AOC Blamed Trump for Assaults on Elderly Asians; The Attacker was Muslim

When a video of an assault on a 91-year-old Asian man went viral, the media and civil rights groups were quick to blame President Trump for using the term, “Chinese Virus”.

"We stand with our Asian American & Pacific Islander community against the rising tide of racism and hate crimes that have been stoked to a fever pitch, much of amplified by the actions of our last president," Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez tweeted another false accusation.

But when the perpetrator was arrested, he turned out to be Muslim.

Yahya Muslim had allegedly attacked a 60-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman the same day. His arrest told a larger story about why Asian people are really being attacked in Oakland.

Muslim had been convicted of "assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury" in October 14, 2020 and was let off with an "unsentenced term". He had also been convicted of the same charge in 2015 and got off with probation. Had he been locked up, the 91-year-old man he attacked would have been safe. California’s Democrat establishment and its media allies falsely blamed Trump for their own support for criminals like Muslim at the expense of their victims.

Oakland’s Chinatown had suffered over 20 attacks against the elderly and women in two weeks.

The wave of attacks against Asian people in Oakland, like the previous attacks in New York that I documented, are being carried out by minorities with a criminal record, not by conservatives.

The cause of the crisis is a crime wave fueled by Democrat support for career criminals.

California Democrats legalized shoplifting. Some of the videos capture criminals boldly stealing money and property from stores while knowing that nothing is going to happen to them.

And nothing does.

Some of the criminals escalated their attacks from robbing stores to mugging the elderly. And the same Democrat politicians who supported legalizing robbing stores expressed concern.

But when Democrat DAs free criminals as soon as they’re arrested, when they even bother arresting them at all, when someone like Yahya Muslim could be convicted twice of "assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury" without ever serving time, that’s inevitable.

In January, there were 15 murders in Oakland, up from only one murder in January of last year.

The Oakland City Council had voted to create a task force to defund the police department by half. The actual defunding proposal was narrowly voted down with Councilwoman Sheng Thao voting for defunding. A month later, after a murder at a Starbucks, Thao was calling for the police to walk the beat again.

“Let’s commit to shifting at least $25 million from OPD to community programs and services that truly keep us safe,” Councilwoman Nikki Fortunato Bas had argued.

“We need to invest in those other types of safety,” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez had argued in favor of police defunding.

How safe does anyone in Chinatown feel?

Biden’s spokeswoman, Jen Psaki, told reporters at a briefing that her boss was very concerned and had signed an executive order protecting Asians. That won’t do much good because Kristen Clarke, Biden’s black nationalist pick to head civil rights at the DOJ, opposed fighting civil rights violations by black perpetrators. That would include Muslim and most of the Oakland attackers.

Before Muslim's arrest, John C. Yang, the head of Asian Americans Advancing Justice (AAJC), a leftist group, had been one of the loudest voices blaming President Trump.

The AAJC, like its Jewish counterparts, has worked to sell out the people it claims to represent for leftist causes, supporting Yale's policy of affirmative action discrimination against Asian students, and now opposes police protection for the Asian-American victims of crime.

In response to the wave of attacks, Yang claimed that, "increased police presence isn’t necessarily going to solve the problem" and claimed to be worried "about over-criminalization of communities," calling instead for "community-based solutions, assistance for the victims, assistance for the businesses that are damaged.” Anything except dealing with the criminals.

Meanwhile local business owners are hiring armed guards, forming volunteer patrols, and calling for a larger police presence. The disconnect between what Asian store owners in Oakland actually want and the media’s insistence on quoting Yang amplifies the disconnect.

Chinatown community members have been accused of “anti-blackness” for talking about the violence they’re facing in a city and state that no longer believe in fighting crime.

The problem is not, as Yang claims, “the virus of racism”, but the virus of crime.

