Judiciary Supremacy is a Myth

By Rich Kozlovich, Tags: There's No Such Thing as a Government Shutdown

Judicial activist's are at war with the Constitution's separation of powers, and it's time to bring this to an end.  Finally after all this insanity by rogue judges, Trump has told them to shove it.  We'll come back to that.

Federal judges have claimed that the White House can’t mange the bureaucracy, can't offer buyouts to federal employees, can’t fire political appointees from the previous administrations, can’t pause funding, can’t cut funds to government programs, can’t change formulas allocating government grants and also can’t remove transgender ideology from government websites or the military installed by its predecessors, and cannot under any circumstances end the vast corruption that defines the Administrative State.

The only court the Constitution creates is the Supreme Court, the rest are all creations of Congress, and they can get rid of those if they choose.  When you read about how this came about it almost seems like it was an after thought to most of them. Clearly lacking insight and vision.

As a result the other huge mistake the Founder made was not defining the duties, responsibilities, and boundaries for the Supreme Court, and then by giving them lifetime appointments that allowed them to determine what they were, and if there were any on their own. I doubt most of the Founders ever dreamed it would all get so big, and so fast.

If you notice no one in the Trump administration seems to be panicking. No hysterics and emotionally ineffective hyperventilating, so, I’m of the opinion Trump and Co. knew this was going to happen, perhaps hoping it would happen, setting the judiciary up for a Constitutional confrontation. The federal judiciary has been a loose cannon since the 1803 Marbury v. Madison ruling,  and now it’s almost completely out of control, and to the point the general public is seeing them for who and what they are, and the public doesn’t like it, many fearing the courts threaten the existence of the Republic.

The Constitution says the Congress determines the jurisdiction of the federal judiciary, not the judiciary

This is the opportunity to push Congress to exercise their Constitutional authority to start restricting the federal judiciary’s activist judges, and more importantly pass a Constitutional Amendment that does two things. Ends lifetime appointments, and do what the founders failed to do…. define the role of the judiciary, and with consequences for failing to stay within the boundaries of those definitions.   And any Constitutional Amendment that fixes this should include a provision that all federal judges must be natural born citizens.

As I stated, the only court the Constitution creates is the Supreme Court, and when you read about how this came about it almost seems like it was an after thought to most of them. Clearly lacking insight and vision.

The idea behind lifetime appointments was to ensure their independence and not be impacted by politics.  That has been an abject failure almost from the beginning, and in the last 100 years it’s been a dismal failure, one that’s been tolerated by the Congress.

The courts gave themselves that power, not the Constitution. The Constitution says it’s the Congress that determines their jurisdiction, and the failure of the Congress to stop so much of what has gone on doesn’t make the federal judiciary’s actions successful, or right, it merely shows how gutless Congress is.

When the founders put this in the Constitution those who opposed it warned the very things we’re seeing right now was going to happen, and they were right, as people will always be people, and people need boundaries to hold them in check.

The federal judiciary after the Supreme Courts Marbury v. Madison decision in 1803 has morphed into an almost entirely political institution that just occasionally rules harmoniously with the Constitution.

The federal judiciary is filled with political hacks, and if you ever watched some of the judiciary hearings for those who are nominated, especially when Senator John Kennedy is questioning them, you can easily conclude most of them are not the brightest pebbles in the brook, and they're dishonest.

There's a nautical phrase, "may you have follows seas", which means may the waves move in the same direction as the ship, and I'm of the opinion that's what will be happening in the federal judiciary.  Not for all, because some are blatantly corrupt and incompetent ideologues, and we can't replace them without their consent.  That needs to be changed.

Everyone on the left is relying on the courts to ignore the Constitution to stop Trump’s “restoration to normality”, and this is the hill conservatives need to die on by challenging the myth of judicial supremacy, and better yet....again pass a Constitutional Amendment to fix the founder’s greatest Constitutional error; lifetime appointments for the federal judiciary.

The Constitution says the supreme commander of America's military is the President of the United States.  The judiciary thinks they are!

