California Protects Illegal Who Bought Girl for Beer

Things are not happy in Monterey County. The California county, which Kamala won by 63%, is considered a ‘sanctuary’ for illegal aliens by the Department of Homeland Security.

But that sanctuary status was recently violated and local officials are outraged. So is the Solidarity Network: a pro-illegal alien group that ‘monitors’ immigration enforcement arrests.

Monterey County Board of Supervisors Chair Chris Lopez responded by announcing that a maternal health walk was cancelled. “Monterey County deeply values the contributions of our immigrant workers and families that strengthen our local communities and economy,” Monterey County Supervisor Luis Alejo posted. The Monterey Solidarity Network promised to fight.

“A family man was taken from the street as he was taking his son to school,” the pro-illegal organization that had vowed to fight against President Trump’s immigration enforcement fumed. “How is ripping a man from his family, outside of his home, terrorizing his children, considered ‘compassionate’?”

Considering the arrested man’s past relationship with a child: it might be very compassionate.

Back in the first year of the Obama administration, Monterey County was being enriched with exciting customs and two Mexican immigrants in the local city of Greenfield decided to transact a beautiful custom when the father of a 14-year-old girl traded her for 160 cases of beer, 100 cases of soda, 50 cases of Gatorade and assorted other foods along with $16,000.

Sadly the happy prospective nuptials between man and child were not to last because Marcelino de Jesus Martinez, the girl’s father, didn’t get his soda and beer, and called the cops on Maragrito de Jesus Galindo, his prospective son-in-law and failed provider of drinks.

Martinez had traded his daughter for beverages that he didn’t receive, and now he wanted a refund and perhaps his daughter back to trade for something better, maybe sandwiches or a lifetime of meals at Red Lobster.

The police arrived and arrested everyone involved on the grounds that Monterey County is pretty open-minded, but it wasn’t quite that open-minded. At least back then.

Greenfield Police Chief Joe Grebmeier said that selling girls as young as 12 has “become a local problem.”

“When I’m in Mexico, I have to respect Mexican laws. When you’re in the United States, you have to respect United States laws. That’s the bottom line,” he told CNN.

Three years later Grebmeier was ousted and the exact borders of Mexico and California have become debatable. The majority of the Greenfield City Council is Mexican and a good deal of local officials are as likely to follow Mexican laws as American ones.

While the media forgets, ICE has a long memory. They came, they saw and they arrested Maragrito de Jesus Galindo to the outraged protests of the pro-illegal alien activists at Solidarity Now who told reporters that they’re trying to find the soda groom a lawyer.

Even though he might well prefer a 14-year-old to a lawyer.

“Historically, immigrants have been scapegoated for many societal ills, and the current administration is trying that same old tactic. We urge the community to remember that immigrants have built this country, and that they are the backbone of the local agricultural and hospitality industries,” Monterey’s Solidarity Network complained.

And apparently the local beverage child trafficking industry.

ICE wasn’t scapegoating immigrants for societal ills since trading children for beer is not an American custom, as the media spent the worst part of a month in 2009 explaining to us.

This particular “societal ill” is not American and is being shielded by California officials.

ICE decided that the local family man might be better off in his home country where, as the media claimed at the time, selling children for beer is a “normal and honorable” custom.

Meanwhile California could do without its custom of sanctuary areas and pro-illegal activists.

Monterey’s Solidarity Network urges anyone to report ICE raids. This could be characterized as interference with federal law enforcement. And while some pro-illegal groups operate outside the law, the local Solidarity Network raises money through the Watsonville Law Center: a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit. That’s something that the IRS could put a stop to any time.

For now, ICE must chase men who practice their “traditional custom” of buying underage girls in exchange for beverages despite the interference of sanctuary counties and a sanctuary state.

From Gov. Gavin Newsom on down, the state’s rulers turn away from witnessing child abuse and instead use every possible leverage to prevent immigration authorities from doing their job.

“A family man was taken from the street,” the Solidarity Network mourned. But perhaps the citizens of Greenfield, Monterey County and California are better off for it.

The larger question is whether the custom of selling girls as young as 12 years old in Monterey County, which its old police chief described as a “local problem” has gone away or is being covered up. And unless federal law enforcement looks into it, we may never really know.

Sanctuary cities don’t just shield illegal aliens, they shield some of the worst crimes imaginable.

There should be no sanctuary and no safe spaces for men who trade girls for beer.

