Christians and Jews Are Now Second Class Citizens in the UK

If you are Jewish and openly wear a Star of David necklace, you can be told to hide it as it might be offensive to Muslims. But Muslims who block traffic to pray or protest, no problem. Muslims who commit crimes? Not a problem. The speech police (an actual part of the UK’s law enforcement) can arrest some- body who they believe MAY “cause offense” to somebody. 

But when Muslims hold rallies explicitly calling for the murder of Jews and Christians, nothing happens to them. In fact, the British police do their best to protect Muslims. Do you know who are often arrested? British citizens holding Union Jack flags! The Observatory on Intolerance and Discrimination against Christians in Europe (OIDAC Europe) notes that in 2023, there were 2,444 anti-Christian hate crimes reported across 35 European countries. 

In England and Wales alone, 702 incidents were recorded between April 2023 and March 2024, representing a 15 percent increase compared to the previous year. From the OIDAC: A study highlighted in the report surveyed 1,562 respondents from dif- ferent Christian denominations and age groups in the UK. It found that 56 per cent of respondents reported experiencing hostility and ridicule when discussing their religious beliefs, rising to 61 per cent among those under 35. Additionally, 18 per cent of respondents felt they had been disadvantaged in their workplace due to their Christian faith. In April, Vice President J.D. Vance spoke at a National Conservatism event and rightly said:

“UK will be the first Islamist country with nuclear weapons.” 

 

A just released video shows that on August 29, London police arrested a Jewish man wearing a small Star of David necklace because they said his necklace would “antagonize” Muslims who were protesting.

If you think it can’t happen here, just imagine what would be happening today if Kamala Harris was in the White House and Democrats controlled Congress. Robert J. O’Neill, the SEAL who killed Osama bin Laden, posted on X: 

“Since NYC is about to elect a jihadi, communist mayor and Hamas is on our college campuses, does it really matter if I carry more than 3.4 oz of mouthwash onto an airplane?”

New York Jews Support Trump More Than Any Other Group

In New York State, Jews have the highest favorable opinion of President Trump. Jews support Trump more than any other religious group, more than Catholics and Protestants, upstate voters, and more than white voters in general.

Jews are the only identity group in the state with whom Trump isn’t underwater even at the same time as Sen. Schumer polls worse among Jews than among Catholics or Protestants.

(So when Trump taunts Schumer as a ‘Palestinian’, he knows what he’s doing.)

At 61%, Jews provide the highest rate of approval for Trump’s deportation of migrants compared to 42% among Protestants, 49% among Catholics and 48% among white voters.

Jews in New York have a total 57% approval rating for Trump in contrast to 38% among Protestants, 49% among Catholics and 47% among white voters, and the highest levels of support for Trump’s immigration, inflation, trade and conviction that Trump will make America great (51% Jews, 42% Catholics and 28% Protestants.)

Unsurprisingly, 64% of New York Jews support President Trump’s approach to Iran.

The Siena College poll numbers reflect an ongoing trend of Jewish support for Trump that defies the fake polls advanced by Democrat front groups (previously exposed by Freedom Center Investigates) which generate the 70% plus numbers often quoted by the media and the gullible to falsely claim nearly universal Jewish support for Obama, Biden and Kamala.

While some people would claim that these numbers are inadequate (and would complain that any numbers short of 101% are not good enough), they are all the more remarkable for coming out of one of the more liberal states in the country and even more so when you consider that much of New York’s Jewish population lives in New York City which leans so far leftward that it’s on the verge of electing a Muslim Communist and regularly generates anti-Trump protest mobs.

New York Jews are defying the trend in a state poll that shows 60% of the state has an unfavorable view of Trump and a poll rigged with slanted negative questions asking about the detention of elected officials over ICE protests, keeping the SALT cap in place, “cutting taxes for corporations” and cutting food stamps for “poor people” in a calculated effort to elicit negative responses. Despite that, Jews were the only group to continue standing by President Trump.

“Jews earn like Episcopalians, and vote like Puerto Ricans” was an old political jab. But if the rest of New York voted the way its Jewish population does, Trump would have won the state.

And it doesn’t end with Trump.

Support for President Trump doesn’t necessarily translate into support for Republicans at the local level, but that’s something that New York’s moribund GOP can choose to tackle.

While the next gubernatorial election is still in the wind and most of the candidates are unknown, a majority of New York’s Jewish voters would back Republican Mike Lawler over Gov. Kathy Hochul, the current unpopular Democrat in office, and back some conservative policies.

(The Siena polls also show that social media isn’t real life and that much of the Jewish population remains unaware of the pro-Israel positions of Rep. Elise Stefanik or Rep. Ritchie Torres and don’t even know who they are. The Twitter effect is extremely overrated.)

Contrary to popular belief, the Jewish vote is winnable. President Trump is proving it. Trump’s secret was competing for voters, black, Jewish or Latino, whom most GOPers had written off, and especially targeting working class and minority male voters.

While the perception of New York Jews is somewhere between Jerry Seinfeld and a Park Avenue cardiologist, much of the population is actually religious, traditional and working class, is far more likely to live in Brooklyn than Manhattan and among Orthodox Jews is concerned about many of the same issues as conservative Christians are, not only Israel, but religious values, immigration control and national greatness.

New York’s demographics make it unlikely that a Republican presidential candidate will win New York outright, but courting the Jewish population and other ‘winnable’ groups can boost the size of the state’s Republican congressional delegation and make a difference at the state level.

Even while people mindlessly repeat the same lies about 70% of Jews supporting Democrats, New York Republicans got their best numbers in a gubernatorial race since the ’90s with a Jewish candidate. And President Trump is getting his best numbers in the state from its Jewish population even while Sen. Schumer is underwater among his own community.

New York Jews are no longer earning like Episcopalians and voting like Puerto Ricans. They’re moving to the right while the Episcopalians are moving leftward. Schumer can grit his teeth, Randi Weingarten can curse Jews as part of the “ownership class” and Democrat groups can spread their fake polls under front groups, but they are losing New York’s Jewish population.

It’s gotten so bad that the only one they could find to head Jews for Zohran was the niece of a Sri Lankan Marxist operating out of China. It would have been impossible to imagine a generation ago, but today, New York’s Jews stand with Trump.

How Soros Bought the ‘Voice’ of the Jewish Community

After a belated crackdown on campus antisemitism, some were surprised to see the Jewish Council for Public Affairs leading a campaign in support of college Hamas enthusiasts.

Observers of Jewish organizational life remembered the JCPA as a representative of local Jewish ‘federations’, the organization had always been liberal, but it had never taken so blatant a stance in defense of antisemites or so overt a stance.against the American Jewish community.

In reality though the JCPA had not existed since 2022. The organization using the JCPA name is a leftist activist group funded by George Soros and headed by a member of his anti-Israel lobby. The crucial break came when the JCPA endorsed the Black Lives Matter racist hate group whose associated mobs attacked synagogues, assaulted Jews and denounced Israel.

Jewish federations were uncomfortable with the JCPA leadership’s seeming support for antisemitism and racism. JCPA boss David Bernstein initially defended the move along with engagement with far-left antisemitic groups, including the Women’s March, before leaving the organization and founding the Jewish Institute for Liberal Values (the group is now known as the North American Values Institute) to fight wokeness and institutional capture of liberal groups.

The JCPA however was ground zero for institutional capture. Instead of the federations taking control of the JCPA which they had funded and lent their name and support to for so long, a plan was developed to make the JCPA independent. The problem was that most people did not realize that an organization that had formerly spoken for sizable portions of the liberal Jewish community was now detached from the community and funded by one of its worst enemies.

