My Take - I'm always impressed how liberals can insist of following the Constitution - until it no longer fits their agenda - then, when it doesn't - those who insist the Constitution be followed are called "radicals" or "extremists", and the press eats it up.  Transferrence is a common tactic of leftists where they transfer their own bad attributes on those with whom they disagree.  It doesn't work so well today because the press is no longer believed, and the internet has made everyone who's interested aware.