In San Francisco, Vicha Ratanapakdee, an 84-year-old Thai man, was murdered in San Francisco by Antoine Watson who shoved him, causing the elderly man to hit his head, and then kept going. The victim's family described it as a racially motivated assault.

Soros DA Chesa Boudin promised them justice. Considering that Boudin's idea of justice is freeing all the criminals, that's not very likely. A local news station reported that 85% of San Francisco residents said that they feel unsafe. Boudin and the pro-crime policies of criminal justice reform, which put criminals ahead of their victims, are a big part of the problem.

Even while CNN, CBS, NBC, and other major media outlets falsely tried to connect President Trump to the attacks, it’s their own political movement that is at fault for the violence.

“The perpetrator in some cases has been African American,” San Francisco Mayor London Breed said. “And as an African American woman, as the mayor of your city, I am here to hold everyone accountable.”

Accountability has become a nebulous social justice term. It’s wormed its way into cancel culture and has been used to describe restorative justice alternatives to the justice system.

The criminals don’t need to be held accountable. They need to be arrested and locked up. It’s the politicians who embraced police defunding and who keep releasing criminals who need to be held accountable for making cities unsafe, and for costing lives by empowering criminals.

What is happening to Asians in Oakland is the same thing that’s been happening to Jews in Brooklyn. The long series of viral videos showing random assaults and muggings against both groups is the result of living under Democrat leaders who have decided that crime and racism by minorities don’t exist and that policing them is racist.

There would be no rash of assaults if the DAs and the police were allowed to do their job.

Democrats love talking about hate crimes, but there’s no ‘hate crime’ without a ‘crime’. Fighting hate without fighting crime leads to lots of press conferences and not a whole lot less.

The social justice activists, reporters, and politicians who jumped on the Oakland assaults tried to blame President Trump, but when the perpetrators turned out to be exactly the same people on whose behalf they had been fighting for years, they quickly backed away from the issue.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said that Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg is "part of this problem" surrounding the Capitol riots on January 6, 2021.  In a battle of social media superstars, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez slammed Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg for what she said was his role in fomenting the Jan. 6 riot at Capitol Hill.  “He is part of this problem,” the Democrat said at an online town hall meeting Friday with Bronx and Queens constituents. “And Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook bear partial responsibility for Wednesday’s events, period.”

The social media magnate, she said, has coddled white supremacist groups on Facebook — and even, she charged, attended “dinner parties with white supremacist sympathizers.”  “They specifically treated this type of radicalization differently, aka with kid gloves,” AOC said, pointing to her contentious exchange with Zuckerberg in a congressional hearing in 2019.........To Read More....

My Take - As The left is now being exposed for causing this riot at the capitol, they now need scapegoats.  When are these useful idiots going to learn?  Leftists eliminate the very people who mindlessly supported them and brought them to power.

AOC Admits Dems Are Working To Censor The Media

 Talk about division. AOC and some of her colleagues are looking into censoring the media that they feel is lying to the public. Robert Unanue, Goya Foods President and CEO, said on Friday the political left has weaponized the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus to take away God, culture, history, and liberty from the people of the United States.

“The problem is it’s a political year. They weaponized coronavirus. Unfortunately, they shut down this economy. The worst thing we could do is shut down our economy, kill our spirit. Unanue said Goya experienced its most successful year in 2020 after leftists tried to boycott his products.  Unanue made sympathetic remarks about Trump earlier in 2020, comparing the president’s entrepreneurialism to that of his grandfather’s. His remarks sparked ire among Trump’s critics, with celebrities and politicians, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and former Democratic presidential candidate Julian Castro, denouncing the brand or calling for Goya boycotts.

My Take - How dare the leader of the Democrats in the House of Representative defy AOC?  Could you have ever imagined a first term House of Representative member publicly chastising Nancy Pelosi the last time she was speaker, and getting away with it?  Well, things have changed....big time.

