Adam Schiff and Letitia James: The Real Face of Politics

Both Letitia James and Adam Schiff arrogantly attacked Donald Trump like wild dogs in a killing frenzy accusing him of crimes he didn't commit, and smiled for the cameras while doing so.  Which has turned out to be a schadenfreude moment since both of them are totally guilty of the crimes they accused him of, and a far worse level, and face serious prison time and hefty fines if found guilty.  

 It gets better all the time, get this.  Letitia James says her mortgage fraud charges  should be thrown out as it's ....  watch out now..... here it comes.... selective prosecution.  This from a person who ran to be New York's Attorney General openly saying her goal was to prosecute Trump for...... whatever she could get away with, and did so with no evidence of criminal activity, no victims, and a corrupt judge.  In her case the evidence is overwhelming she committed major crimes of mortgage fraud and did so for decades.   

I think it's interesting that criminal behavior seems to follow Letitia James like Sancho Panza followed Don Quixote, a mad man, as she's been housing family members who have criminal backgrounds, and have generated a lot of attention by the police. 

• The Letitia James Crime Family 

Adam Schiff epitomizes arrogance and corruption.  He  relentlessly pursued Donald Trump making claims that are now provably false, knowing they were false.  As it turns out now he's in deep trouble.

Schiff now faces a serious Department of Justice probe into allegations of mortgage fraud. The allegations are far more concrete than anything he ever claimed against Trump.

The investigation centers on whether Schiff falsified bank documents and property records in order to secure favorable mortgage terms on his Maryland residence, all while claiming a California condo as his primary home during his 2023 Senate campaign.

According to federal officials, the Federal Housing Finance Agency referred the matter to the DOJ after discovering evidence that Schiff may have repeatedly misrepresented his residency on loan forms. Potential charges include wire fraud, bank fraud, and submitting false financial statements. The charges are felony offenses carrying real prison exposure.

He faces serious prison time and hefty fines, but in spite of the overwhelming evidence against him. 

If DOJ prosecutors can prove intentional deception, Schiff could face a criminal case far more severe than the “paperwork error” characterization his allies are already pushing..............

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) told reporters he has spoken with Republicans who are disquieted, if not dismayed, by the increasing weaponization of the Department of Justice.

Okay, so, let me get this right.  We're expected to believe the man who lied about his Vietnam service?   

"Blumenthal argued that prosecuting Schiff would “tear down the rule of law that protects them and all Americans.”   

Well, that's really interesting since according to the Democrats "no one is above the law", which are words no Democrat will utter for the next eleven years, but not only did the Democrats have no objection to the corruption of the rule of law against Trump and his supporters, they demanded it.

The rule of law demands prosecution for criminal activity, that's not weaponizing justice, it's enforcing justice.

Everything about what these leftists do is predicated on a corrupt moral foundation built on self serving mendacity,...they lie.... a lot.... about everything, and in point of fact, many of them are outright criminals at many levels, and time is catching up to them.   

Evil, Thy Name is Democratic Party - They are lying about everything. They are lying about climate change. They are lying about the Epstein files. They are lying about Trump, transgenderism, racism, babies, the economy—what are they not lying about? And lying is evil.........The biggest problem with removing evil from American culture and what’s left of our civilization is, quite frankly, the Democratic Party. Their mantra calls evil good, and good evil, and it is imperative, for them, that they have as much human depravity as possible.......... And if there is anything the modern Democratic Party craves above all, it is power, control, and thus more government. Hence, they need more chaos.

Ask yourself, how did a deep stater like "former USAID chief Samantha Power have a net worth of "just under $7 million [grow] to over $30 million on a salary of $180,000 per year?"

 

In Minnesota one Democrat Senator, Nicole Mitchell, was "caught red-handed, burglarizing her stepmother’s house at 4:30 in the morning. The crime occurred during the 2024 legislative session, and the Democrats had a 34-33 majority in the Senate and thus needed her vote. The Senate voted on whether she would be able to vote for the remainder of the session, and Mitchell cast the deciding vote in her own favor."......... the trial was continued so that she could participate in the 2025 session. Which she did, again representing the decisive vote in a chamber that was divided 44-43. Once the session began, not a single Democrat suggested that she ought to resign. Not a single reporter asked any Democrat why he had changed his tune."

 

Well, as of Friday, she'd been found guilty of two felonies, and the Republicans are demanding she resign immediately, which will end her ability to break tie votes, and doesn't get to give a two week notice. But she's not having it. She's refusing to resign until August 4th, two weeks from her conviction with her lawyers saying her "constituents deserve for her legislative projects to be finalized or ready to hand off to her successor before she resigns.”  Yeah, right!

