing the banks associated with the 19 accounts and conducting a thorough audit of all transactions linked to the sources of their deposits, payments, payees, and other connected accounts.  A detailed forensic audit could reveal critical evidence of tax evasion, bribery, and violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).  Such findings could seriously jeopardize the Clinton Foundation’s non-profit status and lead to criminal investigations of those implicated.

I've been amazed at those around the Clintons, especially Hillary.  She's rude and nasty, and foul mouthed to everyone who happens to offend her, like servants in the White House who had to hid behind curtains because she never wanted to see them.  Or the way she cursed at and rudely treated the men and women who protect her in the Secret Service. 

So why do people stand by her?   These sycophants are blithering idiots who are over educated, under smart, self serving, immature, delusional and religious fanatics, only it's a secular religious cult with no solid moral or logical foundation other than a willingness to do anything to fulfill their unquenchable thirst and overwhelming desire for wealth and power, and she was the High Priestess of their cult   But her high priestess days are over, and so too are the days of followers in her cult.  

The trouble with corruption this big is it takes a lot of "little people" to pull it off.   As these investigations unfold the entire Obama/Biden/Clinton cabal cult is going to find the "little people" have no intention protecting them so they can live big life while they rot in prison.  

They're gonna squeal for a deal!  To quote Baretta:  "That's the name of that tune".

Anthropogenic climate change has been one of the greatest scientific frauds ever perpetrated against humanity.  Not only should the federal government eliminate all the fraud-based regulations imposed on society it should be going after all those "scientists" who helped perpetrate this fraud, many of which took federal grant money, and then lied. 

Those who read history books knew this whole globalist scheme was a lie even before the science came out demonstrating how corrupt this all was because history buffs knew about the Medieval Warming Period.  As more information came out I learned of the Roman Warming period, both of which were substantially warmer than it is now.  Since none of the disasters they predicated for our time occurred then, why should we think they would occur now?  We shouldn't!

The climate computer models were in point of fact Game Boy Science, garbage in, garbage out.  Computer models were not meant to give conclusions they were meant to take a lot of information and calculate quickly allowing researchers to analyze options and potentials quickly and move on.  But if you restrict the information being inputted, you get bad data.  It’s called Preconceptual science.  That’s when you refuse to see or hear anything the refutes preconceived conclusions, ergo, that confirms your preconceived notions must be right.  That’s not science, it’s religion.

Former French President Jacques Chirac exposed the real truth behind the Kyoto Accords saying this was the first step in global governance, and that’s what this has always been about.

Now the Department of Energy is taking comments (see Craig Rucker's CFACT article below) about dismantling the entire global warming cabal, including government and academia.  However, what I would like to see them do is fund any research showing how corrupt and fraudulent this all was, and then watch academics and grant chasing scientists do an about face like the color guard in a military parade.  Science is no longer about truth, it's about grant money.

The fraudulent case against Trump dealing with mortgage fraud has collapsed entirely as the Appeals Court has unanimously overturned the decision by that corrupt judge Arthur Engoron imposing a massive Constitutionally illegal penalty of $364 million dollars in what was clearly a political witch hunt.  I'm under the impression Trump can't do much to Engoron since judges have judicial immunity, however Trump can make sure he faces ethics charges for judicial misconduct, and he can be kicked out of office, and that clearly needs to happen.  

While Letitia James has qualified immunity Trump's going after Letitia James anyway, and rightly so.  The DOJ has subpoenaed her records relating to her suit against Trump in order to see if there were deliberate violations of his civil rights.  That's not covered by qualified immunity any more for James than it was for Mike Nifong in the Duke rape case, and I do believe there's a valid "deprivation of rights" case against her.  Also, if they can tie Judge Engoron into this conspiracy, that won't be covered by judicial immunity either.  

They not only corrupted the rule of law, they attempted to prevent him from even being able to appeal this ruling by pricing him out demanding he "pony up half a billion dollars just to question what they did in this case, an outrageous effort to effectively price out an appeal."  