Once upon a time we understood that. Perhaps one day, Americans will be unable to believe that a political party and a state government did everything possible to protect such men.

Crime is Not Down, and Christians and Jews Are Under Attack

Did you know that the New York City and Los Angeles police departments are among the approximate 40% of law enforcement agencies nationwide NOT sharing their crime data with the FBI? Keep that in mind when the FBI reports that crime is down. 

Also keep in mind George Orwell’s “1984.” 

You might wonder why cities don’t share their crime statistics. They used to. However, the FBI needed a more comprehensive data system and in 2021, introduced its advanced National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS). Cities could no longer submit their crime data through the older Summary Reporting System. Many cities stopped sending the FBI crime data as they lacked the technology for the new NIBRS system. 

But the FBI doesn’t make this known when it releases its crime statistics. Many people will erroneously assume the FBI’s data is from most major police departments. In short, if you believe the FBI report that crime is down, you probably also believe that Joe Biden received 81 million votes in 2020 and is mentally fit to be president.

Christians and Jews Are Under Attack

In New York America is repeating the history of Germany in the 1930s. Today’s Kristallnacht is directed at Christians and Jews, whereas in Germany it was primarily Jews.

Christians:

The February 2024 edition of Family Research Council’s “Hostility Against Churches” report “identified 436 hostility incidents in 2023 – more than double the number identified in 2022 and more than eight times the number identified in 2018, the first year Family Research Council collected data.”

In New York City, home to 2.8 MILLION Catholics and 1.6 MILLION Jews, consider these recent incidents that occurred solely because of faith. Ask yourself what the MSM response would have been had these attacks happened to mosques and Muslims.

On June 10, Randy Maldonado Avila went into a Brooklyn Catholic Church and using a hammer, destroyed statues of Mother Teresa and Pope John XXIII along with the church’s glass doors. Police arrested Avila, but you would go blind looking for “hate crime” in the indictment for the 12 crimes listed.

What if Avila had done this in a mosque? We all know the answer!

Jews:

On the evening of June 10 there was another pro-Hamas rally in New York City. And where did they hold this pro-terrorist demonstration? At an exhibit honoring the fallen in the October 7 Hamas murderous rampage. To make certain everyone knew they were rallying FOR terrorism, signs included: “Long live the intifada!” “Long live October 7!” “The Zionists are not Jews & not humans. They are the evil of the world!”

What if a sign read “Muslim are not humans?” We all know the answer!

On June 11, the Director of the Brooklyn Museum along with several Jewish board members had their homes vandalized with disgusting anti-Semitic graffiti.

What if this happened to Muslims? We all know the answer!

Where the hell is New York City Mayor Adams? Why isn’t the mayor standing up for Christians and Jews who are under attack? Adams is probably busy giving out government freebies to illegal alien migrant invaders! 

These attacks against Christians and Jews are happening because of Joe Biden and his Marxist Democrat party. As to the Hamas terrorist supporters in the Big Apple, if they can make it there, they can make it anywhere.

Is Genocide Too Powerful a Word?

Genocide is a potent word.  It refers to the decimation of an entire group.  It results in destruction on a massive scale.  It defies the imagination even though we have often witnessed it in the 20th century. To most people, it is the concerted evisceration of a particular group, whether they be Jews annihilated by the Nazis, Uyghurs by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), or the Ukrainians by Stalin.  Of the latter, the term Holodomor comes to mind.  It was a man-made famine that affected the Soviet republic of Ukraine from 1932 to 1933, causing mass starvation in grain-growing regions.  In acknowledgment of its scale, the famine is often called the Holodomor, a term derived from the Ukrainian words for hunger (holod) and extermination (mor)."

These events need to be understood as the prelude to global actions that are now convulsing the world and whose ultimate goal is the destruction of human life. Often begun as a bid for the welfare of humanity, these decisions must be regarded as the "alibis of tyrants" with resultant deadly consequences.  Consider the dictates that have caused and will continue to cause food shortages and starvation...................

At the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference, Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa gave a speech bragging about his country's move toward sustainable agriculture.  Less than a year later, millions of Sri Lanka citizens faced starvation...all a result of his disastrous agricultural and environmental policies..........

Here in the U.S., under the guise of conservation, acres of usable farm land are now being expropriated for green deals.  Moreover, American land is being sold to our archenemy, China, whose aim is to dominate the world.  The attack on meat and the insistence we eat insects are yet another means to reduce food supplies and lead to starvation...............To Read More....

Biden to Make Sure Criminals in Jail Vote for Him

Friday was a good day for criminals. Just like every day in the Biden administration. Not that Biden and his pro-crime administration calls them criminals. In the 2,500 word statement, the term “criminal” never appears once. Neither do “felon”, “offender” or “convict”. Never mind “murderer”, “rapist” or “mugger”. Such hurtful language would be insensitive.

Instead the Biden administration has adopted the awkward pro-crime euphemism of referring to criminals as “justice-involved persons”, “incarcerated persons” and the even more elongated “eligible persons with criminal history records”. By “eligible”, Biden doesn’t mean bachelors.

What is Biden offering these “justice-involved persons”, who are not prosecutors or corrections officers, but robbers, con artists and pedophiles? Free stuff at taxpayer expense.

Are you a thug shortly to be on the loose? Apply for food stamps directly from your cell. The Biden administration will be sending “guidance” to agencies handing out food stamps to “accept and process SNAP applications before someone is released from jail or prison”.

What else does Biden have for the Murderers, Muggers and Molesters of America? The administration’s “strategic plan supports justice-involved individuals” with expanded “access to health care”, “affordable housing”, “educational opportunities”, “food and subsistence benefits”, “job opportunities and access to business capital”, and “banking and other financial services”.

Why even bother being a law-abiding citizen when all of this is waiting for you?

Biden is “expanding access to” bank accounts for “justice-involved persons” and giving “incarcerated persons” more access to Medicare and Medicaid, and tips on voting Democrat.

That guy who picked your pocket: he’s getting a voter guide with all the D’s marked in red.

Or as the Biden administration puts it, “Most people in jail are eligible to vote, since jails primarily detain people awaiting trial, who have not been convicted of any crime, or those serving misdemeanor sentences that do not preclude voting.” And Biden’s DOJ, which now divides its time equally between prosecuting conservative opponents and aiding criminals, “will provide guidance on state-specific voter rights for incarcerated persons and promote strategies to reduce barriers for eligible voters.”

Your local neighborhood child molester and car thief just became a valuable part of the Democrat electorate. Conducting voter outreach in jail is the perfect captive audience. The next step will be converting jail community organizing into a nonprofit funded program.

Is there any chance the Biden administration would be doing this if it didn’t expect to gain votes?

Increasingly unpopular, the Democrats are doubling down on their 2022 strategy of ‘finding voters’ the way pigs find truffles. Forget trying to appeal to the nation as a whole. That’s not happening. Biden’s approval ratings are in the 40s and Kamala’s are in the 30s. The majority of the country would rather that someone else, anyone else, run on the Democrat ticket.

That’s a problem if you view elections as a public referendum, not if you view voters as assets and use detailed demographic data to flip off most of the country and focus on turning out the dumbest and most worthless people around who are easy to manipulate with ballot harvesters and massive bribes. Nothing is off the table. Make credit-worthy homebuyers subsidize Biden’s zero down diversity FHFA base, investigate parents who objective to pedophilia in schools as domestic terrorists and just toss out student loans in exchange for votes.

Speaking of that, Biden’s great giveaway for criminals includes implementing a process that will allow “an estimated 760,000 persons to become eligible for a Pell Grant through prison education programs”. A Pell Grant averages $4,130. Multiply that by 760,000 and you get $3.1 billion. But, come on, man, it’s just money. And we have as much of it as we can print.

Certainly more than enough to roll out a massive welfare state expansion for the latest exciting addition to the Dem team roster after the ‘men who want to play womens’ sports’ get settled in sashaying around the locker room.

All the inflation will be a problem for someone else after Biden is fossilized in Lenin’s Tomb.

In true Tammany Democrat, AFL-CIO and Sicilian Mafia fashion, being with the party also means getting jobs. Guaranteed jobs. From the companies they bribed with taxpayer cash.

Are you a serial embezzler? Come work for the federal government where, once hired, you can never be fired.

The National Defense Authorization Act, one of those horrible monsters you had to pass to find out what was in it, included provisions from Senator Cory Booker’s pro-crime Fair Chance Act limiting “agency requests for criminal history record information prior to conditional offer of employment.”

Indeed, why shouldn’t the federal government, which is practically a criminal enterprise already, dare to ask about the criminal past of the fella looking to get a job looking over your information?

Biden warns that the federal government’s “ban the box” policy (a social justice euphemism for banning even asking about the past criminal history of an applicant) will impose “accountability measures for hiring officials who are alleged to violate it”. Under the most pro-crime administration in history, there’s no accountability for criminals, only for those who get in their way.

