Well, it's been another one of those weeks.  Another one of those, "ya just can't make this stuff up" weeks. 

 

However, try as they might, neither side can fully explain the existence of left-wingers. For my part, I can far easier grasp the appeal of turnips and grits than I can the stranglehold that Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Castro, Chavez and Obama, have on leftists. I mean, how is it that anyone can look at the results of communism and socialism and not see them for the nightmares they are and always have been? After all, the evidence is in plain sight. - Burt Prelutsky

 

One well known leftist propagandist from the Pravda media outlet MSNBC, Lawrence O'Donnell,  "announced he's taking a week off" due to what he said was "exhaustion caused by President Donald Trump's administration."  Does that seem a little snowflakish to you?  It's actually understandable.  These leftist apologists have had to do unendingly remarkable mental gymnastics in order to make Biden, his administration, and the Democrat party look rational and sane, while claiming the normals who disagree with them are "weird".    But now they're dealing with a new sheriff in town — and he’s taking no prisoners.  He's striking back, and winning.  

 

Betrayal - "Trump has found them out. He has found their corruption, their greed, their fraud, their hatred, and their betrayal of the American people, and he's going to nail them to the wall."

 

With the alternative media watching everything the left and their media lackey's are saying and confronting them by exposing their half truths and lies, which has resulted in they're viewership being washed down the drain, their mental gymnastics no longer works, leaving them confused, frustrated, and suffering from some serious mental fatigue.  Other than denial, the only recourse for recovery available to them is to start telling the truth, and that's an arrow into their hearts.  Why?  Because then they would have to become conservatives.   

 

Just like Dan Rather, they'll go down the tubes screaming denial, as Old Dan Rather, the "fake but accurate" talking head used to intone, "Questions remain".  As for the Rather/Mapes fake documents scandal, here's what I originally published in 2012: We Need to Get This: The Media Lies....Constantly!  I posted this interview with Mary Mapes saying:

"Ross asked Mapes , "if she believed the story was true. She stated “The story? Absolutely.” the interviewer found it incredible that she found “this story to be up to your standards”. (Editor's Note: This is an important point. RK ) Mapes stated "I’m perfectly willing to believe those documents are forgeries if there’s proof that I haven’t seen."' 

Does this take you aback? It should. Ross asked “"But isn’t it the other way around? Don’t you have to prove they’re authentic?" Mapes responded by saying that “they haven’t been proven false.”  

Ross asked what most of us would consider obvious, “Have they proved to be authentic though? Isn’t that really what journalists do?” Now the quote of the year…….Mapes said; "No, I don’t think that’s the standard."

In short…..the narrative is far more important than the facts. Just like they say in Hollywood; “If it didn’t happen that way, then it should have.” But we know that Hollywood is a fiction factory; that’s their job! We expect the news to be non-fiction. After all; isn't truth supposed to be "their" job?"

If truth isn't their job, then propaganda and lies must be their job, and we're now finding USAID has been funding those lies.  Nothing has changed, except now they're under a microscope, and Dan Rather played a huge role in making that transition happen.  It's taken time, but that's Old Dan's actual legacy.

 

Then there's Joy Reid, a blatant racist that MSNBC allowed to spout insanity for years, who  cried that "I still have value" when they fired this nitwit from her three million dollar a year job, is now apparently ready to burn MSNBC's house down.  It's being claimed she knows "everything" which in her case most likely means nothing, but MSNBC:

 

"knows where all of her bodies are buried too. We've already had one apparently leak about an antisemitic rant."  

 

With all their arrogance and self-righteousness being crushed by truth, it really is fun to watch these leftists start stabbing each other in the back now that things have started to go South. 

 

"Hell hath no fury like a leftist scorned."  

 

And proof of that is how Little Chuckie Schumer stood tall and challenged Trump on the continuing resolution, looking all big and bad, and then had to crawl saying those rotten Republicans made him retract his opposition, and now his troops are attacking him.  Only he didn't say rotten.  Schadenfreude!