Was there a criminal conspiracy between James and Engoron to deprive Trump of his  constitutional rights?    If there was any evidence indicating a corrupt conspiracy between James and Engoron, I think this is it.  

If it can be shown she and Engoron are guilty, not only do they face criminal penalties, they can then be sued by Trump.  Given her corrupt history involving mortgage fraud, going back decades, you have to wonder just how stupid this woman really is.  If she'd not gone after Trump with this politically motivated lawsuit it's unlikely anyone would have taken the time to dig into her background and expose her criminal activities, and the same is true about Adam Schiff, who faces the same kind of criminal prosecution as does James, and more, and for the same reason.  Their insane embrace of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

At the very least both James and Engoron should be disbarred, at the very least!

The IRS is going after the Clinton Foundation for tax violations, and more as the FBI has discovered pay-to-play evidence at the Clinton Foundation, and how she was protected by the FBI during that period.  Declassified information has exposed the Clinton Foundation had nineteen hidden bank accounts.  So if this was classified information what does that mean?  It means the FBI and the DOJ knew of the corruption and deliberately hid it.  The FBI even covered for Tim Walz and his China connection.  How isn't that bordering on treason?  Clearly the purge of the DOJ and the FBI must be deeper, farther, and wider, including criminal charges. 

Janine Pirro is one tough cookie who's not intimidated by anyone and has made it clear she has the dope on Adam Schiff and when she's ready, you'll hear about it from her loud and clear, including charges of leaking classified documents to the press, which the then director of the FBI, Chris Wray, knew about it and did nothing.  More evidence of his criminal activity.  

A Democrat Clerk of Courts in South Caroline has been indicted on ten counts of corruption even stealing from children services funds, Representative Henry Cuellar and his wife is being accused of  taking bribes that according to prosecutors went on for years helping to advance the interests of foreign governments, clearly against the interests of the United Stats.

The Mayor of   New Orleans mayor and bodyguard lover are being charged with fraud and corruption, and fifteen Democrats have been arrested for election fraud, and the House Oversight Committee is compelling the following individuals to appear for depositions through issued subpoenas:

Is it any wonder the Democrats are in free fall, they're ‘woke, weak, and out of touch.   As a result working class voters that were the backbone and ribs of the Democrat party are abandoning them, ... and they're not coming back, and American men are avoiding the Democrat party like it's a sexually transmitted disease, the party that called Republicans weird.

The Democrats have lost over 2 million voters since 2020 who've become Republican voters.   The steepest declines have been in Nevada, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, with many registering as independents or not choosing any party affiliation at all, but they're not Democrats any longer.  

Paraphrasing the quote from the Apollo 13 astronaut, "Houston, we have a problem", well,  "Democrats, you have a problem", and that problem is they have scandals, lot's of scandals, one right after the other, and as more classified material emerges we realize just how criminal the Obama/Biden administrations have been.

They engaged in activity that must be considered illegal, even treasonous, or at the very least immoral, attacking legitimate businesses who they felt were not supporting their positions, especially banks.  Insights and Issues published this piece on Friday, The Light Shines On Another Obama Scandal saying:

 According to one executive, banks were pressured to deny services to certain industries as part of Operation Choke Point and Operation Choke Point 2.0,” which was “carried out by the prudential regulators to target and debank the digital asset ecosystem” during the Biden years............ the press will ignore the debanking scandal when it’s not busy denying its existence, just it has done with Russiagate, which implicates Obama as a primary agent in the dirtiest political trick in our nation’s history if not a party to a “treasonous conspiracy.”

Leftism is an abjectly corrupt failure that thrives on the destruction of human freedom and the imposition of human misery, constantly offering utopia, and unendingly delivering dystopia.  However, they are successful at overthrowing governments, murdering millions of innocent people and ultimately devastating every economy it has ever taken over.  The three Obama terms is an excellent example of destructive leftist insanity.   I can hear it now: "The left hasn't killed millions of people in America!"  I think aborting 63 million innocent unborn babies constitutes the murder of millions.

