Maryland Democrats propose eliminating a murder felony for anyone under the age of 25

They’re prominent examples of a longstanding and ongoing war to subjugate the Black community, and (un)coincidentally, the oppressors fall entirely in one political camp — the Democrat party............ 

So why are Democrats sponsoring legislation that would preclude charging those under 25 with first-degree murder so long as a victim died during the alleged commission of a rape or other violent act? Well, duh! Racism and White privilege of course!..............Blacks in Maryland do face arrest for murder at a disproportionately high rate, because they commit a disproportionate amount of the murders. But there’s also another “disproportionate” and far more important figure to consider: the victims of these crimes are overwhelmingly Black themselves. (The favored ‘protect the abuser’ routine of the Democrats is rather tired, isn’t it?)

Let’s take a look at rape and carjacking, two of the crimes that would prohibit a first-degree murder charge thanks to the bill in question…..............Baltimore seems to be a decent barometer, as it is the most populous city in Maryland; in an official report put out by the Baltimore Police, data showed the victims of rape were largely Black (a rounded 66%). For context, there were 180 cases of reported rape where the victim was Black, while the next closest skin color demographic was the White community, with 78 cases of reported rape; ergo, a Black person in Baltimore is more than twice as likely to be raped as a White person...............To Read More.....

Marc Morial Is Still Afraid To Face Me

The National Urban League is reputed to be the largest historic civil rights organization in the United States.  Earlier this month Marc Morial, the president and chief executive officer of the organization was interviewed per the Urban League’s annual report on the State of Black America.

Not surprising, as has been the case since the very first report, it was predictably grim.  And why would we expect anything different for so-called black people?  In the game of prostituting melanin content, there’s no monetary gain to be had if said report gave positive gains.  Photo ID for the liquor store, bank account or government handouts are okay, but photo ID to vote is racist.

I have less than no respect for Morial.  He is a coward, a pernicious liar and demonic extortionist trading on moral opprobriousness, hatred of modernity, low expectations and massively poor decision-making.

Morial is a coward because, he along with Al Sharpton and former D.C. congressional delegate Walter Fauntroy was terrified to debate me at The National Press Club over their allegations that the Tea Party was comparable to the Ku Klux Klan (KKK).  Numerous attempts were made by certified return receipt mail; phone messages, on-air radio and television talk programming.  The entire debate was to be hosted at my expense, complete with major media coverage.  (Note: I am no longer affiliated with Project 21)

Morial and his pink-panty brigade are only brave when they can loud talk and bully sissified Republicans afraid to fight back.  But a bareknuckle brawler like myself, who is superior to them intellectually, armed with facts and common sense, who is not only capable, but more than willing to humiliate them in the public forum makes Morial and company run like scalded dogs.

Morial is a liar because his report ignores personal responsibility and personal accountability in favor of misplaced blame.  His report ignores the fact that in 1964 at the time of the signing of the Civil Rights Act, 87 percent of Negro families were married two-parent households and 40 percent of same were small business owners.  His report fails to mention the success these families enjoyed during the President Trump presidency.  Morial conveniently ignored those years altogether, which further points to his dishonesty.

Morial fails to mention that the crayon colored family has plummeted to unparalleled depths since government handouts, crayon color affirmative action and the failures of Lyndon Johnson’s great society initiatives.

Morial’s report conveniently ignores:

• There were 593,598 black/White interracial violent crimes. Blacks committed 537,204 (90%) and Whites committed 56,394 (less than 10%).[Homicide excluded]
• Blacks (12% of population) commit 53% of all homicide.
• Blacks murder blacks in 94% of the cases. The other 6% was due to non-blacks (not just Whites).
• Blacks (12%) commit about 60% of robberies.
• Blacks (12%) are responsible for 93% of all riots.
• Black women (6% of population) are responsible for more than 30% of abortions.
• In 2020, Chicago, blacks committed 80% of gun-violence and 71% in New York City, even though blacks are just 24% of both city’s population.
• The data reveals a black New Yorker is more than six times more likely to commit a hate crime against an Asian than a White New Yorker.
• In 2020, blacks were 50% of all suspects in anti-Asian attacks in New York City, even though blacks are only 24% of the city’s population.
• Whites were only 10% of all suspects but account for 32% of the city’s population. If black Hispanics are included in the black category, blacks account for 60% of all anti-Asian attacks in 2020.
• Over the last decade, black males (6% of population) made up 40% of all cop killers.
• Facts reveal that a police officer is 18 times, and up to 30 times, more likely to be killed by a black male than an unarmed black male is likely to be killed by a police officer.
• 12% of all whites and Hispanics who die of homicide are killed by police officers. 4% of all black homicide victims are killed by police officers. It makes more sense to have a White and Hispanic Lives Matter organization.

The political trifecta of Fabianism, Marxism and neo-Leninism, rules the Democrat Party’s so-called crayon colored people.  They’ve done a masterful job of subjugating and emotionally imprisoning this segment of America.

Maybe Morial should do a report that explains why it’s only the demographic he and his kind represent who burn down their neighborhoods.  Maybe instead of blaming America, Morial would do well to realize single woman having multiple out of wedlock babies working minimum wage jobs or living on welfare is not an economic formula for home ownership.