The old Democrat party apparatchiks are being put on alert.  You're toast!  We, the far left loons,  are now in charge, and there are no boundaries on the left.  As for Nancy...no matter what happens in this election, she won't be the Speaker in the 118th Congress, and if the Democrats don't hold the House, she won't be Minority Leader either.  Goodbye Nancy, it wasn't fun, and now you can go off into a well earned obscurity, and no one will miss you. 

Wave of Violence Overwhelms NYC

Contrary to what Bill de Blasio and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez suggest, criminal behavior is not an economic phenomenon.

Shootings in New York City continue to climb. Fifteen people were shot in 15 hours over this past weekend, from Rockaway to the Bronx. A baby was among four people shot at a cookout in Brooklyn on Sunday night; he died from his wounds. The last month has seen a striking rise in shootings and homicides. Over the year to date, murders are up 27 percent over the first half of 2019; over the last four weeks, more than 300 people have been shot in New York City, up from 100 during the same period last year.

Many people, including NYPD brass, have looked at the rise in violent crime and associated it with the extensive criminal-justice reforms enacted over the last few years, especially since the beginning of 2020. Chief of Department Terence Monahan described “a combination of things—bail reform, Covid releases from prison, court shutdown, which has Rikers [Island] at half of where they were”—as contributing to the crime escalation. Reform advocates and much of the media jumped on Monahan’s comments and demanded support for his contention. They hailed the NYPD’s release of a report indicating that only one person released as a result of bail reform has been arrested and charged with a shooting—evidence, as they saw it, that Monahan was blowing smoke in an attempt to discredit the progressive effort to end mass incarceration.

 But an absence of data (for now) specifically linking misguided reforms, decriminalization, and decarceration to the rise in violent crime hardly debunks the connection between them. Most of the shootings have seen no arrests yet, so it’s impossible to know whether the perpetrators were recently released from jail, though dozens of releasees are suspects in shootings. Moreover, with courts largely closed because of the pandemic, over 1,800 people arrested on illegal gun charges have been released to walk the streets.......... To Read More....

How the Democrat Establishment Assimilated the Enviro-Radicals

One of the progressive fronts on which the Progressive movement within America's left has attempted to make headway to power is on climate change legislation. Thanks to generous liberal donors, an education system that bows to consensus rather than debate, and gullible media organizations desperate for that hot new youth movement to attract viewers, these new environmentalists have had endless coverage despite their agenda largely being a loser at the ballot box.

 However, after a whole primary campaign of flexing about their influence on the youth vote, their leaders have officially bowed and kissed the ring of the Democratic Party. The Sunrise Movement, led by Varshini Prakash and their congressional standard-bearer, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), have officially yielded and joined in with the corporate Democratic establishment to take part in a "climate change task force" of Bernie Sanders– and Joe Biden–supporters ahead of the Democratic National Convention.

Busting Down Nancy's Doors

Those who can think back to those heady days of late 2018 after the midterm election might remember scenes of yellow- and green-clad children and adolescents crowding hallways and offices on Capitol Hill. These activists, affiliated with the Sunrise Movement, were trying to force the Democratic caucuses in the House and Senate to adopt the Green New Deal (GND). This development was duly reported on November 13 by Ryan Grim and Briahna Joy Gray of The Intercept and echoed elsewhere. Gray would later become the national spokeswoman for the Bernie 2020 campaign. Candace Owens to AOC: ‘You’re a Racist, Radical Communist…Using Plight of Minorities to Fulfill Your Sick and Twisted Goals’

When Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) tweeted that Pres. Trump and Republican governors “are sending vulnerable workers to die w/ false claims of safety,” Blexit leader and conservative commentator Candace Owens sprang to their defense.  On Thursday, Ocasio-Cortez posted the accusation on Twitter in response to a comment by former White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders criticizing the congresswoman for calling Americans to boycott work, once they have the chance to return:

 

“Trump has NO PLAN to get people safely back to work. GOP Govs like Kemp are sending vulnerable workers to die w/ false claims of safety. Trump also pushed an unproven, dangerous treatment as a ‘cure’ & firing experts who want to vet claims. Last thing you care abt is safety.”
Owens, whose Blexit movement seeks to introduce conservative values to urban communities, replied to Ocasio-Cortez, saying that the Democrat’s radical goal is to impoverish and control minorities, making them dependent on government for their survival.

