Soros, Funders of Domestic Terrorism, Form 'Coalition' Against Fed Investigations

The Soros clan, along with other family foundations of the liberal elite, Knight, MacArthur, Ford, Omidyar, and the Rockefellers, have announced that they’re teaming up to fight investigations by the Justice Department.

While Alex Soros, George’s son, bragged that he would not give in, “over my dead body”, the presidents of the MacArthur and McKnight Foundations have declared that everyone needs to dust off their “crisis plans” and put their “legal teams on speed dial” ahead of a crackdown.

What are they afraid of?

The Unite in Advance coalition was formed so quickly by the big liberal grant making groups funding radicalism to form a ‘united front’ that it didn’t even have the time to build a site.

While Unite in Advance’s joint letter mentions the Charlie Kirk assassination and subsequent investigations of Antifa and other radical groups, an initial version of this ‘unity’ push had come out back in April with over 700 leftist groups, led by the MacArthur Foundation and, despite the claims of ‘non-violence’ included signatories like the Ben & Jerry’s Foundation, where a key figure supported Hezbollah, the Soros network, which has provided money to extremist and terrorist front groups, and BLM funders like the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.

The latest incarnation of what the radical leftist funders are billing as the ‘Freedom to Give’ complains that they are being portrayed as “contributing to those acts of violence” and accuses unnamed figures, seemingly conservatives and the Trump administration, of plotting to “silence speech, criminalize opposing viewpoints, and misrepresent and limit charitable giving.”

After decades of trying to censor, ‘debank’ and ban conservative groups, the funders of these efforts are suddenly hailing a “freedom to give” when the investigation risks turning their way.

It’s nice that the Knight Foundation, a major SPLC donor, and which also provided millions to fund ‘disinformation’ research which was used to deplatform and silence opposing groups, has suddenly come around to believing in the value of free speech. But only when it’s their speech.

But speech, on either side, isn’t a crime. Funding domestic terrorism however is.

The frantic calls for unity, the 700+ signatories of the April letter and the 200 plus and counting foundations that have signed on to the ‘Unite in Advance’ letter are rightly worried about their legal exposure to funding foreign and domestic terrorist groups, rioters and others engaged in criminal activities that, as Freedom Center Investigates has shown over the years, violates their nonprofit status.

Take the Climate Emergency Fund, a 501(c)(3), funding some of the environmental vandalism in America and around the world, which received a founding grant from the Aileen Getty Foundation. The Getty Foundation bragged about “Greta Thunberg and disruptive groups like Just Stop Oil and Extinction Rebellion” which vandalized art masterpieces around the world.

Then there was the financial backing for the BLM movement from big nonprofit players like the Ford Foundation and W.K. Kellogg. And there’s the Soros backing for groups involved in the campus pro-Hamas riots and the more recent anti-ICE riots. Even the legal ‘non-violent’ No Kings protests can fall afoul of the tax-exempt nonprofit status of an organization depending on how they are being conducted.

Free speech is sacrosanct, but that doesn’t cover burning down neighborhoods, assaulting police officers, attacking Jewish students on campus or vandalizing art museums. Nor, for that matter, does it cover blocking roadways, shutting down Congress and other illegal activities that have been billed as ‘civil disobedience’ but that serve as grounds for loss of tax-exempt status.

The big lefty foundations assumed that they could not and would not be held accountable. Now they’re panicking because the Trump administration is moving to finally impose accountability.

The billionaire funders of leftist hate and violence have taken to pretending that they’re “charitable giving organizations” that contribute to “communities”, helping “new parents and elders, veterans and school children, hospitals and libraries.”

The reality is that the vast majority of their ‘giving’ is political.

You don’t go to George Soros if you’re hungry. The Open Society Foundations describe giving grants to “movements, coalitions, networks, collectives and even informal groups”.

Not soup kitchens.

The MacArthur Foundation lists categories such as ‘climate solutions’ and ‘criminal justice’. The first signatory to the Unite in Advance letter is the Action for Transformation Fund which announced that it’s “moving resources to trans-led organizing”.