In 2023, as the JCPA became “independent”, the group received a $250,000 grant from the Soros Open Society Foundations. While that amount might not have been so impressive for a major organization, the JCPA had lost most of its funding when it left the ‘federations’ and its budget was less than $2 million so that the Soros grant represented a sizable part of its cash.

It also helped pay the salary of its new CEO: Amy Spitalnick. Spitalnick was a veteran of Democratic and leftist organizations, but her only previous role in a Jewish organization had been serving as a spokeswoman for Soros’s anti-Israel lobby: J Street. The JCPA added new board members like Kiyomi Kowalski, the “Afro-Latin queer” founder of ‘Jewbian Princess’ to deliver DEI training to Jewish organizations. Kowalski had come through Soros’s Bend the Arc.

Rori Picker Neiss, the JCPA’s Senior VP for Community Relations, was a leftist activist who had argued that America was systemically racist, claimed to have a transgender 11-year-old girl, was a former board member at HIAS, which specializes in resettling Muslims in America and was the “Rabbi in Residence at the Holy Communion Episcopal Church” in St. Louis.

Other incoming JCPA staffers included Benjamin Suarato, the former spokesman for USAID, and Emily Graham, a Gillibrand staffer.

None of this was normal and the JCPA, which had been a generically liberal group, became a radical leftist one.

The old JCPA had responded to Israel’s elections by describing them as evidence of democracy, the new JCPA however repeatedly attacked Israel and Prime Minister Netanyahu, declaring a “fight for democracy” in Israel and America.

Days after the Oct 7 attacks, Amy Spitalnick, who had worked with the anti-Israel lobby J Street, organized a statement against ‘Islamophobia and anti-Arab hate’.

“We unequivocally reject those targeting our Muslim, Arab, and Palestinian American neighbors with bigotry, threats, and violence,” Spitalnick declared. The signatories included multiple Soros anti-Israel and anti-Jewish groups including J Street, Bend the Arc, T’ruah and the New Israel Fund which subsidizes BDS hate groups.

Spitalnick jumped on the Burlington shooting hoax to issue a press release declaring that “we are praying for a swift and full recovery for Hisham Awartani, Kinnan Abdalhamid, and Tahseen Ahmed.” The shootings had nothing to do with Israel or Islam, but the three Muslim men used their platform to repeatedly denounce Israel with the political aid of the new JCPA.

No one could mistake the new JCPA’s priorities when it issued two statements condemning the Oct 7 attacks, three statements condemning Islamophobia after the attacks and five statements condemning the Trump administration’s crackdowns on campus antisemitism.

While the JCPA assembled a list of signers to its campaign against Islamophobia, it offered no such response to Oct 7. What made the JCPA jump into some kind of action wasn’t the mass murder of Jews, but any report of any violence, no matter how random, as in the case of the Burlington shootings, involving Muslims.

The JCPA claimed that its militant defense of campus antisemitism was motivated by its concern for ‘free speech’ and other democratic values, but the organization had previously demanded the removal of hate speech from Twitter and social media. Its sudden concern for free speech existed only when it came to Hamas supporters targeting Jewish students on college campuses.

The new JCPA defends even the worst campus antisemitism while leveraging a vintage brand of the liberal Jewish establishment. The JCPA had started life as the National Jewish Community Relations Advisory Council. Many people who encounter its initials still think that it represents some sort of ‘grassroots’ coalition of liberal community groups when all it represents is the Left.

And the Soros political machine.

In announcing its new identity, the JCPA stated that it “traditionally operated on a consensus model among 125 national JCRCs and 16 National Jewish organizations”, but in “today’s political climate, however, consensus is harder to obtain” and so the “JCPA is moving from a consensus and general membership model to the coalition model where policy will be driven and overseen.” The JCPA no longer represents anyone except its bosses and major donors.

That includes at least a quarter-million dollar investment from the billionaire funder of anti-Israel groups who had once urged, “America and Israel must open the door to Hamas.”

And whose former employee runs the JCPA and speaks for it.

The JCPA is certainly not the first liberal Jewish group or personality Soros bought, what is surprising is how cheap the price of one of the crown jewels of the old liberal establishment was.

Trump Won Jewish Neighborhoods Across America

Trump won the largest Jewish county in the country, the only entirely Jewish town and village, and some of the densest, fastest growing and most Jewish neighborhoods in America. 

Borough Park, Brooklyn is the densest Jewish neighborhood in the country. Its two square miles contain nearly 100,000 Jewish people in 23,000 households. 83% are married and only 2% are divorced. 96% are members of synagogues. This was where large crowds protested pandemic lockdowns, tearing down playground fences and burning masks.

Trump won over 90% of the vote in most Borough Park districts. On 14th Avenue and Rabbi Weissmandl Way, Trump won 96% of the vote in one very Jewish district. In Chicago’s West Rogers Park, a Muslim terrorist shot a Jewish man who was walking to the synagogue on the Sabbath, and then did battle with police while shouting, “Allahu Akbar”.

Trump won the more Orthodox areas of West Rogers Park, which Chicago Magazine described as, “a world of synagogues, kosher bakeries, and Hebrew bookstores” by over 70%.

A pro-terrorist mob descended on the Pico-Robertson community in Los Angeles, and assaulted Jewish community members outside the Adas Torah synagogue while the police did nothing.

Trump won the Pico Robertson community. He also won the adjoining communities of Beverly Hills and the Orthodox Jewish community in the Fairfax area near the Holocaust museum, and which had suffered a BLM pogrom that vandalized synagogues and businesses in 2020. Down in the valley, he also won Valley Village as well as some Jewish areas in Encino and Tarzana.

In Surfside, the most ‘Jewish community’ of the Miami area, where Jews make up a third of the population, Trump won 61% of the vote. In Aventura, Miami, a melting pot of Jews from Latin America, the former USSR and the Middle East, where the majority of the population is Jewish, Trump won 59% of the vote.

These snapshots of some of the densest Jewish communities in the country, in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Florida, show how Jews actually voted on Election Day.  Despite the push polls from liberal Jewish organizations and dubious exit polls, actual precinct data from the largest Jewish neighborhoods in the country shows Jews voted for Trump.  Precinct data, unlike polls, don’t represent some statistical cross-section of the population and can’t be biased, they show how actual Jewish communities voted in a truly objective way.

Closer breakdowns in New York and New Jersey show in depth the impact of the Trump vote in the most Jewish neighborhoods and areas in cities and states.

In Brooklyn, in Crown Heights, the home of the Lubavitch chassidic movement which Trump visited before the election, the area shines bright red amid a seat of blue from the surrounding hipster and black communities. Trump won 74% of the vote in Crown Heights South.

A red beach on the map of Brooklyn represents the chassidic communities of South Williamsburg where Trump won an average of 90% of the vote. Midwood, home to tens of thousands of more Orthodox (but not Chassidic) Jews is another bright stretch of red with Trump winning 90% or more of the votes in many precincts.  In the Syrian Jewish enclaves of Gravesend, Trump won between 85% to 91% of the vote.

But it’s not just religious Jews.

Trump won over 70% of the vote in the Brighton Beach enclave founded by Russian Jews. Queens, home to a large population of older working class Jewish retirees and Russian immigrants (along with working class Irish and Italians of another era) is almost all red.