“You’re a racist, radical communist that wants to expand government control and dependency— and you are using the plight of minorities to fulfill your sick and twisted goals,” Owens responded. What’s more, if poverty puts minorities at risk of dying from coronavirus, boycotting work is the last thing they should be doing, Owens writes:

“You routinely complain that poverty is the reason that more minorities will die from Covid-19. —but you advocate for a BOYCOTT of employment, thereby impoverishing millions MORE minorities. Rep. Omar and Rep. Tlaib Couldn't Deliver Their States or Districts for Bernie

When Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez rallied with Senator Bernie Sanders at New York City’s largest housing project where her politics had cost the city 25,000 jobs, it was the big radical moment.

Sanders had the endorsement of the Squad which was going to hand him the nomination.

The Left unified behind the Vermont socialist as Rep. Ocasio-Cortez, Rep. Ilhan Omar, and Rep.
Rashida Tlaib hit the campaign trail for him. The Sanders campaign, already extreme, became more radical with imams like Omar Suleiman, “Zionists are the enemies of God”, and Al-Hassan Qazwini, Sanders is “an honorable man, even though he is a Jew”, appearing at Bernie Sanders rallies uniting the red and the green.

Along with Sunnis and Shiites for Sanders.

The uselessness of the Squad was already apparent when Rep. Ayanna Pressley, the one member of the Squad who had backed Senator Elizabeth Warren, saw Biden win her district.

But it just got worse for the Squad from there.

In Minnesota, Rep. Ilhan Omar was the warmup act for Sanders at the University of Minnesota’s Williams Arena, where Prince's old band was part of the attraction. Omar, who has lived her life by identity politics, called for a "mass movement of the working class that transcends faith, race, gender, and background."

Sanders falsely claimed that, "Ilhan and I share a common link as the descendants of families who fled violence and poverty, and who came to this country as immigrants." In fact, Omar had come from a wealthy and politically connected family. And her ancestors would have been happy to kill Bernie’s.

But despite Omar’s efforts, Sanders not only lost Minnesota, but Hennepin County, Omar’s district. Rep. Omar, a co-chair of the Sanders campaign, couldn’t even deliver her own district to him.

Keith Ellison, another state co-chair for Sanders, proved equally useless.

A third of Sanders’ campaign co-chairs in Minnesota were Islamists. The campaign had bet on the Islamic vote to make all the difference. Islamist organizations promised that the Muslim vote would completely transform politics with a massive turnout. But in Hennepin's Brooklyn Park, once a pleasant suburban community, now a mostly migrant area, with a large Somali population, Biden still beat Bernie Sanders.

Sanders scored some wins in Minneapolis, including decisive victories in the infamous sixth ward of Cedar Riverside or Little Mogadishu, but the amount of votes cast was negligible. While he won Somali and Muslim areas, not that many of them had actually turned out to vote for an old white socialist.

It may be that Omar’s influence in the Somali community is waning after her public adultery.

In Michigan, the results were even more humiliating. Rep. Rashida Tlaib had tweeted a video she made campaigning for Sanders in Detroit. Emgage Action, an Islamist PAC, had also gone all out for Sanders. A Dearborn rally had opened with Keffiyah dancers, Amer Zahr, a hateful BDS bigot, and Imam Sayed Hassan Qazwini who had once referred to Sanders as an “an honorable man, even though he is a Jew.”

“I look around this room and see people coming from so many different backgrounds. It is beautiful. This is what America looks like at its best," Sanders had told a Dearborn rally with women in hijabs standing behind him. While there were plenty of Arab Muslims rallying behind him, there were no black people.

