It's Not My Fault and I'm Not Taking the Blame. Get Over It!

As I'm going back and tagging my old posts I keep coming across some great older pieces.  On December 29, 2015 Douglas Ernst posted this piece, Prof to all white Americans: Admit your 'racist poison', saying: 

A college professor has taken to the New York Times to implore "white America" to go to "war" with itself over its alleged racism. Professor George Yancy of Emory University published "Dear White America" as a "gift" for white people. His challenge: "White America, are you prepared to be at war with yourself, your white identity, your white power, your white privilege?" The ways in which you perpetuate a racist society, the ways in which you are racist.”

Of course my first question was: How did this lunatic ever get a teaching job at any university? 

The second question we should be asking is: Is he representative of American academia?  The answer is Yes to the latter, and that explains how he got his job.

 Let's start with definition, for without definition clarity is impossible.

First of all, the words racism and prejudice are the two most misused words used in America. The word racist means hating someone simply because they belong to a different race. The word prejudice means to "prejudge". 

So the question we should be asking is this: Are whites prejudging blacks and hate them because their black or are whites evaluating them by their actions and saying - I don't like that?  If evaluating black society by the way they act as a culture, we have to conclude they've been found wanting. Violence, crime, illegitimacy and bad attitudes permeate black society. Why would anyone think that was acceptable? Why would anyone want to associate with any group who act in such manner? 

Black mobs rampaging through shopping malls, black kids "playing" the knockout game attacking helpless whites - especially if they're alone, old, female and outnumbered. Rampant rates of murder, rape, and crime in general. Not liking that, and saying so, is hardly prejudice or racism!  Unfortunately, there are entirely too many people defending this kind of behavior in black America, from both whites and blacks.  Refusing to recognize that kind of behavior for what it is, and worse yet, defending that kind of activity is actual racism. So, how is that racism?

What they're saying to the world is blacks are incapable of living civilized lives.  They're not capable of living crime free lives.  They're not capable of marrying the women they impregnate and raising their offspring.   They're incapable of holding down a job.  They're saying to the world blacks are savages and we should accept that.  All the while condemning as racist who've been recipients of all that violent behavior and speaking out against it.  Which presents another conundrum for these race hustlers since most of that behavior has been perpetrated against other blacks.   Are we to conclude these blacks who have suffered at the hands of other blacks are racists also?  

So, if that's the left's projection of blacks, and it is, we should be asking:  Who are the real racists?  

Perhaps they should try and remember Antonio Santiago. You do remember him don't you? At 13 Months Old I Was Killed By Two Black “Children”! What’s My Name?

We keep hearing how blacks are treated differently regarding employment, and the government constantly puts out figures to make that claim. However, when will the government put the whole picture on the wall? When will the government put out a study - based on race - showing how many work days are missed each year, how many days employees come to work late, leave early, cause trouble on the job, level of productivity, theft on the job, disciplinary write-ups, sexual harassment and violence on the job. Do the study!  After that I'm willing to let the cards fall where they may.

Okay, now let's see a show of hands.  How many people think the government or academia will ever undertake such a task? It won't happen - and why?  Because black race hustling activists, academia and the government are filled with racists who care little about black America, seeking instead their own benefits.

Race relations in America is the worst it's been in my almost 76 years, and Obama can take a lot of the blame, along with all the so-called black "leadership", who are nothing by race hustlers.  Race hustlers who totally disparage American conservatives, including those who just happen to be black, and the only ones to offer real solutions for black America, and the nation, because the implementation of conservative values, based on Judaic/Christian principles, raises all ships.

No society can be fixed if it won't recognize it's flaws and choose to fix itself, and living the lie that whites are responsible for the failure of black America is the first flaw that must be abandoned. 

Random ‘sucker-punch’ assaults leave frightened NYC residents on edge

Deacon Frederick L. Kurr III was attacked at the Kingsbridge Road Station subway station. An Upper West Side man is cold-cocked in Chelsea.  An unhinged stranger throws a roundhouse at a woman outside a subway station on the Upper West Side. A Catholic deacon and another man are pummeled in separate smackdowns in the Bronx.