 

But never fear, James Carville, that great seer of leftist delusion proclaims the Trump administration is in ‘total meltdown’.   So, if Carville said it...well... then it must be true... Right? 

Trump has made life unbearable for Rosie McDonnell, so she's moving to Ireland, and Louise Penny is boycotting the U.S., what ever that means, over Canadian Tariffs.  Wow!  That's really scary....nah... actually, as my mother used to say, "that falls under the category of who gives a crap", only she didn't say crap.  

 

Well, I want to tell you I'm shocked, shocked I tell you to find there's corruption in the race baiting business. It turns out Black Lives Matter is a scam, “They Bought Mansions".  You know, the group Joy Reid so ardently defended.  Then there's  Stacey Abrams "who really, really, wants 'her' $2 billion from Biden's EPA slush fund", taking a page from Hugo Chavez on the matter of home appliances.   And now we're startled.... startled I tell you..... a Musk-bashing Democrat donor is guilty of a Woke Fraud Scheme.  But the hits just keep on coming.  After wasting $9 billion on 'free' health care for illegals, California's Gov. Gavin Newsom asks for a bailout.    Imagine that. 

Yes, they all know just how terrible it is in America, but what about the Syria Jihadis Slaughter Shia Muslims, Tell Christians ‘You’re Next'.   What about the slaughter of Christians in Syria?   What about the Muslim abduction, rape, and forced conversion of Christian girls? What about the abuses by Muslims in Nigeria, here, here, here, and here.  Then there's the Israeli woman who was gang raped in India.  Why isn't the media aflame with all that?  Black thugs and criminals are killed while committing crimes and it's 24/7 outrage.  Innocent Christians and whites are butchered and we get crickets from the Pravda media.

Crime Prevention Isn't Racism

For forty years I was an exterminator, which means running a route, so I spent a lot of time in my truck.  Radio degenerated, and got really tired of the music, and the talk shows with so many nitwits spouting off about things they clearly didn't understand. 

So I bought some great tapes from old radio shows, and books by Louis L'Amour.  Louis L'Amour loved the Texas Rangers.  One of them he talked about, who before he became a Ranger, was a horse rancher.   

Three men came onto his ranch and stole his horse herd taking off to Mexico with them.   His friends wanted to form a posse and go after them but he said they’d be in Mexico before that, so he took off after them alone.  He rode night and day until he caught up with them.  A shoot out entailed with him killing two of them and arrested the third. 

When he returned with the herd and told what happened, they asked where’s the prisoner?  He said since he’s been riding day and night he was exhausted and falling asleep in the saddle.  The rustler told him when he fell asleep he was going to kill him and take the herd to Mexico.  He realized the truth of that and decided he needed to find a way to secure him for the night so he could finally get some sleep, safely.

So he tied his hands behind him, put him on his horse, threw a rope over a tree branch tied it off and tied the other end around his neck, and went to sleep.  When he woke up in the morning he said wouldn’t you know it, that darned horse walked off and left him in the middle of the night.

Well, that’s not what happened.  He just hung the man.  They knew he hung the man.  And they didn’t care because they were going to hang the man anyway.   

So, what’s the moral of this story.  It’s important to know the difference between right and wrong, and what needs to be done about it.  

On August 31, 2024 Michael Letts posted this article, The politics of police defunding, saying: 

 

The “defund the police” campaign that started over four years ago has done catastrophic damage to our country.  In the wake of said campaign, a number of politicians -- including President Joe Biden -- have pushed for the removal of funds from police forces, diverting them elsewhere in an effort to “teach a lesson,” as it were.

 

Well....  shocker of shockers ..... crime is destroying those cities.  Imagine that, and Oakland, California's Chief of  Police Floyd Mitchell is asking for the public to help them.  

 

The public did help, they paid taxes, authorizing the hiring of tough men with guns to protect society, and gave them the power to enforce the law.   Let's not delude ourselves here.  Most of these cities are run by radical, race hustling, black Democrat politicians catering to the black criminal element claiming they're being arrested because of racism.  

