Tunisian president warns of country being ‘overrun by blacks’

Though officially slavery is outlawed everywhere, in Africa hundreds of thousands of blacks are still enslaved by Arab masters. In Mali, there are up to 800,000, in Niger there are 45,000, and in Mauritania, which in 1981 became the last country to abolish slavery, there are over 100,000. No one raises the matter at the UN General Assembly, no Special Rapporteur has been appointed to study the “situation of black African slaves in Muslim lands.”

In Tunisia, black Africans — both those who have arrived in order to then try to make it to Europe by boat, and those whose families have been in Tunisia for generations (15% of Tunisians are black) – find themselves the object of racist attacks by individual Tunisian Arabs and by the Tunisian government. The Tunisian President has deplored the presence of so many black Africans who, he claims, are “overrunning” the country; sub-Saharan migrants have been arrested for the “crime of being black,” and now the police have been taking black Africans to desert areas, near the borders inhospitable with Algeria and Libya. Georgia Democrat Announces She's Switching to GOP

A Georgia state lawmaker is leaving the Democratic Party to join the GOP after she reportedly angered her Democratic colleagues over a bill promoting school choice.   State Rep. Mesha Mainor, who represents District 56 in the Georgia state House, made the announcement on Tuesday.  “I represent a blue district in the city of Atlanta so this wasn’t a political decision for me. It was a a MORAL one,” Mainor stated. “I will NEVER apologize for being a black woman with a mind of my own.”  In a follow-up tweet, Mainor said the party "embraced left-wing radicalism, lawlessness, and put the interests of illegal aliens over the interest of Americans."  Mainor’s departure from the Democratic Party was first reported by Fox News.

"When I decided to stand up on behalf of disadvantaged children in support of school choice, my Democrat colleagues didn’t stand by me," Mainor told Fox News Digital. "They crucified me. Mind the Gap

Is the white-black IQ gap shrinking in the United States?  Although many assume that the existence of sizable disparities in average IQ among the races simply must be “pseudoscience,” that different ethnicities average different levels of mental ability is one of the most overwhelmingly well-established findings of the social sciences.  Exactly why ancestral groups have varying IQs remains controversial, but the fact that they do is not disputed among the well-informed. A general rule of thumb among researchers has long been that whites and blacks differ in average IQ by about one standard deviation.  “Racial intelligence differences are real, large, crucial for understanding American society, and not going away anytime soon.”.............It’s something we have to live with........... the manifold effects of the intelligence gap don’t justify the current paranoid conspiracy theorizing about white racism.

Much of the madness of the 2020s, such as the post–George Floyd murder and car crash sprees and California’s reparations plans, is likely attributable to blacks figuring out that they weren’t going to catch up but that they could guilt-trip whites into paying reparations because whites have been disarmed of mentioning the IQ and crime gaps. Another Crash at the Intersectionality

It was only four years ago that Los Angeles City Councilman Kevin de Leon was the new shiny object for California progressives. He finished second in California’s jungle primary for the U.S. Senate seat held by Dianne Feinstein, and even if he couldn’t beat the fellow Democrat in the general election, he appeared set up to succeed her when she finally retired or resigned from office. Just today Feinstein, who hasn’t been heard from in months, issued a statement that she intends to finish out her current term.

If Feinstein does have to step down for health reasons, Gov. Gavin Newsom has already said that he would appoint a Black woman to replace her. Why not De Leon? (Or another Hispanic? Or—eeek—a male?)

Oh that’s right: De Leon was caught on that leaked recording a couple months ago disparaging black politicians in LA. He’s refusing to resign from the City Council. This is not sitting well with LA blacks, who are now outnumbered by Hispanics, but can perceive who stands higher in the Democratic Party hierarchy of victimhood—demographics be damned.

More Denied Facts About Democrats Their Negros

Those who subscribe to my website mychal-massie.com are familiar with my weekly video called “The Video Rant.”  A recent such Video was titled: “It’s Time We Tell The Truth About Negroes.”  In it I said: “It’s time to stop pretending that Negros aren’t the source of the problems that plague so many of them.  We must speak the truth to their dysfunction.”

