When Does Religion Lose Constitutional Protection?

Freedom of Religion: interpretations vary from what is clearly stated – that is, one may worship as a respective doctrine states – to the insanely ridiculous, freedom from religion. The fact remains, however, that the individual’s right to pursue the worship of God is affirmed. We recognize that not all individuals choose to worship the God of the Bible, Yahweh, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. We look at the 1st Amendment and consider all religions – Christianity, Judaism, Atheism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Satanism, Taoism, Islam or Pastafarianism – to have this broad protection, a Constitutional protection, if you will. My Take - Islam isn't a religion.  It's a political criminal organization masquerading as a religion, broken up into various gangs (sects) claiming they're the right gang (sect) to follow and anyone who claims to be part of this organization but not part of their particular gang (sect) is a traitor (heretic) and must be killed.  That's what we're protecting.