 

If the public want's security, it first needs to dump the halfwits they put in charge, and state clearly these misfits are thugs being arrested for committing crimes, not racism. The problem isn't white racism, it's black culture. 

 

Eight monsters abducted, tortured, raped a young mother and then murdered her, and these monsters even videoed the whole vile event. Her name was Mahogany Jackson.  What did they have in common? They were all black. 

 

There are entirely too many people, black and white, who sympathize and justify what all  these black criminal thugs are doing!  Fortunately there are some prominent blacks who see this for what it is.  Sharika Soal addressed this horror by saying:  Stop Sympathizing With Black Criminals – It Harms Americans.

So, if the citizens fail to take responsible action in cities like San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Portland, New Orleans, Baltimore, and all the other major cities in America the Democrats have destroyed, most of which are run by blacks, then...... schadenfreude.   Oh, yeah, I forgot, Chicago with some of the strictest gun laws in the country. Double schadenfreude!

Here are the issues Joe Biden and his band of misfits will be running on in 2024, Bidenomics, which is a disaster, the legalization of mind altering drugs, the murder of the innocent unborn calling it health care, destroying American industry and calling it saving the planet, promoting ever transsexual agenda there is, all of which will require a total abandonment of reason, logic, truth, facts, history, real science, and reality.  

No problem, just as long as the Republicans fail to stop all the voter fraud that's going on, that's all Joe will need.  It was all he needed in 2020, and that's all the Democrats will need in 2024. Even in Ohio, where it wasn't believed voter fraud was as big a deal as it is in the rest of the country, we Ohioans are now shocked to find....that's not entirely accurate.

It turns out it's been discovered by civilian volunteers there are massive irregularities in Ohio's voter database, stuff that elected and hired state officials should have known about and fixed.  Why didn't they?

Violence in America

Violence in America is frightening.  Racial violence is pandemic.  Black culture in America is now a criminal culture, and it's not just against whites, Asians, and Hispanic.  Black thugs are non discriminating.  They hate everyone.

A hung jury? Ya just gotta be kidden me!   How in the world could there possibly be a hung jury? The video blatantly demonstrates this man was guilty as sin?  I can't prove it but I'm willing to bet there were blacks on that jury who would have acquitted him if he'd publicly murdered a dozen people and filmed it.  And that's been the trend for decades.  Black leadership, prominent black movements, and the media not only excuse that kind of behavior, they lie about the events, and then they applaud it, and they benefit from it.

A man in New Orleans was almost beaten to death because he accidentally stepped on a black kid's shoe.  Lesson?  Don't step on a black kid's shoes, but if that's the lesson, one has to wonder how can you line in and/or revive any major city if the inhabitants live in a culture that’s undisciplined, irresponsible, refuse to be educated, and violent? One in which an unacceptable percentage of the inhabitants of the city think that’s just fine and dandy.

I don't think that's possible because they've abandoned all the Judaic/Christian values that make a society stable.  If there is no stable moral foundation for a society, there is no stability, then society becomes a mob.

 

It appears the victim is now finally able to breath on her own, but her head injuries were severe, and I'm betting she will suffer from this beating for the rest of her life, and now, "here's the rest of the story".   The suspect who smashed Kaylee Gain’s head into the pavement claims she’s the victim.  If you watch that video you can only conclude one thing.  No one picked on this girl.....ever.  She looks like she could beat up the guys.

Here’s what ‘white rage’ in the heartland really looks like - And what MSNBC partisans are getting woefully wrong........MSNBC won’t report on what local Republicans are doing, because it would bore the audience to death.............You want to know what rural Illinois Republicans want? They send people to a Democrat-supermajority Legislature and hope for some scraps for their districts. Maybe get some of the worst potholes filled, or signage for school zones. They don’t expect much, except more tax increases. There’s no rage. There’s definitely lots of disgust, but no rage. The folks in flyover land don’t really have much time for such. In Cleveland 100 year ago you couldn't get a job in the factories if you were a Jew or an Italian, yet they're both successful parts of the American culture today because of family commitment, education, and hard work.  Those are the choices black culture in America has eschewed, and that failure of responsibility belongs to black America, and black America alone.