The one truth I have repeated time and again is that there’s no demographic of people on earth who are subject to lower expectations and less culpability regarding personal responsibility than those I herein reference.

Nowhere is this exampled more transpicuously than in their emotional, mental and psychological Pavlovian allegiance to the Democrat Party that is describable as the Stockholm Syndrome on steroids.

The Democrat Party has treated these people with the disrespect and indecency that Bill Clinton has subjected Hillary.  They are publicly humiliated and of value only when acting in subordinate positions that support Democrat malfeasance.

The Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) is the equivalent of a toothless old dog that is kept around because it can still bark.  The CBC does nothing; in fact its existence would be ostensibly unknown if the members of same didn’t show up every so often at the command of Democrat leadership when it was/is necessary and/or convenient to add accusations of “the white man is out to get them.”  Or when adding accusations of racism, benefits Democrat fears of losing an election.

The latter is what we just witnessed when Biden wheeled out another failed initiative that is intended to reduce the harm caused by the record inflation he is singularly responsible for creating.

If what Biden is doing to the economy and if his style of so-called leadership appears more destructive than corrective, that’s because they are.  Denying that this is his plan doesn’t make it not his plan.  As my late grandmother used to say: “Just because you don’t see the devil, doesn’t mean he’s not there.”

As Art Moore wrote: 

“Amid crushing inflation fueled by an accelerated push for ‘renewable’ energy, record-high government spending and foreigh0policy failures, Biden announced a major initiative to cut down on ‘junk fees’ from banks, airlines, cable companies and other industries that he emphasized will especially help ‘people of color.’”

Among the “junk fees” Biden referenced were the ancillary fees associated with air-travel.  Right on cue, Biden called such fees unfair and racist because they were most harmful to the “marginalized…especially low-income folks and people of color.”

Of course, he will be hailed as sensitive and showing compassion for the least of these just as the bible instructs.  Funny, how people like these godless infidels are quick to quote from the Word of God they refuse to recognize and obey; but I digress.

This is the Hegelian Dialectic approach at it unequivocal best.  They either create a problem or seize upon one, then pretend to react, i.e., respond to the problem by instituting a solution that they have already predetermined.

Biden destroyed the economy across the board in approximately 18 months.  Unemployment, inflation, fuel costs are at all-time highs. And his idea to correct things is to do away with ancillary fees for air-travel and banking.

The irony is that he claims to be doing for the ‘po-colored folks’ who can afford $400 Air Jordan sneakers but cannot figure out how to obtain photo identification for voter identification.

Notwithstanding, just how many of these he is calling marginalized low-income people of color care about the ancillary pricing in air-travel?  Let’s be real here!  I don’t see these people making a run on airports even for the holidays.

This is typical of his kind. Food is at record highs and he is going to make airlines charge less for legroom.  That’s a so-called leader who is in touch with the people.

This is an example of the absence of respect for their house-pets.  And pets are all these people are to Democrats.  They come when they are called and riot on cue.  And yet these people are refuse to see the truth. It is as if being treated like sub-humans makes their day.

But that’s what Democrats expect of them.  When Biden isn’t calling for his colored house pets “predators” as he did in his speech on the 1994 Crime Bill.  Hillary called these people “super predators.”  Biden was generous if not outright impressed with Obama for being a clean articulate colored boy.

The amount of documented evidence with respect to the contempt Democrats have for the Negro is undeniable.  The fact that these people refuse to turn award from a party who singular purpose since its inception has been to destroy and subjugate Negros, proves how effective and thorough a job has done upon the psyche of their subjects.

The decline in the favorability of mainstream American views toward Israel has coincided with a rise in antisemitic violence, particularly in large metropolises, promoted by Islamo-Leftist groups.

By now, we have read countless articles warning of the coming end of the Jewish golden era in America. The dwindling number of Americans identifying as Jews (now around 4.5 million—half of all Americans of Jewish descent), the passing of the Holocaust generation and the fading memory of the Holocaust itself, ideological polarization and illiberalism are just a few of the reasons discussed.