• Democrat from Florida Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormack, is being investigated for "unlawfully retained a staggering $5.8 million over payment from the state of Florida", which she used to fund her campaign for Congress, and that's just a part of her ethical issues.  
• AOC Under Federal Investigation for Employing Illegal Aliens, Helping Others Evade ICE -Border Czar Tom Homan announced on Monday that he formally launched a federal investigation into Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) for reportedly employing an illegal immigrant on her staff and helping other illegal aliens evade Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
• House Ethics Committee Finds AOC Impermissibly Accepted Met Gala Ticket for Boyfriend and Underpaid for “Tax the Rich” Dress and Accessories - The House Ethics Committee released a report on Friday, finding that far-left Rep. • House to Vote on Censure of Democrat LaMonica McIver Over Assault of ICE Officer -  Republican Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) has introduced a resolution calling for the censure of NDemocrat Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ), who was federally indicted for allegedly obstructing Homeland Security agents during an immigration facility visit in May. The resolution also demands McIver’s removal from the House Homeland Security Committee. It cites a clear conflict of interest due to her involvement in national security oversight.Higgins argues that McIver’s continued role on the Homeland Security Committee, which holds oversight power over federal immigration enforcement, is untenable given her indictment for obstructing federal officers...........
• Report: Massachusetts Democrat AG Spent Nearly $300K of Taxpayer’s Money on World Travel - Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Campbell (D) reportedly spent a mountain of taxpayer money last fiscal year on things such as worldwide travel.   Campbell spent almost $300,000 on a taxpayer-funded credit card for trips to France, the Caribbean, and hosting a party, the Boston Herald reported on Friday citing its analysis.............
• Washington, DC, Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) in 2024 attended the Master’s golf tournament in Georgia and used taxpayer money for the trip. A few years before that in 2022, New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell (D) confirmed she would refund the city after it was revealed she used taxpayer money to spent about $30,000 on several first-class flight upgrades, per Breitbart News..........And no one can forget Mayor Tiffany Henyard (D) of Dolton, Illinois, who lashed out when she was questioned on her controversial spending habits in early 2024, Breitbart News reported at the time.

Pencil neck Adam Schiff (D-CA) is facing is being investigated for mortgage fraud, which I'm sure Trump is enjoying saying he's in “big trouble, and should pay the price of prison.

Ed Martin Tapped to Investigate Dem Adam Schiff - Check Out Schiffty’s Panicky Posts - It was just announced that Attorney General Pam Bondi has appointed Ed Martin to investigate Democrat Senator Adam Schiff. It’s about mortgage fraud. The guy’s guilty of a ton of other stuff, but if mortgage fraud is how we get justice, we’ll take it. The best part is we know Schiff is Schiffing himself right now based on old online posts during Martin’s failed confirmation hearings.

Mark C Ross asks this pertinent question: Is Schiff: the tip of the iceberg?  And I have no doubt he is.  For a politician to declare to be a resident of a state other than the one they represent disqualifies them from holding their office, and if mortgages are obtained predicated on that lie, it's a serious crime called defrauding the lender, which "former Representative Fortney H. “Pete” Stark, also of California, declared his Maryland home as his primary residence so he could get a discount on his property taxes."

Lurking within this dynamic is the sad fact that public office often attracts unscrupulous, self-aggrandizing charlatans. Can you say Nancy Pelosi and her husband Paul made $38M worth of stock trades before inauguration? This also brings to mind the insider info that Hillary Clinton’s son-in-law got about a Greek bond issue… which, however, didn’t end so well.

Remember  helped an illegal alien escape by diverting ICE agents, and then was arrested by federal agents?  Well, she decided she couldn't be arrested or face criminal charges since she's a judge, and she has qualified immunity.  Which is in effect a tacit acknowledgement the charges are valid.  Well, her legal theory has bit the dust, and that theory has been rejected by the courts and by all rights, she should end up in jail, and she shouldn't be alone either, there are other judges facing charges.  All of which the party of "no one is above the law" denounced as an unprecedented attack on the judiciary.  

I don't understand how these Democrat lawmakers can get away with encouraging people to attack ICE agents.  How can that not be a crime?   One Texas Democrat openly calls for 'dead ICE agents' in Los Angeles, which Monica Showalter calls:

"the up-and-coming Democrats are, the rotten fruit of a rotten political culture, fermenting in political defeat but not gone yet. They are the wave of the Democrat future. In New York, they have Zohran Mamdani. In Texas, they have this dirtbag."