Trump won some Kew Garden Hills, Queens precincts by over 80%. The New York Times wrote that Kew Garden Hills “supports one of the biggest Orthodox Jewish communities in New York City.”

Moving outside the city and further upstate, in the chassidic town of Palm Tree, NY, Trump won 98% of the vote, by 7489-122 and in the village of New Square, which is also all chassidic, Trump won 3,456 votes to 12 votes for Kamala.

In the larger Rockland County, NY, which has the largest Jewish population of any county in the country at 31%, Trump won a majority of the vote.

While Bruce Springsteen came out of Monmouth County, NJ and campaigned for Kamala, the area is home to the third largest concentration of Jews in the state, it’s also one of the most populated and fastest growing Jewish communities, and Trump won it.

Monmouth County includes the Syrian Jewish area of Deal where Trump held a fundraiser.

Trump won Ocean County and Passaic County, NJ even more decisively 67% to 31%. In Ocean County’s Lakewood township, where Jews make up 2 out of 3 residents, Trump won 99% of the vote. In Bergen County’s somewhat more liberal Teaneck Modern Orthodox Jewish precincts, Trump won 71% of the vote.

While Democrats and the media will go on peddling their own push poll and surveys which will claim that the vast majority of Jews are Democrats (and some will go on believing them), the hard data from election precincts shows very clearly how Jewish neighborhoods voted.

Trump won Jewish neighborhoods across America. These communities are diverse, representing Middle Eastern, Latin American, Russian and Orthodox Jews. Many of these communities do not show up in polls and surveys which capture only a very conventional liberal demographic of third generation Eastern European and German descended Reform Jews.

Democrats, liberal Jewish groups and the media ignore some of the largest and fastest growing Jewish communities in America because they don’t fit the liberal suburban ‘Temple’ template.

The Trump campaign did not make that same mistake and won them.

Pro-Trump Jewish communities can be ignored in polls and surveys, but they can’t be ignored on Election Day. And the most Jewish neighborhoods in America voted for Trump.

Election 2024: Kamala to Jews: “Over Your dead bodies!” Deep state to Trump & maga: “Yours too!”

 Kamala and the deep state’s dire transformation of an idiom is moving at warp speed.

The idiom, “over my dead body”, is meant to be an exaggerated way of saying, you’ll have to kill me before I let you do that! The hyperbole isn’t to be taken literally, but recent actions by Kamala, Democrats, and the deep state seem to have “turned” the phrase on its head, sans hyperbole.

The list of negative actions and inactions against Jews by Kamala, Democrats, and the deep state is too long to itemize. Their lust to retain power has gone beyond dirty politics having become proactively kinetic, seemingly saying to us all, we’ll win “Over YOUR dead bodies; Jews!”, and “Over YOUR dead bodies; Trump & MAGA, not ours!

I assessed an increasing probability that an “event” would happen in one or more swing states. That the FBI’s Chris Wray would investigate, concluding Kamala won all those electoral votes and the presidency. Today, my assessment probabilities have been eclipsed with physical violence to Mr. Trump overtaking my suggested “event” scenario.

Concomitant scenarios are unfolding. The administration has all but abandoned the Jews trading their lives for votes, an easy task to carry out being ingrained antisemites. Concurrently, lawfare is vigorously pursued against any perceived political enemy. They seem to have stepped up their game this year preparing the nation for Mr. Trump’s demise.

Armaments are being slow-walked to Israel for their war, while they go unprotected in the USA. “Lawfare” is unleashed against MAGA and Christians, while protection levels are debated after two assassination attempts and one plot to kill Donald Trump have taken place; his poor safety levels appear intentional.

The daily leaks are increasing in frequency and “warning” levels are spiking. Seems the nation is purposefully being desensitized to remove a shocked reaction following a successful attack, but never fear because, in the aftermath, FBI’s Chris Wray will get to the bottom of it…expect a quick arrest, fake news, and self-aggrandizing testimony to quickly put the “tragedy” behind us.

This is my final assessment of the state of the 2024 election. I have formed the opinion that the nation and world stability will be sacrificed by the left for completion of Barack Hussein Obama’s mission statement to fundamentally transform America to a post constitutional government.  They will never allow Trump to sit in the Oval Office, it’s to their peril!

Jews Get Out, and Catholics Don't Matter

The headline is what will be just part of the terrible legacy of the Biden/Harris administration.  Will it be part of their political epitaph?

UN Tells Jews to leave Jerusalem.  The United Nations (which is only united on its hatred of Israel) recently voted 124-14 with 43 abstentions on a resolution that declares Israel needs to return to its 1949 armistice line. Yeah, right. 

Like maybe the United States should go back to its original 13 colonies. In its desire to have more dead Jews, the U.N. resolution bans arms sales to the Israel Defense Forces of any equipment that would be anticipated to be used in territories outside of the 1949 borders. 

There is also a call for a boycott of all products produced by Jews in those areas. And we know Muslims would take such good care of sacred Christian and Jewish holy sites. After all, Muslims show such great respect for other religions, right? 

When ISIS took over Iraq, one of the first things they did was DESTROY Saint Elijah church that had stood on a hill near the northern city of Mosul for 1,400 years. ISIS went through the northern Nineveh Plains, once the heartland of Iraq’s Christian community, destroying 350+ churches including precious artwork. 

They treated Christians in the area like they treated the churches. The United Kingdom, Canada, Italy, Ukraine and Australia abstained on the U. N. resolution while the United States voted no. (Neither Resident Joe Biden or Word Salad VP Harris denounced the resolution. They probably didn’t want to offend Muslim voters in Michigan or Minnesota.) 

They certainly don't have any qualms about offending Catholics though.

The annual Alfred E. Smith Memorial Foundation Dinner, commonly known as the Al Smith Dinner, is a black-tie event that helps raise funds for Catholic charities that focus on children. The event gains prominence every fourth year during the presidential campaign. Usually, the two candidates attend where there is good-natured ribbing as they are mildly roasted to help the worthwhile charity raise money.  The tradition first started in 1960 with Democrat John F. Kennedy and Republican Richard M. Nixon.  In 1984, Democrat Walter Mondale opted not to attend. 

You might be wondering, “Who is Alfred E. Smith?”   The Democrat served FOUR terms as New York governor and was the Democrat Party’s presidential nominee in 1928. 

Donald Trump will be attending the dinner as he did in 2016 (with Democrat Hillary Clinton) and 2020 (with Democrat Joe Biden). This election, Kamala Harris, who cannot speak coherently unless it’s memorized lines or with a teleprompter, said she will not attend. When asked by the cardinal if she will be at the dinner, Harris said, 

“I was born into a middle-class family…” 

Speaking to reporters about Harris’s decision not to participate, Cardinal Timothy Dolan, the Archbishop of New York, said:

"We're not used to this. We don't know how to handle it. This hasn't happened in 40 years since Walter Mondale turned down the invitation, and remember he lost 49 out of 50 states. I don't want to say there's a direct connection there."

There are three overwhelming truths that's emerging from the Democratic National Convention. You can never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups. No one can anticipate when mass stupidity will strike. No one can plan for it, and you can't fix stupid.

Over the years I've posted a lot of thoughts dealing with every subject facing humanity, whether those thoughts involve geopolitics, economics, culture, religion, environmentalism, medicine, agriculture, domestic politics, and just about every science issue that arises, including the massive frauds perpetrated on humanity of covid, and global warming.