The equity supervillains of the “Chief Diversity Officers Executive Council” will create “metrics for enhancing federal employment opportunities for qualified workers with criminal history records.” Criminals will now benefit from their very own dedicated affirmative action quotas.

Steal national security secrets and sell them to China? Come work for the Pentagon. Serial rapist? Have you considered working at a federal women’s penitentiary? Get sent to prison for stealing other people’s social security checks. There’s always work for you at the Post Office.

Beyond semi-redundantly filling the federal workforce with criminals, all that corrupt special interest pork from the Inflation Increase Act, the CHIPS Act and the Pay Democrat Donors Act will be used to find jobs for the party’s new criminal electorate.

The Department of Energy will be “encouraging” its “competitive grant recipients” to hire workers with “criminal history records.”

Why should federal contractors settle for employing amateur criminals to defraud taxpayers when they can partner with Biden to employ professional criminals?

The Department of Labor will also help criminals get jobs “in secure areas in ports facilities and vessels”. Formerly secure areas. Soon to be managed by criminals whose jobs were obtained by the Biden administration.

Friday is usually when damning information is ‘dumped’ at a time when it’s likely to be ignored. If the Biden administration really wanted people to see its latest release, it would have scheduled a mid-week event. Instead it buried its plot to spend billions on an expanded welfare state for criminals, corrupt the federal government and use jails to solicit Biden votes.

But it’s big news even if it’s not the kind the media would ever truthfully headline. The most criminal administration in the country’s history has officially partnered with actual criminals.

U.N. deletes article on BENEFITS of world hunger

Claims post was 'satirical' after massive backlash

 The U.N. has removed a satirical article from its website that detailed the benefits of world hunger after its discovery sparked an online backlash.  The article, entitled “The Benefits of World Hunger,” was written by Professor George Kent from the University of Hawaii. Originally published in June 2008, the article was more recently reposted to the U.N.’s Chronicle magazine.

 

“We sometimes talk about hunger in the world as if it were a scourge that all of us want to see abolished,” Kent wrote, adding that hunger was actually “a great positive value to many people. Democrats Want to Free Criminals, Open Borders and Lock Up Guns

Senator Schumer began his pitch for gun control by falsely claiming that, "hundreds of thousands -- maybe millions -- of people walking the streets today because we passed [the 1994 Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act] would be dead."

The country hit an all-time high of 24,703 murders three years before the Brady Bill and even assuming that number had held steady in all the years since, we would be nowhere close to Schumer’s millions. Senator Schumer’s false claim that he saved millions of lives with his mostly useless background checks is typical of the lies that drive Democrat gun control hysteria.

Then Schumer topped that howler with an even bigger howler when he argued that, “We didn't know there would be an internet, so we didn't prohibit internet sales without a background check." Not only did the internet exist at the time, but Schumer had voted for the bills that had helped fund the development of the internet. If only he had known what he was voting for.

“No more hopes and prayers, thoughts and prayers. A vote is what we need, a vote, not thoughts and prayers,” Schumer sneered. No one ever accused Schumer of wasting time on thoughts and prayers when there was a camera or a vote. But what we need isn’t a vote.

What we need is for Democrats to stop freeing criminals and then complaining about guns.

The USA Today network unleashed stories of shootings surging across the country through its local papers. The stories blame the increase in shootings on unemployment, inequity, and gun sales, not on the push by Democrats and the media to free criminals to save them from the coronavirus and the racist inequity of locking up murderers, rapists, and robbers behind bars.

The vast majority of shootings are carried out by gang members and other criminals associated with organized crime. Indeed, one of the USA Today stories noted that in Washington D.C., wearing masks had led to shootings because gang members couldn’t recognize their enemies.

"Those context cues are not visible with masks, so you don’t know who’s up on you until they’re right there. In neighborhoods with a lack of safety, that sort of fear leads to a lot of people carrying guns,” a member of a black community group explained.

Maybe Schumer can introduce a bill banning masks instead of trying to ban guns.

In 18 days, 416 people were shot in Chicago in two neighborhoods involving 6% of the city's gang factions. A sociology professor was able to predict the likelihood of who would be shot next by using data from previous arrests. But Chicago Democrats had banned that sort of predictive science in favor of screaming about inanimate object violence even though their own police data shows that, “in 95 percent of cases where CPD was able to identify the possessor of the crime gun, that individual was not the original, lawful purchaser of the firearm.”