It’s up for debate whether this spate of disturbing incidents is a return of the so-called knockout game, the sick spree of assaults that terrorized New Yorkers a few years ago, but it’s a still a gut-punch to frightened residents already on edge.

One poster to the Upper West Side Together Facebook group put members on high alert two weeks ago after two friends walking past the subway station exit on Central Park West and 87th Street encountered a man dressed in black coming out of the subway.

He tried “tried to sucker punch” the girl, whose boyfriend then chased him off. “My friend was screaming, ran to a building on CPW (Central Park West) where doorman called police,” the poster explained. An Upper West Side man responded, “This is happening all over. I was sucker punched by a disturbed man in Chelsea” — and left with two black eyes...........To Read More.....

AOC Blamed Trump for Assaults on Elderly Asians; The Attacker was Muslim

When a video of an assault on a 91-year-old Asian man went viral, the media and civil rights groups were quick to blame President Trump for using the term, “Chinese Virus”.

"We stand with our Asian American & Pacific Islander community against the rising tide of racism and hate crimes that have been stoked to a fever pitch, much of amplified by the actions of our last president," Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez tweeted another false accusation.

But when the perpetrator was arrested, he turned out to be Muslim.

Yahya Muslim had allegedly attacked a 60-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman the same day. His arrest told a larger story about why Asian people are really being attacked in Oakland.

Muslim had been convicted of "assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury" in October 14, 2020 and was let off with an "unsentenced term". He had also been convicted of the same charge in 2015 and got off with probation. Had he been locked up, the 91-year-old man he attacked would have been safe. California’s Democrat establishment and its media allies falsely blamed Trump for their own support for criminals like Muslim at the expense of their victims.

Oakland’s Chinatown had suffered over 20 attacks against the elderly and women in two weeks.

The wave of attacks against Asian people in Oakland, like the previous attacks in New York that I documented, are being carried out by minorities with a criminal record, not by conservatives.

The cause of the crisis is a crime wave fueled by Democrat support for career criminals.

California Democrats legalized shoplifting. Some of the videos capture criminals boldly stealing money and property from stores while knowing that nothing is going to happen to them.

And nothing does.

Some of the criminals escalated their attacks from robbing stores to mugging the elderly. And the same Democrat politicians who supported legalizing robbing stores expressed concern.

But when Democrat DAs free criminals as soon as they’re arrested, when they even bother arresting them at all, when someone like Yahya Muslim could be convicted twice of "assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury" without ever serving time, that’s inevitable.

In January, there were 15 murders in Oakland, up from only one murder in January of last year.

The Oakland City Council had voted to create a task force to defund the police department by half. The actual defunding proposal was narrowly voted down with Councilwoman Sheng Thao voting for defunding. A month later, after a murder at a Starbucks, Thao was calling for the police to walk the beat again.

“Let’s commit to shifting at least $25 million from OPD to community programs and services that truly keep us safe,” Councilwoman Nikki Fortunato Bas had argued.

“We need to invest in those other types of safety,” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez had argued in favor of police defunding.

How safe does anyone in Chinatown feel?

Biden’s spokeswoman, Jen Psaki, told reporters at a briefing that her boss was very concerned and had signed an executive order protecting Asians. That won’t do much good because Kristen Clarke, Biden’s black nationalist pick to head civil rights at the DOJ, opposed fighting civil rights violations by black perpetrators. That would include Muslim and most of the Oakland attackers.

Before Muslim's arrest, John C. Yang, the head of Asian Americans Advancing Justice (AAJC), a leftist group, had been one of the loudest voices blaming President Trump.

The AAJC, like its Jewish counterparts, has worked to sell out the people it claims to represent for leftist causes, supporting Yale's policy of affirmative action discrimination against Asian students, and now opposes police protection for the Asian-American victims of crime.

