On Sunday, the GOP-led Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, released a memo citing evidence that showed Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, "prompted the drafting of 'Proximal Origins' to disprove the lab leak theory." According to the Congressional memo, "On February 1, 2020, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Dr. Francis Collins, and at least eleven other scientists convened a conference call to discuss COVID-19. It was on this conference call that Drs. Fauci and Collins were first warned that COVID-19 may have leaked from a lab in Wuhan, China and, further, may have been intentionally genetically manipulated." Propagandists at ’60 Minutes’ Are Scrambling to Downplay How They “Debunked” Covid Lab Leak While Blaming Bat Soup, By J.D. Here’s the thing. “Facts known at the time” are actually just lies, and not very good ones. It didn’t take a massive news organization like CBS or a high-budget group of investigators like the “60 Minutes” crew to realize the original “bat soup” story made absolutely no sense. The fact that Wuhan Institute of Virology was within a stone’s throw from the wet market where the disease allegedly launched raised alarm bells with pretty much everyone outside of corporate media..............

The Ohio Republican lawmaker raised the question about former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director Dr. Anthony Fauci’s commitment to opposing the so-called Wuhan lab leak theory.

“Well, first, on the COVID issue, understand that on January 31, 10:32 p.m., 2020, so right at the get-go, Dr. Fauci gets an e-mail from Dr. Kristian Andersen which says virus looks engineered, virus not consistent with evolutionary theory,” he said. “The next day, he gets another e-mail from Dr. Garry. Now, these are doctors he’s handed out our tax dollars to over the years. Dr. Garry’s e-mail says: I don’t know how this happens in nature. It would be easy to do in a lab. That same day, February 1, 2020, so, again, right at the start, that same day, Dr. Fauci organizes a conference call. Him and Dr. Collins get on there with Dr. Garry and Dr. Andersen, and all these other virologists. They get on there. And, three days later, everybody changes their story.”............

Recently, a dog food product was recalled because it could make pets sick. A few days prior to that, thyroid medication for humans was also recalled by the FDA because it was subpotent while a blood pressure medication was withdrawn because it contained a cancer-causing impurity. The FDA also recently recalled chocolates because they might contain nuts in them since some people might be allergic to nuts. In the past, thousands of bags of lettuce were recalled because one bag was found to have listeria even though nobody had become sick..........

How Science Went Wrong,  Alan Joseph Bauer  Mar 06, 2023 - Global warming, Covid, the chemical spill in East Palestine—why doesn’t science seem to work anymore? Scientific investigation, on the face of it, is supposed to be an impartial, unbiased effort to get to “the truth”. For example, when a drug is tested for its efficacy, the ultimate goal in doing animal and then human studies as well as using placebo controls, is to determine if the new medicine actually offers a measurable and reproducible benefit. That is the way science should work. The scientist may generally have a working hypothesis or theory so as to direct experimentation and/or calculations, but it must be the data that drive the next steps as well as the refinement or abandonment of the original theory.........Science has been used in the past as a tool for ruling elite to push agendas that had nothing to do with actual scientific experimentation. If one thinks of the Church fighting “heretics” who had the data on their side or the “100 Scientists Against Einstein” during the Nazi period, he realizes that science has not always been the pure, unbiased attempt to ascertain some absolute truth. Unfortunately we are living in a similar period today........
