California GOP: In 2025, we need new leadership, Elect Mike Morrell as CAGOP Chairman!
California leadership must be Trump supporters who want to Make California Great Again. In the 2025 race for chair of the Republican Party of California (CAGOP), there is only one candidate who can lead state Republicans in these MAGA times: Mike Morrell!
This is from Steve Frank, editor of California Political News & Views, the leading site for California politics. It was posted on March 3:
Does it really matter if someone went to a (Republican) party in D.C. or a convention, if they do not support President Trump on policy?
- At the Fall, 2023 California Republican Party convention a motion was made to amend the agenda, to allow a vote to endorse President Trump. Those supporting President Trump stood up. Corrin Rankin sat down. When action was required, she refused to support President Trump. But she did attend the RNC convention.
- Trump opposes DEI. Rankin supports DEI.
- Trump opposes abortion. Rankin supports abortion.
- Trump opposes CRT/Affirmative Action. In 2020, Rankin campaigned to support Affirmative Action. She congratulated Assemblyman Tom Lackey, publicly, for not supporting a bill opposing Affirmative Action.
As CRP Chair, she would be the chief spokesperson for the GOP in California. As such, she will be going on record opposing President Trump. You can be assured here in California and nationally, the Democrats will use the words and actions of Corrin Rankin to show the GOP is “divided”. Want unity in the CRP? You do not get it by opposing the key positions of President Trump, the GOP in the House and Senate.
(I have written about this several times. It should noted that NOT ONCE has Corrin Rankin said I misrepresented her views or positions)
The CAGOP needs new leadership in these dynamic MAGA times. Let’s elect Mike Morrell chairman at the state’s March convention.

Events From Around the Globe:
Canada: If you travel to Canada and visit a coffee shop to order an Americano drink (expresso and hot water), you might find the drink’s name replaced with “Canadiano.” That’s how they are standing up for their country, which is fine with us. How about replacing Marxist Prime Minister Justin Trudeau with a conservative? If you do, then call the drink whatever you want!
European Union: Ignore what the European Union says about its support for Ukraine. According to the organization Energy and Clean Air, the European Union has sent MORE money to Russia via payment for petroleum products than they have provided aid to Ukraine. The European Union trades with Russia and imports Russian oil, coal and gas. Putin is laughing all the way to the bank! Libya: On February 5, President Trump announced that the United States would take over the rebuilding of Gaza, but the people had to first move out so the work could begin. For weeks, not one of the 49 nations with a Muslim majority offered to take any Gazans. (Of course, we know why.) Now Libya’s Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Muhammad Al-Dubiba said his government will take 100,000 to 200,000 Gaza refugees. Writing in the Gatestone Institute “Why Arabs Don’t Want to Receive Palestinian Ex-Prisoners,” Khaled Abu Toameh closes with:
