(Washington, D.C., December 27, 2018). Today, Larry Klayman, Esq., a former U.S. Department of Justice trial attorney and prosecutor and the founder of both Judicial Watch and now Freedom Watch, issued this statement on behalf of his client Dr. Jerome Corsi:

"The illegal if not criminal persecution of Dr. Jerome Corsi by Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his pro-Clinton, pro-Democrat, anti-Trump and rabidly leftist prosecutorial staff marches on unabated. Not to be undone by having previously criminally threatened Dr. Corsi with indictment if he did not lie under oath to try to incriminate President Donald J. Trump, and then when Dr. Corsi refused to accept an illegal plea deal, having criminally smeared him with leaks of grand jury information in retaliation, the less than 'Special Counsel' is now sending FBI agents to intimidate and effectively threaten my client's family members as well as continuing to illegal surveil them without any probable cause to do so.

"For example, just recently reporter Chuck Ross of the nominally conservative publication 'The Daily Caller' told Dr. Corsi that the Special Counsel's office had leaked grand jury information about my client's efforts to raise funds for cancer victims, falsely claiming that this was a fraud. This criminal leak, intended to intimidate and harass Dr. Corsi, is now proof positive of the allegations contained in the $350,000,000 plus complaint for damages which he has filed against Mueller and his accomplices. Ross has now become a material witness in this case.

"Further, just over the last few days, black FBI SUVs, obviously on the orders of Mueller and his lackeys at the FBI, have been sent to the homes and workplaces of Dr. Corsi's family members and friends and parked outside for days in order to scare and threaten them. This is intended to coerce my client to accept the fraudulent plea deal and testify falsely under oath against the president. Particularly coming during this joyous and holy Christmas, and now New Year's season, this despicable misconduct effectively constituted a legally actionable assault on these family members.

"Previously, Mueller and his dishonest leftist hack prosecutors, including Jeannie Rhee, who before joining the Special Counsel's office has been a lawyer for the Clinton Foundation, had mocked in closed door settings Dr. Corsi's Christian beliefs requiring him not to lie under oath, and also ordered him not to report any agreed sealed plea deal to government regulators, which he would have been required to do under his license to sell and market securities. Thus, Jeannie Rhee and others in Mueller's office incredibly counseled Dr. Corsi to commit more crimes in addition to perjury.

"There is much more, and Dr. Corsi and I urge you to be present in courtroom 18 of Judge Leon at 3:00 P.M. on January 3, 2019, for the first hearing in his case against the criminally minded Mueller and his unethical and lawless prosecutorial staff."

Larry Klayman, the founder of both Judicial Watch and now Freedom Watch (FW) and FW's current chairman and general counsel, having previously filed suit designed to have the Department of Justice remove Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and replace him and his conflicted prosecutorial staff with an ethical and honest special counsel, announced today that he has moved to disqualify the presiding judge over the case, the Honorable Amy Berman Jackson.

As set forth in the visually embedded pleadings below, Judge Jackson is not only highly partisan, having been nominated by former President Barack Obama and has exhibited a deep seated extra-judicial prejudice in favor of Mueller and against President Donald Trump in the prosecution of Paul Manafort and Rick Gates, over which she is presiding, but she also has a manifest conflict of interest.

Klayman had this to say upon filing the motion to recuse and/or disqualify:

"It is incumbent upon Judge Jackson to do the ethical and right thing as her colleague the Honorable Rudolph Cantreras correctly did in the Flynn prosecution, and recuse herself from this case. Help Freedom Watch Remove, Disbar and Prosecute Crooked Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

As a former prosecutor of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), founder of Judicial Watch and now Freedom Watch, and its current General Counsel and Chairman, I filed a complaint Monday before the Office of Professional Responsibility and Inspector General of the DOJ, demanding an investigation and the eventual removal and prosecution of Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

Mueller and his conflicted staff — which are Democrat/Clinton political campaign donors and supporters in large part — have illegally leaked grand jury information to harm President Trump, his family and former and present colleagues.

The Justice Department's Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) and Inspector General (IG) are charged with investigating and remedying unethical and illegal behavior by the special counsel, his office and other DOJ lawyers and staff.