Bernie’s diversity wore a hijab. And the demographics had changed, but not by quite that much.

Biden crushed Sanders, not only in Michigan, but in Rep. Tlaib’s own district. A place she had only been able to secure as a platform because the black vote was split by infighting among the Conyers clan.

Biden beat Sanders 57% to 35% in Tlaib’s district and 54% to 36% in Wayne County.

Sanders did win 62% of the vote in Dearborn. But that only gave him around 12,000 votes in an election where 1.5 million votes were cast. In a closer election with lower turnout, the Islamists might have made a difference. But instead Bernie lost every single county, including Wayne, where Dearborn is located, improving only a little bit in the area where he had bet his entire campaign. Or rather where the Islamists running his campaign had decided to make their stand on behalf of Bernie 2020.

After Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Michigan, the three M’s, three-quarters of the Squad is out.

But the Sanders campaign was always about building the power of lefties more than electing Bernie. That was always a longshot. Instead the campaign became a grift for Islamists and assorted radicals who got jobs, status, and a shot at remaking the Democrats in their own twisted and insane image.

But the revolution hasn’t arrived.

The Sanders campaign is collapsing and the group’s various local candidates haven’t done well either. Instead of mobilizing the Left, Sanders and the Squad succeeded in mobilizing the Democrats to rally against them. The “women of color” were undone by the black voters and working-class white voters who were supposed to flock to Bernie’s call for letting the Boston Marathon bomber vote from prison.

And, after the disasters in Minnesota and Michigan, the lingering question is whether the aggressive Islamist outreach backfired as Muslim voters failed to turn out in significant numbers, while other Democrats were swayed to avoid a campaign that had become toxic with bigots and terror supporters.

Bernie didn’t lose alone. The Squad and its Islamist cohort went down with his sinking socialist ship.

Is Pelosi timing the impeachment articles’ release so as to damage Bernie?

The conventional belief regarding Nancy Pelosi’s holding of the impeachment articles is that, as someone put it, she’d pulled the pin on the grenade and then didn’t know what to do. Yet even if she has bumbled into her current predicament, which seems likely, is there now some method to her madness? Impeachment: Big Ego's, Bad Attitudes

It's so clearly obvious there's no criminal activity by the President of the United States.  Every accusation the Democrat party has thrown up has not only been debunked by their own investigations, it's actually come back to bite them on the can.

It's easy to understand the stupidity of the Democrats because they're afraid of the far left wing lunatics running the party.  They're afraid of the far left wing lunatics in the Congress like Ocasio-Cortez and her moron mob.

Robert Ringer, in January of this year, almost a year ago, notes:

First, absurd as it may sound to an intelligent, rational person, AOC’s lack of knowledge is actually an advantage when it comes to appealing to the Moron Mob.  These intellectually challenged bobbleheads comprise a huge segment of the population — from the guy in the street to Jim Carrey … from social activists to LeBron James … from college-campus snowflakes to media propagandists like Don Lemon — that has been growing at an accelerating pace ever since the Dirty Dems took off their masks a few years back and openly declared war on America. 

What’s scary is how easy it is for race hustlers and hate mongers to appeal to the Moron Mob.  One need only offer them free stuff — the more, the better — and they quickly morph into modern-day Jacobins shouting “off with their heads.”  Let’s face it, everyone likes free stuff — even me! — but rational, intelligent people of goodwill realize that “free” is nothing more than an illusion and that the true cost of so-called free stuff is a loss of freedom. 

Second, when bold, charismatic accidents of history like AOC are cheered on by the media, they inevitably become enamored with themselves and start believing their own gibberish. This misguided belief often evolves into a sadistic ruthlessness toward others. History is filled with examples of young people who were not taken seriously when they first came on the scene, yet went on to establish brutal dictatorships.