Other signatories include the Foundation for Systemic Change that works to “highlight ongoing economic, political, social, racial, ethnic, and environmental inequities”, the Fund for Nonviolence, which ironically helped unleash a crime wave, and iF, A Foundation for Radical Possibility, which focuses on ‘systemic racism’.

None of this is charity, it’s leftist political organizing, and the refusal by the signatories to come out and say so, or to hide behind smaller local nonprofits, is dishonest and shameful.

If these big foundations had been funding soup kitchens, hospitals and libraries, rather than political organizing and radical violence, they wouldn’t need to preemptively form a ‘Unite in Advance’ front. And the heads of the MacArthur and McKnight foundations wouldn’t be urging foundations to “stand in solidarity”, organizing for mutual defense against “threats”.

They’re not afraid of being busted for feeding the poor, but for feeding violence and hate.

Now the groups that tried to shut down their political opponents are rallying to the Constitution and the First Amendment, things they never believed in and had worked to destroy, but suddenly rediscovered just in time to become born-again patriots and lovers of freedom.

But no one is buying it.

When these leftist groups had the chance, they tried to eliminate the political opposition. Now they’re terrified of having the actual laws, not imaginary laws about ‘disinformation’, but actual tax code regulations and domestic terrorism laws, being enforced against their activities.

And wouldn’t that be a shame.

How Soros Bought the ‘Voice’ of the Jewish Community

After a belated crackdown on campus antisemitism, some were surprised to see the Jewish Council for Public Affairs leading a campaign in support of college Hamas enthusiasts.

Observers of Jewish organizational life remembered the JCPA as a representative of local Jewish ‘federations’, the organization had always been liberal, but it had never taken so blatant a stance in defense of antisemites or so overt a stance.against the American Jewish community.

In reality though the JCPA had not existed since 2022. The organization using the JCPA name is a leftist activist group funded by George Soros and headed by a member of his anti-Israel lobby. The crucial break came when the JCPA endorsed the Black Lives Matter racist hate group whose associated mobs attacked synagogues, assaulted Jews and denounced Israel.

Jewish federations were uncomfortable with the JCPA leadership’s seeming support for antisemitism and racism. JCPA boss David Bernstein initially defended the move along with engagement with far-left antisemitic groups, including the Women’s March, before leaving the organization and founding the Jewish Institute for Liberal Values (the group is now known as the North American Values Institute) to fight wokeness and institutional capture of liberal groups.

The JCPA however was ground zero for institutional capture. Instead of the federations taking control of the JCPA which they had funded and lent their name and support to for so long, a plan was developed to make the JCPA independent. The problem was that most people did not realize that an organization that had formerly spoken for sizable portions of the liberal Jewish community was now detached from the community and funded by one of its worst enemies.

In 2023, as the JCPA became “independent”, the group received a $250,000 grant from the Soros Open Society Foundations. While that amount might not have been so impressive for a major organization, the JCPA had lost most of its funding when it left the ‘federations’ and its budget was less than $2 million so that the Soros grant represented a sizable part of its cash.

It also helped pay the salary of its new CEO: Amy Spitalnick. Spitalnick was a veteran of Democratic and leftist organizations, but her only previous role in a Jewish organization had been serving as a spokeswoman for Soros’s anti-Israel lobby: J Street. The JCPA added new board members like Kiyomi Kowalski, the “Afro-Latin queer” founder of ‘Jewbian Princess’ to deliver DEI training to Jewish organizations. Kowalski had come through Soros’s Bend the Arc.

Rori Picker Neiss, the JCPA’s Senior VP for Community Relations, was a leftist activist who had argued that America was systemically racist, claimed to have a transgender 11-year-old girl, was a former board member at HIAS, which specializes in resettling Muslims in America and was the “Rabbi in Residence at the Holy Communion Episcopal Church” in St. Louis.

Other incoming JCPA staffers included Benjamin Suarato, the former spokesman for USAID, and Emily Graham, a Gillibrand staffer.

None of this was normal and the JCPA, which had been a generically liberal group, became a radical leftist one.

The old JCPA had responded to Israel’s elections by describing them as evidence of democracy, the new JCPA however repeatedly attacked Israel and Prime Minister Netanyahu, declaring a “fight for democracy” in Israel and America.

Days after the Oct 7 attacks, Amy Spitalnick, who had worked with the anti-Israel lobby J Street, organized a statement against ‘Islamophobia and anti-Arab hate’.

“We unequivocally reject those targeting our Muslim, Arab, and Palestinian American neighbors with bigotry, threats, and violence,” Spitalnick declared. The signatories included multiple Soros anti-Israel and anti-Jewish groups including J Street, Bend the Arc, T’ruah and the New Israel Fund which subsidizes BDS hate groups.

Spitalnick jumped on the Burlington shooting hoax to issue a press release declaring that “we are praying for a swift and full recovery for Hisham Awartani, Kinnan Abdalhamid, and Tahseen Ahmed.” The shootings had nothing to do with Israel or Islam, but the three Muslim men used their platform to repeatedly denounce Israel with the political aid of the new JCPA.

No one could mistake the new JCPA’s priorities when it issued two statements condemning the Oct 7 attacks, three statements condemning Islamophobia after the attacks and five statements condemning the Trump administration’s crackdowns on campus antisemitism.

While the JCPA assembled a list of signers to its campaign against Islamophobia, it offered no such response to Oct 7. What made the JCPA jump into some kind of action wasn’t the mass murder of Jews, but any report of any violence, no matter how random, as in the case of the Burlington shootings, involving Muslims.

The JCPA claimed that its militant defense of campus antisemitism was motivated by its concern for ‘free speech’ and other democratic values, but the organization had previously demanded the removal of hate speech from Twitter and social media. Its sudden concern for free speech existed only when it came to Hamas supporters targeting Jewish students on college campuses.

The new JCPA defends even the worst campus antisemitism while leveraging a vintage brand of the liberal Jewish establishment. The JCPA had started life as the National Jewish Community Relations Advisory Council. Many people who encounter its initials still think that it represents some sort of ‘grassroots’ coalition of liberal community groups when all it represents is the Left.

And the Soros political machine.

In announcing its new identity, the JCPA stated that it “traditionally operated on a consensus model among 125 national JCRCs and 16 National Jewish organizations”, but in “today’s political climate, however, consensus is harder to obtain” and so the “JCPA is moving from a consensus and general membership model to the coalition model where policy will be driven and overseen.” The JCPA no longer represents anyone except its bosses and major donors.

That includes at least a quarter-million dollar investment from the billionaire funder of anti-Israel groups who had once urged, “America and Israel must open the door to Hamas.”

And whose former employee runs the JCPA and speaks for it.

The JCPA is certainly not the first liberal Jewish group or personality Soros bought, what is surprising is how cheap the price of one of the crown jewels of the old liberal establishment was.

Another Democrat Hill to Die On: Deportation

The hills to die on chosen by the leftist radicals in the Democrat party is absolutely mind boggling, and since they "know" it isn't their message and policies that caused them to lose the election, it was the stupidity of  on American voters who are misogynists, racists, homophobes, and xenophobes who didn't understand how wonderful their polices are.   Ergo, they're doubling down, and it would appear deporting illegal migrants, including those who are already criminals simply for being here illegally, but they belong to violent criminal gangs totally committed to all forms of criminal activity here, including murder and rape.  James Zumwalt defines who and what these monsters are like calling them, Joe Biden’s ‘killer bees’, swarming throughout the nation. 

Pam Bondi points out Democrats are detached from reality with their demands that Kilmar Abrego Garcia be returned to America.  A man who is part of a violent criminal terrorist organization.  "These people are so detached from reality that they don’t care about the victims of crimes in this country."   You can tell who and what people are by who their heroes are, they're calling Boasberg a great judicial hero, but that was Raskin, and he's as contemptible as they come.  Deporting illegal migrants, who have no right to due process, isn't a threat to legal residents or citizens as the NY Times claims.  And since when is enforcing the immigration laws passed by Congress the prelude to a police state?  

 

These monsters come to America as highly "organized crime at its worst.”.......... “These people need to be locked up as long as they can, as long as the law allows. We’re not going to let them go anywhere, and if we have to build more prisons in our country, we will do it.”  

 

And America agrees!

 

Unless of course they're leftist Democrats and their corrupt catspaws in the federal judiciary, with rogue judges like Boasberg, who is an absolute disgrace.  A political hack who wants to hold the Trump administration in contempt for not obey his unconstitutional commands, which the Democrats are all in on.

Then there's Judge Paula Xinis who demands this "grievous deportation order must be reversed", along with another misfit jurist, Indira Talwani, who wants to prevent Trump’s mass cancellation of Biden-Era parole program that ushered in hundreds of thousands of illegals.

Yeah, well,  don't bet on any of these things happening, and at some point if SCOTUS doesn't bring this to a halt, the Congress with it's constitutional authority to determine the jurisdiction of the federal judiciary, and even it's ability to disband federal courts, will step in and end this insanity.  At some point Trump may just take the Jacksonian view they can make all the pronouncements they like, but he is the Executive and he controls enforcement.

 

In Andrea Widburg's article, JD Vance says what needs to be said about illegal aliens and due process she states "It’s inconceivable that our system was intended to give every single alien a full trial to determine his or her right to remain in the U.S."  Their goal? 

 

The  Democrat plan regarding illegal aliens is to force them into the legal system to run out the deportation clock. Now, Vice President Vance has chimed in to make the same point.....The current Democrat approach is the immigration version of the Cloward-Piven policy: Overburden both the civil and immigration systems so much that they collapse under their own weight, allowing illegal aliens to stay in the country forever.

In the twisted irrational thinking of Democrats they seem to think these monsters are their constituents.  As Democrat Van Hollen says the M-13 gang member, Kilmar Abrego Garcia,  “shouldn’t have to spend another second away from his family [in Maryland],”.....adding: I’m flying to El Salvador tomorrow morning to check on his condition and discuss his return."  Well, he did, and it turned out to be a bust.  If this man is he brightest pebble in his brook, he's surrounding by halfwits.  

Instead of all the publicity Senator Chris Van Hollen is getting over his efforts to "bring back Abrego Garcia, an MS-13 member", here's what everyone in the media should be seeing, thinking, and writing about.  The horrible death of Rachel Morin, not their disgusting virtue signaling over the deportation of these monsters. And what was the reaction from the Pravda media?

Listen up folks, he's not a Maryland Man, which the media insists on calling him, he's here illegally, he's a citizen of El  Salvador, and he's back home and the President of El Salvador isn't giving him back.  He's made it clear he's in in prison and he's going to stay there, and he knows about crushing these criminal gangs, as he's done it in his country, and the nation loves him.  Why?  European nations now more dangerous than El Salvador.

Let's try and get this right once, just once, please.  These people are here illegally, and they have no right to live here, that in itself is sufficient reason for deportation, without any undue interference, but most more importantly, they're monsters, and they certainly don't have a right to all these long term legal shenanigans the left is demanding.   These are the future Democrat voters they want to bring back to America. 

 

 

The question that needs asked over and over again is who's funding these lawfare suits by pro-immigration lawyers?  They're even defending foreign students who hate America but they're outraged they can't live in America in order to spread their vile philosophy.   This isn't just a local thing either, it's a national effort, a national conspiracy if  you will, and it must be expensive, so who's funding it?  Is it George Soros through groups he's funding?  It appears that's so, and I keep wondering how can all this be legal.  

How about this as a solution?  Using the RICO statute to recover the costs of fighting this going after all those involved, including those who fund it, and the judiciary, because it's clearly a criminal conspiracy.

This game is over............the past few days has been littered with stories about how his MS-13 ties were dubious and how this “Maryland man” was a victim of an illegal deportation.....The Trump team knew what they were doing: they held onto the Justice Department documents exposing Garcia’s MS-13 ties, waited for some dumb liberal to fly down to El Salvador, and then drop this like an anvil. That’s precisely what happened. Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), who likely used his El Salvador trip as a fundraising ploy, can’t raise any cash of this now—he looks like an idiot. This document dump coupled with Patty Morin, the mother of Rachel Morin who was raped and murdered by an illegal from El Salvador in August of 2023, shut down the liberal media...........