Special Counsel Mueller derives his authority and powers from the DOJ, as he was appointed by Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Rod Rosenstein — not coincidentally a closet Democrat and President Barack Obama's former U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Rosenstein have failed and apparently refuse to properly police the illegal grand jury leaks and conflicts of interest of Mueller — putting their own personal, political and professional interests before all else — the job therefore fell upon Freedom Watch to file this complaint to represent the interests of the American people!

It's time to address the sham investigation Mueller has been vindictively pursuing for his friend, a fellow former FBI Director himself, James Comey.

The regrettable back story here is that these two DOJ public servants are themselves under investigation by Mueller for their alleged involvement in the imagined collusion with Russia in the case of the AG and the firing of former FBI Director James Comey in the case of Rosenstein.

For this and other reasons, which sadly are the norm in our compromised Justice Department, which continues to be loyal to the former administration, not the Trump administration, these two "leaders" have failed so it's time for US to act!

If the Office of Professional Responsibility and Inspector General of the Department of Justice fail to take action, you can rest assured that Freedom Watch will file a court complaint to try to force them to take appropriate and immediate action, as well as use other lawful measures, such as petitioning Chief Judge Beryl Howell in the D.C. federal court overseeing Mueller's grand jury investigation to address these issues though an evidentiary hearing.

To sit back and watch Robert Mueller and his staff's legal jihad unfold against President Trump and his team with impunity is a huge mistake, and that is why you, the American people, should also intervene and write and email these offices and demand action.

In particular, you should also express your extreme displeasure to Sessions and Rosenstein for their failure to police Special Counsel Mueller and the politically compromised Trump-loathing 16 and counting generally leftist prosecuting attorneys he hired at great taxpayer expense to do an unethical and illegal hit on and ultimately destroy our president.

Finally, the latest outrage to come out of Mueller's grand jury investigations was disclosed this week when it was revealed — by leftist CNN, no less — that the special counsel had previously done legal work for a Gen. Michael Flynn company, Ironbridge.

Mueller and his equally conflicted staff have been tirelessly working to "burn" Flynn and, now we learn, his son as well at the legal stake.

If Ironbridge is one of the companies associated with Flynn or his son under investigation, this conflict of interest could result in Mueller's ultimate disbarment and other severe penalties, if he had not recused himself from at least this aspect of the ongoing grand jury probe.

All of this needs to be investigated by the Office of Professional Responsibility and Inspector General and Chief Judge Beryl Howell, who also needs to hold a mini-trial and put Mueller and his henchmen on the stand to explain and account for their actions.

The complaint I filed on behalf of Freedom Watch, the "People's Justice Department," speaks for itself. 

Mueller must be removed, along with his conflicted and compromised staff, and then referred to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia for prosecution, as they all have violated their oath of office and the sacrosanct Rules of Criminal Procedure, as well as several provisions of professional codes of conduct for lawyers.

My Take - I think this is immaterial since McCain's cancer is terminal, killing Ted Kennedy and Beau Biden, with the average life span after diagnosis being 14 months.  However, you've got to applaud Gohment.  If Arizona did recall him, if that's allowed, that would be worth a big round of applause.  But that's not going to happen. McCain has been a RINO forever, including when the Republicans chose him to run for President of the United States.  What's wrong with the Republican Party?  He's worked like a liberal and talked like a conservative, but his history showed what a liberal big government guy he really was, and during this last election it was clear he was an absolute phony, but Arizona Republican still elected him overwhelmingly in the primaries against a good conservative candidate.  The real issue is this:  What's wrong with Arizona and the Republicans?

The political prosecution of Cliven Bundy, his sons and tens of other defendants is an outrage begun by President Barack Obama and his Justice Department, then run by former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, essentially because Cliven used the word "Negro" in commenting that he and his family could appreciate how African-Americans were mistreated by the federal government, given how this same federal government, under Obama and Lynch, with the aid of former Nevada Sen. Harry Reid, had attempted to enslave them, too. As just one example of how Obama took offense and then threatened Cliven, just watch the video below.

Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Charles Grassley and the committee's ranking Democrat, Dianne Feinstein, want to interview two high-ranking FBI officials about some key aspects of the bureau's role in the Trump-Russia investigation -- the Trump dossier, the firing of James Comey, and more. But the FBI doesn't want those officials to talk -- even though the Judiciary Committee has oversight responsibility for the FBI, and even though the request is bipartisan, and even though there appears to be no conflict with the ongoing Trump-Russia investigation conducted by special prosecutor Robert Mueller.