Over the span of Jewish history, across centuries and continents, the Jewish people had many periods of prosperity. Most well-known was the Golden Age in Spain from the mid-12th century until the end of the 14th century. Under the rule of the Muslim Umayyad Caliphate, “Al-Andalus”—modern day Spain—became a haven for Jewish culture in which art, literature, philosophy, and theology. This peaceful period ended abruptly in 1492, when all Jews of Spain and Portugal were suddenly and forcefully expelled or converted to Christianity.

Hundreds of years later, around 1950 to the turn of the 21st century, Jewish life experienced another Golden Age, this time in the United States and Israel. During the post-World War II-era, as many survivors, as well as Jews expelled from Arab countries, immigrated to the Israel and the United States, conditions in America improved dramatically for Jewish Americans. Poll: Majority of Black Americans Say Politics at Least ‘Somewhat’ Influenced Derek Chauvin Verdict

A majority of Americans, including a majority of black Americans, believe politics at least “somewhat” influenced the outcome of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin’s trial, although a majority also agree with the verdict, a Rasmussen Reports survey released this week revealed.

The survey, taken April 21-22 among 1,000 American adults, asked respondents to gauge how much politics influenced the outcome of Chauvin’s trial.

Fifty-eight percent said politics influenced the outcome either “a lot” (38 percent) or “somewhat” (20 percent), compared to 19 percent who said “not much” and 15 percent who said “not at all.” Fifty-three percent of Republicans said politics influenced the outcome “a lot,” compared to 24 percent of Democrats who said the same. Notably, 57 percent of black Americans said politics influenced the decision to some degree, 36 percent saying “a lot” and 21 percent saying “somewhat.”.........To Read More....

 

 

The Georgetown Affair: New Levels Of Progressive Reality Denial

Just a few months ago (December 2020) I declared that the “essence of progressivism is refusal to deal with reality.” I had some pretty good examples in that post, but none of them can top the current convulsions that are upending Georgetown Law School. At Georgetown recently, a teacher made the mistake of uttering a small dose of reality while speaking to a colleague. This occurred after a recorded class had concluded and everyone else had signed out, but while the recording of the class was still running. Needless to say, the recording of the teacher’s remarks promptly hit Twitter. Thereupon, all hell broke loose.

The subject of the reality that must not be spoken is of course the current all-consuming obsession of academia, namely race. The question I pose is, are Georgetown, and for that matter all of academia, taking this obsession so far as to fully undermine their principal mission?

Probably, you are familiar with how this started. The after-class discussion took place in early March between Georgetown teachers Sandra Sellers and David Batson. Here is video of the key portion of the discussion. The offending words came from Sellers, referring to the performance of students in her class:

“I hate to say this, I end up having this angst every semester that a lot of my lower ones are blacks. Happens almost every semester. And it’s like, oh come on. It’s some really good ones, but there are also usually some that are just plain at the bottom, it drives me crazy.” 

Before getting to the reaction to that remark, let me discuss how the reality of affirmative action plays out for a law school like Georgetown.

The Law School Admission Test is taken by nearly all aspiring law students who want to attend a high-ranked school. The LSAT is specifically designed to predict success in law school. Like all such tests, it is far from perfect, and any individual student may far over-perform or under-perform his or her LSAT results. But averaged over the full range of the test takers, the LSAT is reasonably accurate. I have found it difficult to locate LSAT results by race, but in this article last fall in the City Journal, Heather Mac Donald came up with a racial breakdown of LSAT results for the year 2004, which she sources to the Journal of Blacks in Higher Education:

Of black test takers, 1 percent—or 108 blacks nationwide—scored at least 165 in 2004, 165 being the average for the top ten law schools. Over 10 percent of white test takers—or 6,689 whites nationwide—scored at least 165.