Follow the money: 10 Dem-appointed judges blocking Trump 'They are trying to make it hard for the administration to pursue its agenda' - Federal judges ruling against President Donald Trump's recent executive actions have been almost entirely appointees of his two Democrat predecessors. Some were previously activists, others were steeped in Democrat politics, and one is a former clerk for then-Judge Sonia Sotomayor. These judges have issued rulings to block Trump's policies on immigration, federal spending, the Department of Government Efficiency, and other matters....

After all the lawfare corruption and the outrageous behavior of the federal courts does any sane person in America have faith in the judiciary?  This is a war, and it's going to get messy.
Trump is draining the swamp, and the courts are telling him they don't approve, and are making decisions to prevent that.  Blatant judicial overreach”, illegally seizing power to block Trump's Constitutionally mandated responsibilities.   All of which is no only illegal it's  unprecedented.   All this is nothing short of a national conspiracy by the left to thwart Trump's agenda by flooding the courts with lawsuits.

One of the most egregious of these radical judges is U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson, and she's decided the bureaucracy controls the Executive branch, not the President of the United States.

DOGE

If the President of the United States appoints someone to undertake some task, that's his right and responsibility under Article II of the Constitution, and this argument these DOGE employees don't have the proper security clearances is horsepucky. The intimate authority on security clearances is the President of the United states. If says their cleared, they're cleared, and he doesn't need confirmation or permission from the FBI or anyone else. Most assuredly he doesn't need permission from the federal judiciary.

DOGE has exposed amazing levels of waste, and the corruption by the Administrative State is so bad,it makes the 19th century’s patronage system look good.  In spite of that the federal judiciary says none of that matters.

  • Federal judge blocks OPM from sharing data with DOGE. -A federal judge in Maryland has blocked the Department of Education and Office of Personnel Management from sharing the personal information of plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the Trump administration with Elon Musk's so-called Department of Government Efficiency. ...
  • Judge Rules Against DOGE Access to Personal Data -A federal judge temporarily barred the Department of Government Efficiency from gaining access to sensitive employee information held by the Office of Personnel Management and the Education Department, reports Reuters. OPM is essentially the HR department of the government, notes Politico, which calls the ruling by US District Judge Deborah Boardman in Maryland "the most wide-ranging block on DOGE's activities to date." Unless overturned, it could seriously crimp Musk's team. The judge is an appointee of former President Biden.......
  • Judge Blocks Education Department, OPM From Sharing Data With DOGE  The judge, however, denied a request to prevent the U.S. Treasury Department from sharing information with DOGE employees. A federal judge on Feb. 24 blocked two agencies from sharing sensitive information with Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) staff. “The U.S. Department of Education; Denise L. Carter, the Acting Secretary of Education; and their officers, agents, servants, employees, and attorneys are ENJOINED from disclosing the personally identifiable information of the plaintiffs and the members of the plaintiff organizations to any DOGE affiliates,” U.S. District Judge Deborah L. Boardman wrote in a 33-page order............
  • US judge blocks Musk’s cost-cutting team from Treasury data - A US judge issued an emergency order early Saturday blocking Elon Musk’s government reform team from accessing personal and financial data for millions of Americans stored at the Treasury Department, court documents showed.

How dare the President appoint people to carry out his orders demanding information and accountability?  The message from the judiciary?  Let the corruption continue.

HIRING AND FIRING

I've tried to save articles dealing with all the issues the defines the problems between the Judicial and the Executive  branches of government.  One of the arguments from the courts is these people he's firing had terms of office, and they're right.  But they didn't have immunity to firing.  If the President of the United States feels they need fired, they're fired, irrespective if their term in office hasn't finished yet.

The President of the United States is the Executive, and those decisions are his alone.  The courts have no jurisdiction, and even if Congress were to pass a law that tried to make those appointments permanent and a President signed off on that, none of that changes the Constitution which declares that the "executive power is vested in the President."