DOGE and The Deep State Purge, Part I

I've updated this piece DAILY showing just how corrupt, and even treasonous, USAID has been, and the updates are getting so large I've tried to organize them into categories. At least as best as I can since so much of what they were doing overlapped.   One thing is becoming clear to me as the information accumulates; in order to make sure it's all properly exposed I will have to do an individual piece on each category.  

Have no doubt someone is going to prison, and the investigations will lead to - "let's make a deal" - by the flunkys and lackeys of these organizations who did the dirty work in order to avoid the full weight of the justice system upon them,  Those deals will lead to the upper echelon of the Democrat party, these bureaucracies, and possibly some RINO's.

"Here are the highest paid employees of USAID. As Dems are wont to say, You have to pay market rates to get the experts with the knowledge to run a govt. racket: USAID Highest Paid Employees"

Trump the Barbarian, is the Deep State’s worst nightmare, and it's happening at such a fast pace, and over the entire federal bureaucracy, the Democrats can't act fast enough because the evidence coming out about how they've corrupted the bureaucracy is so vast they're incapable of mounting a credible response.

Yeah, the sky is falling all right, and some of them are going to jail.

How do they respond to China having spies in the White House, the massive corruption at USAID, even funding terrorists, and it turns out less than ten percent went to those who were deserving.  They tried to resist efforts by DOGE to investigate their actions, but I keep seeing this idea they're in charge, not the President of the United States.  They're learning they're not in charge.  USAID Security Chiefs Put on Leave After Refusing Musk.

Panic in the Deep State as DOGE Pulls Back the Curtain on USAID - Musk's wrecking ball "We're shutting it down," Musk said. Trump, talking to reporters last night, suggested a final decision hasn't been made. He said USAID is "run by radical lunatics"...."beyond repair"....... "a bowl of worms" with no apple."' 

Initially the Treasury department refused access to "classified information" about their payment system, but they keep forgetting, the President of the United States is the ultimate classifying authority, and if he says someone is cleared, that's it, they're cleared!  And now we know why they resisted, to cover up what can't be defined as anything but criminal activity.   At the Treasury department is was discovered that payment approval officers at the U.S. Treasury were simply rubber-stamping all payment requests that were submitted to them.   Musk Reveals Treasury Has Been Auto-Paying Everyone, ‘Even Known Terrorist Groups’,  “They literally never denied a payment in their entire career.”   Someone's going to jail over this. 

Eighty eight FBI agents were escorted out of the FBI offices, and that's just the beginning. Fifty one traitors have their security clearances revoked, and there will be prosecutions there, not to mention resignations by the number, and it's expected this is going to generate some serious deals for lower echelon people to start talking, and that will go to the top of the Democrat pyramid.  

The bureaucrats are unhappy, and claim they shouldn't have to go back to work.  Outrageous, being in an office 40 hours a week.  The head of the American Federation of Government Employees Union, Everett Kelly, explains:

“Purging the federal government of dedicated career federal employees will have vast, unintended consequences that will cause chaos for the Americans who depend on a functioning federal government,” Kelley said in a statement. “Between the flurry of anti-worker executive orders and policies, it is clear that the Trump administration’s goal is to turn the federal government into a toxic environment where workers cannot stay even if they want to.”

Something they just don't seem to get is Trump isn't taking over the Executive Branch, he "is" the Executive branch, the constitution says: The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.

And we're hearing the lamentations of their women, and self styled "real conservatives", like Bill Kristol, who are leaches on the system, and he's not alone by any stretch of the imagination.  

Bill Kristol, who has been receiving funding from USAID, claims Deep State Corruption....and ultimate bankruptcy.... is preferable to Trump state.  Does anyone think that sounds sane?  That's as stupid as Axelrod saying USAID cuts is more radical that any spending.  More radical to whom?  Those who are corruptly befitting from that spending?  Certainly not for the American people.   I can't wait for the criminal investigations to begin.  