Stop the blame game, marry the women they're impregnating, raise those children in a nuclear family, get a job, go to work everyday, don't steal from the employer, do the work without five hundred pounds of attitude, educate their children and raise them with those same values.

Problem solved.   Does anyone think that's going to happen any time soon?  Black Americans have been told by Democrats that they are completely unaccountable no matter what they do and are actively backing up that narrative officially. In addition it is insisted now that everyone else put up with this to make up for past racism....or something. This is unsustainable.

Violence by blacks against white people is so prevalent because we reward them for it. It is that simple. When you reward someone (or a group) for a behavior - you will get more of it. When you punish someone (or a group) for a behavior - you will get less of it. This is really not rocket science.

Yet what do we see?  The promotion of blatant insanity from academia is unending, all of which is a stench in the nostrils of sane people. 

'Woke' Insanity Continues: University Professor Says Traditional Marriage Promotes 'White Supremacy'  - The following story illustrates the reality of the insane world of the woke in today's America and our desensitized reaction to it. Let's be frank: The radical woke are hellbent on destroying every moral tradition in this country, including traditional marriage.    Kamala Harris says there will be consequences!!!! Really?  Okay, it looks like we have a new red line.  Right?  So then, where are those red lines?  Oh yeah, there they are, the ones left over from the Obama administration.  Oh, yeah, that was really great press.  It didn't accomplish much, but hey, this time its different.  Kamala said it, and Kamala has studied the maps!   Ya know, like she studied that maps of the America/Mexico border maps. Well, if that's the case, Israel has nothing to worry about, it's not a real "red line"......it's just another "red herring".   But she did say it with a lot of conviction. 

Everyone is so worried about Israel killing "innocent" Gazans, calling it "genocide".  but no one is interested in the worldwide violence Muslims perpetrate against Christians, Buddhists, Hindus, and even other Muslims.

Hundreds of thousands of Muslims have been murdered by Muslims in Syria, Yemen, and Iraq. In all these countries, the humanitarian situation was orders of magnitude worse than in Gaza, but the worldwide protests against these crimes were orders of magnitude weaker than the powerful anti-Israeli demonstrations and accusations of Israeli genocide of Muslims in Gaza.

These Gazans aren't soldiers. They are terrorists, terrorists, terrorists. Did I say terrorists?  Yep, terrorists, that's called repetition for emphasis,  to remind everyone Hamas was declared a terrorist organization by the United States in 1997. 

All of which Kamala, Hollywood, the media, and the leftists screaming about Israels "murder" of "innocent civilians" seems to ignore.  Not a thing to say about the fact these terrorists are using these "innocent" Gazans, including women and children, as human shields to prevent Israel from attacking them.  

All  outrageous propaganda claiming Israel is putting civilians at risk, with death toll numbers that are highly inflated.  Genocide is what China did to the Chinese, what the Nazis did to the Jews and Eastern Europeans, what Castro did to Cubans, what Turkey did to Armenians, what Pol Pot did to Cambodians, and those numbers were in the millions, and it was deliberately planned and done.  War casualties are accidentals, not genocide. 

It's great propaganda, but the fact is, there are no innocent civilians in Gaza.  They're all Hamas supporters who danced in the streets watching the videos of the atrocities these monsters perpetrated against actual innocent civilians in Israel, especially women and children.  

These terrorists who are so convened about the women and children in their society happily use them as suicide bombers, even as young as seven years old.  Perhaps Kamala and the rest of these Muslim supporting nitwits should read a history book on occasion.  Lot of good it would do though since ideology makes smart people stupid, and leftist ideology makes stupid people like Kamala look even dumber.  

The Republican party is a mess.  

It has no shared vision or goals.  The leadership in every state is filled with RINO's who are lying to their base, just like DeWine in Ohio and their choice for the Senate, Matt Dolan, whose vision is far more in line with Democrat Sherrod Brown than with Donald Trump.  Fortunately Bernie Moreno, an America First conservative won. 