Some have questioned my credentials, and since I'm an autodidact with no formal credentials for anything I write about, that's not unreasonable. However, I say the same thing over and over again in response. If I'm wrong: Prove it! If I say things that are inaccurate: Name them! I get crickets!

I base my observations on five things.

1. Everything is the basics. If you can see an issue in it's simplest possible form, it's easily understandable. If it's understandable, it's definable, if it's definable, it's fixable.
2. History. I've read a lot of history books dealing with every issue I discuss. History is everything, but if you don't read it, it's nothing.
3. Logical fallacies. Over the years I've spent a lot of time studying logical fallacies because as you observe what people are saying you find their views are so often predicated on logical fallacies. And once you recognize them, you can easily refute them, and their arguments crumble.
4. Seeing patterns. The natural function of the human mind is to see patterns. I just see them more easily and more quickly than most, but we can train our minds to be better at it, and we do that by thinking deeply on a host of subjects. It gives you mind the "search" command, and your mind will start filing, collating, and correlating information, eventually delivering those spontaneous insights I call "shazam" moments.
5. I see farther, deeper, and wider than most everyone else. Not because I'm so much smarter than everyone else. It's because I read so much more than most everyone else. After reading the thoughts and ideas of hundreds of authors, it's amazing how your perspective changes. You learn to read reality much better than almost everyone you talk to because you're able to see the nuances that aren't obvious to the general public.

All the above teaches you how to think, and that starts by questioning everything. Truth is the sublime convergence of history and reality. Everything has a historical foundation and context. Everything we're presented should bear some resemblance to what we see going on in reality. If what's presented to us fails in either of those categories, it's wrong! Here's the really big component of truth. Time! Truth and time are always on the same side, and as Ben Franklin once said, "truth will very patiently wait for us".

As time has gone by I've given up responding to internet trolls, and I refuse to let them spout on P&D because I realize they are, arrogant, corrupt, unending time wasters, masters at logical fallacies, purveyors of projection, obfuscators of truth, and ignorantly self righteous in their arrogance. I also think they're paid thought assassins.

I’ve also realized the more they blather, the less credible, and less sane they look, except to the equally ignorant self righteous ideologues who can't be reasoned with. They just waste a lot of time.

I'm now 78 and I find my views and values, which historically were America's foundational social paradigm for most of my life, have become oppressive to so many, including some "friends". We're no longer friends. It was their choice.

It's unfortunate so many have breathed the fumes of the fever swamps of the left for so long they will not accept the truth of history or reality. Heterodoxy isn't for the faint of heart, even when it means embracing insanity. History is replete with such actions.

One of my customers was an old Jewish couple that had become good friends. She's now passed, but was a liberal Democrat who woke up to who the Democrats really are and voted for Trump in 2016. He's a Republican, which I didn't know for years, in spite of the many conversations we've had regarding history, politics and social issues of every sort.

I asked her once why Jews, who live, practice and believe in conservative values, raise their children with those values, vote for liberal politicians. She said she's a conservative in her head, but liberal in her heart, and I think that may be more common than is realized.

She talked to her friends repeating the things we talked about and told them she was going to vote with her head, not her heart, and voted for Trump in 2016.  I thought at the time there was going to be a lot of that in the Jewish community in the 2020 election, not only among Jews, but Catholics also.

However, she told me her friends were angry at her for listening to me, and for two reasons. I'm just a bug man, and I'm a conservative. I fear I didn't realize just how strong America's secular Jews are bonded to the Democrat party, a party that's clearly dominated by anti-semites who are working against Jews on many levels; not just Israel. I think that's going to change in the 2024 election. Secular Jews are getting scared, and rightly so, the Democrats would clearly sell them down the river to appease the Muslims in America and around the world and would willingly destroy the nation of Israel.

As it turns out the religious Jews are even more for Trump than in the past, and if reports are accurate, secular Jews are moving in that direction. With Jews there's a clear and definite break between secular versus religious Jews, but just as a rising tide lifts all boats, fear moves everyone.  

This time Catholics seem to be moving far more to Trump than in past elections. Four years ago Catholics overall didn't want Roe v. Wade to be overturned. Which I find startling! Practicing versus secular Catholics being the line of demarcation again, reinforced with this kind of fuzzy thinking:

"Even though most Catholics said abortion should generally be legal, a majority also said abortion is morally wrong."

If that's not cognitive dissonance, then there is no such thing as cognitive dissonance. Abortion is the murder of the innocent unborn, it really is that simple, and for Catholics, it's a mortal sin.

Have Catholics move toward Trump in any meaningful way? I think so, as it's become clear by the actions of the Biden administration and the FBI, that Democrats hate Catholics, especially those Catholics in favor of the Latin mass, considering them dangerous radicals. How insane is that? So then I think it fair to ask: What's wrong with Jews and Catholics who choose to vote for those who hate them?

If someone tells you they hate you and want to destroy you, you should believe them.

Crime is Not Down, and Christians and Jews Are Under Attack

Did you know that the New York City and Los Angeles police departments are among the approximate 40% of law enforcement agencies nationwide NOT sharing their crime data with the FBI? Keep that in mind when the FBI reports that crime is down. 

Also keep in mind George Orwell’s “1984.” 

You might wonder why cities don’t share their crime statistics. They used to. However, the FBI needed a more comprehensive data system and in 2021, introduced its advanced National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS). Cities could no longer submit their crime data through the older Summary Reporting System. Many cities stopped sending the FBI crime data as they lacked the technology for the new NIBRS system. 

But the FBI doesn’t make this known when it releases its crime statistics. Many people will erroneously assume the FBI’s data is from most major police departments. In short, if you believe the FBI report that crime is down, you probably also believe that Joe Biden received 81 million votes in 2020 and is mentally fit to be president. 

Even The Epoch Times omitted this important information in their June 11 article.

Christians and Jews Are Under Attack

In New York America is repeating the history of Germany in the 1930s. Today’s Kristallnacht is directed at Christians and Jews, whereas in Germany it was primarily Jews.

Christians:

The February 2024 edition of Family Research Council’s “Hostility Against Churches” report “identified 436 hostility incidents in 2023 – more than double the number identified in 2022 and more than eight times the number identified in 2018, the first year Family Research Council collected data.”

In New York City, home to 2.8 MILLION Catholics and 1.6 MILLION Jews, consider these recent incidents that occurred solely because of faith. Ask yourself what the MSM response would have been had these attacks happened to mosques and Muslims.

On June 10, Randy Maldonado Avila went into a Brooklyn Catholic Church and using a hammer, destroyed statues of Mother Teresa and Pope John XXIII along with the church’s glass doors. Police arrested Avila, but you would go blind looking for “hate crime” in the indictment for the 12 crimes listed.

What if Avila had done this in a mosque? We all know the answer!

Jews:

On the evening of June 10 there was another pro-Hamas rally in New York City. And where did they hold this pro-terrorist demonstration? At an exhibit honoring the fallen in the October 7 Hamas murderous rampage. To make certain everyone knew they were rallying FOR terrorism, signs included: “Long live the intifada!” “Long live October 7!” “The Zionists are not Jews & not humans. They are the evil of the world!”

What if a sign read “Muslim are not humans?” We all know the answer!

On June 11, the Director of the Brooklyn Museum along with several Jewish board members had their homes vandalized with disgusting anti-Semitic graffiti.

What if this happened to Muslims? We all know the answer!

Where the hell is New York City Mayor Adams? Why isn’t the mayor standing up for Christians and Jews who are under attack? Adams is probably busy giving out government freebies to illegal alien migrant invaders! 