Any law passed by Congress does not obviate what's laid out in the Constitution, and they've been trying to do that for decades, the right to bear arms is just one of many examples.

Judge Blocks Trump’s Firing of Head of Office of Special Counsel - A federal judge has ruled against President Donald Trump’s firing of Hampton Dellinger, head of a federal watchdog agency, in the first ruling on a case that will test the scope of presidential power, after the Trump administration’s petition to the Supreme Court to fast-track the case was knocked back.

Until now I’ve felt impeachment of federal judges was just a waste of time, even Jefferson noted to get the required two thirds vote in the Senate was going to make it almost impossible, and that was when the Congress was far more harmonious, and much, much smaller.  I now think that’s a worthwhile endeavor, not because I think the Senate will concur, but because it will force transparency on how these misfits are abusing their positions, and the Constitution.  Hopefully that will create impetus for a Constitutional Amendment that ends lifetime appointments to the judiciary.
  • Yet Another Biden-Appointed Judge Sabotages Trump - A radical Biden-appointed federal judge on Wednesday ruled President Trump does not have the authority to fire a member of the Federal Labor Relations Board..
  • Obama-Appointed Judge Reinstates Biden Appointee After Trump Fired Her -A federal judge has just permanently reinstated a Joe Biden appointee to her job in the federal government after President Trump fired her from the Merit Systems Protection Board. The MSPB is “the primary agency used by civil servants to file complaints within the federal government,” and Cathy Harris is the chair of that board. She was confirmed by the Senate in 2022 and she has a 7-year term...... Also Here....
  • Corrupt Obama-Appointed Judge Extends Order Reinstating Hampton Dellinger, a Fired Traitor Joe Holdover - Update: President Trump urged the US Supreme Court to intervene. “In short, a fired Special Counsel is wielding executive power, over the elected Executive’s objection, to halt employment decisions made by other executive agencies. The MSPB, the entity that respondent argues is responsible for supervising him, is deferring to his stay requests so long as the requests are rational. The MSPB, moreover, is being led by a Chairman who has herself been fired by the President, only to be reinstated by a district court,” Trump’s Acting Solicitor General Sarah Harris said in a petition to the Supreme Court
  • Federal Judge Rules Against Trump's Firing of Head of Special Counsel - A federal judge has ruled that President Donald Trump's decision to fire the head of the special counsel investigation was unlawful. The judge's decision comes after legal challenges surrounding the dismissal, marking a significant development in ongoing legal proceedings.
  • Trump DOJ Hits Back After Corrupt Obama Judge Rehires Biden-Appointed Labor Board Leader Gwynne Wilcox - The DC Circuit Court of Appeals ordered Wilcox to file a response by Tuesday and the Trump DOJ must reply by Thursday. The Trump Justice Department on Monday filed an emergency motion for a stay pending appeal after a corrupt Obama judge reinstated a Biden-appointed labor board leader.
  • U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson Rules the Bureaucracy Controls the Executive Branch, Not the President - Not unexpectedly, U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson has ruled that unelected bureaucrat, Hampton Dellinger, the U.S. Office of Special Counsel head has more unilateral power within the executive branch of government than President Donald Trump. [RULING pdf HERE].......
  • Mr. Chief Justice, please spank Judge Amy - Too many liberal judges seeking some attention or trying to confront the Trump White House...Here we go again. Another liberal activist judge needs a "legal" spanking. Yes, I wrote "legal" so that I don't get a visit from whoever protects the judges.........another federal judge has misread the U.S. Constitution. They think that Article 2 only exists when a Democrat is in The White House. Let's check the story: Not unexpectedly, U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson has ruled that unelected bureaucrat, Hampton Dellinger, the U.S. Office of Special Counsel head has more unilateral power within the executive branch of government than President Donald Trump.

IMMIGRATION

In spite of the nation's laws governing immigration, which falls in the domain of the legislature and the executive, the courts have decided the Constitution is all wrong, they know better, and it's time for the nation to finally understand it's up to them to make the nation's laws, because they don't like the laws that Congress passed.