Obviously, what’s needed in Chicago is another background check bill from Chuck Schumer.

A Los Angeles Times board editorial from September 2020 described a mass shooting at an illegal marijuana farm as a "sign of the times" and blamed the "presence of guns".

It didn't occur to the Times that the presence of criminals and drugs might have had a little to do with the shooting spree. Guns don’t tend to transport themselves to mass shootings. As the Times’ own reporting documented, the killing of 7 people by multiple shooters while leaving behind a thousand pounds of pot valued in the millions was the work of organized crime.

The region, in the words of the Times, is "favored by drug traffickers" and offers "a pool of potential couriers, and the U.S.-Mexican border — across, over and beneath which drugs and the proceeds of their sale flow". If only there were some sort of barrier there: perhaps a wall.

Mexican drug cartels don’t have any difficulty getting their hands on guns or heavy firepower. In Mexico, cartel gunmen with machine guns mounted on trucks had defeated the Mexican army in a battle that lasted for hours. If only Mexico had its own Schumer and more background checks.

Mexico has only one gun store and gun owners are only allowed to sell their guns back to the government. Licenses are fantastically expensive and hard to come by. But somehow, in the gun control utopia south of the border, criminals have machine guns mounted on trucks without any background checks. And they’re carrying out mass shootings in an America without walls.

The bad Democrat habit of only paying attention to crime involving guns, and only then to argue for tighter gun control, would be bad enough in an ordinary year, but is especially cynical in a year when its elected officials championed defunding the police and setting the criminals loose.

In San Francisco, progressive Soros DA Chesa Boudin boasts of never having prosecuted a single case. His office has managed to secure only 16 convictions since he took office, two of them for burglary, 2 for sexual assault, and he tried and failed to secure a conviction for a gun felony. Meanwhile his office racked up zero homicide convictions for a city with 47 murders.

Pro-crime prosecutors like Boudin in San Francisco, George Gascon in Los Angeles, and Larry Krasner in Philly backed by big lefty donors like Soros are the wave of the Democrat future,

In Philly, Mayor Jim Kenney, a Democrat, blasted Krasner, the Soros DA, for refusing to prosecute criminals who violate gun laws.

“We need more people who are carrying guns on the street illegally and carrying guns with a record to be segregated from the community because that’s the reason why our shooting spike has happened and that’s why our homicide spike has happened,” Kenney complained.

“There has to be teeth. There needs to be consequences," Commissioner Danielle Outlaw, a black woman who had been hounded out of her job in Portland by Antifa, complained.

What’s the point of passing gun laws that won’t be enforced anyway? Just like in Mexico, these laws won’t keep guns out of the hands of criminals, but will keep people from being able to defend themselves against the criminals. Schumer isn’t about to get on the wrong side of Soros, of Netflix CEO Reed Hastings, or other big lefty donors to pro-crime DAs who protect criminals.

Gun control stopped being anything other than an obscene farce once Democrats entirely threw out the idea of fighting crime. The Democrat plan is to free criminals, open up borders, and then pass gun regulations to stop the influx of gang members coming out of prison and across the border from being able to buy the guns with which they plan to shoot each other.

Unexpectedly, criminals have ways of illegally getting hold of the things that they’re officially not supposed to have. Some might even say that’s the essence of their criminal profession.

Gun control is coming from the same Democrats who insist that banning drugs won’t prevent people from buying them anyway, but believe that banning guns will get them off the street.

It hasn’t worked in Mexico or Mexifornia, but somehow it’s going to work in America.

Democrats want to pass gun laws they won’t enforce to stop the criminals they won’t arrest. And then they sneer at “thoughts and prayers” as ineffectual compared to their awesome bills.

If police are evil and prisons are awful, then what are the new gun laws meant to accomplish?

Pelosi and Schumer would be better off finding a church and synagogue that won’t cause them to burst into flames when they try to pass its threshold and try a few prayers instead.

And then they can abandon their flirtation with criminals and stand with their victims instead.

Gun violence didn’t surge or spike, depending on which media buzzword you go with, because guns were somehow more available in the plague year. There was no gun surplus in 2020. If anything firearms and ammunition became more expensive. But there was a surplus of criminals unleashed by Democrat officials and prosecutors in cities across America.

The vast majority of serious crimes are committed by career criminals who have not been previously caught or charged, or by repeat offenders who have been in and out of prison.