Now consider what this means to you if you are Georgetown Law. As you will see, this falls under the category of “math can be cruel.” According to the US News rankings, Georgetown ranks number 15 among law schools. That’s pretty good. But there are plenty above you. The top five are said to be Yale, Stanford, Harvard, Columbia and the University of Chicago. And all of those want to achieve 10% or more of blacks among their incoming students. Ten percent of the incoming class at just those top five schools is about 170 students, which is already way more than the 100 or so blacks who will score at 165 or above on the LSAT in a year. Sitting there at Georgetown, you can be sure that every one of those top five schools will be making an offer of admission in any given year to every single one of those 100 or so black students with those 165+ LSAT scores. And you can also be sure that all of those black students will accept one of those offers — or maybe an offer from a school ranked number 6 through 14 — before they will accept an offer from a number 15 like you.

What this means is that as practical matter Georgetown can’t attract a single black student with an LSAT score above 165. OK, maybe they’ll get one every few years. Meanwhile, there are plenty of white and Asian students with LSATs above 165 to completely fill their class. Here’s the inevitable result: in many if not most years, the highest LSAT score of a black student in Georgetown’s incoming class will be lower than the lowest LSAT score of any incoming white or Asian student. Given the relative numbers of black, white and Asian students among top LSAT scorers, and given that all the schools are practicing the same affirmative action, that’s just how the math works out.

John Lott, writing this subject at Town Hall on March 17, provides the following information from the University of Chicago:

At the University of Chicago Law School [where Lott previously worked], I heard faculty say that over several decades there was only one time when the highest black LSAT score was above the lowest white score.

In short, the affirmative action process, as it plays out, inevitably puts the black students at schools like Georgetown into a separate intellectual category and sets them up for failure. The issue is particularly acute at just-short-of-top-tier places like Georgetown. You can well understand why black students there might come to feel isolated. And thus this has become a phenomenon that everybody knows is true, and that has to be true, and is obvious, and yet it cannot ever be mentioned. As Lott puts it:

Some simple, obvious facts are too politically incorrect for academics to state publicly.

In the two weeks after the Sellers/Batson video surfaced, Georgetown Law Dean William Treanor put out some four statements to the university community, each one successively taking reality-denial to a whole new level. A couple of excerpts:

From the initial March 10 statement:  

[T]wo members of our faculty engaged in a conversation that included reprehensible statements concerning the evaluation of Black students. . . . I have watched a video of this conversation and find the content to be abhorrent.

From a March 21 update: 

The comments about Black students, made in a conversation between two adjunct faculty charged with preparing students for leadership and service in the legal profession, had a profound and adverse impact on Black students. But the harm inflicted did not stop there. Our entire community is grappling with the painful and difficult effects and the significance of the video.

Both the Georgetown Black Law Students Association, and the black members of the Georgetown Law faculty, promptly weighed in with their own statements on the situation. Needless to say, both called for swift punishment of the offending speaker, for her “racist thoughts [and] racist actions” (BLSA) and for “white supremacist thought” (faculty). More ominously, both the BLSA and black faculty called for reform of grading practices that allegedly disadvantage black students. From the BLSA statement:

We demand that Georgetown Law take action in the form of . . . critically assessing and improving its current subjective grading system. . . .

From the black faculty statement:

Broad statements as to the intellectual ability of students based on their race reflect more poorly on the speaker than those spoken of. Such beliefs spur behavior that is unlikely to create a fair playing field for all students in the classroom. If you expect Black students to behave poorly, your classroom performance as a professor and your grading can operate to confirm that bias. Your Black students then suffer irreparable harm as they experience the consequences of poor grades driven by racial bias. 

The dean and administration at Georgetown cower in abject fear at these accusations. But they had to know that they were admitting classes of students where all, or almost all, of the black students had LSAT scores lower than any of the whites or Asians. Of course most of those black students, if not all, would end up at the bottom of the class in grades. How could it be otherwise?