  •  Judge Block Trump's Suspension of Refugee System - A federal judge in Seattle blocked President Trump's suspension of the nation's refugee admissions system on Tuesday, saying that while the president has broad authority over who comes into the country, he cannot nullify the law passed by Congress establishing the program. ..........
  • Obama Judge Blocks Trump Admin From Conducting ICE Raids at Some Churches - A federal judge on Monday blocked the Trump Administration from conducting ICE raids at some places of worship. US District Judge Theodore Chuang, an Obama appointee, blocked ICE raids on the churches, which filed a lawsuit against the Trump Administration....
  • Another Leftists Judge May Face Consequences for Trying to Sabotage Trump’s Agenda - Calls are growing for a judicial opponent of President Donald Trump to face consequences after blocking significant parts of his agenda this month.A Rhode Island judge overseeing one of the latest legal challenges against Trump was condemned on Tuesday by GOP Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA), who said the ruling by District Judge John McConnell is “hurting the American people” more than the president.............

SPENDING

Article I of the Constitution states:

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and a House of Representatives.” The Constitution first vests all federal legislative powers in a representative bicameral Congress.

Nowhere does it give the Judiciary legislative power.  The budget process belongs to the Congress, with confirmation by the President.  Nowhere in the Constitution does the Judiciary have a say in that matter, although they've usurped that on a regular basis.

Even the Supreme Court has fallen victim to the insanity on spending,  Supreme Court Says Trump Admin. Must Pay $2 Billion in USAID Funds, here, here, here, here, and it didn't set well with four of the justices.  You may find this article interesting, How powerful is the Supreme Court?

Well, none of this is sitting well with a lot of people.   Articles of Impeachment are being filed, but that's a hard row to hoe but I think it's worth the time in order to publicly expose what they're doing is illegal.  This idea has been floated but it would still be an exposure solution, not a final solution.  It might be worthwhile for the Congress to hold hearings calling all these misfits before them and making them explain their decisions.  This article asks an amazingly pertinent question. If the Supreme Court Is Going to Ignore the Constitution, Trump Should Ignore the Supreme Court.

Finally, and as we've watched this playing out you knew it had to come,  President Trump Signs an Order That He Will Ignore All Lower Court Rulings Until SCOTUS Rules on the Constitutionality of Activist Judges.  Now the ball is in SCOTUS' court.

A Racist Mass Shooting, Black-on-Black Crime and Jacksonville’s Conservative African-American Sheriff

Marc Caputo, The Messenger, September 7, 2023

After a racist mass shooter murdered three Black people in Jacksonville last month, the city’s African-American sheriff, T.K. Waters, was heartened by a personal phone call from President Joe Biden, who pledged his full support and even buttered Waters up.

“How are you guys doing? I saw your press conference and you’re doing a good job,” Biden told Waters, according to the sheriff, who recounted the conversation to The Messager. He bashfully admitted he was flattered when the president added, “You’re a pro.” Then the president pivoted to a top concern. “White supremacy is our biggest terrorist threat,” Biden said, a warning the president has repeatedly issued. Waters kept quiet. He said he just couldn’t agree with the president. “There’s more problems in inner city, urban America than the threat of white supremacy,” Waters told The Messenger...............To Read More....

Latinos Can Be White Supremacists or Oppressed Minorities. Not Both

By June 05, 2023 @ Sultan Knish Blog

Forget George Zimmerman, Latino white supremacy is having its moment now.

“Latinos Can Be White Supremacists,” The Atlantic asserts. The New York Times traces, “The Long and Violent History of Anti-Black Racism in the Latino Community”, Slate delves into, “The Roots of Latino White Supremacy” and The New Yorker profiles, “The Rise of Latino White Supremacy”.

None of these articles mention Jose Vasconcelos, the ‘Mexican’ politician and thinker who created the term La Raza Cosmica, giving us the La Raza movement, and who propagandized for Nazi Germany. Much like the KKK roots of the Democrats, it would be politically inconvenient to note that the party staked its bet on the racial nationalism of Latino and black movements to take over America. But that’s what identity politics is under its thin disguise of fighting racism.