These attacks against Christians and Jews are happening because of Joe Biden and his Marxist Democrat party. As to the Hamas terrorist supporters in the Big Apple, if they can make it there, they can make it anywhere.

Democrats Panic Over Jewish Voters

After tossing Jewish voters overboard to accommodate the Hamas supporters of Dearborn, Michigan, the Democrats are starting to get nervous about the choice they made.

Despite the rollout of the campaign, beginning with Senator Schumer’s floor speech blasting Israel, and various liberal Jewish surrogates, including Rep. Jerry Nadler, vocally opposing the campaign against Hamas, the Democrats did not manage to sell Jews on Biden’s betrayal.

Biden’s declaration that he would stop providing military support to Israel if it continued to pursue Hamas into Rafah touched off a major backlash from donors, like Haim Saban, from celebrities, like Michael Rappaport, who has said he could vote for Trump, and ordinary Jews.

While there’s no accurate polling of Jewish voters because there are too few Jews in much of the country to be captured by conventional polls and polls specifically surveying Jews are usually run by leftist groups, Democrats have suddenly begun to sweat the Jewish vote.

And that speaks volumes.

The Jewish Democratic Council of America, which usually complacently assumes that Republicans are not actual competition, has been sending out a series of panicked emails the latest of which is headlined, “How to Persuade Your Friends that Trump is Not the Answer”.

It concludes with, “Our work to ensure the Jewish electorate supports Joe Biden and Democrats has never been more important.”

It doesn’t take much to read between the lines and smell the fear.

A story at the militantly anti-Trump site The Bulwark described Biden’s betrayal as “an inflection point” in the presidential race that sent Jewish donors to Trump. And even those who aren’t backing Trump increasingly aren’t backing Biden.

“The conversations I’ve had with donors is that they want to stop donating to Biden or Democrats,” Rep. Jared Moskowitz related. “They’re not talking about turning on the spigot for Trump, it’s turning off the spigot for us. Some are billionaires. Some are millionaires. And a few have told me they’re not contributing to Trump but they might vote for him. The question is whether this is irreparable. I hope not. The next several months will determine that.”

After Biden’s refusal to help Israel defeat Hamas in its stronghold in Rafah, the JDCA initially issued a statement backing him up only to later backtrack and claim that “there are reasons to disagree with the administration’s recent decision to halt a single arms transfer to Israel.”

The JDCA had clearly lost the argument even among its own supporters and donors.

When Sen. Schumer arrived at the JDCA leadership summit which was meant to pitch Jews on the party, he had left behind the attacks on Israel’s campaign against Hamas, and the ‘born again shomer’ blasted Hamas and the media.

“Jewish voters have always found a home in the Democratic Party year after year,” Schumer pleaded. “Make no mistake, this year the Jewish American vote will make all the difference.“

In the JDCA newsletter, Democrat political consultant Steve Sheffey shakily argued that, “considering voting for Donald Trump because you’re concerned about something Joe Biden did is like asking how the chicken is cooked. But that’s what the loud low-information segment of our community is telling us to do when they tell us to vote for Donald Trump.”

What he was really revealing was that there is a movement of Jews switching to Trump.

“There are two types of people in our community: Those who desperately want to believe the worst about Biden and those who feel relieved, not cheated, to find out that in reality, Biden is good for Israel,” the Democrat consultant condescendingly tried to persuade Jews.

Jews tend to vote Democrat. Where did this sudden influx of Jews who “desperately want to believe the worst about Biden” come from? They came from Biden’s betrayal of the Jews.

And now Jewish Democrats are frantically lying, spinning and gaslighting Jews.

Schumer wouldn’t have to tell Jews that they will make “all the difference”, and the JDCA wouldn’t have to send out talking points for friends thinking of voting Trump if it wasn’t happening. And rather than honestly addressing it, Jewish Democrats have been gaslighting.

The JDCA’s Sheffey insisted that Biden’s arm embargo was just “one non-critical arms shipment designed to send a signal” after he had previously promised that the “White House has no red lines that would trigger restrictions on arms to Israel”. But now arms have to be restricted because Israel finishing off Hamas was “a major disincentive for Hamas to enter into any peace deal”.

And for any Jewish Democrats still not convinced that by cutting off arms to Israel to force a “peace deal” with the butchers and rapists of Oct 7, Biden had Israel’s best interests at heart, he quoted Jennifer Rubin urging Jews to “rethink knee-jerk objections to Biden’s efforts”.

There’s no way that Biden is “trying to mollify some anti-Israel fringe in the Democratic Party”, Sheffey insisted, even as the Hamas campus riots were in full swing. “Biden’s support for Israel remains ironclad… The Democratic Party remains staunchly pro-Israel. Good politicians know their base. Biden has been in politics for decades. He knows his.” This is wishful thinking.

He urged Jewish Democrats to ignore any “references to arms embargoes, loving Hamas, betrayal” and to “delete them and don’t engage — those people cannot be reasoned with.”

The common theme among Biden loyalists is that American Jews should ignore their eyes and ears, and stop being so picky, that they need to trust the party and ignore all the red flags.

And yet after months of going on the offense against Trump, Dems are playing defense.

Jewish Dems have been struggling to justify Biden’s betrayal and, like Sheffey, they’re terrible at it. Forced to actually defend Biden’s record, instead of just attacking Trump as a threat to democracy, they flail, condescend, and insult their own base while trying to avert a crisis.

And the crisis is a catastrophic Jewish loss of support for Biden.

Biden was never popular among Jews. Many just voted the party line. But like other parts of the Democrat base, including black and Latino voters, the allegiance is fracturing under stress.

Facing blowback, the Biden administration has dialed back its criticism of Israel, but there are signs that this is a temporary maneuver meant to reassure Jews long enough to win an election.

On a Project Veritas video, Sterlin Waters, a National Security Council policy advisor told the undercover reporter that “there’s a huge, powerful Jewish influence in Republican and Democrat politics” and that Biden is waiting for a second term to confront them and to oppose Israel.

Bill Ackman, a liberal Democrat hedge fund manager, who had come out against Biden over wokeness and his Israel policy, responded by tweeting, “Unmasking the Biden administration Israel strategy. I respect his candor.” While some Jews may be fooled, others are waking up.

And the Democrats are panicking because they’re in trouble with voters they’ve taken for granted since FDR. A poll from earlier this year found that a majority of Jews in New York were backing Trump, and while he won’t win New York, the Jewish vote twice helped him win Florida.

A Voice of America story warned that “more Jews have been voting Republican in recent elections” and that “Jewish voters could sway the presidential election.”

Biden’s betrayal of Israel may end up costing him the election.

Bring in the Clowns, There Needs to be Clowns!

The title to this piece is based on the song, Send in the Clowns.  Did you ever ask what that means?  '“Send in the Clowns,” is a metaphor for the moment in a play when things are falling apart and, to keep the audience diverted from the chaos, somebody tells a few jokes."   In the play that made this song popular the story was about the unhappy and painful chaos that can take place in peoples lives, and that fits with the story I'm trying to tell.  The difference is in the play, there were no clowns.  The story I'm telling is full of clowns.

On September 5, 1651 Oliver Cromwell's forces defeated the forces of Charles II.  Later as they were marching into London the crowds cheered vigorously, and one of his followers was enthralled with the cheering.  Cromwell put a reality damper on that saying: 

“Do not trust to the cheering, for those very persons would shout as much if you and I were going to be hanged.”

