Flynn sentencing memo reveals the sham that is the Mueller investigation

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has finally provided his team's sentencing recommendation for three-star general Michael Flynn. He has acknowledged that Flynn has provided 19 separate interviews with the Mueller team. The heavily redacted report provides no information concerning the testimony that Flynn provided. Flynn had pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI during the investigation of Russian collusion with the Trump campaign during the 2016 presidential election.
Flynn has had to sell his home to pay his legal bills during this process. His 33-year career serving our country seems to have meant little to the prosecutors trying to get him to turn on Trump. Although we have no direct evidence for his sudden decision last year to plead guilty and cooperate, many believe that this was done to protect his son from being prosecuted.
This is the type of prosecutorial overreach that borders on ethical violations. It certainly makes us wonder: what is prosecutorial discretion?..........To Read More........

After weeks of talking with Special Counsel Robert Mueller about Donald Trump's supposed collusion with Russia, Dr. Jerome Corsi instead filed his own criminal complaintthrough attorney and former federal prosecutor Larry Klayman on December 3, 2018. We should remember that Klayman already got the prosecution of Cliven Bundy's family and associates thrown out for similar prosecutorial misconduct, working in support of the Bundys' excellent Nevada lawyers as legal strategist. Misconduct by the once-great Department of Justice is all too common. The unethical prosecution of former Alaska Senator Ted Stevens stole a U.S. Senate election from the Republicans in 2008. That earned a tongue-lashing from Judge Emmet G. Sullivan in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on April 7, 2009.
But left-wing embeds within the DoJ took the wrong lessons from the Stevens fiasco. They took it as a dry run, practice for stealing the presidential election in 2016..............
Mueller knows he is investigating a $12 million fairy tale told to Christopher Steele by Russian intelligence agents. Steele's "dossier" was paid for by the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton through Perkins Coie. Steele went to Moscow with $12 million to spend. Clearly, Russia's intelligence services eagerly supplied disinformation. The "dossier" was written, in effect, by Vladimir Putin and his KGB thugs. Russia of course favors chaos and the weakening of the United States, and never favored one candidate over the other. Could Jerome Corsi's lawsuit destroy the Mueller investigation?

Perhaps the media and the various "experts" should reconsider salivating over the recent information stemming from the Michael Cohen plea agreement in light of the lawsuit filed by Jerome Corsi.
According to Fox News, "Corsi filed a 'criminal and ethics complaint' against Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team, accusing investigators of trying to bully him into giving 'false testimony' against President Trump." If this is true, Michel Cohen's "admissions" will be rendered virtually meaningless, and Robert Mueller's investigation should be immediately terminated.
As part of his plea agreement, Michael Cohen admitted to making false statements in a letter to Congress in 2017 regarding a 2016 Moscow building project that was being considered by the Trump administration. According to Cohen, the discussions regarding the deal continued until June 2016, as opposed to January 2016, as he previously stated in his letter...............Read more

A former Justice Department prosecutor, Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch founder Larry Klayman, filed a complaint Monday on behalf of investigative reporter Jerome Corsi against special counsel Robert Mueller, charging “gross prosecutorial misconduct and criminal acts.” The complaint alleges Mueller and his team attempted to coerce Corsi, the author of multiple New York Times best-sellers, to commit perjury in their pursuit of statements that would harm President Trump............
It seeks to have Mueller disciplined and removed as special counsel, “along with his partisan staff.” It asks that Mueller and his staff be referred to state and local authorities for criminal prosecution and be barred from ever practicing law again............The special counsel and his prosecutorial staff threatened to indict Dr. Corsi, who is now 72 years old, and effectively put him in jail for the rest of his life, unless Dr. Corsi would provide the false testimony that they demanded, even after being informed that the testimony desired would be false..........