Everything about what these leftists do is predicated on a corrupt moral foundation built on self serving mendacity,...they lie.... a lot.... about everything, and in point of fact, many of them are outright criminals at many levels, and time is catching up to them.   

Evil, Thy Name is Democratic Party - They are lying about everything. They are lying about climate change. They are lying about the Epstein files. They are lying about Trump, transgenderism, racism, babies, the economy—what are they not lying about? And lying is evil.........The biggest problem with removing evil from American culture and what’s left of our civilization is, quite frankly, the Democratic Party. Their mantra calls evil good, and good evil, and it is imperative, for them, that they have as much human depravity as possible.......... And if there is anything the modern Democratic Party craves above all, it is power, control, and thus more government. Hence, they need more chaos.

Ask yourself, how did a deep stater like "former USAID chief Samantha Power have a net worth of "just under $7 million [grow] to over $30 million on a salary of $180,000 per year?"

 

In Minnesota one Democrat Senator, Nicole Mitchell, was "caught red-handed, burglarizing her stepmother’s house at 4:30 in the morning. The crime occurred during the 2024 legislative session, and the Democrats had a 34-33 majority in the Senate and thus needed her vote. The Senate voted on whether she would be able to vote for the remainder of the session, and Mitchell cast the deciding vote in her own favor."......... the trial was continued so that she could participate in the 2025 session. Which she did, again representing the decisive vote in a chamber that was divided 44-43. Once the session began, not a single Democrat suggested that she ought to resign. Not a single reporter asked any Democrat why he had changed his tune."

 

Well, as of Friday, she'd been found guilty of two felonies, and the Republicans are demanding she resign immediately, which will end her ability to break tie votes, and doesn't get to give a two week notice. But she's not having it. She's refusing to resign until August 4th, two weeks from her conviction with her lawyers saying her "constituents deserve for her legislative projects to be finalized or ready to hand off to her successor before she resigns.”  Yeah, right!

• Democrat from Florida Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormack, is being investigated for "unlawfully retained a staggering $5.8 million over payment from the state of Florida", which she used to fund her campaign for Congress, and that's just a part of her ethical issues.  
• AOC Under Federal Investigation for Employing Illegal Aliens, Helping Others Evade ICE -Border Czar Tom Homan announced on Monday that he formally launched a federal investigation into Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) for reportedly employing an illegal immigrant on her staff and helping other illegal aliens evade Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
• House Ethics Committee Finds AOC Impermissibly Accepted Met Gala Ticket for Boyfriend and Underpaid for “Tax the Rich” Dress and Accessories - The House Ethics Committee released a report on Friday, finding that far-left Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) impermissibly accepted more than $3,700 worth of apparel and accessories and a $35,000 Met Gala ticket for her then-boyfriend, Riley Roberts. “Despite Representative Ocasio-Cortez’s significant attempts, the Committee found that she failed to fully comply with the Gift Rule by impermissibly accepting a gift of free admission to the 2021 Met Gala for her partner and by failing to pay full fair market value for some of the items worn to the event,” the committee writes in the report that they unanimously voted to issue earlier this week following a years-long investigation. .....AOC Directed to Pay Over $2K for Breaking House Rules at 2021 Met Gala
• House to Vote on Censure of Democrat LaMonica McIver Over Assault of ICE Officer -  Republican Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) has introduced a resolution calling for the censure of NDemocrat Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ), who was federally indicted for allegedly obstructing Homeland Security agents during an immigration facility visit in May. The resolution also demands McIver’s removal from the House Homeland Security Committee. It cites a clear conflict of interest due to her involvement in national security oversight.Higgins argues that McIver’s continued role on the Homeland Security Committee, which holds oversight power over federal immigration enforcement, is untenable given her indictment for obstructing federal officers...........
• Report: Massachusetts Democrat AG Spent Nearly $300K of Taxpayer’s Money on World Travel - Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Campbell (D) reportedly spent a mountain of taxpayer money last fiscal year on things such as worldwide travel.   Campbell spent almost $300,000 on a taxpayer-funded credit card for trips to France, the Caribbean, and hosting a party, the Boston Herald reported on Friday citing its analysis.............
• Washington, DC, Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) in 2024 attended the Master’s golf tournament in Georgia and used taxpayer money for the trip. A few years before that in 2022, New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell (D) confirmed she would refund the city after it was revealed she used taxpayer money to spent about $30,000 on several first-class flight upgrades, per Breitbart News..........And no one can forget Mayor Tiffany Henyard (D) of Dolton, Illinois, who lashed out when she was questioned on her controversial spending habits in early 2024, Breitbart News reported at the time.
• 'Huge red flag': Karen Bass raked in cash from Chinese intel-tied bankers before hiring them -Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass' transition advisory team enlisted two Chinese intelligence-tied bankers who have fundraised for her and a nonprofit she helps lead, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation discovered............While it is unclear what Ng and Pang did while serving on Bass' mayoral transition advisory team, both have extensive ties to the Chinese government and have also been listed as holding positions within arms of a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) influence and intelligence service called the United Front Work Department (UFWD)............ 