Around 25,000 cheering Bronx citizens attended a Trump rally, and it shocked Democrats, after all, this is New York, this can't be happening!  The governor of New York called them "a bunch of clowns", and the media insisted it doesn't mean anything. 

As my regular readers know I'm a real fan of American Thinker, which I consider one of the very best news sites in the nation.  On Saturday Monica Showalter, one of my favorite writers, posted this piece, What the Bronx voters who've flipped to Trump are saying, quoting one of the attendees:

Jerry Evans, a registered Democrat in New York City, had never attended a political rally before Thursday.  But speaking with Newsweek at Donald Trump's campaign event in the South Bronx, Evans said that he turned out to show support for the former president because he feels "very strongly about how the border's going."...... "You know, I said, why is Biden giving them the red carpet treatment?"...... "He's giving them everything—giving them housing, giving them shelter, giving them money, cash—and people who live here can't get that."

She went on to ask:

How many thousands of them in that 25,000 crowd are thinking the same thing?

No matter how many are thinking along those lines, here's what we need to ask.  Is this enlightenment permanent?   Answer: Nah, it isn't!  This is just a “my ox is bring gored” reaction. If their ox wasn’t being gored they’d be just fine with Biden and all the insanity and treason being promoted by the left.

It will be the same with secular Jews. If they vote for Trump over Biden’s abandonment of Israel and Trump wins, once Trump has dealt with that crisis, and their ox is no longer being gored, they’ll abandon Trump and the Republicans in a nanosecond.  They will revert to type, because culture is king, and leftism is part and parcel of the culture of secular Jews.

I'm reading about all this outrage over these antisemitic protests on America's college campuses, and the downward spiraling standards that's created a lack of adequate education, all very expensive mind you, from parents and donors.  And of course were expected to believe these were just unorganized spontaneous grass roots eruptions at 47 universities....at the same time.  And we're expected to think those declining standards to allow incompetent DEI students to graduate was all brand new.    

Well, I'm sorry, I just have to role my eyes and chuckle. All of a sudden they're outraged?  This insanity has been going on for decades and its wasn't obvious to them for all these decades?

These are really smart, successful, and intelligent people, and yet.... they're shocked...shocked I tell you....... just like Captain Renault, to find that corruption has been going on there. They're shocked academia has been corrupted with collapsing standards, to meet idiotic DEI demands.

They're shocked that academia is a cultural, intellectual, and morally corrupt mephitic ooze of inbreeding, being led by grossly overpaid, blatantly incompetent DEI racists, and leftist/Marxist/anti-American ideologues, many of whom are now being exposed as plagiarists, who have been turning out graduates who can't read, write, or have a working knowledge of history, geography, or how and why America is unique in all of world history, or are even competent in their fields of study.  And that it's been going on for decades.

UCLA is turning out medical students that are a disaster, all due to the admittance of low-performing students based on affirmative action preferences.  DEI admittees, which couldn't cut it, so that required lowering the standards across the board in order to graduate unaccomplished students.   Unqualified doctors who will soon be killing people because they're incompetent, and most likely weren't very smart or very motivated in the first place. 

 

Let's try and get this right once, just once, please.  Diversity without accomplishment is philosophy without form and incompetence without consequence.  And we're expected to believe they just now noticed all that? Now, I'm shocked, shocked I tell you!

Billionaires like Stephan Schwarzman all over the nation are claiming they're going to support Trump.  Wow!  That's great, right?  Let's try and get this right once, just once, please.  Billionaires are at best leaky vessels as allies, and would easily and quickly abandon Trump in the blink of an eye. Just like Schwarzman, they are not conservatives, and the only moral foundation they have is opportunistic.  “I’m in it for me, get used to it.... peasant”!  They would sell the nation and everyone in it for 12 pieces of silver.

One of the foundational truths I’ve discovered in my 78 years there is no Book of Fair, and what's fair is always predicated on “who’s ox is being gored”.  Right now Biden is goring the oxen of his entire base, and they don't think it's fair. But understand this, if Kennedy was the Democrat pick, they would vote for Kennedy in a heart beat, and just because he got a couple of things right, that doesn’t change the fact he’s just as radical as Biden. 

What should shock every conservative who supports traditional values is all this outrage, and all this discontent, will soon pass and they'll be right back to being part and parcel of the problem once again.  Leftism is a cultural mental disorder, predicated on greed, envy, lust, hate, violence, and self interest, from which most leftists cannot be cured, and culture is king!  

So, don't let the cheering fool you.  People without a solid moral foundation have meandering values that allow them to rationalize their reversion to acts of self interest and corruption.   Cromwell defeated a corrupt King in 1651, and then had to dissolve Parliament in 1653 for becoming corrupt for their own ends.  Here's one of my favorite quotes from Oliver Cromwell, that is totally applicable to our modern day state of corruption. 

“It is high time for me to put an end to your sitting in this place, which you have dishonored by your contempt of all virtue, and defiled by your practice of every vice; ye are a factious crew, and enemies to all good government; ye are a pack of mercenary wretches, and would like Esau sell your country for a mess of pottage, and like Judas betray your God for a few pieces of money.

Is there a single virtue now remaining amongst you? Is there one vice you do not possess? Ye have no more religion than my horse; gold is your God; which of you have not barter'd your conscience for bribes? Is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the Commonwealth?

Ye sordid prostitutes have you not defil'd this sacred place, and turn'd the Lord's temple into a den of thieves, by your immoral principles and wicked practices? Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole nation; you were deputed here by the people to get grievances redress'd, are yourselves gone! So! Take away that shining bauble there, and lock up the doors.

In the name of God, go!

Life is Filled With Inconsistencies

I think we all kind of marvel at pattern of irrational, illogical, and even destructive inconsistencies which are embraced by so many.  When you get old, you're unendingly amazed how these patterns repeat over and over again.  Let's start with:

Why are Jews Democrats?  

Antisemitism is a core principle of all leftist movements.  That's history, and that history is incontestable.   I've thought about this a lot over the years.  Well, I’ve told this story before, but I think it’s worth repeating. Not having that little voice in my head that keeps me from saying the things I shouldn’t say, I got into serious discussions with my customers over the years…and lost some of them as customers.

I would ask my Jewish customers why they lived conservative lives, worked hard, educated children, and raised them with those values preparing their children to do the same, yet they were supporters of far left politicians with views antithetical to all that?

One Jewish couple became friends as the years went by, and the wife said she was a conservative in her mind and a liberal in her heart. I told her to vote with her mind. She voted for Trump in 2016. Her friends were shocked wondering why in the world she would listen to a bug man?  Answer?  She has passed now, but she and her husband had integrity, and were truly class acts.  

Well, I believe I have the answer as to why America's Jews are dedicated Democrat voters.  Jews have a tradition that goes back centuries called “tikkun olam” meaning “world repair”, and is synonymous with a responsibility to “fix” the world’s social problems. Given their treatment at the beginning of the nation’s history, we have to recognize who gave them support at the time, albeit not everywhere, and as a result, support for Democrats became a historical cultural social paradigm, and culture is king.   

I did get clarification on that from Gary Jacobson, which I thought was insightful saying:

Tikkun olam is a minor line in a prayer that stands for bring G-d’s teachings to the world. It has been appropriated and exploited by leftist Jews, rarely observant ones, to cloak their political and social leanings with divine validation. You are correct about the phenomenon, but recognize it as a rationalization rather than a historical religious command or “mitzvah”.

