2026 Election: Are the Polls Out of Whack?

 Okay, let's start out with fact many pollsters have already concluded the House will go Democrat, with a 93% chance of taking control, and the Senate is a bit of a toss up, including Texas, with the Democrats running Talarico for the Senate.  I doubt that will happen in spite of previous claims he's ahead in the polls.  The man is strange and weird... and that's being kind... as I outline in my Talarico commentaries.  But what if the Democrats had run a candidate that didn't look so strange and weird?  

Texas' demographics has changing dramatically, and is continuing to change.  It has the largest Muslim population in the nation, which will most likely be a 100% Democrat vote. A huge Hispanic population, most of whom seem to vote Democrat, as they've turned most of the major cities over the Democrat party.  Then there's the masses of people from California who are moving there, and based on what these leftists did to Colorado when the moved there, Texas will turn blue soon. 

 The GOP is in a panic and pouring millions into contests that were once considered easy wins.  Even in Ohio where Republicans are running John Husted for the Senate against former senator Sherrod Brown running against him.  As bad as Brown lost his seat to solid conservative Bernie Moreno, he actually has a chance against Husted as there are legitimate corruption issues being thrown up about him and First Energy, along with Governor De Wine who appointed Husted to fill the seat vacated by now Vice President Vance.  

But Moreno wasn't the Republican party's pick.  They supported RINO's just like De Wine, and I would put Husted in that category.  Brown just might win, and if so, there just might be a shakeup in Ohio's Republican leadership.  

Pollster are so often wrong, and they're wrong because they're functionally dishonest, and I've not believed in polls for decades.  However, Frank Luntz doesn't think the Democrats will win, but I've always thought he was as reliable as Karl Rove with his idiotic chalk board predictions, not to mention the patently obvious fact the Republican is functionally dysfunctional, and their ability to snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory is legendary.  

One has to wonder what's wrong with their minds?  So many of them sound like Democrats on the economy.... and of course blaming Trump for inflation.  Yet the economy is something they should be embracing, and running on.

Why aren't the Republicans making the comparisons between Democrat and Republican economic outcomes?  Let's take a look at that great Democrat spending hero, LBJ and his Great Society programs:

We observe that trillions of dollars have been spent on myriad social causes, and yet…

• Poverty and malnutrition still exist
• Reading and writing skills have deteriorated, not improved
• Politicians earning $200K per year can have a net worth of $80 million or more
• Despite a virtually unlimited military budget, we have not won a war since 1945
• Untold thousands of NGOs and consultants have flourished on your tax dollars
• In the face of uncontrolled expenditure, America’s health is not great

SO…use your best inductive reasoning, and ask yourselves what we got for all these federal expenditures—based on your overtaxed dollars. That’s why DOGE’s forced day of reckoning scares so many corrupt insiders.

Why aren't the Republicans constantly highlighting all of this?  Why aren't the Republicans highlighting the corruption and rampant fraud .... massively rampant fraud.... being perpetrated in Democrat controlled states and cities?