John Sobieski ran a piece entitled, "Murkowski is 'Disturbed,' All Right" saying the Senator is:

"disturbed by Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's statement he will be working closely with and taking his clues from President Trump in any impeachment trial in the Senate".

Amazing! She wasn't disturbed by all the manufactured testimony and corruption exhibited by Chairmen Schiff and Nadler. She apparently wasn't disturbed by the fact there has been no real evidence against Trump. She apparently wasn't disturbed by the evidence of the total corruption of the FBI, CIA and the DOJ by Obama. Apparently she wasn't disturbed by all the forged documents and failure of Democrats to turn over exculpatory evidence to the Republicans on the appropriate committees.

But she is disturbed by "McConnell objecting to and refusing to participate in this charade", because she wants a "full and fair process". What's "full and fair"mean? It means the Senate has to do what the House Democrats tell them to do. And that doesn't disturb her?

She wasn't disturbed by the Star Chamber process conducted, probably illegally, by Adam Schiff. She wasn't disturbed by hearsay witnesses.

What should disturb everyone else is her utter lack of consistency, and her utter lack of the Constitutional understanding. The Constitution gives the Senate total control over how any impeachment process is handled. What should disturb everyone is her failure to understand the President of the United States cannot be charged with "obstruction of Congress", one of the articles of impeachment.

It's called separation of powers and the Constitution gives the Executive broad powers to challenge Congress, but it didn't disturb her or the Democrats when Obama actually did abuse those powers.

There are a lot of things in her history that should have legitimately disturbed her, yet she remained silent. Now, it appears after:

 "Bill Kistol of the now defunct Weekly Standard and his group, Republicans for the Rule of Law, targeted Murkowski with a million dollar ad buy to persuade her and other wavering GOP Senatore to turn on Trump."......wanting her to criticize President Donald Trump for asking Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden...."

She's seems disturbed by a lot of things, but fails to be disturbed by slander, lies and the utter corruption of the Congress by House Democrats. Let's face it, Murkowski has never been a profile in courage, not uncommon for a politician.

But one thing this impeachment process has made abundantly clear, she's disturbed.

After 2022 she may be a whole lot more disturbed.

One more thing.  Think Third Party, filled with RINO's and "disturbed" Democrats with no hope to be re-elected in their districts, and nowhere else do go. 

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez Returns to The Place She Cost Thousands of Jobs

“I am back,” Senator Bernie Sanders declared in Queensbridge Park: under the shadow of Queensbridge Houses, the country’s biggest housing project and its biggest failed experiments in government housing.


Cabrini–Green, Pruitt–Igoe, and other mammoth projects have been demolished. Queensbridge or 'the Bridge' lingers on as the nation's worst socialist housing eyesore where nothing works except the guns.

Aides and proxies for the socialist politician insisted that the location was sending a message.

“Queensbridge was a deliberate choice,” one of his aides claimed.

It’s a hell of a choice.

The comeback rally was built around Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez’s endorsement of Sanders. Cortez had famously helped scuttle the deal that would have brought a coveted Amazon HQ to New York.

The location of that planned HQ would have been in Long Island City, near Queensbridge Houses. Amazon was bringing a potential 25,000 jobs. Queensbridge Houses, the largest housing project in the country, has 6,600 residents. Most of them are poor. A large number are unemployed.

Amazon would have brought job fairs and resume training to Queensbridge for 3 years. Instead, Queensbridge Houses gets a rally for the smug socialist who took away the future of its residents.

Assemblyman Ron Kim bizarrely claimed that Bernie's rally was a "a metaphor for all Americans who feel neglected by Wall Street.”

It's hard to think of a worse socialist metaphor than coming to a place to which a company tried to bring 25,000 jobs before being driven out by a Bernie Sanders ally to complain that capitalists don’t care.