Pencil neck Adam Schiff (D-CA) is facing is being investigated for mortgage fraud, which I'm sure Trump is enjoying saying he's in “big trouble, and should pay the price of prison. 

• Adam Schiff Accused of Years-Long Mortgage Fraud Scheme - I have always suspected Shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist. And now I learn that Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division have concluded that Adam Schiff has engaged in a sustained pattern of possible Mortgage Fraud......
• Trump Blasts Schiff, Says Authorities ‘Have Him 100 Percent on Mortgage Fraud’ - President Donald Trump on Tuesday told reporters that Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) engaged in mortgage fraud and suggested authorities have very strong evidence he did so.... ....(My Take - Ahh, poor Shifty, I really feel bad for him.  Nah, I'm just being a snot, I don't feel bad at all, in fact, I think this qualifies as a schadenfreude moment .... because.... No one is above the law..... shifty! RK)

Gallego May Want to Find a Lawyer - With President Donald Trump and others in the administration applying new scrutiny to Democrat Senator Adam Schiff of California for what the President referred to as a “sustained pattern of possible Mortgage Fraud,” Senator Ruben Gallego may want to quietly retain his own counsel....(Editor's Note:  My first thought was, who is Sen. Gallego?  Then I realized it's not Gallego, it's "gall" and "ego", and it fits. RK)
• Update, 8/9/25: Mortgage Fraud? Ed Martin Tapped to Investigate Dem Adam Schiff - Check Out Schiffty’s Panicky Posts - It was just announced that Attorney General Pam Bondi has appointed Ed Martin to investigate Democrat Senator Adam Schiff. It’s about mortgage fraud. The guy’s guilty of a ton of other stuff, but if mortgage fraud is how we get justice, we’ll take it. The best part is we know Schiff is Schiffing himself right now based on old online posts during Martin’s failed confirmation hearings.

Mark C Ross asks this pertinent question: Is Schiff: the tip of the iceberg?  And I have no doubt he is.  For a politician to declare to be a resident of a state other than the one they represent disqualifies them from holding their office, and if mortgages are obtained predicated on that lie, it's a serious crime called defrauding the lender, which "former Representative Fortney H. “Pete” Stark, also of California, declared his Maryland home as his primary residence so he could get a discount on his property taxes."

Lurking within this dynamic is the sad fact that public office often attracts unscrupulous, self-aggrandizing charlatans. Can you say Nancy Pelosi and her husband Paul made $38M worth of stock trades before inauguration? This also brings to mind the insider info that Hillary Clinton’s son-in-law got about a Greek bond issue… which, however, didn’t end so well.