Perhaps America’s Jews should thank Joe Biden, because you can’t reason someone out of a position they’ve not been reasoned into.  But reality can. And Joe Biden is giving America’s, and Israel’s Jews, a huge antibiotic dose of reality. Let’s hope it takes…permanently. 

Term Limits

We have term limits here in Ohio, and none of the lamentations from lobbyists or those who were opposed to them have emerged.   I was heavily involved in my industry's affairs for many years here in Ohio dealing with government affairs, and had meetings, and dinners with many of them.   As in any group, some were very real and down to earth, but a large number of them have big egos and bad attitudes, and that's promoted by the system. 

When they all go to indoctrination after being elected they're all told "You're Special", and they believe it.  That's especially true among those who were, believe it or not, in their 20's. If they were there for decades, they would have been unbearable, which is what we had here for many years. 

It took eleven years to turn out the Constitution, and they had the advantage of seeing what the states were doing, and many of them were practicing true democracy, and it was a mess.  In Pennsylvania they even elected their officers for the militia, so seeing what a disaster that was, they created a complicated staggered system for the House and Senate, and divided the power between the three branches. The big mistake they made was not including term limits for the Congress with recall provisions for both the House and Senate, and term limits for the judiciary. 

Leftist Friends

I no longer have leftist friends! I've manage to offend them beyond any possible commonality.  As time went by I found their stupidity beyond my level tolerance, or a desire for their association.  That happens when we get old.  We're running out of time, and what time we  have left we don't want to waste it with idiots.   So, I did my best to crush their arguments, and did it with a smile,deliberately, politely, factually, and with resolution.   Nothing crushes their ego, or outrages the arrogant and the ignorant more, and then, we never have to talk again.  That's the real victory.  The blessed silence of the nitwit brigade.

Logic is Seriously Wanting

Ask people what a logical fallacy is and they're clueless. Yet the understanding of logical fallacies is foundational to understanding what we see going on in reality.  I've defined truth in this manner:

"Truth is the sublime convergence of history and reality.  Everything we're told has a historical context, and everything we're told should bear some resemblance to what we're seeing going on in reality. If what's presented to us fails in either category, it's wrong, and all that's left to do is to develop the intellectual response to explain why it's wrong."

We cannot develop a valid intellectual response without understanding logical fallacies.  There are approximately 140 of them.   I've spent a lot of time studying them, but actually, there are less than 25 that we really need to know. I do wish they would start logic courses in junior high, and continue through high school. A lot of rhetoric could be brought to a screeching halt if they did.   I offer Nancy Pelosi's embarrassment at the Oxford Union as an example.  They're brutally uncensored there, and dealing with that group isn't like dealing with a compliant and docile media in America.  

Economic Stupidity

Here in Cleveland we have casinos, and we also have a lot of poor mouthing. Yet, the casinos are doing better every year. How can that be if everyone is so poor and needs all this government assistance?  If the casinos are doing well that means society is not, because that was money thrown down the toilet that could have been spent usefully. Money spent at casinos is a no return on investment scam.  

I used to tell people that Las Vegas was going broke, and of course they were shocked and asked how I knew that.  I would say, well that's easy, I've never met anyone who went to Las Vegas and lost money.  They all claim they either won, or broke even.  Well, we know Las Vegas is rolling in money, so they lost money, and that was money thrown down a rat hole.

Academia Needs Purged

I've been a history buff for all of my life, and since just about everything fascinates me, I've been well read. I foolishly went through much of my life thinking, "since I know these things, everyone must know these things".  That was really dumb.  

How is it possible so many have been so ignorant about what's been happening to higher education in America?   So much has been written about the corrupt contamination of academic thinking and values going back to the late 19th century. I feel their total embrace of the junk science of the Theory of Evolution was foundational to that, which I've brilliantly debunked here.

When the radicals from of what was commonly called the Frankfurt School fled Hitler they were warmly accepted by American academia.  Why?  Because the ground was already fertile for the corruption they introduced to destroy America. Much of what we're seeing today is a legacy of the corruption of those young minds.

Again, Culture is King, and this can only be fixed by surgery.   There needs to be serious economic amputations in order to create a whole new academic culture, along with sane national leadership.

The problem that remains and requires unending vigilance is that leftism is like rust, it never sleeps. Leftists need to feel the consequences for what they've wrought. People need to be fired, charged with crimes, and sent to jail, and that should start at the top of the political food chain.

Beating the unbeatable FDR Democrat coalition

Many readers will recognize the title of this piece as being from an old gospel tune, written way back in 1907. The lyrics were reworked a few decades later, but the basic idea remains: A bereaved person wonders if he will meet his departed loved one when he himself leaves this mortal coil. Here’s a nice rendition of the song.

The circle under consideration in this article is a collection of disparate groups that have enabled the stranglehold maintained on much of this country by the Democrat party. I’m certainly no fan of Franklin Delano Roosevelt (1882-1945), but give credit where it’s due. He broke the power of Tammany Hall, and he created the “collection” I speak of.

FDR’s Democrat power grouping included the poor of all races; essentially every conceivable minority group; union members; a large percentage of Catholics; nearly all Jews; a significant number of farmers; anti-Establishment types of all description; white Southerners; and those who hated Prohibition.

As to Prohibition, it should be noted that the Republicans were the dominant political party from the end of the Civil War to the beginning of the Depression, and saw fit to wrap themselves in the supposed “morality” of the temperance movement. Few Left-wing historians (and that’s most of them) are willing to admit that Republican Herbert Hoover, who ran against FDR in 1932, proposed a far more socialist agenda than did Roosevelt.

Unfortunately for Hoover, he was perceived as the captain of the Titanic, and that, coupled with his relatively lukewarm support of Prohibition, did him in. With his loss came the Democrat steamroller.

So how fares FDR’s collection currently? Today’s poor are of course far more affluent than in the 1930s, and since they are already the beneficiaries of scores of entitlement programs, are less interested in politics than their 1930s predecessors.

The minority groups—many of whom have benefited from decades of Civil Rights legislation—are steadily being turned off by the very non-FDR issues of abortion, gay and transgender rights, the decline of public schools, and the deteriorating economy. Blacks are waking up to the fact that they are heavily campaigned to every four years, but see scant attention being paid to high crime rates, and the culture rot being promoted by the elites.

Jews who are not Orthodox have been some the staunchest supporters of the Dems, but are finally waking up to the fact that antisemitism has always been the purview of the Left. One can hardly imagine a greater perfidy than the notion—eagerly portrayed by propagandists of the Allies—that Nazism was a movement of the Right. I guess no one noticed that “Nazi” was an acronym for National Socialist German Workers' Party.

And, at the very same time, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) was regarded as a dominion of the Left.

Those arguing that the socialist movements of Hitler and Mussolini were on the Right hung their hat on the fact that nominal private ownership of business was still allowed, conveniently forgetting that those very businesses were strictly controlled by the government.

At any rate, all but the most diehard Tikkun Olam Jews are acknowledging the virulent antisemitism of the Left. Practicing Catholics have long been turned off by amoral proclamations of the Dems, but some are still laboring under tired prejudices of the past. Biden making the sign of the cross before an abortion speech was not a good look.

With improvements in technology, farmers are doing a whole lot better than they did in the 1930s, and are drifting away from the Dems. The white South became 100 percent Democrat during the Civil War, but that started to change 50 years ago.