Now this from a man who I think is one of the weirdest human beings on the planet, Stephen King, saying Elon Musk is killing America, and has "quit Twitter because the “atmosphere has just become too toxic”'.  Toxic?  From Stephen King?  Really?  Now that is remarkable.  

Then there's Senator Warner who claims Trump’s actions will create chaos on steroids, offering no credible argument to support such a claim, but what is credible is targeting of NGO and nonprofit slush funds could recover billions.  That's not chaos for the  American people, it's chaos for those who've been leeching off the America taxpayer with the support of corrupt politicians and bureaucrats, many of which need to be investigated and prosecuted.  There's nothing like a good civil and/or criminal penalty to get people's heads on straight.

Why was the federal government funding grants to South Africa?  Trump Cuts Off Funding to South Africa over Racial Land Confiscation.  They're a murderous, brutal, corrupt far left racist government.  Isn't that was the America left is supposed to be opposed to?  The claim there are valid reasons to support this insane government but they are totally offset by their corruption, they politically motivated murders of white farmers, their unending support of Muslim terrorism against Israel, and have a cozy relationship with China and Russia.  None of which does anything for America.  If their population has a AIDS problem I think that's unfortunate, but how did that become our responsibility? 

Remember when all this was snottily, smugly, and snarkily called "conspiracy theories"?  Well, Senator John Kennedy recently noted:

I remember when 25 years ago or so the major league umpires went on strike, and the union told them to resign as a tactic to get MLB to agree to new terms.

The same will be true after the dust settles and tens of thousands of bureaucrats are out looking for jobs and who in their right mind would hire them? What are their qualifications? They can sign their names on welfare checks.... maybe.... as long as it's not in cursive.

Trump has set his sights on USAID because he knows it has no legal foundation to stand on. The Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (FAA) merely granted the President broad discretion to structure foreign aid programs as he saw fit. President John F. Kennedy exercised this discretion through Executive Order 10973, formally establishing USAID as an administrative agency under the State Department.

The legal distinction here is crucial: Congress authorized the President to create an agency, but it did not mandate its creation by statute. USAID was established solely through an executive directive, making it purely an executive entity, subject to modification—or termination—at the discretion of the sitting President. The same presidential authority that created USAID inherently includes the authority to dissolve it..........

 

My Take - One commenter noted in refutation that USAID was created by EO but it was later codified by an act of Congress.Congress later passed a law, the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998, codifying USAID as an independent agency, according to an analysis published Monday by the Congressional Research Service.  I responded saying I read that and it appears the President can "execute structural changes related to USAID and State, including shifting certain functions from USAID to State." Which he's done. After that USAID will cease to exist as the employees will be gone, and funding will end. Then it can be formally dissolved in the next budget.

My Take - This is not a "chaotic attempt" it's a" chaotic accomplishment".  There's bound to be some chaos for those who've been feeding at USAID's trough and guess what......I don't care.  Now they're to have to learn to get by without that feeding trough, just like the rest of America's citizens have to do. As for these foreign nations outrage, their wailing and whining, get over it, and America should be happy.  

 

This ends USAID's funding of terrorists to the tune of n $164 million taxpayer dollars to Islamist groups, including $122 million to groups aligned with designated terrorists such as Hamas and Al Qaeda, along with those who openly express antisemitic sentiments and praised violence against Jews justifies the shutdown of USAID.

My Take - First of all, this judge has no jurisdiction.  This is an executive branch issue, and it's not his concern what the urgency is, or if there is any at all, that's for the President of the United States to decide.  He has no Constitution or legislative right to question it, in spite of all the leftist gobbledygook they spew out claiming the courts decide what that constitution says.  The Constitution says it's the Congress that decides their jurisdiction.  Another example of how the legal thinking in American universities corrupts just about everyone in the judiciary, no matter who appoints them.   RK

Every vile thing being exposed here has it's roots in treason.   Possibly not the legal Constitutional definition of treason, but treason nonetheless in spirit, and at a practical level on a massive scale, and the left is outraged it's being exposed, ergo, they embrace treason.