Remember  helped an illegal alien escape by diverting ICE agents, and then was arrested by federal agents?  Well, she decided she couldn't be arrested or face criminal charges since she's a judge, and she has qualified immunity.  Which is in effect a tacit acknowledgement the charges are valid.  Well, her legal theory has bit the dust, and that theory has been rejected by the courts and by all rights, she should end up in jail, and she shouldn't be alone either, there are other judges facing charges.  All of which the party of "no one is above the law" denounced as an unprecedented attack on the judiciary.  

I don't understand how these Democrat lawmakers can get away with encouraging people to attack ICE agents.  How can that not be a crime?   One Texas Democrat openly calls for 'dead ICE agents' in Los Angeles, which Monica Showalter calls:

"the up-and-coming Democrats are, the rotten fruit of a rotten political culture, fermenting in political defeat but not gone yet. They are the wave of the Democrat future. In New York, they have Zohran Mamdani. In Texas, they have this dirtbag."

Antifa freaks open fire on an ICE facility, and as  Elizabeth MacDonald notes: It was a powder keg waiting to EXPLODE. Democrat Party rhetoric against ICE and Border Patrol finally boiled over....and turned violent. Agents were ambushed in McAllen, Texas today, just as Tom Homan had warned. But Stephen Miller just EXPOSED the irrefutable reason Democrats are at war with ICE and enforcing immigration laws. 

 

So when these Antifa freaks ambush ICE agents why aren't these politicians held countable?  Texas has a flood and many people die, and the Democrats blame Trump.  These rioters kill and/or attempt to kill agents and that's Trump's fault also.  Not the Democrat leaders encouraging this misbegotten behavior.  What kind of twisted minds think in such a manner?

Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby was found guilty of mortgage fraud and  sentenced to 12 months of home confinement and three years of supervised probation.  What did she do?  She "signed the application for the $428,400 mortgage and attested to the accuracy of her answers in the application", only there was a little bit of a problem.  She lied. 

 "She had not lived in Florida as she had claimed. She failed to disclose all her liabilities. She failed to disclose that she was delinquent in paying her federal taxes and that the IRS had a $45,022 tax lien against her. And the gift letter she provided to the mortgage company was also false."

Now we have Letitia James, who made it clear if she was elected she was going to find Donald Trump guilty of mortgage fraud, and "once elected, filed a civil fraud case against Trump for inflating the value of his real estate properties in order to receive better loan and insurance rates."  A case where there were no complainants.  As Jack Hellner notes: 

If the Trumps committed bank fraud, as James says, they would have sued him and filed a criminal referral on him, but they did not.  The state was not a victim, nor the bank, nor the citizens of New York, so why is she suing?  Well, either she's extremely dimwitted or the move is purely for political reasons.... 

 The bank gets independent appraisals, evaluates financial statements, reviews tax returns, and takes whatever steps necessary to protect its regulators and owners to ensure the borrowers have the cash flow capacity to pay back the loan.  Due diligence may be a foreign concept to politicians, but the regulators would put severe restrictions on banks that didn't do their job.  How could an attorney general not know this?

Well, it appears Letitia is in trouble....for mortgage fraud.  Ya just gotta see the humor in that.

I do love irony, as now the person who, along with a corrupt judge, persecuted Trump, who did nothing illegal, "he paid back all the money plus interest, and the banks hoped to do business with Trump again", is now being investigated for illegally falsifying her business transactions.  Maybe she didn't know about Marilyn Mosby.... nah.... her criminal activity precedes Mosby's going  back to 1983.  

•  No One Is Above the Law—Including Letitia James

But there's more.  She's facing ethics charges from the New York Bar Association charging that "James is in violation of the New York State Bar Association's rules of professional conduct, which prohibit lawyers from engaging in "illegal conduct" that can adversely impact the lawyer's honesty and trustworthiness."  This criminal activity could adversely impact her honesty and trustworthiness?  Really? Imagine that.  So, it's no coincidence that the DOJ is looking into Letitia James.

