When you think of disaster relief, the last thing that you would think about would be LGBT rights. The reason is that it just does not seem like something which would be a question. How many people do you think is in Africa in the middle of a war torn country, who wants to identify as another gender? Is this an issue that has been dealt with in real life? This is not something that is very likely to have happened, and one that cannot be pointed out as having happened.