 First off, I have no idea why any Republican willing goes on CNN to be interviewed, but GOP Representative Chip Roy did stating his opinions on how and why the Republicans are a mess, and how they need to get their act together.  

 

Well, while I think that sounds really nice, but, given the reality of the Republican party, it's really stupid.  

 

How does a party get it's act together when one side wants to continue going along to get along, spending and borrowing as if there's no penalty for such insanity, and is willing to scheme to destroy the Republican majority in the House?  Somehow I find that to be a bit....just a bit... insurmountable.

 

How is a party to find common goals when it has members like Alaska Senator Murkowsli who is so outraged that Trump is the Republican nominee and says she won't vote for him, and is telling that to the world.  The difference between Murkowski, Romney, John Kasich, Liz Chaney, and so many of these others in the Republican party and the Democrats is...... wellllllll ...... let me think about this...... hmmmmm ........I guess there is none.   Imagine that.

 

So how exactly does Ole Chip plan to get them together?  Oh, wait, I know, I know, every one of these moderates and lefty Republican traitors will resign, and hope for a massive red surge of actual conservatives in November.  Otherwise, it's all a bunch of clabber.

‘Woke Riots’ And How Democrats Created Them

How many stories have you seen about a group of “teens” wilding their way through a city, looting stores and beating holy hell out of anyone they come across? The word “teens” is used repeatedly, as though there are no other characteristics beyond age that these amoral mobs share. By doing so, the media and politicians are protecting themselves and harming citizens. It’s time to stop pretending and honestly discuss the destructive nature of the Democratic Party.

Find the story and you’ll see the euphemisms – “Chicago, Suburbs Prepare for Potential ‘Teen Takeover’” or “Street takeovers, looting plague Compton businesses” are just two examples where reality is deliberately obscured by the media because these events are of the left’s making.

First, there is no such thing as a “street takeover,” they’re riots. When people loot stores, they’re looting stores in the course of a riot. When they beat the snot out of people who just so happen to be in front of them when the riotous urge hits them, that is evil. Just like a man in a dress, calling it something it clearly isn’t does not make it into that thing.

Second, we have to be honest about who is committing these heinous acts; it’s the only way to address the causes behind them to prevent them from happening in the future. This is where Democrats refuse to go, because they are the cause and doing what is necessary to prevent them in the future will hurt them politically. ..............To Read More....

Obama, Trayvon, and Race in America

The rhetoric and uproar over the beating death of Trye Nichols by five Black police officers in Memphis, Tennessee, demonstrates how badly the “conversation” over race has deteriorated.  One would think that a crime involving Blacks killing another Black would lack a racial angle to exploit.  Alas, in today’s race-obsessed universe that is never the case.  Unable to help themselves, our nation’s top racialists, beginning with President Joe Biden, weighed in on the controversy hurling the standard epithets of “systemic racism” and “White supremacy.”  The media, and others, were happy to join in.  

With the Brown v. Black Lives Matter: Black Supremacists

On July 14, Minneapolis police shot and killed twenty-year-old Tekle Sundberg after a six-hour standoff that included multiple shots by the "victim" being fired into the apartment of a young woman and her two small children.  This was because Tekle Sundberg was trying to kill her.  Yet according to attorney Ben Crump, Tekle was a "smart, loving, and artistic" young man "experiencing a mental health crisis."  The photo accompanying Crump's call to action showed Tekle wearing white, the color of innocence, while smiling for the camera.  However, a second photo in the Twitter feed displayed another side of Tekle's character as he held two pistols and a bag of contraband while playfully posing for the camera.............Black Lives Matter: Black Supremacists -

I hadn't posted much about the Trayvon Martin/Zimmerman case, and all the surrounding noise being made by the race baiters, leftists and a president who is a disgrace, because it was covered intensely by. just about everyone.  