 This is the hypocrite who told America "everyday Americans cannot lie to a bank to get a mortgage to buy a home" in February 2024 after she secured a $486 million judgment against Trump for allegedly falsifying his business records."

It turns out she's also a slum landlord. According to her tenants:

....she does nothing about bedbug infestation, peeling paint, using an apartment illegally, and more. They have lodged 17 complaints in the last 20 months with the New York City Department of Buildings.  These include unauthorized construction work without proper permits, the alteration of a load-bearing wall without permits, the illegal use of apartments as hotel rooms, illegal conversion, a fence over the height limit, and a failure to notify authorities of scaffold work. In addition, all four tenants report problems with bedbugs. ........

James is not only incompetent, she's corrupt in every aspect of her position.   

• Letitia James’s Former Colleague Says ‘Opportunistic’ NY AG Abused Her Power - Former assistant New York solicitor general Brian Ginsberg, who reported to James from 2019 through 2022, warned the Supreme Court in a May 12 filing that James is abusing her prosecutorial powers in an ongoing Title IX case against a western New York school district over four disparate sexual misconduct allegations between its students.......... Ginsberg reminded the Supreme Court that James has a history of allegedly abusing her powers, citing comments from a justice of the New York supreme court in November 2024 reprimanding James for bringing forward a politically charged environmental case against Pepsi, which the court tossed.  "The same New York State Attorney General who initiated this action against the School District has been judicially chastised for abusing her power to initiate representative actions to launch 'predatory lawsuits that seek to impose punishment while searching for a crime,'"............

Her vile character knows no bounds as she attempts to thwart local law enforcement agencies around the state in aiding federal agents enforcing immigration laws.   She belongs in jail, but how much do you want to bet it ain’t gonna happen. But she needs to be prosecuted at the state and federal levels, separately, so even if she slips the bonds of justice, the process will be her punishment, her financial ruin, and the end of her political career, and quite hopefully, her legal career. Steven Miller calls her "one of the most corrupt, shameless individuals ever to hold public office." 

 She can bloviate and claim it's all politically motivated, and/or racism, but make no mistake, she's scared, and visibly unraveling—rambling, overreacting, spinning, frantic, sounding  irrational, cornered and guilty.  She's so panicked she organized an $18,000/person fundraiser, and she needs it as she's hired some of the highest priced lawyers available.

Well, it all just got worse, on Tuesday the Gateway Pundit reported their article regarding in investigation of the Standard Charter Bank found "at least $9.6 billion of illegal payments by the bank to Iranian and Hezbollah entities." The article went on to say this "case implicates NYAG Letitia James and the Federal Reserve for ignoring billions of these illicit payments and ignoring Treasury sanctions designations. Maximum Pressure is not being enforced because of the failures of the Fed and the NYAG."  This exposure led to an extension of this investigation.  Who knows where that will end up.

In short, Leticia James was great at making up crimes that didn't occur for political gain.  She works diligently to intimidate local law enforcement to prevent ICE from arresting illegal immigrants, who are in point of fact criminals. And she's an abject failure in enforcing laws of crimes that were occurring.  Crimes she should have been aware of.  Does it seem to anyone other that me think the words, fatuous, incompetence, corruption, collusion, mendacity, animus, moral immiseration, calumny, execrable, and treason apply here?

• Maybe Donald will visit Letitia’s trial - About a year ago, AG  was in the courtroom watching President Trump on trial.  My guess is that she was enjoying the show and imagining what her TV ads for governor were going to be like.  “Vote for me because no one, not even Trump, is above the law” or something like that.  Well, it didn’t turn out that way.  Maybe President Trump will go to her trial.  Here is the latest in the life and times of AG Letitia James:.............Nevertheless, the irony of all of this is incredible.  The woman who wanted to nail a man over “fraud” that didn't actually happen now faces a case of “fraud” that allegedly happened.  As my late mother used to say, God has a great sense of humor.