Antifa freaks open fire on an ICE facility, and as  Elizabeth MacDonald notes: It was a powder keg waiting to EXPLODE. Democrat Party rhetoric against ICE and Border Patrol finally boiled over....and turned violent. Agents were ambushed in McAllen, Texas today, just as Tom Homan had warned. But Stephen Miller just EXPOSED the irrefutable reason Democrats are at war with ICE and enforcing immigration laws. 

 

So when these Antifa freaks ambush ICE agents why aren't these politicians held countable?  Texas has a flood and many people die, and the Democrats blame Trump.  These rioters kill and/or attempt to kill agents and that's Trump's fault also.  Not the Democrat leaders encouraging this misbegotten behavior.  What kind of twisted minds think in such a manner?   

Then we have my favorite Democrat criminal,  New York’s Democrat Attorney General Letitia James, who is now facing .... watch out now ..........here it comes.....  mortgage fraud.  My file on her is way too large for this piece so I did one just dealing with her, Democrat Crimes: Let's Talk About Letitia James.

Well, Some Days Really Are Good Days

Well, after the debacle this week where 20 Republicans refused to condemn Adam Schiff for his lies and corruption the worm has turned.  It also appears to me those 20 Republicans who refused to support his censure must have gotten an earful from their constituents.  

While there was an issue with the first resolution regarding the legality of a multi-million dollar fine, for the most part, I have to believe they all knew about this, and all could have communicated with Rep. Luna this was an issue for them ahead of time. 

I don't think that was the issue for most of those 20.  What I think is most of them have a problem with invertebracy, and apparently there are still six with that have a serious lack of spine, including my representative, Dave Joyce.   Why does it seem some of the toughest and smartest Republicans in the House are women?  Maybe because they are? 

At any rate, the world just got a little more honest, as Spencer Brown reports yesterday, Adam Schiff Formally Censured by House for 'Conduct Unbecoming'.  While the Democrats disrupted and raged against his censure, Spenser lists all the charges against Schiff, and each and every one of them is absolutely factual, and I look forward to the outcome of the House ethics investigation into his actions.  Who knows, they might actually be able to kick him out of Congress. 

In the meanwhile, some days are just better than others, and Wednesday June, 21, 2023 was one of them.  

Schadenfreude!

In the meanwhile we find that same Republican lack of spine regarding Rep. Boebert's efforts to impeach Joe Biden.  Here's another gutsy Republican woman in the House, who scorched Job Biden in an impeachment speech, for what has been his clear misuse of power, dereliction of duty, and outright bribery, absolutely all Constitutional High Crimes.  

So, how do the Republicans respond, including Speaker McCarthy? They criticized her for "forcing" a vote for impeachment as it "is premature and disrupts the party’s ongoing efforts to investigate the Biden family’s business dealings", all of which seems to me to be fallacious reasonings.  So, when will such an action be mature?   What is their time line for impeachment?  Especially since it's been obvious he's been guilty..... abundantly guilty ...... of High Crimes and Misdemeanors from day one!  

How about after the 2024 election?  I'll stick with my invertebracy view.

Update: 4:10 PM.  Apparently Greene's lashing out at the House Republicans had a spine generating effect, but what will happen when this goes to Judiciary and Homeland Security committees. That may be where the leadership stops this. 

Resolution to Impeach Joe Biden Passes House Floor, Advances to Judiciary and Homeland Security Committee - The House of Representatives has passed a floor resolution to impeach Democratic President Joe Biden......The articles refer to Biden’s “dereliction of duty” and “abuse of power” by failing to abide by his Constitutional oath of office to defend the borders of the sovereign United States of America against a massive foreign influx of illegal aliens.  Boebert earlier stated that the House leadership was not supportive of her efforts to impeach the president. However, a game-changer appears to have dropped on Thursday.   New evidence has surfaced showing that Hunter Biden sought to fulfill a deal with a Chinese national in 2017 where he said he was “sitting here with my father” demanding a payment and implying there would be serious consequences for failure to deliver.............

