When the non-partisan Commission on Presidential Debates hosted debates, they ran ad-free. Now that the June 27 event will be on CNN, it’s reported there will be commercials. We don’t believe it’s for the revenue (although CNN desperately needs it). We believe it’s so Joey doesn’t have to go 90 minutes without a break.
On the THIRD-PARTY side: Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s campaign filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) against CNN and the Trump and Biden presidential campaigns because he was not invited to the June 27 debate. RFK has more reasons on his side for protesting the first debate, since neither Biden or Trump are officially their party’s nominee.
On the LIBERTARIAN side: The party selected former Georgia Senate candidate Chase Oliver to be their losing presidential candidate. Spurning both Donald Trump and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Libertarians went with the guy who in 2022 forced a runoff between Marxist Democrat Raphael Warnock and Republican Herschel Walker. Warnock won that senatorial election.
Oliver, who is gay, leans so far left he might fall over. He supports wide open borders, trans surgery for children, mask and vaccine mandates, and men playing in female sports. Doesn’t that sound like a winning platform to you?
The Libertarian candidate is often viewed as the “none of the above” choice. This has helped the party to meet state requirements so it can appear on the ballot in many states for the next election cycle. However, with RFK viewed as the 2024 candidate who might get most of the “none of the above” votes, the leftist Oliver could greatly hurt his party.
On the DEMOCRAT side: Joe Biden and his puppeteers wanted the guilty verdict in the New York lawfare trial NOW. They do not care that it would be overturned on appeal because the appeal would come after the presidential election. All Joey wants is to be able to refer to 45 as “convicted felon Donald Trump.” (Should we call Joey “convicted moron Joe Biden?”)