If Mauricio Garcia, the Texas mall shooter whose rampage set off a corresponding media rampage about the threat of Latino white supremacy, did indeed have Swastika and SS tattoos, there would be nothing extraordinary about that. From Vasconcelos to Eva Peron, the subject of a Hollywood movie and musical, plenty of Latino political figures were Nazi collaborators. There was no contradiction in that. Latinos are southern europeans immigrants and there was no reason not to consider them members of the Aryan race. Or to consider them oppressed.

The Left wants to opportunistically reimagine Latinos as both white supremacists and oppressed minorities. This is the same intersectional trick it’s trying to pull with feminism, treating women as oppressed when dealing with men, but as oppressors when it comes to men in dresses. Gay men are victims outside the LGBT movement, but oppressors inside it. This hierarchical victimocracy is at the core of intersectionality which treats everyone as victim and victimizer.

Minority groups tricked into believing that they were being given power are discovering that they are only useful as weapons against white heterosexual men and that otherwise they’re oppressors. But the real oppressors are the ones who get to decide who is a victim. Those who define the hierarchy are the ones who have all the power. Splitting the atom of victimhood makes everyone an oppressor and subservient to Diversity, Inclusion and Equity machine..

The Left cannot and should not be allowed to have it both ways. Latinos can be either oppressed people of color or white supremacists, what they absolutely cannot be is both.

“Being white and being Latino are not mutually exclusive,” a New York Times op-ed grudgingly admits the obvious. Then why have a Latino racial category at all? Federal law confusingly defines Latinos or Hispanics as an ethnicity, even while many states and cities treat them as a race. And yet around 40% of Latinos define themselves as a race on census questions.

The Biden administration is proposing to treat Muslims as a separate race defined by the MENA category and to create a Hispanic or Latino category. All of this will be pushed forward by Robert Santos, Biden’s census bureau appointee, who has a past with La Raza. Santos is a big proponent of a Hispanic or Latino racial category.

The problem with racial categories is that they carry with them the presumption of an oppressed minority group. That’s certainly not true of Latinos in Latin America who, like Muslims, are a majority in their home countries, and are on the way to becoming a majority in America.

Can Latinos can be members of another race and white supremacists at the same time?

What the new “Latino white supremacist” push really proves is that racial categories are absurd nonsense and that the federal government should stop tracking them. And it’s not just Latinos.

Barack Obama and Kamala Harris built political careers on feigning an unconvincing black racial identification based on absent foreign fathers they barely have a relationship with. The absurdity of these privileged wealthy politicians claiming to be members of an oppressed group jumped the shark when Kamala, a San Francisco socialite raised by a wealthy globe-trotting Brahmin mother, claimed that she was a victim of racial segregation in California.

We never actually lived in the imaginary black-and-white society that the civil rights movement pretended that we did. And we certainly don’t exist in it now. America is a racially mixed society where achievement is not predicted on race except for those who want it to be. Southern Europeans who oscillate between white supremacists and oppressed minorities are just the most ridiculous example of trying to apply the paradigm of the civil rights movement in 2023.

Racial categories serve no function except to divide Americans. It’s time to get rid of them.

Whether Latinos want to be a race, an ethnicity or a band is entirely up to them. It is not the business of any government authority to track such things. In the name of dismantling racism, Americans have spent three generations living under a pernicious system for tracking race and dispensing privileges based on race. And, like most racial systems, it’s based on fraud.

Would Senator Elizabeth Warren have built her career on a fraudulent Indian identity if there weren’t ample rewards waiting for those who claim to be another race? Would Rachel Dolezal have headed an NAACP chapter if our fake racial categories didn’t reward real or fake races?