Morial and others of his kind might do well to teach those supposedly languishing under “the onerous hand of the man” how he and his kind have accrued fortunes?  How have they become owners of multiple million-dollar properties?  Maybe the Black Lives Matters (BLM) cabal can instruct the people Morial claims are so disadvantaged how to buy $6 million homes instead of renting an apartment or living in Section 8 housing.

A Platform of Urban Decline

Democratic presidential candidates believe America is racist, yet they ignore the evidence on crime and ensure that racial disparities persist.

Democratic accusations that America is endemically racist are becoming ever more frequent and strident. At the last presidential debate, Pete Buttigieg announced that “systemic racism” will “be with us” regardless of who wins the presidency; Beto O’Rourke claimed that racism in America is “foundational” and that people of color were under “mortal threat” from the “white supremacist in the White House”; Julián Castro denounced the growing threat of “white supremacy”; and Cory Booker called for “attacking systemic racism,” especially in the “racially biased” criminal-justice system......

 

Bureau of Justice Statistics released its 2018 survey of criminal victimization. According to the study, there were 593,598 interracial violent victimizations (excluding homicide) between blacks and whites last year, including white-on-black and black-on-white attacks. Blacks committed 537,204 of those interracial felonies, or 90 percent, and whites committed 56,394 of them, or less than 10 percent............Blacks are also overrepresented among perpetrators of hate crimes—by 50 percent—according to the most recent Justice Department data from 2017; whites are underrepresented by 24 percent. The Color of Crime in Missouri

Missouri represents the American past, largely untouched by Hispanic mass immigration. It is 83 percent white, less than 12 percent black, and less than 5 percent Hispanic. Republicans dominate the state legislature. The governor and both senators are Republicans, and the state has strong Second Amendment protections.

The state is an interesting laboratory for black/white differences in crime rates. Interestingly, Missouri is the most dangerous place to be black. The homicide victimization rate for blacks is 46.24 per 100,000, which is twice the national rate for blacks and 17 times the national rate for whites.

Who’s doing the killing?

According to the Missouri Uniform Crime Report (MUCR), 408 suspects were arrested for murder and nonnegligent manslaughter in 2018. Two hundred eighty, or almost 69 percent, were black. One hundred twenty-six, or just under 31 percent, were white, despite the 83 percent white population.
This means blacks were 15.5 times more likely than whites to be arrested for murder—and in this case, Hispanics are lumped in with “whites,” so the black/white difference is probably even greater.
It would be hard to argue that arrests of blacks reflect some kind of “police bias.” Murder is the crime all police departments take most seriously. The idea that the authorities are rounding up innocent blacks or deliberately letting off white killers is ridiculous.

There are many homicides in St. Louis, which had an estimated 135,150 non-Hispanic whites (about 42.9 percent) and 149,895 blacks (about 47.6 percent), with much smaller numbers of Hispanics, Asians, and mixed-race people.

Who’s doing the killing?

The city’s police department reports that in 2013, 2014, and 2015, over 95 percent of homicide suspects were black. The 2018 report listed 187 homicides, and over 83 percent—or 156—of the victims, were black. Twenty-six were white with one Hispanic and one “other.”

The latest report lists just 79 suspects, of whom 70 are black. Many killings have no suspect, which reflects the city’s low homicide clearance rate. Not even 40 percent of killings result in an arrest........To Read More....

The Racial Crime Double Standard That Refuses to Go Away

A few weeks ago in Britain, we had to endure the first ever ‘Stephen Lawrence Day’, which commemorates the murder of the black man who was murdered by a gang of whites in 1993. The crime has become somewhat of a meme in my country, which the political establishment has used to push anti-white narratives onto the native white British population.

The fact that Stephen was a well-known school bully and drug dealer is of course not allowed to be mentioned in the media, nor is the fact that his mother gained a peerage in the Houses of Parliament despite having no qualification for public office.

Repeated inquiries into his death and into alleged institutionalized racism in the police have been in and out of the TV news schedules for two decades now, and the newspapers have responded to these reports by tripping over themselves to prove how not racist they are. The entire Stephen Lawrence saga has been absolutely baffling, especially when considering the reality of what is actually going on in Britain right now. The actual scandal in my country is the plague of non-white crime which is steadily turning our cities into no-go areas. There is no special day for the victims of these crimes because the victims are white.

Consider the Asian grooming gang scandals for example, where thousands of white girls were raped, tortured and pimped out right across the country. The figures are simply staggering, and I have listed (some!) of the towns and the estimated number of victims below:

• Rotherham: 1500 girls        
• Oxford: 300 girls
• Telford: 1000 girls              
•  Rochdale: 350 girls
• Newcastle: 250 girls

Was there a national day for these victims? Of course not — they were white — and the complete opposite happened. Not only did the mainstream media cover up the abuse for over a decade, but the police actually arrested a father of one of the victims when he tried to rescue his own daughter...........To Read More....

The Virginia Blackface Follies

The "blackface scandal" proved beneficial for two things. It displaced the frenzy over Democratic Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam's support for a law lifting many restrictions on late-term abortion. It also took away headlines and news print space from the commonwealth's Democratic lieutenant governor, who faces two sexual assault allegations.