Then we had a president who takes a 100 million dollar vacation to Africa, at tax payers expense, with his family to try and take focus off of himself and all the scandals in his administration.  He then comes home and declares the Zimmerman verdict an indictment of white America; telling everyone how hard it was to be an un-trusted black man in America in his youth, inciting more racial animus.

Poor baby, he wasn't trusted - then he became president - as a result his actions demonstrate the quality of his character, and that character demonstrates he shouldn’t have been trusted.   

 The media and the left is always bloated with self righteous moral outrage when a black criminal thug is fighting with the police and gets killed.  Worse yet, we see them calling some of these black thugs and criminals “children”.  That has gotten under my skin.

Now all of a sudden Trayvon was a “child”!  Legally he was a minor, that's true, but he wasn’t a child, except to idiots, race baiters, leftists and celebrities like Richard Dreyfus who declared:

 "It’s 2013 and an American jury just acquitted a man who admitted to stalking and killing an unarmed child". 

Martin was a strapping six footer, and he was aggressive.  Did Zimmerman shoot him before Martin attacked him?  No!  Also, Zimmerman didn’t stalk him, he followed him.   If he was such a “child”, we have to wonder what would possess a “child” to attack an adult?   Would you turn around and attack someone who was following you, or would you call the police?  He wasn’t concerned about attacking Zimmerman because Trayvon wasn’t a “child”.  He was bigger than Zimmerman and so he was comfortable in attacking a smaller man.  

Nor was Martin the innocent as he was portrayed by a corrupt disgraceful media, and as far as I can tell, the question as to what he was doing in that neighborhood in the first place has never been answered.  Admittedly we have to right to go where we please in America, but Americans have the right to know why you're in their neighborhood, and what you're doing there.

Along with Dreyfus, another new member of the Club For the Galacticly Stupid, John Cusak, says:

"unarmed teenagers have a right to public space – without owning armed citizens any explanation as to their equal right to the sidewalk — "

Admittedly, we have the right to go where we please, but there are neighborhoods in Cleveland where my presence would be questioned if I was just wandering around, and rightly so.   The Constitution isn’t a suicide pact.  People in a neighborhood have every right to know what strangers are doing around their homes.  People go places because they have a purpose.  What was Trayvon's  purpose in being there?  Furthermore, if it was all innocent why didn’t he just call the police if he was concerned? 

So how does the rest of the Club For the Galacticly Stupid react?  Russell Simmons, music producer said:

"This is not only” about race. This is about laws that allow racist acts to go unpunished. We must change laws that promote injustice”.   

These brilliant thoughts must be his belated views about the O.J. trial. 

Rapper Talib Kweli intones:

 "The way this Zimmerman case divides us shows how far we still have to go as a country."   

I wonder if he was reflecting back to the L.A. riots when a young black crowd - who was filmed - pulling a white truck driver out of his truck, threw him to the ground, and then bashed his head with a heavy object.  All of whom were found innocent.  That must have been what he was thinking of. 

Right?

And then we have that great mental giant, Miley Cyrus, who declares:

No justice; no peace.  

Wow!  Were we to assume that Miley was going to riot?  Well Miley didn't have to worry, that was  already being taken care of.  And the list for all the new members for the Club For the Galacticly Stupid can be found here, along with pictures of rioting and insane behavior promoted by race hustlers.  

(Update: Let's add John McCain to that list. He's was an everlasting disgrace.  That's his legacy!)

In East Cleveland, Ohio, Anthony Sowell, a black man wandering around a black community was raping and murdering young black women. 

"Sowell was charged with eleven counts of aggravated murder and 74 counts of rape, kidnapping, tampering with evidence, and abuse of a corpse. He pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity but later changed his plea to simply "not guilty."  On July 22, 2011, he was convicted on all but two counts, including the murders of the eleven women whose bodies were found in his house in 2009.

Didn't people in that community have the right to know who he was and what he was doing there?  

But here's the story you most likely never heard about, and most definitely did not hear one word from any of these disgraceful people about that thirteen month old white child, a real child, who was deliberately murdered by two black “children”, at least by the left’s current definition of "children". 