The Latino racial category is Dolezal and Warren writ large. It’s white people claiming minority status and scoring massive benefits from it. There are cultural reasons that Latinos want to self-define as non-white or white, but such self-definitions have no objective basis to them. If Latinos can self-define their race based on whatever their politics or ideology is right now, then shouldn’t everyone also be able to pick whatever race they’re feeling like at any given moment?

A Latino racial category makes ‘transracialism’ or the conviction that someone is a different race inescapable and legally undeniable. Genetic analysis already shows that much of the population has genetic origins from all over the place. Anyone who really wants to can use selective testing to argue that they are a member of any group, Latino, Jewish, Indian or black, they choose to be.

The La Raza racial category dates back to the insistence by Vasconcelos that being a mixed race is a separate race. But, if so, then Americans are becoming an even more mixed race.

American should appear as a racial category alongside Hispanic or Latino. Latinos are a race in the same geographic, cultural and nationalistic sense that Americans are a race. There’s a far more credible argument to be made that the American mix of English, Irish, German,. Scottish, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Swedish, Jewish, Indian and black are a truer mixed race than Latinos who still trace the majority of their DNA to the Iberian peninsula.

The only science behind treating Latinos as a separate race is political science.

Democrats hoped to make Latinos the cornerstone of a national one-party system through demographic change. That’s why Democrats still champion open borders and illegal migration. It’s why millions pour through the southern border and are resettled to transform America.

But Democrats and their media are also slowly realizing that the same strategy that worked in California may be faltering in Texas and Florida, and that, unlike black voters, Latinos are a more mixed group with different agendas and less of a tendency toward the bloc vote. Open borders are not just a scheme to replace Americans, but to replace older Latino immigrants with fresh arrivals who don’t speak English and will sign whatever the ballot harvesters tell them to.

But even that’s not working as reliably or systemically as the leftist movement had hoped.

The Left is trying to subdivide Latinos into good and bad categories that are seemingly based on race, but are actually derived from cultural ideology. The New Yorker’s profile on “The Rise of Latino White Supremacy” argues that “seventeen thousand people have been killed by guns in this country. Meanwhile, there are more than sixty million Latinos in the United States, and, motivated by extremism or a sense of fear, they’ve bought a lot of guns in the past few years.”

Latinos buy guns. People are killed by guns. Therefore Latinos who buy guns must be white supremacists. This dumb bigotry is deeply revealing of the hypocritical double standards from which the separate racial categories are derived. Latinos who don’t own guns are oppressed peoples of color while those who buy guns must be white supremacists.

Leftist identity politics argues that the only real minorities are leftists. Or non-gun-buyers.

Do we really need a racial category to define gun-buyers as white supremacists and non-gun-buyers as oppressed peoples of color?

Do we really need a racial category that is exclusively limited to leftists?

A Liberation Theologist Offers Salvation to Minority White Supremacists

November 04, 2022 @ Sultan Knish Blog

Miguel De La Torre, a former president of the Society of Christian Ethics, showed up at a small Catholic university, telling students that minorities can be white, but that they can also be saved.

“Those of us who are colored, some of us can also be white," the professor of Latinx Studies at the Iliff School of Theology assured all races suffering from whiteness. "But the good news is there is salvation."

The lecture by De La Torre, who is also an ordained minister, claimed that minorities "with colonized minds seek to assimilate to a Euroamerican version of Christianity" and proposed a post-colonial alternative based "on the revolutionary activities of the Young Lords".

Students at Carlow University, founded by the Sisters of Mercy, could look forward to abandoning "EuroAmerican Christianity" for the much more authentic theology of a racist Puerto Rican street gang.

Much of this material already showed up in De La Torre's books, “Burying White Privilege: Resurrecting a Badass Christianity” and "Decolonizing Christianity: Becoming Badass Believers".

"A White Christian worldview can be advocated by those who are black or brown, Jew or Muslim, queer or heteronormative, atheist or humanist," De La Torre argued in “Decolonizing Christianity”.

In the woke professor's excitingly inclusive world, anyone can be a white supremacist.

All you have to do is believe.

