Hillary Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook was on CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday and spoke about the Clinton Foundation’s pledge to stop accepting foreign donations. During the interview, Mook repeatedly called the foundation’s decision on rejecting foreign donations if Hillary wins, “unprecedented.” (See video below.) The problem with that particular talking point is that it isn’t unprecedented.