Which raises this question: What is Georgetown trying to accomplish with its program of affirmative action for blacks? I assume that the aim must have been noble to begin with: Georgetown offers academic rigor and sets high standards, and teaches its students to succeed as lawyers at the most accomplished level; by admitting more blacks, we provide them the opportunity to subject themselves to the same high standards and to learn how to also succeed as lawyers at the most accomplished level. Well, now it seems that those standards — the very standards that we thought were the magic sauce that would enable these students to succeed — are going to be deemed “subjective” and “racist.” We will get rid of the standards.

OK, but now, what is the value that Georgetown offers to these black students, or indeed to any of its students? Without the academic rigor and the high standards, there is nothing left but the brand name. And how long will the name alone retain value after the standards that gave it value have been abandoned? This is the fundamental question that is playing out all across woke academia today. Probably, I will not live long enough to see the final dénouement.

For more detail on the “cultural revolution” at Georgetown Law, you might enjoy this long April 9 piece at Quillette from faculty member Lama Abu Odeh. She describes herself as “Muslim, Palestinian, woman . . .,” but apparently she is one of the few not going along with the current wave of groupthink. In one of the more revealing points in the piece, she notes that she was advised by a colleague that “I was wasting precious victimhood resources by refusing to sign” a statement of support for the black faculty.

 

When Minorities Vote GOP, the Media Smears Republicans as Racists

 In just one week, the Washington Post churned out two op-eds on the same theme, "The GOP is Now Just the Party of White Grievance" and "The Republican Party is Making Jim Crow Segregationists Proud". The D.C. Democrat paper doesn’t bother clarifying why Democrats from two generations ago would be thrilled that 1 in 5 black men voted for President Trump.

Ever since the election, the media has been beating its narrative drum with one message.

CNN howls that Republicans are the worst racists. The New York Times insists they’re even more racist than that. And MSNBC will counter that only white racists would vote Republican.

The most famous media exponent of the “white grievance” line is Stuart Stevens: Romney’s senior strategist, who went on to join the Lincoln Project. Stevens claimed on MSNBC that the GOP, "went down a path to embrace white grievance as its core" and that, "of the Americans who are 15 years and under, the majority are nonwhite. They're gonna be nonwhite when they turn 18 and start voting and that's the end of the Republican party as we know it."

But David Shor, Obama's battleground state election analyst, pointed out, "I don’t think a lot of people expected Donald Trump’s GOP to have a much more diverse support base than Mitt Romney’s did in 2012. But that’s what happened.

“My party obviously has an embarrassingly small share of African American votes,” Senator Romney claimed after embarrassingly participating in a Black Lives Matter rally.

President Trump had done better than Romney with both black and Latino voters the first time around. And he improved on those numbers the second time around. As Shor notes, among Democrats, "Hispanic support dropped by 8 to 9 percent" and "there’s evidence that there was something like a 5 percent decline in Asian American support for Democrats."

1 in 3 Latino men and 1 in 5 black men voted for President Trump in 2020.

Meanwhile over half of the House minority freshmen are Republicans. This is the first time that more House minority freshmen have been Republicans than Democrats.

The Jim Crow segregationists must be really proud of that one.

As Henry Olsen, the author of The Working Class Republican noted, "Every seat Republicans have flipped from blue to red has been captured by a woman or a minority."

These are strange numbers for the party of “white grievance”.

The Democrats and their media keep shouting that Republicans are becoming whiter even as Republican voters and elected officials are more diverse than they have been in a generation.

As Shor noted, Democrats gained "roughly 7 percent among white college graduates" and lost support among black, Hispanic, and Asian voters by 2, 9, and 5 percent respectively.

If any party out there is getting whiter, it’s the Democrats. And that has them worried.

These are some of the numbers that explain why Democrats are doubling down on accusations of Republican racism. These smears don’t reflect the real world, they’re a messaging operation by a radical party that bet its future on minority voters only to discover it’s losing its grip on them.