Or defend the current "political, economic, and social structures" and "embrace white philosophical and theological paradigms." That could potentially encompass the Bible and the entire western canon. Not to mention notions such as private property and the nuclear family.

But what does the “badass believer” believe in?

“I don’t know if there is a God or not; and quite frankly I really don’t care,” De La Torre told them.

Instead he urged students to, "crucify whiteness".

To be a truly badass believer is to believe in nothing except your own impassioned rhetoric.

De La Torre claims that he’s not a theologian, but he’s quite interested in “Liberation Theology”, just not the actual kind. His theology is reducible to the familiar leftist formulas of power relations and the eternal Marxist Manichean struggle of the oppressor and the oppressor.

Thus, he writes that, "to read Genesis is to read the testimonies of illegal aliens", but also that "one of the book's purposes is to provide moral justification for the eventual genocide of the promised land's original indigenous inhabitants."

The Bible can be mined for social justice purposes, but is ultimately evil.

“The decolonization of the minds of people of color begins with the total rejection of the dead white God and the dead white Jesus. And let the dead bury the dead,” he argues elsewhere.

What better message could there be for the Catholic Carlow University and his own Methodist Iliff School of Theology?

The salvation of minorities from Euroamerican Christianity is De La Torre’s business. The child of Santeria worshipers, De La Torre joined the Young Republicans and became a born-again Christian. After getting into a conflict with conservative Christians, he was reborn as a leftist “Baptecostal Catholic Santero” and constantly retells his own wokeness conversion story.

"It took years of decolonizing my mind of the subtle white supremacy I was taught," he writes in an article attacking the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

By "decolonizing" his mind, De La Torre actually colonized it with unsubtle racial supremacism.

The best way to understand the true meaning of a leftist term is to invert it. Decolonization, colonizes. Liberation theology, enslaves. Social justice is individual oppression. Radical love is traditional hate.

In the introduction to Decolonizing Christianity, De La Torre, a white Euro-American man of Cuban origin who identifies as an oppressed minority, declares that it's "not written for Euro-Americans in the futile hope of shaming or encouraging them to do the right thing. For almost 250 years, white Christian terrorism has been the legitimized law of the land."

Could there be anything more Christian than writing off millions of people because of their race?

The paradox of leftist radicalism is that it is an inverse faith, defined by the negative dark images it projects onto others, while lacking any meaning or substance of its own.

Leftism is a void cloaked in outrage. Its ravenous desire to be angered by the stories of victims is used to disguise the hubris of its appetites. Leftists don’t believe in God, because they want to be gods. Yet they’re incapable of creating, only destroying. What does that make them?

That is why leftists always accuse others of their own sins.

Suffering from racism, they campaign against it. And they prescribe their nobler social justice racism, rooted in intersectionality, post-colonial analysis and fifty academic texts, as the answer.

Liberation Theology, like its Tikkun Olam counterpart in Judaism, and all the various social justice theologies, are obsessed with evil, but incapable of envisioning good apart from it.

And thus, in keeping with another of his books, De La Torre told students to choose “hopelessness.”

“I fight for justice not because I am going to win,” he said, “I am not."

Leftists never claim to have won. Winning would involve accepting responsibility and accountability. The Communists took over the Soviet Union, but would never admit to having won, instead blaming all their problems on the Czarist regime or on domestic subversion. A Biden administration that admitted to having won would have to take responsibility for the economic crisis, instead of playing the victim and blaming corporations, or Putin.

A movement of perpetual victims who seek absolute power, yet claim to be powerless, is at the dark heart of leftist narcissism. Leftists, if you believe them, are always the underdogs, always oppressed, even when they have all the wealth and power. They are always abused, even and especially when they’re the ones doing the abusing.

Consider the spectacle of the Washington Post’s Taylor Lorenz, backed by the wealth of Amazon’s former CEO, claiming that any criticism of her is harassment, only to then stalk and doxx another woman because she disagreed with her political views on Twitter.