They are the best worst option, but yesterday again had me questioning why we even bother to vote for these people. Republicans talk a big game but always fail to follow through. Case in point, whatever happened to the promise to repeal Obamacare? The GOP campaigned on that for almost 10 years, accrued mountains of campaign cash, and did nothing. Democrats have learned to use institutional power to their benefit and, even worse, prey upon the GOP’s sense of tradition, honor, and duty to con them into voting against their interests...........Rep. And 20 House Republicans opted to protect this man, the damage he did to the credibility of the House Intelligence Committee, and the anti-Trump hysterics he spewed to gin up a shoddy impeachment trial. So, in a way, these 20 squishy GOP losers endorsed the biased and corrupt impeachment efforts against Donald Trump and the collusion peddling because that’s all Schiff did. He’s a bad Democrat, saved by spineless House Republicans. Color me shocked that the GOP doesn’t get the Reagan-Tip O’Neill era is over. We’re all out to kill each other. Twenty Republicans Save Adam Schiff from Censure - Rajan Laad -  Fox News reports that twenty Republicans in the House of Representatives sided with most Democrats in voting against a resolution that would have censured Rep. Adam Schiff, (D-Calif.), for repeatedly peddling the hoax that former President Donald Trump colluded with Russia to win the 2016 election.

My Take -  Schiff should not only be kicked off this committee, he should be facing ethics violations by the Ethics Committee for his insidious, mendacious and morally outrageous conduct over the last few years. He shouldn't even be seated let alone given positions of responsibility.  But since he has "a negative integrity coefficient" being "a straight-faced liar is considered an asset" to his party.  This idea he has the ability to take "revenge" against the Speaker of the House is more evidence that he suffers from a serious case of weird compounded by a massive infection of hubris.  A common affliction for leftists.

The Trump Justice Department in 2017 and early 2018 issued subpoenas to Apple to obtain the communications records of at least two Democratic members of the House Intelligence Committee, Reps. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Eric Swalwell (D-CA). According to The New York Times, DOJ prosecutors attempting to determine who leaked classified information to the media about Russiagate suspected the two House Democrats were the culprits, and to prove that, they obtained their communications records as well as those of family members, including minor children.

A DOJ leak investigation aimed at sitting members of Congress is highly unusual. Both the Obama and Trump administrations, in a hunt for leakers, created controversy by obtaining the communications records of journalists, including — in the case of the Obama DOJ — the family members of those journalists. But investigating members of the House Intelligence Committee for leaking crimes — as opposed to corruption or other standard criminal charges — can present different dangers. Neither Congressman was charged with any crimes and the investigation reportedly bore no fruit.

The two House Democrats, among the most fanatical disseminators of baseless Russiagate conspiracies and long known to serve as anonymous sources of leaks to liberal media outlets, reacted with predictable outrage. “This baseless investigation, while now closed, is yet another example of Trump's corrupt weaponization of justice,” Schiff intoned on Thursday night. If you’d told me a couple of decades ago that leading conservative commentators would one day be celebrating an openly gay man as an American hero, I’d never have believed it. But that’s exactly what’s happening now. The man in question, of course, is Richard Grenell, currently serving both as the U.S. Ambassador to Germany and as the Acting Director of National Intelligence, and hence a member of the Cabinet.

It was under intense pressure from Grenell that the House Intelligence Committee, on May 7, released the transcripts of 53 interviews conducted privately in connection with the probe into President Trump’s alleged Russian ties. My Take - So, let me see if I understand this.  The meme from the left is that Trump is a homophobe. A President who appointed an openly gay man as the ambassador to Germany and has done an extraordinary job putting the Germans in their place, sending a message to the rest of the EU letting them know who's the big kid on the block, and made him the acting Director of National Intelligence at the same time, is a homophobe? 

Really? 

It must really be true the left is smarter than the right, because the mental gymnastics they have to do to make their insane thoughts seem sane must require an enormous level of brilliance.  Or maybe they're just insane?

Russian collusion emperor Adam Schiff about to be exposed today, and it won't be pretty

Adam Schiff, the fanatic who from the beginning launched probe after probe of President Trump, is about to see the 2017–2018 Russia collusion transcripts he's been sitting on all these months released to the public, all 6,000 pages, with 73 witnesses stating there was no Russian collusion in 53 transcripts.

National Intelligence director Richard Grenell did the job Schiff wouldn't do, releasing the transcripts, and now Schiff is expected to be looking more bug-eyed than usual.

Those would be the original Russia collusion transcripts, released after a House investigation he called for, after claiming he had proof positive that President Trump colluded with the Russians to steal the election from Hillary Clinton.

Schiff, recall, had been making statements like this to a fawning press in 2017:................... Schiff later claimed he had "direct evidence" of collusion in fact, stating in 2019:............... And this drumbeat of fanciful claims that the transcripts would indicate he knew was false expose him now as telling "l ie after lie after lie,"as House ranking intelligence committee member Devin Nunes put it.