Democrat efforts to connect with minority voters backfired. As Shor noted, police defunding led to “conservative Hispanic voters who’d been voting for us despite their ideological inclinations” to begin “voting more like conservative whites”. And trying to win over Hispanic voters with open borders was an even bigger disaster. “Asking voters whether they lean toward Biden and Trump, and then emphasizing the Democratic position on immigration, often caused Biden’s share of support among Latino respondents to decline.” So much for immigration pandering.

Black leaders and voters rejected police defunding. By the time the election was drawing near, Biden and the Democrats were forced to denounce race riots and reject police defunding.

Police defunding and open borders are only popular with AOC’s base of white hipsters.

Unable to meaningfully connect with minority voters, Democrats have defaulted back to accusing Republicans of racism. And insisting, all evidence to the contrary, that they’re a white party. It’s not only a lie, but it shows the level of desperation and contempt by the Democrats.

The Democrats have defined white grievance as opposition to critical race theory and their culture war. But neither are especially popular with minority voters. Going to war against Dr. Seuss may thrill the hearts of AOC’s white hipster base, but black and Hispanic parents want the Democrats to stand up to the teachers’ unions and reopen schools. San Francisco’s obsession with renaming closed schools even led to a rebuke from its black female mayor.

The Democrat culture war is based around generating racially polarizing moments, but they have nothing to do with the real concerns of most minority voters. They’re the noise of a college-educated lefty elite, white, black, and otherwise, talking about its ideological obsessions.

Eliminating Dr. Seuss doesn’t frame Republicans as the party of white grievance or racism. Instead it shows that the Democrats are unserious radicals who don’t intend to do anything for minority voters, and can’t even prioritize delivering the financial benefits that they promised.

But, much like Robin DiAngelo’s racist tract, White Fragility, when the Washington Post serially accuses Republicans of being white racists, it isn’t talking to minorities. The Post has fairly few minority readers, despite claiming to cover a city that is majority black. But that’s not the city that the paper is built to cover. The Post is a government paper and its demographic are officials, elected and unelected, and the swamp of contractors, consultants, and lobbyists around them.

White people are telling other white people that Republicans are the party of white people.

The strategy is less about winning over minority voters than making white college-educated voters feel like racists if they even think about voting Republican.

Critical race theory and cancel culture are the barbed wire on the plantation for white voters.

Democrats kept black voters in by telling them that Republicans are racists. Now just as minority voters are beginning to drift over the invisible fence, the Democrats are telling college-educated white voters that Republicans are racist. Racism is the plantation’s fence. Minority voters on the plantation had been taught to fear racism outside the invisible fence while college-educated white voters are being taught to fear the hidden racism lurking deep in their own whiteness.

But the fear strategy, fear of the outside world and fear of your own dark side, has its limits.

The Democrats have gone from the party of, “The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself” to the party of, “Fear thy neighbor” and worse still, “Fear thyself.” The party’s pitch has been distilled into fear and hatred. As more minorities vote Republican, the Democrats can only respond by ramping up the racism smears that have become their only real argument for the minority vote.

The more minorities vote Republican, the more the Democrat racism smears fly in the media.

When a video of an assault on a 91-year-old Asian man went viral, the media and civil rights groups were quick to blame President Trump for using the term, “Chinese Virus”.

"We stand with our Asian American & Pacific Islander community against the rising tide of racism and hate crimes that have been stoked to a fever pitch, much of amplified by the actions of our last president," Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez tweeted another false accusation.

But when the perpetrator was arrested, he turned out to be Muslim.

Yahya Muslim had allegedly attacked a 60-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman the same day. His arrest told a larger story about why Asian people are really being attacked in Oakland.

Muslim had been convicted of "assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury" in October 14, 2020 and was let off with an "unsentenced term". He had also been convicted of the same charge in 2015 and got off with probation. Had he been locked up, the 91-year-old man he attacked would have been safe. California’s Democrat establishment and its media allies falsely blamed Trump for their own support for criminals like Muslim at the expense of their victims.

Oakland’s Chinatown had suffered over 20 attacks against the elderly and women in two weeks.

The wave of attacks against Asian people in Oakland, like the previous attacks in New York that I documented, are being carried out by minorities with a criminal record, not by conservatives.