Democrat Crimes: The Biden Cabal, Part II

Well, we already know the officials of the Obama administration was in manure up to their necks over the "Russiagate" conspiracy....and it wasn't a "theory" after all, imagine that.   So why would we be surprised his administration's third term under the Puppet President Joe Biden would be any different?  Obama corrupted the all the intelligence and law enforcement agencies of the federal government, and Joe followed up that corruption by siccing them onto lawful America citizens exercising their constitutional rights.

We now know another "conspiracy theory" can be put to rest with incontestably documentation that the Biden Administration targeted parents who protested at school board meetings  regarding covid restrictions, the promotion of transgenderism, and critical race theory policies in a conspiratorial attempt to charge them with crimes. 

The government documents, obtained by America First Legal, “conclusively prove” a memo from former U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland “mobilized the full force of the federal government’s firepower against concerned parents—not to protect schools, but to silence dissent”  and the ensuing investigation was “politically orchestrated and coordinated with the Biden White House,” America First Legal charged Friday.

In private they all knew all these parents did was covered under the Constitution as freedom on speech and could in no way justify the federal governmetn charging them with crimes.  As one "DOJ attorney wrote to colleagues in an email on October 3, 2021":

I read the letter from NSBA, and looked at the links for a handful of footnotes, and it appears to me that the vast, vast majority of the behavior cited cannot be reached by federal law. I only saw three stories that involved what sounded like a possible “true threat” … Almost all the language used is protected by the First Amendment; the main issue seems seems to be the disruption and obstruction of school board meetings, which can be reached by local trespassing laws or disturbance of the peace laws, but nothing remotely federal. So it seems we are ramping up an awful lot of federal manpower for what is currently non-federal conduct.

In no way could these parents be classified as "domestic terrorists" as Joe Biden and Merrick Garland was attempting to do.

History and time are on the same side, but they're not on Joe Biden's side. He has never been a good man or a good public servant. Democrat Crimes: Russiagate and the Obama Cabal, Part I

In the past I've stated the FBI blocked an investigation into the 2020 "Chinese mail-in voting  scam to protect Chris Wray who likely lied to Congress".  The DOJ is pursuing that and before all of this is over, and if there's any justice in the world, Wray, Comey, Brennan, and Clapper should all be heading to prison.   After all, "no one is above the law."  The fact is we're seeing what clearly must evidence of perjury by Brennan and others.  Before Clinton perjury was considered a serious crime.  Will it be again?  Well, since then it has really hit the fan.

Tulsi Gabbard has an interesting story.  She's ex-military reaching the rank of Lt. Col. in the Army Reserves, was a Democrat serving Hawaii in the House of Representatives, who intended to run against Trump in 202o.  When she bucked the system Hillary Clinton called her a Russian asset, for which Gabbard sued Hillary Clinton.  She later dropped that suit over the cost of such an endeavor, but here's where the story got interesting.  She was later chosen by Donald Trump to be the the Director of National Intelligence, and that caused a lot of concern by many. As it turns out, she may end up being one of his best picks. Whoddathunk it.  

Two things, she's dropped a huge iron ball right on top of the entire Obama cabal, including Hillary Clinton, and now she no longer has to worry about funds.  She has the might of the federal government behind her. Let’s hope she’s supported by the administration to the hilt.

As Director of National Intelligence she published a document detailing "how the Obama administration created the Russia Hoax for the express purpose of interfering with incoming President Donald J. Trump in 2016. Less than a month earlier, CIA director John Ratcliffe declassified and published a related document."  And it's now clear Obama, Hillary Clinton,  Wray, Comey, Brennan, and Clapper are going to face a lot of heat over Obama's orchestration of Russiagate.  