"All the people protesting, where are they now?" Billy Robinson, a community activist had asked, weeks after Amazon pulled out, under pressure from the socialists, leaving local residents with nothing.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez went off to get a $300 haircut. Then she and Bernie, a socialist millionaire 1 percenter, returned to celebrate their own greatness in a place where the median income is $15,843.

Time to come back and ignore all the thousands of black people whose lives AOC ruined.

“It wasn’t until I heard of a man by the name of Bernie Sanders that I began to question and assert and recognize my inherent value as a human being," the obnoxious rich girl from Westchester claimed.

So, Rep. Cortez hadn’t recognized her value as a human being until she turned 26?

Sanders called the socialist brat "an inspiration to millions of young people, not just here in New York, but across this country."

It’s doubtful that Cortez is an inspiration to anyone in Queensbridge Houses. They don’t get $300 haircuts in the ‘Bridge’. It did, at one time, hold the record for the highest numbers of murders of any housing project in the city. Last year, Queensbridge managed to goose murder rates with 3 shootings in 1 week as the five gangs based out of the mammoth project battled four gangs from another project.

None of them showed up to the Sanders-Cortez socialist lovefest.

“A few miles away from here, people on Wall Street make unbelievable amounts of money and live in incredible and ostentatious luxury,” Bernie Sanders screeched, “while right here, across the street from us, people are struggling day after day just to survive.”

Yes, they are.

But Sanders neglects to mention that they’re struggling to survive being shot at by fellow residents.

"You heard of us, official Queensbridge murderers," Mobb Deep rapped in Shook Ones (Part II) back in the day. "You all alone in these streets, cousin. Every man for they self in this land we be gunnin'."

In the Giuliani era, criminals were evicted from public housing, but in the ‘progressive’ De Blasio era, criminals are welcome in public housing, and that means more people getting shot in Queensbridge.

People on Wall Street do make lots of money. Some of that money nearly found its way to Queensbridge. And then Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez stepped in to make sure it didn’t happen.

Queensbridge Houses is 61% black, 30% Latino and around 2% white.

The Sanders and Cortez rally was a sea of white faces. That mob of lefties, estimated at 26,000, didn’t come from Queensbridge Houses. There were probably more people who worked on Wall Street in that crowd than people who live in the housing project complex.

None of the three headliners of the Bernie’s Back rally, Bernie Sanders, Michael Moore (who had been dug up from a time capsule left behind in 2007), and Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, are black.

Somebody in the most culturally illiterate political campaign since Hillary Clinton’s abuela imbroglio decided to bring in Michael Moore to headline a rally at one of the birthplaces of hip-hop music.

In Bernie’s mind, Queensbridge Houses is a pristine experiment in socialized housing from 1939 and a model of how government intervention can bring equality through subsidized housing. In the real world, the ‘Bridge’ was a disastrous progressive experiment right from the very beginning.

The mammoth complex of Y-shaped grayish-brown buildings looked like a prison. Like the even more infamous Pruitt-Igoe complex, its elevators skipped every other floor. All the modern designs, like asbestos tiles, that were supposed to transform housing did not hold up once the 1939 World’s Fair had come and gone. And the residents added to the fun by trashing ‘the Bridge’ into a miserable hellhole.

Or the triumph of socialism in action.

Nothing works in Queensbridge Houses. And nothing has worked for generations. The elevators don’t open. The doors don’t close. And the heat and gas come and go. The roofs leak and the mold grows.

Last year, HUD Secretary Ben Carson visited Queensbridge and suggested a federal takeover. One of the buildings hadn’t had any gas for four months.

This year, Senator Bernie Sanders and Rep. Alexandria Cortez showed up to call for more of the same.

"Safe and decent housing is an essential right," Sanders insisted.

Queensbridge Houses shows how that ‘right’ works out in real life. The housing projects of Queensbridge mirror the miserable experiments in mass housing of Bernie’s old USSR. They’re built badly, they don’t work, and they exist only to serve as receptacles of endless human misery.