The cause of the crisis is a crime wave fueled by Democrat support for career criminals.

California Democrats legalized shoplifting. Some of the videos capture criminals boldly stealing money and property from stores while knowing that nothing is going to happen to them.

And nothing does.

Some of the criminals escalated their attacks from robbing stores to mugging the elderly. And the same Democrat politicians who supported legalizing robbing stores expressed concern.

But when Democrat DAs free criminals as soon as they’re arrested, when they even bother arresting them at all, when someone like Yahya Muslim could be convicted twice of "assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury" without ever serving time, that’s inevitable.

In January, there were 15 murders in Oakland, up from only one murder in January of last year.

The Oakland City Council had voted to create a task force to defund the police department by half. The actual defunding proposal was narrowly voted down with Councilwoman Sheng Thao voting for defunding. A month later, after a murder at a Starbucks, Thao was calling for the police to walk the beat again.

“Let’s commit to shifting at least $25 million from OPD to community programs and services that truly keep us safe,” Councilwoman Nikki Fortunato Bas had argued.

“We need to invest in those other types of safety,” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez had argued in favor of police defunding.

How safe does anyone in Chinatown feel?

Biden’s spokeswoman, Jen Psaki, told reporters at a briefing that her boss was very concerned and had signed an executive order protecting Asians. That won’t do much good because Kristen Clarke, Biden’s black nationalist pick to head civil rights at the DOJ, opposed fighting civil rights violations by black perpetrators. That would include Muslim and most of the Oakland attackers.

Before Muslim's arrest, John C. Yang, the head of Asian Americans Advancing Justice (AAJC), a leftist group, had been one of the loudest voices blaming President Trump.

The AAJC, like its Jewish counterparts, has worked to sell out the people it claims to represent for leftist causes, supporting Yale's policy of affirmative action discrimination against Asian students, and now opposes police protection for the Asian-American victims of crime.

In response to the wave of attacks, Yang claimed that, "increased police presence isn’t necessarily going to solve the problem" and claimed to be worried "about over-criminalization of communities," calling instead for "community-based solutions, assistance for the victims, assistance for the businesses that are damaged.” Anything except dealing with the criminals.

Meanwhile local business owners are hiring armed guards, forming volunteer patrols, and calling for a larger police presence. The disconnect between what Asian store owners in Oakland actually want and the media’s insistence on quoting Yang amplifies the disconnect.

Chinatown community members have been accused of “anti-blackness” for talking about the violence they’re facing in a city and state that no longer believe in fighting crime.

The problem is not, as Yang claims, “the virus of racism”, but the virus of crime.

In San Francisco, Vicha Ratanapakdee, an 84-year-old Thai man, was murdered in San Francisco by Antoine Watson who shoved him, causing the elderly man to hit his head, and then kept going. The victim's family described it as a racially motivated assault.

Soros DA Chesa Boudin promised them justice. Considering that Boudin's idea of justice is freeing all the criminals, that's not very likely. A local news station reported that 85% of San Francisco residents said that they feel unsafe. Boudin and the pro-crime policies of criminal justice reform, which put criminals ahead of their victims, are a big part of the problem.

Even while CNN, CBS, NBC, and other major media outlets falsely tried to connect President Trump to the attacks, it’s their own political movement that is at fault for the violence.

“The perpetrator in some cases has been African American,” San Francisco Mayor London Breed said. “And as an African American woman, as the mayor of your city, I am here to hold everyone accountable.”

Accountability has become a nebulous social justice term. It’s wormed its way into cancel culture and has been used to describe restorative justice alternatives to the justice system.

The criminals don’t need to be held accountable. They need to be arrested and locked up. It’s the politicians who embraced police defunding and who keep releasing criminals who need to be held accountable for making cities unsafe, and for costing lives by empowering criminals.

What is happening to Asians in Oakland is the same thing that’s been happening to Jews in Brooklyn. The long series of viral videos showing random assaults and muggings against both groups is the result of living under Democrat leaders who have decided that crime and racism by minorities don’t exist and that policing them is racist.