How old were these black “children” who attempted to rob a poor woman and then murder her 13 month old child? 

The oldest of these two murderous "children" was identified as De'Marquise Elkins, 17, and  the other “child”was Dominique Lang 14 at the time.  Both of these "children" were charged with first degree murder and tried as adults.  

And this try and get this right.  This "child", De'Marquise Elkins, was nothing but a cold and brutal thug.  Just ten days before he murdered this 13 month old child, "he attempted to rob a pastor named Wilfredo Calix-Flores on March 11, 2013, at the pastor's church in Brunswick. Elkins and two accomplices pointed a pistol at Calix-Flores and demanded his cell phone and money. Because the pastor did not have anything to give them, they shot him." 

That's who the left, race baiters and the Hollywood trash was calling a "child".

Here's the story, and it's a story that needs telling regularly, which I've done for the last eight years.  This was just about as cold as it can get.

The mother reported:

"A boy approached me and told me he wanted my money, and I told him I didn't have any money. "And he said, 'Give me your money or I'm going to kill you and I'm going to shoot your baby and kill your baby,' and I said, 'I don't have any money,' and 'Don't kill my baby.'"

When he tried to take her purse he shot her twice; once, grazing her in the head and then in the leg, “then, all of a sudden, he walked over and he shot my baby in the face." 

He shot a 13 month old baby in the face because a poor white woman had no money he could steal. 

“This child did nothing to him. He was innocent and helpless”.  

Now that’s cold blooded murder, and not one of these race hustlers or celebrity idiots has said a thing!

Everyone knows the names of Trayvon Martin, George Floyd and Michael Brown, all of whom were thugs and criminals.  But no one knows the name of that poor 13 month old child. 

 Do you doubt that? 

Then tell me without looking it up: What was this poor child’s name?

 

 "His first word was never heard. His first sentence was never said, he never got to sleep in a toddler bed."

As a follow up:  Did De'Marquise Elkins feel regret for what he's done?  No!  He actually taunted police over their lack of evidence.  

 ‘Y’all ain’t got - - on me. Y’all ain’t got no gun. Y’all ain’t got no fingerprints. All y’all got is a - - acquittal,". 

But they had the gun, which family members tried to hide and were sentenced to prison for concealing evidence.   Both of these "children" were sentenced to prison.  Elkins got life without parole.  Later his defenders tried to put the blame on Antonio Santiago's mother demanding they both be released. 

 

Understanding How 'Critical Events' Lead to People Getting Killed by Police

Most people would consider the death of George Floyd or Daunte Wright to be a critical incident. They would make that rash assumption because they are "critical" to our political environment. Many pundits and businesses are piling on because the same faulty assumption is applied to voter integrity laws passed in Georgia and under consideration in other states. No one should be rash enough to discount the importance of these events. 

But the term "critical incident" refers to a completely different concept — one that can inform how we address and prevent such public events. The process of "critical incident analysis" is a method of examining a series of events to identify where a single critical intervention or altered critical choice would have brought the whole "chain of events" to a different conclusion. Daunte Wright's death cries out for such an analysis. First, let us consider what the Chief of Police in Brooklyn Center said...............

Daunte Wright was stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop, he exited the car, apparently following police commands. They attempted to arrest him for violating his bail conditions on a charge of attempted first-degree robbery with deadly force. His bail violation involved firearm possession, so the police were properly on high alert. When Wright resisted arrest and tried to flee, the officer appears to have intended to tase him but shot him instead. He died in short order............

 We should not find fault in the choice to attempt to stop Wright's flight. After all, he violated the conditions of his bail and was known to be armed and dangerous. Public safety requires that such persons be removed from the street. But we do find that every step listed above was a "critical incident." The proximate cause of Wright's death was the shot fired by the officer. But that was a direct result of his attempt to flee as part of resisting arrest. Had he not resisted arrest, we would never know about this young criminal. Hennepin County would be dealing with him in a peaceful manner. Ditto for each of the other four listed steps. 