In response to the wave of attacks, Yang claimed that, "increased police presence isn’t necessarily going to solve the problem" and claimed to be worried "about over-criminalization of communities," calling instead for "community-based solutions, assistance for the victims, assistance for the businesses that are damaged.” Anything except dealing with the criminals.

Meanwhile local business owners are hiring armed guards, forming volunteer patrols, and calling for a larger police presence. The disconnect between what Asian store owners in Oakland actually want and the media’s insistence on quoting Yang amplifies the disconnect.

Chinatown community members have been accused of “anti-blackness” for talking about the violence they’re facing in a city and state that no longer believe in fighting crime.

The problem is not, as Yang claims, “the virus of racism”, but the virus of crime.

In San Francisco, Vicha Ratanapakdee, an 84-year-old Thai man, was murdered in San Francisco by Antoine Watson who shoved him, causing the elderly man to hit his head, and then kept going. The victim's family described it as a racially motivated assault.

Soros DA Chesa Boudin promised them justice. Considering that Boudin's idea of justice is freeing all the criminals, that's not very likely. A local news station reported that 85% of San Francisco residents said that they feel unsafe. Boudin and the pro-crime policies of criminal justice reform, which put criminals ahead of their victims, are a big part of the problem.

Even while CNN, CBS, NBC, and other major media outlets falsely tried to connect President Trump to the attacks, it’s their own political movement that is at fault for the violence.

“The perpetrator in some cases has been African American,” San Francisco Mayor London Breed said. “And as an African American woman, as the mayor of your city, I am here to hold everyone accountable.”

Accountability has become a nebulous social justice term. It’s wormed its way into cancel culture and has been used to describe restorative justice alternatives to the justice system.

The criminals don’t need to be held accountable. They need to be arrested and locked up. It’s the politicians who embraced police defunding and who keep releasing criminals who need to be held accountable for making cities unsafe, and for costing lives by empowering criminals.

What is happening to Asians in Oakland is the same thing that’s been happening to Jews in Brooklyn. The long series of viral videos showing random assaults and muggings against both groups is the result of living under Democrat leaders who have decided that crime and racism by minorities don’t exist and that policing them is racist.

There would be no rash of assaults if the DAs and the police were allowed to do their job.

Democrats love talking about hate crimes, but there’s no ‘hate crime’ without a ‘crime’. Fighting hate without fighting crime leads to lots of press conferences and not a whole lot less.

The social justice activists, reporters, and politicians who jumped on the Oakland assaults tried to blame President Trump, but when the perpetrators turned out to be exactly the same people on whose behalf they had been fighting for years, they quickly backed away from the issue.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez tried to blame President Trump for the attacks on elderly Asians in a city whose politicians did their best to champion police defunding. If she wants someone to blame for the wave of crime against a vulnerable community, she can look in the mirror.

Violence is Very Human

The “knockout game” is in the news these days along with much discussion of bullying. Football is a game of violence with rules in which players frequently sustain injuries. Terrorism has been adopted to advance the Islamic goal of global domination. And the administration just announced an agreement with Iran in a vain effort to slow their intention to join the nuclear club of nations with the capacity to kill thousands, if not millions.

It is impossible not to conclude that violence is not built into the DNA of mankind.

In his 2007 book, “The Most Dangerous Animal: Human Nature and the Origins of War”, David Livingston Smith, a professor of philosophy at the University of New England, wrote: “The track record of our species shows, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we are extremely dangerous animals, and the balance of evidence suggests that our taste for killing is not some sort of cultural artifact, but was bred into us over millions of years by natural and sexual selections.”

On the plus side, he wrote “But we have also seen that there is something in human nature that recoils from killing and pulls us in the opposite direction.”

It’s worthwhile to take a moment to contemplate violence. A statistical analysis, Smith noted, reveals the constancy of war. “Looking at forty-one modern nation-states between 1800 and 1945, we find that they average 1.4 wars per generation and 18.5 years of war per generation.”