The Left demands the total inversion of truth as a precondition of belonging to its movement. Its mysteries are rooted in its hypocrisies. It multiplies absurdities until it even inverts itself. It seeks new enemies to fight until, but without those enemies, which require its followers to destroy parts of themselves, those men and women have no idea who they even are anymore.

"As a committed liberationist-leaning Christian, I may have no choice but to say the Shahada and convert to Islam if I wish to be faithful to my beliefs," De La Torre insists at one point.

Having thoroughly decolonized himself, De La Torre is ready to be colonized all over again.

Since the cult of social justice is the search for the greatest gold mine of victimhood, what else is there for a Baptecostal Catholic Santero to do except become a Muslim?

If you don’t believe in God, you may as well not believe in Allah.

The Biden Military Witch-hunt

August 4, 2021  By Warren Beatty

A manufactured panic over the January 6 rally has provided Biden and his flunkies with an excuse to attack the U.S. military.  The Biden administration has implemented an effort to root out political "extremism" in the military in order to work toward a military with more 'diversity, equity, and inclusion', despite little evidence of any such extremists actually operating within the ranks:

"But a large majority of those charged have no known connections to established extremist groups... Experts say there's little evidence that current or former members of the military are more susceptible to radicalization than the general population.  Still, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has called combating extremism in the ranks a top priority."

So let's examine what Austin has done.  As head of the Department of Defense (DoD), Austin created the Countering Extremism Working Group (CEWG).  However, the potential unintended consequences of its anti-extremism effort could harm recruiting if religious Americans or those on the political right feel unwelcome in the military ranks.

The DoD's definition of extremism is so broad and imprecise that some retired officers and military analysts fear it could inadvertently include traditional Catholics, Republicans, and people who aren't racist or violent but simply choose conservative, pro-life politics.  For example, DoD considers "'patriot' extremism" to include any non-extreme position, such as conservative views, religious teachings such as those against abortion or LGBTQ lifestyles, and failure to actively support gay rights demonstrations or mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations.  They are therefore legitimate targets for the CEWG..............To Read More....

When Everybody Is a White Supremacist

For a long time, liberals have been accusing conservatives of being conspiracy theorists.  Say anything about Hunter Biden, and you're a conspiracy theorist.  Urge Andrew Cuomo to resign, and you're a conspiracy theorist.

Now it's worse.  Conservatives aren't just conspiracy theorists; they're white supremacists.  Like those who defend Georgia's voting reforms designed to protect the integrity of the election.  Or any person or business that lives or operates in Georgia.  For the left, anyone associated with a bill designed to prevent voter fraud, and so deny Democrats permanent power, is a white supremacist.

Maybe that was the point of Biden's attack on "extremism, white supremacy, domestic terrorism" in his inaugural address.  Democrats are seeing white supremacists everywhere they look — like the New Republic, which in 2017 suggested that Trump's economic agenda of returning manufacturing jobs to America was "white supremacist."  Or the accusation elsewhere that Trump ignored supposed connections between the police and white supremacists, or the supposed Alt-Right "bridge between conservatism and white supremacism" (so now "conservatism" in general is "white supremacist"?)..........To Read More....

The Post-Dispatch, however, in their gleeful enthusiasm to bash the “…repulsive individuals” who, according to the paper, are the “…biggest domestic terror threat to America”, ignores what is happening in their own backyard.

In the January 19th edition, Tony Messenger, the newspaper’s former editor and current columnist-at-large, trotted out statistics that proved, to his own satisfaction, that white supremacist violence constitutes a clear and present danger to the peace and tranquility of our great republic.

When using statistics of this sort, a number of cautions are in order. First of all, some incidents of Islamic terrorism have, at the urging of a former President who shall remain nameless, been classified as “workplace violence”, thereby skewing the numbers considerably.

Also, when trying to use numbers to prove or disprove a certain point, one should remember Benjamin Disraeli’s epigram warning of “Lies, Damned Lies, and Statistics”. Still, Mr. Messenger plunges ahead with great certitude, and even greater self-satisfaction, confident that he is correct..........To Read More....