Daunte Wright had full control over every one of those five steps. Had he not attempted to flee, he would not have been shot. Had he not resisted arrest, he would not have attempted to flee. And so on. Each one of those steps was a willful choice by Daunte Wright that directly led to the police response that took his life. Club For the Galacticly Stupid: College to Award Trayvon Martin a Posthumous Degree in Aeronautical Science

A historically black college plans to award Trayvon Martin a posthumous degree later in May, the school announced Wednesday.   Florida Memorial University will present a bachelors of aeronautical science May 13 to Martin’s parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin.  Trayvon Martin died in 2012 after neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman shot him during an altercation.   The award serves to honor Martin’s memory and pay homage to the work his parents do for social justice, the school said.

“The University will confer upon TRAYVON MARTIN a posthumous degree in Aeronautical Science with a concentration in Flight Education, in honor of the steps he took during his young life toward becoming a pilot,” the school’s statement read.  Martin wanted to become a pilot or learn how to fly planes, the Tampa Bay Times reported earlier.............To Read More....

My Take -  Exactly what steps did Trayvon do to become a pilot?  I wasn't aware being a thug was part of the curriculum of becoming an aeronautical engineer or a pilot.  Just when you thought academia couldn't possibly sink any lower on the intelligence, common sense or integrity scale.    I hereby nominate the board of regents and administration of Florida Memorial University for full membership in the Club For the Galacticly Stupid.

I haven’t posted much about the Zimmerman trial and all the surrounding noise being made by the race baiters, leftists and a president who is a disgrace.  A president who takes a 100 million dollar vacation to Africa with his family to try and take focus off of himself and all the scandals in his administration.  He then comes home and declares the Zimmerman verdict an indictment of white America; telling everyone how hard it was to be an un-trusted black man in America in his youth.   Poor baby - he then became president and now we know why he shouldn’t have been trusted.  I haven’t posted much because I didn’t need to.  However, this “child” scenario the left is painting has gotten under my skin.

Black America's Real Problem Isn't White Racism

Media distortion bears fruit as Harvard academic laps it up without checking

The following paragraph was written by Nancy Gertner, a retired US District Court judge, and a professor at Harvard Law School:

"Nothing prevents the Sanford police from critically evaluating Zimmerman’s account, as police do in so many situations, and concluding that it was contradicted by the girlfriend’s account, by 911 tapes of other bystanders shortly before the killing, that it makes no sense for Martin to start a fight since Zimmerman obviously had a gun in a holster, was substantially larger than Martin, since the encounter took place close to where Martin was staying and he was moments away from safety."

She's accepted uncritically the relevance of all those pretty media pictures showing Martin when he was about 12 years old. She really thinks that Zimmerman was the tall one -- when in fact Martin was 6" taller than Zimmerman.

What a clown she is! If that's what passes for proper judicial scrutiny at Harvard, we are all in big trouble. Anybody who appeared before when she was a judge and lost his case should take a screenshot of her original article above and use it to petition for a re-opening of his case.

I've got a question for the learned lady. What would she feel if she found the guy in the photo below looking down on her on a dark night?  Because that's a picture of the 17 year old 6'3" Trayvon Martin that Zimmerman encountered. And don't forget that it is she, not I who said that height is important.

The first time I saw the media pictures of Martin and then read his age I smelt a rat. Blind Freddy would know that a normal black male would be at or near full physical maturity at age 17 -- as Martin indeed was -- so why were they showing pictures of what looked like a 12-year-old kid? Easy answer: The whole thing is a media beatup designed to sell newspapers. And people lacking in critical thinking ability -- such as Harvard faculty -- fell for it hook line and sinker.

And if you think it's not a beatup consider the two cases below for contrast:

Shawn Tyson (above) was sentenced this week for murdering two white British tourists in Florida. No rallies against violence and no charges of racism. Tyson even referred to his victims as "crackers" so it was a clear hate crime.

Terry Moore, 32, was beaten this week by a mob of black males. Again, no rallies against racism; no public outpouring of support for the victim. Such black-on-White violence is the norm and only rarely makes it to anything but local headlines.