“Almost 200 million human beings, mostly civilians, have died in wars over the last century, and there is no end of slaughter in sight,” wrote Smith. “The threat hangs over all of us, constant and unrelenting.”

The brief notice of the slaughter occurring in Syria when poison gas was used is instructive. A wider war was avoided when Russia stepped in to negotiate the destruction of this weapon and was occasioned only when President Obama contemplated military strikes. At this writing, 100,000 Syrians and combatants have died. It is no longer an on-going news story.

“The Value of Violence” is a new book by Benjamin Ginsberg. “Honesty would be so frequently damaging that virtually all politicians and public officials become practiced liars,” notes Ginsberg, suggesting that “cynicism should be understood as a reasonable, if mainly intuitive, popular response to the realities of politics.”

The deal with Iran, albeit for only six months, was conducted in such secrecy that none of the members of Congress, including its leadership, were aware of it. The killing of a U.S. ambassador in 2012 on the anniversary of 9/11 was immediately surrounded in lies when Americans were told it was initiated by a video no one had seen, rather than one more episode in the war that Islamic fascists have engaged in since the 1980s. The nation is trying to extract itself from Afghanistan after the 2001 act of war we call 9/11 and has left Iraq after a war whose justification is subject to question. Long wars of attrition sap the strength and will of even a superpower.

The reason the deal with Iran is so suspect is the fact that it is the nexus for much of the terrorism in the world, sponsoring organizations like Hezbollah and Hamas. It has engaged in every manner of violence from assassination to kidnapping and hostage-taking.

Ginsberg notes that “In recent decades, for example, armed insurgents have employed violence or the threat of violence to overthrow a number of established regimes. The African continent alone has experienced some eighty-five successful military coups during the past sixty years.” It is Africa that mankind evolved, standing upright, and walking to inhabit all the other continents.

Much is made of violence in America. It is the daily content of news. “In the United States alone, nearly one and a half million individuals become the victims of violence every year—pushed, kicked, pummeled, stabbed, and shot—while tens of thousands of others are the perpetrators of these same acts.”

Indeed, America was born in violence as citizens took up arms against the British to establish the nation. Not that long after, it fought a bloody civil war to retain the union. The right to bear arms, as much to hold the government in check as any other, is part of our Constitution. An estimated eighty million Americans own a gun or rifle or both.

One can argue that violence on the individual, national, and international level is the price that humanity pays for its own inherent, even genetic, inclination to use violence for a wide variety of purposes. It has been used by the great religions and by nations alike.

It will not end. Our best efforts can only restrain it within ourselves, but weakness, too, is an ancient invitation to violence. Appeasement is a trap.

Teens Fatally Assault Man at Great Frederick Fair, May Have Been ‘Knockout Game’

The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office has charged two teens for the random, unprovoked physical attack of a man at the Great Frederick Fair.

The victim was found near the midway area of the fairgrounds around 5:36 p.m. Friday, lying unconscious. Police interviewed multiple witnesses who told them the victim had been minding his own business.

On Monday, the Frederick County Sheriff’s identified the victim as 59-year-old John Marvin Weed of Mt. Airy, Maryland.

Maryland State Police airlifted the victim to R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore where he died from his injuries Saturday. An autopsy is now scheduled at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine an exact cause of death.

According to law enforcement sources, the two teenage suspects, ages 15 and 16, may have been playing the so-called “knockout game” at the time of the wanton attack. A spokesperson for the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office would not confirm that notion but stated it would “certainly be looked at.”

Authorities have charged the 15-year-old with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. The 16-year-old is charged with second-degree assault. Prosecutors may very well tack on additional counts — such as manslaughter or murder — in light of the victim’s death.........To Read More....