Bernie came to the site of one of socialism’s worst failures in New York City. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez showed up to the place where she stole thousands of jobs from its poor black residents.

A mob of white lefties followed them to an area they wouldn’t usually set foot in.

The only purpose of this disgusting farce was trying to revive Bernie’s failed campaign while giving Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez leverage to negotiate her eventual endorsement of Elizabeth Warren.

Nobody involved showed any real concern for the thousands of black people they were using as props.

"We want a justice system that doesn’t gun down Black folks in their houses," Bernie Sanders ranted at a building complex where black gang members are the ones killing people.

He called for a Green New Deal by buildings where people routinely don't have heating or cooking gas for months.

If the white lefty hipsters chanting for social justice wanted to see the reality of what the visionary policies they support look like in the real world, all they had to do was spend some time in ‘the Bridge’.

Instead, in the shadow of one of socialism’s biggest failures, Bernie demanded more socialism.

"Ain't no such things as halfway crooks," Mobb Deep rapped about ‘the Bridge’. No such thing as halfway socialists either.

Why are People Drinking AOC, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren Social Justice Kool-Aid?

These so called Social Justice Warriors pander to the public as though their idea of right and wrong and WHO is right and wronged in America is theirs to decide.

So what is “social justice” anyway? It has been defined as a concept of a fair and just relationship between an individual and society. It discusses the redistribution of wealth, opportunity and social privileges. People are to give to society and society gives back. People are expected to pay taxes, and to receive public services. Social Justice in this version is you put in and you get back.

The social justice version being pushed on America today has expanded the meaning to be⏤you put in, and those who don’t put in⏤receive the benefits.

To my mind, there is so much more to social justice and social injustice. Justice is economic, criminal and social. Making things equal under the law is different than making things equal under some notion that uses justifiers such as race, or sexual orientation, gender, poverty or wealth. 

The progressive left social justice warriors would take income earned by those who work for that income and redistribute it to everyone less economically viable. It matters not if they work or choose not to. It matters not how much they give to the economic engine of America that allows us to live the American dream if we choose to. Twitter Erupts After Woman Tells AOC We Must ‘Start Eating Babies’ to Save the Planet

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) faced awkward moments during a town hall meeting on Thursday evening, when a woman stood up and said it was time to “start eating babies” to save the planet from imminent climate-induced doom.

The incident in Corona, New York sparked some heated posts on Twitter later, with President Trump, Donald Trump Jr., 2020 Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Bernie Sanders, and Ocasio-Cortez herself among those weighing in.

“We’re not going to be here for much long [sic] because of the climate crisis,” the woman began, after standing up uninvited and being handed a microphone.

AOC: Slavery Has 'Disenfranchised' DC's Statehood – And It's Time For That To Change

Progressive darling Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) on Thursday took part in a hearing about the District of Columbia and whether or not statehood should be granted. According to the freshman Congresswoman, the reason D.C. doesn't have statehood – or a voice in federal elections – is because of "disenfranchisement" and slavery.

My Take - Pelosi knows better, but Ocasio-Cortez is clueless.  Washington DC was ceded to the federal government by the State of Maryland for the sole purpose of locating the nation's capital there. It's a city, it's not a state and should not have the privileges of at state.  If the Congress doesn't want it to "just" be a city, then they need to give it back to Maryland and end this farce of having a non- voting congressional delegate in Congress. But since both of them are clearly members in high regard of the Club For the Galacticly Stupid, what else can you expect?

Is AOC the self-proclaimed leader of the “Z Generation” and a legend in her own mind?

Alexandra Ocasio Cortez sees the “Z Generation” as the most historically cognizant of all time and they are also those who can and do “puncture more taboos” as compared to previous generations.

There are dozens of random on-street interviews both on and off campus where young people are asked simple questions about geography, history, politics, and current affairs. The product of most of these videos does not support AOC’s conclusion.

A typical video asks the question – “Do you know where Mt. Rushmore is?”