But the blackface controversy has legs.

Northam's 1984 medical school yearbook page depicted a photograph of someone in blackface and someone in a KKK outfit, both apparently holding cans of beer. At first, Northam apologized for the pictures, arguing that they do not accurately reflect his character. The next day he said that, upon review, he is neither the person posing in blackface nor the one in the KKK outfit. Nor did he know how the photos ended up on his yearbook page. He admits that he once learned the moonwalk and applied black shoe polish to his cheeks to appear as Michael Jackson for a dance contest. When a reporter asked Northam if he could still do the moonwalk, Northam's wife stepped in, calling the request "inappropriate." Maybe she had seen him do it and was not impressed.......

Nearly 70 percent of black kids are born to unwed mothers. The dropout rate in some urban high schools approaches 50 percent. Of those who do graduate, many cannot read or do math at a 12th-grade level.

 

The No. 1 cause of preventable death for young white men is accidents, such as car accidents. The No. 1 cause of preventable death for young black men is homicide, almost always committed by other young black men. In Chicago, a city approximately one-third white, one-third black and one-third Hispanic, blacks accounted for nearly 80 percent of homicide victims in 2018, and most of these cases remain unsolved. According to a 2017 report by the Centers for Disease Control, a black child is almost 10 times more likely to be a victim of a gun-related homicide than a white child.

SPLC Exposes Epidemic of Nonexistent White-on-Black Violence

Much to the relief of news directors everywhere, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) released this week its long-awaited report about the Biggest Lie that the baddest people believe: The myth of black on white crime. The real problem is white on black violence, says the SPLC in its new fairy tale called “Hate: The Biggest Lie.” And this white on black crime has been going on for a long time, doing a lot of damage, including from killers like Dylan Roof.............Cops at the Second City Blog site don’t have problem saying what they see on the streets -- but never in Chicago’s legacy media: Black crime is out of control and spreading. It's not hard to find similar violence and denial in Philadelphia, Baltimore, Brooklyn, New Orleans, and hundreds of other Chocolate Cities. And let’s not forget Des Moines (Beat Whitey Night!), Cedar Rapids, Omaha, Springfield, (Missouri or Illinois or Ohio, it does not matter), and lots of other cities in the Heartland where people used to think they were safe to the point of boredom. Good news: The NAACP has totally vanquished racial injustice!

Without addressing why black Americans are tragically and disproportionately incarcerated, murdered, fatherless, illiterate, jobless, and aborted.

Turns out the NAACP has an “environmental and climate justice” program. No, really, stop right there and realize what I just said.

An organization that claims heroes of the civil rights movement like Thurgood Marshall and Martin Luther King Jr. has now moved on to the canard of global warming. So in a strange way, we really should congratulate them for their success. They have apparently vanquished so much real racial injustice that they can now move on to fake racism like “climate justice.”

Except while getting all woke, the NAACP slept through the following:

• In 2014, black Americans were 34 percent of the American prison population, despite being roughly 13 percent of the overall population.
• In 2012, black males committed almost 1,000 more murders than their white counterparts, despite amounting to just one-fifth of the total population of white males.
• CNN’s Don Lemon said in 2013 that more than 72 percent of children in the black community are born out of wedlock.
• On average, black 12th-grade students read at the same level as white eighth-grade students. Only 14 percent of black eighth graders score at or above the proficient level.
• Even though the black unemployment rate has fallen to record lows, the white unemployment rate is still only 54 percent of the black rate.
• According to the Guttmacher Institute, black women are more than five times as likely as white women to kill their unborn children.

But when you’ve devolved from a social justice organization to a partisan Leftist one, there’s probably not much of a market for truly confronting real inequity. Unless you can blame it on whomever is currently the face of the Republican Party, of course.......To Read More...

Violence, crime and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Last week, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, a formerly great American daily newspaper, darkly warned its readers that the greatest threat facing the USA in modern times is the grave danger of conservative white supremacists who” …seek out, hunt, and kill their prey.” The extent to which this happens is open to question, and perpetrators of this type of mayhem should be prosecuted and placed behind bars, where they belong. The Post-Dispatch, however, in their gleeful enthusiasm to bash the “…repulsive individuals” who, according to the paper, are the “…biggest domestic terror threat to America”, ignores what is happening in their own backyard.

In the January 19th edition, Tony Messenger, the newspaper’s former editor and current columnist-at-large, trotted out statistics that proved, to his own satisfaction, that white supremacist violence constitutes a clear and present danger to the peace and tranquility of our great republic.

 

When using statistics of this sort, a number of cautions are in order. First of all, some incidents of Islamic terrorism have, at the urging of a former President who shall remain nameless, been classified as “workplace violence”, thereby skewing the numbers considerably.

 

Also, when trying to use numbers to prove or disprove a certain point, one should remember Benjamin Disraeli’s epigram warning of “Lies, Damned Lies, and Statistics”. Still, Mr. Messenger plunges ahead with great certitude, and even greater self-satisfaction, confident that he is correct..........To Read More....