The Conservative Fairy Tale That Won’t Go Away

NPR cannot make up its mind whether the Knockout Game is an “old phenomenon with fresh branding,” or just a conservative fairy tale.  Meanwhile, victims, witnesses, videos and stories of racial violence continue to pour forth.  At least one from an NPR employee, John Hingsbergen:

“Folks, as a Program Director at an NPR station, I don’t usually get involved in discussions like this, but I have personal experience with this so-called game,” Hingsbergen said in the comments section of an NPR blog on race called Code Switch. “It was this past May, just a block from the Hilton Garden Inn on First St, N.E. While I was taking a brief walk around the area, within sight of the hotel and with plenty of other people on the sidewalk, a teenager walked up to me smacked me on the side of the head. Thankfully, he was not strong enough to ‘knock out’ this 60+ year old so all I did was spin around, only to see him take off running to the other side of the street to join two companions who were laughing as if it was the most hilarious thing they’d ever seen.”…..Read More »

Knockdown games, bigoted receipts, and self-inflicted HIV

There’s a coincidental, but illuminating, confluence of “media mythology” stories at the moment. The first concerns a series of claims by wait staff that hateful, bigoted customers stiffed them for tips and wrote awful things on the receipt. First there was a waitress at a Red Lobster in Tennessee who claimed her customer wrote the N-word on a receipt, a story that gained national attention and led to her collecting over $10,000 in donations from sympathetic and/or outraged people across the country. Media brands knockout game ‘myth’

Some news organizations are refuting the existence of an alleged phenomenon known as the "knockout game" that has been the subject of media warnings in recent weeks.  According to reports by CNN, the Today show, USA TODAY and others, the game takes place when young people randomly assault strangers in an attempt to knock them out with one punch.

The attacks are leading to arrests, more officers on the streets and warnings for vigilance among the public, law enforcement officials and victims advocates told USA TODAY. In New Haven, Conn., police spokesman David Hartman said police are investigating six incidents in the past month as possible "knockouts."

But police officials in several cities where the attacks have been reported say the knockout game is an urban myth, and that attacks that have received recent attention in the media have been random assaults, the New York Times is reporting…..To Read More….

Unprovoked attacks by youth looking to do nothing except inflict pain have become an urban tradition.

As a 78-year-old woman walked down the street in Brooklyn, carrying her purse and bags, a young black male, about 20 years old, punched her in the head as hard as he could and ran away. The man said nothing and didn’t steal a single item.

This is one of the latest instances of “Knockout,” a “game” of evidently increasing popularity. Young people — sometimes female but usually male, predominantly black, in their teens to early 20s, in groups or alone — approach unsuspecting strangers and punch them in the head as hard as possible with the intention to knock them unconscious with a single blow. DeAndre Felton and his crew had a problem: The mall was closed. The curfew in effect. But they were still high on drugs and wanted to have more fun. So they decided to beat someone up.  Turns out they chose The Wrong Guy.  They had just come from a local park where DeAndre and 15 others beat up two girls, sending one to the hospital with a broken arm…..Find a person who looks defenseless. Then punch him. Or kick him until you get tired or he is knocked out. Or worse. Game over…..So ….DeAndre ….told his friends he wanted to “beat someone up.” They found their victim a few minutes later. Soon DeAndre and his confederate, Deshaun Jones, were peeling off from the group, heading for a guy walking home from work. Alone… He was The Wrong Guy…... Then came the surprise: The Wrong Guy fought back. He pulled a knife. Soon DeAndre was dead…. DeAndre and Deshaun attacked The Wrong Guy, who then stabbed them in self-defense.

The families didn’t want to hear that explanation.  “This is a monster, this is a monster after children,” Family friend and minister Rev. Dante Moss, who officiated at DeAndre’s funeral, held a press conference and called the police findings a “comic book.” Moss compared DeAndre to Trayvon.  To Read More......

'Knockout Games' a hit with black mobs

The “Knockout Games” have come to Pennsylvania: Two bouts. Both on video.  Starting in Pittsburgh earlier this month, a mob of six black people walking through a downtown alley they saw Jim Addlespurger coming from the opposite direction.  One of the mob reared back and punched the 50-year-old English teacher in the face. Addlespurger fell to the curb, unconscious, unable to prevent his face from directly striking the curb.