There would be no rash of assaults if the DAs and the police were allowed to do their job.

Democrats love talking about hate crimes, but there’s no ‘hate crime’ without a ‘crime’. Fighting hate without fighting crime leads to lots of press conferences and not a whole lot less.

The social justice activists, reporters, and politicians who jumped on the Oakland assaults tried to blame President Trump, but when the perpetrators turned out to be exactly the same people on whose behalf they had been fighting for years, they quickly backed away from the issue.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez tried to blame President Trump for the attacks on elderly Asians in a city whose politicians did their best to champion police defunding. If she wants someone to blame for the wave of crime against a vulnerable community, she can look in the mirror.

 If you take black and white left-wing rhetoric seriously, blacks are not human beings like members of other races. They are first and foremost black; they are human beings defined before anything else by their color — not their humanity, their personality, their character, their mind or their heart. So much so that, according to white and black leftists, if you dissent from this racist view, you are now labeled racist. 

 

The idiocy and inhumanity (literally) of this, the “progressive” view of black people, is easily demonstrated. Do any blacks see themselves first as black? When a black man, let’s call him James, looks into the mirror, does he first see a black person, or does he see James? When a white woman, let’s call her Karen (I’m playing with the left here), looks into the mirror, does she first see a white person, or does she see Karen? Does any human being first see his or her color?

Of course not. Yet, we are supposed to believe that the most important thing about a black individual is that he or she is black. And if we do not honor that fact — if we aim to be “colorblind” — then we are labeled racist.

This dehumanizing nonsense goes for racial truth these days. Thus, for example, we who are not black are supposed to acknowledge that we cannot possibly see the world the way a black person sees the world; we cannot possibly understand what it is like to be black. This is part of the dogma the left imposes on society through the media, through cancel culture (say that you are colorblind and you might lose your job and your reputation), and through racial sensitivity training seminars at colleges and in the workplace..........To Read More....

Even as Democrats infantilize black voters, Trump reaches out to them

From 1865 to 1932, African Americans were Republicans. Franklin Roosevelt, though, started the Democrats’ Devil’s bargain with blacks: government benefits for votes. This was a disaster for blacks, making them unhealthily dependent on the government. Trump, however, is moving aggressively to convince blacks that they’ve got nothing to lose by giving Republicans a try.

Despite Democrat efforts to claim Abraham Lincoln for their own, the reality is that abolitionism created the Republican Party and Abraham Lincoln was the first Republican president. Once blacks were enfranchised, and for decades afterward, they voted a straight Republican ticket. For them, Democrats were the party of Jim Crow, segregation within the federal workforce, and the KKK.

The Depression changed this. Because they were already economically fragile, it hit blacks especially hard. Although Roosevelt was comfortable discriminating against blacks, his strong voting base in the Jim Crow south meant he sent a lot of New Deal programs that way. Inevitably, blacks benefitted from these programs, so they switched their allegiance to the Democrat Party.

This switch reached its apex with Johnson’s Great Society legislation. Whether or not Johnson ever said, “We’ll have those n*****s voting Democratic for 200 years,” it’s certain that Johnson understood that he could anchor blacks to the Democrat Party through perpetual government largesse:........To Read More....

While politics is about policies and the role and scope of government, politicians' appeal to voters is the critical aspect of those proposals in winning elections. This reality created the class-driven politics of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt era and the 1960s-identity politics that we still see today.

In this presidential cycle, identity politics continue with emphasis on the women’s vote, the Hispanic vote and the black vote as opportunities to tickle the ears of these voting blocs with specific messages and promises. Without question, Democrats have excelled in controlling these demographics for decades due to skillful manipulation of issues that create victims of whichever group needs rescuing while painting Republicans as misogynists, racists and bigots. Democrats always present their solutions through the lens of government control, even to the point of becoming a ward of the state, in contrast to Republicans who offer personal achievement and responsibility yielding individual freedoms and prosperity.
