Robert Mueller: The Guest Who Won’t Leave

by June 27, 2019

Everyone has met Robert Mueller. He’s the guest who won’t leave the party. You first notice him as an awkward presence gradually eroding the pleasant ambience by hovering silently at the edge of the festivities. Then, after he has had a couple of drinks, he begins to insert himself into random conversations with solipsistic non-sequiturs. At length, after everyone else has contrived to leave early, you discover that he’s too drunk to drive even if he could find his keys. My Take - The big deal over this is he'll be under oath, and he's got a ton of dirty laundry that's bound to come up, including the corruption of his investigation.  There's a reason he's avioded testifying before this, and this may be another, "be careful for what you wish for", moment for the Democrats and the MSM.  I think he's in trouble, not Trump. As it says in the article, "Liberal law professor Alan Dershowitz warns the Democrats that they may be “shooting themselves in the foot”, and I think he's right.