Increasing the supply of guns doesn’t significantly increase crime because there are only a limited number of criminals or potential criminals out there. That’s why Switzerland and Israel, or Colonial America, aren’t and weren’t picking bodies off every street corner the way that Chicago is. But when you increase the supply of criminals, then you naturally get a lot more crime.

Democrats increased the supply of criminals by opening up prisons and the border. They tried to defund the police and they stood with pro-crime rioters against their own police forces. Their elected officials decriminalized everything from theft to drugs while their prosecutors pled down crimes and then watched as the criminals walked away thanks to criminal justice reform. They eliminated bail or fundraised to bail out criminals and then watched while they went on killing.

Pelosi and Schumer shouldn’t be too quick to dismiss thoughts and prayers. Considering how many people have died, were beaten or raped by the criminals set loose to terrorize cities, their souls could use a lot of those thoughts and prayers. Even more than those of their victims.

The political utility of violence: BLM and what happened at Ronald McDonald House in Chicago

At a Black Lives Matter rally the other day in support of the mobs of looters in downtown Chicago, BLM activists spoke an inconvenient truth:  For the hard left in America now, as it was in France long ago, there is political utility in violence.  Violence of rhetoric, as in Seattle the other day, with BLM telling white people to give up their homes and their wallets to people of color, according to the New York Post.  And violence in raw form in Chicago, where BLM organizer Ariel Atkins supported the looting as “reparations.”

“I don’t care if someone decides to loot a Gucci or a Macy’s or a Nike store, because that makes sure that person eats,” Atkins said. “This is reparations. Rayshard Brooks was a menace to society

In a rush for Fulton County district attorney Paul Howard to distract from the investigation of his own wrongdoings regarding a missing $140,000, Howard quickly charged former police officer Garrett Rolfe with eleven felonies before an investigation could be properly done into a police shooting. Not only is Howard under investigation, but he is in a hotly contested primary in August. Howard did not take the case to the Grand Jury and, in an apparent political move, immediately charged Rolfe.

On June 12, 2020, Rayshard Brooks, 27, fought with two police officers and grabbed one of their taser guns. As he ran away, he turned to try to shoot Rolfe, and Rolfe shot him in self-defense. Brooks had, among other things, four previous charges of obstructing a police officer, cruelty to children, and domestic violence.

It made no sense why Brooks would fight the police until you look at his criminal history. The following are interactions he had with law enforcement.

On 08/22/2016, he was sentenced to twelve months in jail and to three years' probation on each of the five felony counts, which were to be served concurrently. On 12/20/2018, an arrest warrant was issued for him regarding his last arrest.............. To Read More....

DOJ: Less than 3 Percent of Nation's Prisoners Acquired Firearms at Retail Stores, Gun Shows

A January 2019 Department of Justice report shows fewer than three percent of prisoners who used guns in crime acquired those guns at retail stores or at a gun show. The report, titled, “Source and Use of Firearms Involved in Crimes: Survey of Prison Inmates, 2016,” presents information ascertained via face-to-face interviews with some of the nearly 300,000 prisoners who used a gun in commission of a crime.  It shows that roughly “1.3 percent of prisoners obtained a gun from a retail source and used it during their offense.” Only 0.8 percent of prisoners acquired their guns at a gun show............. Crooks and Communists Fight to Lead House Democratic Caucus

The chair of the Democratic Caucus is one of those influential positions that nobody thinks twice about.

 

In 2016, Rep. Linda Sanchez got to be the vice-chair of the Democratic Caucus and her appointment was touted as an identity politics first. To get the job, Rep. Sanchez had to beat out Rep. Barbara Lee, an admirer of murderous Communist dictator Fidel Castro. And Sanchez only beat out Lee by two votes.

 

Together with sister, Loretta Sanchez, who had warned, "the Vietnamese and the Republicans are... trying to take this seat", the Sanchez sisters were also the only disgraceful sister duo in the House.

Rep. Sanchez had set her sights on serving as the chair of the Democratic Caucus, a position formerly held by luminaries like Senator Bob Menendez, Rep. John Larson, Mayor Rahm Emanuel, and Dan Rostenkowski, sent to prison for mail fraud. But then her husband was indicted on corruption charges.

 

Sanchez announced that she was dropping out of the contest to due to “an unexpected family matter.”

”Earlier today I learned that my husband is facing charges in Connecticut,” Sanchez stated. “After careful consideration of the time and energy being in leadership demands, I have decided that my focus now needs to be on my son, my family, and my constituents in California.".........To Read More...