The last remaining Democrat bastion consists of the major cities, but owing to crime, massive corruption, and minorities leaving the fold, this too is starting to disintegrate. The disgraceful performance of such degenerate officials as Alvin Bragg and Fani Willis are proving to be a major embarrassment, and a “Come to Jesus” moment for Blacks trapped for generations in the Dem swamp.

I think that THIS circle will be broken.

Muslim Lives Matter. Jewish Lives Don’t.

On Nov 5, Paul Kessler, a 69-year-old Jewish man, was killed at a pro-Israel rally in California.

A pro-Hamas protester had previously displayed a gun to intimidate the pro-Israel ralliers. While Kessler lay bleeding on the ground, the Muslim protesters chanted, “Hitler should’ve smashed you ” and threats of violence from Hamas. The media reported none of this, instead it described the killing of Kessler as an accident. Once the killer was arrested, CNN did not interview Paul’s friends, but quoted claims that his Muslim assailant was really a “man of peace”.

Few local officials, no state officials and certainly no one in the Biden administration said a word.

On November 25, three Arab Muslim men were shot in Burlington, VT, during a confrontation with Jason James Eaton, a mentally unstable Biden supporter described as “the hippie guy”.

Even though Eaton had denounced “Amerika” as “imperialist and corrupt”, was not Jewish, had no apparent interest in Middle East politics or Israel, politicians and the media without a single shred of evidence claimed that the wounded Muslim men who identified as ‘Palestinian’ had been targeted because of Israel’s campaign against Hamas and an imaginary ‘Islamophobia’.

Paul Kessler’s killer was not arrested at the scene and not arrested at all until ten days later. Bail was initially set for him at $1 million, which was cut to $50,000, and he’s out on the street.

Eaton was arrested by agents of the ATF, a federal agency, and is being held without bail. The FBI and “several other federal, state, and local agencies” are investigating the shooting of the three Muslim men. No such investigation was tracked for Kessler’s death in California.

While Biden did not comment on the killing of Paul Kessler, Biden issued a statement about the wounding of the Muslim men, declaring that, “there is absolutely no place for violence or hate in America” implying without evidence that there had been some hateful motive in the altercation.

Kamala Harris, who had made no statement about Paul Kessler’s killing, even though it took place in her home state, claimed that “far too many people live with the fear that they could be targeted and attacked based on their beliefs or who they are”.

Governor Phil Scott, Senator Peter Welch, Senator Bernie Sanders, and numerous other public officials also issued statements. So did multiple senators who aren’t even from Vermont

Sen. Welch condemned “hate and Islamophobia” and claimed that the “conflict in the Middle East have brought an alarming spike in Islamophobic incidents across the United States.”

The same media outlets which had minimized or ignored Paul Kessler’s death launched a full-court press promotional campaign for the Burlington shootings. NBC News deployed a ‘liveblog’ site to cover a few seconds of violence that quickly ended with Eaton’s arrest. NBC showed a photo of one of the Muslim men, who is 20 years old, as an 11-year-old boy.

NBC News provided a platform for the Muslim men and their Islamic allies to blame Israel for the shooting and promote the terrorist cause. This was not a privilege provided to the dozen black people shot in Chicago around the same time.

Brown University President Christina H. Paxson claimed, falsely and without evidence, that the shooting was “latest evidence of anti-Arab and anti-Palestinian discrimination and hate spiraling across this country and around the world”. Despite that she was booed off the stage at a ‘vigil’ for not agreeing to boycott the Jewish State. Then a professor read a letter from the injured Muslim man claiming falsely that Israel would have shot him and left him to die.

The vast difference between how Paul Kessler’s killing and the wounding of the Muslim men were treated is a microcosm of the political bias and media narratives. The media rushed to cover the Burlington shootings, but rushed to cover up Paul Kessler’s death. Politicians issued statements about what happened to the Muslim men, but not about what happened to Paul.

The attack on Paul was indisputably motivated by hatred for Jews. It came in the context of support for the mass murder of Jews and chants about Hitler. Yet the media has refused to discuss any of that. It has however covered non-stop an altercation in which the motive is unclear as if it were demonstrably occasioned by hostility to Arabs, Muslims or ‘Palestinians’.

This is not anecdotal: it’s part of an ugly pattern of political and media double standards.

Since the Hamas massacres of Oct 7, there has been a 400% increase in antisemitic incidents and on campuses, 73% of Jewish and 44% of non-Jewish students described witnessing antisemitism. But those are just statistics. What does it look like on the ground?

On the eve of the anniversary of Kristallnacht, the Museum of Tolerance screened footage of the Hamas atrocities, and was descended upon by a pro-terrorist mob that justified the violence. Members of the Jewish community were assaulted by the pro-Hamas mob. Neither the media nor local officials condemned one of the most brazen antisemitic campaigns in American history.

Mayor Karen Bass reposted a media report misleadingly describing a scene in which “two groups outside LA’s Museum of Tolerance” clashed and condemned “unacceptable violence” rather than the equivalent of the KKK showing up in a black neighborhood. No public officials to my knowledge issued a statement condemning an attack on a Holocaust museum on the anniversary of Kristalnacht. Some of those officials, including DA George Gascon, list endorsements from the hate groups behind the attack. Some of the leftists responsible have since targeted another Holocaust museum in the Los Angeles area with pro-terrorist rallies.

In another part of Los Angeles, Daniel Garcia, a leftist activist, broke into the home of a Jewish family and threatened to kill them, “because you are Jewish… Israel kill people.” As he was being arrested, he went on shouting, “Free Palestine” and “Brown Lives Matter”.

Despite his long history of leftist activism, which included working as a field organizer on the Bernie Sanders campaign and serving on the boards of multiple leftist groups, the official word was that he was suffering from mental illness. And that it was not a political act.

In reality, Garcia had a long history of posting anti-Israel material on social media. After being released, he went on posting it including videos from terrorists attacking Israel. His social media, with its BDS videos, Islamic propaganda, Norman Finkelstein clips and all the rest of it is easily publicly accessible. No one in the media has bothered to report on it. And it will stay that way.

The Left has not even broken ties with Garcia in the aftermath of his attack on a Jewish family.

Attacks on Jews and Muslims are treated very differently for political reasons. Unless the attacks on Jews are carried out by far-right perpetrators, they are ignored and buried. When they are carried out by Muslims or anti-Israel leftists, they’re covered up, not reported on.

A Muslim can kill a Jewish man in broad daylight and the media will try to minimize it. Leftists and Muslims can attack a Holocaust museum on the anniversary of one of the most infamous dates in the Holocaust, and politicians and the media will call it a “both sides” problem. And a Leftist calling for the murder of Jews and ‘free Palestine” can invade a Jewish family’s home and it will strictly be a local crime story. But when there is any incident involving Muslims, it automatically becomes front page news regardless of how little evidence there is to it.

Anything that bolsters the ‘Islamophobia’ narrative and the claim that Muslims are the victims is always in demand.

On Oct 23, Hesham A. Ayyad claimed that a driver hit him with a car while shouting, “kill all Palestinians,”and “long live Israel.” CAIR demanded that the police and the FBI “collect all the information they need to charge this individual with a hate crime.” Vox quickly picked it up. So did other media outlets. Police however found he had actually been beaten up by his brother.

Vox has yet to correct its story which still lists it among other “Islamophobic” crimes caused by Israel’s war against Hamas.

Why did Paul Kessler’s killer think he could get away with it? And why have there been so many open attacks on Jews, especially on college campuses, in the past month? Because politicians and the media have shown that some lives matter more than others. Jewish lives don’t matter.

Only Muslim lives do.