My Take - Did he lie while serving on the committee?  Apparently he did.  Did he lie while under any kind of oath?  Not that I know of.  But the fact of the matter is he lied in his official capacity as the Chairman of a House Committee dealing with intelligence.  All in order to destroy people he disagreed with politically.  People who were guilty of no crimes.  

The fact is, he lied, no matter the circumstances, and those lies impacted the nation and the lives of individuals.  He's guilty of high crimes, meaning he took a oath when he took office that says:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."

That makes him guilty of "high crimes", meaning a crime of high office, which includes failiing to fulfill the duties sworn to in his oath of office.  

• Did he support the Constitution in his actions?  Clearly he actually undermined the Constitution.  
• Did he bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution?  Clearly he didn't.  
• Did he use his office for the purpose of evading the truth?  Absolutely!
• Is he guilty of high crimes.  You bet you butt he is!
• What will the House do about it?  Nothing, so long as it's run by Pelosi and her corrupt gang.

My Take - As you read this man's bio you can't possibly come away with any other conclusion than this man hates everything the Constitution stands for. His radical views, actions and associations are unbelievealbe, including support for outright anti-Semites. It should be clear to the most casual observer he hates this nation, just as much as does George Soros.

And the Democrat leadership is screaming about a "full and fair" impeachment.

How about a "full and fair" exposure of Adam Schiff by the media?  Can you imagine what they would've done if this was Trump's bio?  Yet they've totally ignored this man's intellectual and philosophical past.

Schiff pushed Volker to say Ukraine felt pressure from Trump

In a secret interview, Rep. Adam Schiff, leader of the House Democratic effort to impeach President Trump, pressed former United States special representative to Ukraine Kurt Volker to testify that Ukrainian officials felt pressured to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden's son Hunter as a result of Trump withholding U.S. military aid to Ukraine.

Volker denied that was the case, noting that Ukrainian leaders did not even know the aid was being withheld and that they believed their relationship with the U.S. was moving along satisfactorily, without them having done anything Trump mentioned in his notorious July 25 phone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

When Volker repeatedly declined to agree to Schiff's characterization of events, Schiff said, "Ambassador, you're making this much more complicated than it has to be."

The interview took place Oct. 3 in a secure room in the U.S. Capitol. While the session covered several topics, the issue of an alleged quid pro quo — U.S. military aid in exchange for a Ukrainian investigation of the Bidens and a public announcement that such an investigation was underway — was a significant part of the discussion...........To Read More....

The most solemn duty undertaken by members of Congress is to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. We swear an oath before the beginning of every Congress. My Oath is something I’ve taken seriously throughout a lifetime of public service - from solider, to state representative to congressman. Unfortunately, leftists in Congress are using their sacred oath to the Constitution as justification to flout the primacy of its principles. We see this no more clearly than in the most recent push to impeach the president.

Schiff is getting nervous

House Intelligence Committee chairman Adam Schiff, a California Democrat, stands at the center of the impeachment of the president scam. And as word gets out about his real game and how he got it — through a spying operation aimed at the White House that he directed, he's starting to get weirdly wobbly. Two instances just from the weekend are starting to stand out.

First, in stark contrast to the big hullabaloo he made about hearing from the so-called "whistleblower" in Congress ahead of the planned Trump execution, Schiff suddenly doesn't think the whistleblower is so very, very necessary to testify at his hearings at all:

"We don't need the whistleblower who wasn't on the call to tell us what took place during the call," he claimed..................

Ah, safety. Pay no attention to those sneaky-Pete meetings Schiff's staff held with this so-called whistleblower before his complaint for impeachment was filed; it's convenient to not have his testimony to keep those questions from being asked by curious Republicans. Trump called it right in saying there was a problem there.............. It sounds as though Schiff is in retreat as the walls close in........

My Take -   As I read this I had to chuckle as it reminded me of Alfonso Bedoya in the movie :"The Treasure of Sierra Madre" where he says, Badges?  We ain't got no badges! We don't got no badges! I don't have to show you no stinking badges".  Try this:

Testimony?  We ain't got no testimony!  We don't need no testimony.  I don't need to show you no stinking testimony!

The Whistleblower and the 'Schiff-Biden Dossier'

In a striking parallel to the Trump-Russia "collusion delusion" fueled by the manufactured Steele dossier, we now have what I will dub the "Schiff-Biden dossier," a manufactured tale of Trump corruption involving a tangled web of Deep-State swamp rats seeking to deflect attention from the real collusion and the real corruption.