I've been tracking this from the beginning and below is the list of articles demanding justice, as "no one is above the law'', the six words no Democrat has spoken since Trump was elected, and now we know why.  What can reasonably be called treason at the highest levels of Obama's administration.   Remember, none of this could have happened without a lot of help from lower echelon personnel.  It's said the truth will set you free, but the truth will not set any of these cretins free, since as this investigation progresses we're going to see a lot of whistle blowers and deal makers coming forward to avoid criminal prosecution, and this is a question that needs asked and answered:  How many other traitorous offenses has Obama committed.

Demands for Retribution

Let's start this section by saying there are a lot of conservatives who claim many of these people will not end up in jail, such as this one, Barry’s arc gets bent.   And truth be told, I disturbingly find their arguments are very rational.  But none the less, here's what's being demanded, and now the facts are out.  It's no longer a "conspiracy theory", it's an incontestably documented conspiracy by these people, and their party, showing they are the vile characters conservatives have said they are, which will surely impact both the 2026 midterms and the 2028 general elections.

In 202o the Biden administration wanted a scalp against free speech in America and Merritt Garland's weaponized DOJ did just that: 

"a political hit job on Douglass Mackey, a young conservative mover and shaker who dared to mock Hillary Clinton with a satirical meme back in 2016." ......"Many believe that move was a test run, a little judicial experiment to see if the regime could jail someone for speech. 

"Could they twist a funny meme into a federal crime? Could they use lawfare to crush dissent and lay the groundwork for the lawless prosecutions against Trump and his supporters down the line?  Turns out, they could. And they did… that and a whole lot more."... 

It took ten years and who knows how much money for a federal appeals court to "not only tossed out the conviction, but they also reversed it entirely and told the lower court to enter a judgment of acquittal. In plain terms, they just told the world that Mackey is not guilty."  He's suing the DOJ for what he lost over this, but there are some things money can't repair.  This weaponization of the deep state is the Obama legacy!  Another good reason why Pam Bondi is purging the DOJ.  

 Obama's Legacy

   Obama’s Real Legacy Comes into Focus - General Michael Flynn, President Trump’s short-lived National Security Advisor, assessed the situation succinctly: “This is surreal.”  As a target of the Deep State’s treacherous lawfare operations, General Flynn views the workings in Washington, D.C., with supreme clarity: “This is why [Gabbard] was attacked so relentlessly over the past few weeks and months.  They knew if there were anyone with the guts to investigate the attempted coup, it would be her.”  Obama loyalists in the Intelligence Community and Obama’s propaganda allies in the corporate news media succeeded in removing General Flynn from his NSA position at the beginning of Trump’s first term.  Perhaps learning from Flynn’s experience, Gabbard has worked quickly to expose the conspirators before they could take her out, too.
2. Obama: More Like Stalin than Nixon - Obama is not the Democrats’ Nixon. He’s their Stalin. Treat him as such.  Perhaps we should deport Obama (and his lovely wife) to Iran. They love Islam. They hate us. They loathe America. Give them what they want.  When Trump was repeatedly arrested and his home was raided, Leftists shrieked: “No one is above the law!”  Now they will act as if Trump isn’t a real President, and therefore any charges against Obama are not real. Some, such as Jasmine Crockett, Whoopi Goldberg and Jimmy Kimmel, will actually say so............

Here's a worthy question that needs answering.  Will the mainstream media give up their Pulitzer prizes for all their Russiagate 'reporting'?  

 

Amid all the revelations about the plottings of deep-staters like John Brennan and James Clapper in the Russiagate scandal, the unindicted co-conspirators remains largely off the hook.  That's the mainstream media, which gladly carried water for Brennan's, Clapper's and even President Obama's ginned-up news that Trump was a Russian agent. Recall that a lot of them were well-rewarded for their phony news, which served the Obama administration well.

 

They'll give up their Pulitzer's just as quickly as the NYT gave up the one given to Walter Duranty for his lies about how Stalin didn't starve anyone to death...... never.

Finally, I would like to draw you attention to Andrew Paquette's substack article, Scaling Scandal Mountain, where he enumerates many of the scandals of the Obama/Biden administration.
