Charges Dropped Against Pregnant Mother Arrested Over Anti-Lockdown Facebook Post

 Finally some justice for one brave mother.  Times of crisis can bring out the best and the worst in people. History always tells us this, and very recent history has certainly made this perfectly clear. The two years of Rona hysteria and lockdown madness really did bring out both quite distinctly. Some folks responded so very well, while others – perhaps most – simply went along with the Statist overkill.

 Far too many folks were quite happy to be led like sheep to their own slaughter, or at least to their own house arrest. And of course here in Victoria, some of the worst and longest lockdown lunacy on the planet took place. Do you remember all the insanity? Insanity such as:

• Only being allowed out of your home for just one hour a day!
• Only being allowed to travel no more than 5kms!
• Pubs and brothels staying open while churches and other essential services were forced to close!
• People prevented from having or attending weddings, going to funerals, or being with loved ones who were dying in hospital!

The list of atrocities is endless. Yet so many sheeple were more than happy to go along with all this. So many were quite willing to simply worship at the feet of leaders such as Premier Dan Andrews and do every single idiotic thing he told them to do. The paranoia and fear and hysteria were off the charts.

Many of these folks were even fully willing to snitch on their own neighbours or family members. This was straight out of the Communist playbook of course. Living in such fear and terror that you are willing to hate on your own former friends and neighbours is what a full-tilt dictatorship is all about.

But of course, there were others – those who bravely, courageously and resolutely would NOT submit to this diabolical Big Brother health fascism. They stood their ground and would not cave to the relentless pressure to fully conform – or else. And they often paid a very big price for standing up for human rights and basic civil liberties.

How many were arrested, fined and even jailed for saying no to the overreach of power-hungry thugs like Andrews? So many paid a very steep price indeed to stand for freedom. One of the superstars in this regard was a Ballarat mother. You all would recall her story – it was absolutely shocking. She was arrested by the police while at home in her pyjamas! As I wrote almost exactly two years ago about this case:

OK, this is where we are now at in the Victorian Police State. If armed police will come into a home and cuff and arrest a pregnant mother in her pyjamas (due to go to her ultrasound appointment) in front of her children, they will arrest anyone. You have been warned. This is serious. 

It seems we will all need to have our phones with the video cameras ready to go at a moment’s notice if we hear a knock at the door. With more and more ordinary Australians being arrested by the police in Dictator Dan’s dystopia – including pregnant mothers – we may well need to record everything.

There were so many utterly vile incidents that happened over those two years, but her story really did represent the complete breakdown of freedom and democracy in Victoria and so much of the world. In the name of “keeping us safe,” some of the most heavy-handed and tyrannical actions ever undertaken in peacetime took place. It was an utter nightmare.

But thankfully many of these champion freedom fighters eventually found a bit of justice. Many had the charges against them quietly dropped. Of course, the coercive State and its leaders never apologised to anyone. Dictators never do. But just today we learned of a very good outcome for this poor Ballarat mother. Here is the full story:

Police have dropped a charge against a Ballarat mum accused of breaching public health orders during Victoria’s Covid lockdown. Zoe Buhler, 30, was accused of using social media to organise a protest against state government lockdown rules between August 31 and September 2 in 2020. Her arrest while pregnant and wearing pyjamas was captured on video.

In Ballarat Magistrates Court on Tuesday, police withdrew a single charge of incitement to contravene public health directions. An application for costs by Ms Buhler was to be worked out between the parties. Outside court, Ms Buhler thanked her supporters and said she was “relieved that it’s all finished”. “Glad that it’s all over,” she said.

“Obviously the charges have been withdrawn. Bit ridiculous on the police side of things that they dragged it out for so long. I’ll be considering my options going forward especially in regards to being handcuffed while pregnant.” Ms Buhler said her stance against the state’s lockdown had not changed since her arrest. “I think the strong message I have is that I definitely have no regrets,” she said.

“I’m glad I stood up for people’s human rights and freedoms, and I guess the message maybe going into the future is … I hope I can be an inspiration that more of us should stand up for what is right.” She added the following for Premier Daniel Andrews: “I hope one day you’ll have your day in court”. And to the police: “Get the bad guys, not the innocent guys”. 

This certainly is terrific news – and long overdue. This terrible act of injustice never should have occurred in the first place. Nor should tens of thousands of other acts of injustice during this period. Thankfully some brave souls were willing to stand up and say ‘NO’ to tyranny and statist overkill.

Well done Zoe. You are a champion. You really did go through hell for such a long time. Finally a bit of justice. Finally a bit of good news. But as I say, will we hear one word of apology from Dictator Dan and his thugs about this? Not on your life.

Studies of Pre-Conceptual Science Will Not Rid Us of Lyme Disease!

In the last two years the has come under attack for what can only be called scientific fraud and corruption over their positions and mandates regarding this pandemic.  But let's try and understand this.  This deep deep state infection didn't just start.  For years this infection has permeated the CDC right along with all these agencies, including, and especially the EPA, which needs to be abolished, all of whom are supposed to be paragons of good science. 

•  Pandemic Conspiracy Exposed: A Crime Against Humanity!

Years ago this article appeared in the Poughkeepsie Journal article, Lyme activist questions federal study of pesticides in private yards, saying:

"A leading local advocate in the fight against Lyme disease and other tick-borne diseases is calling a recent study by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention “junk research” and a waste of taxpayer money. Jill Auerbach, chairwoman of the Hudson Valley Lyme Disease Association, come on the heels of a CDC study that suggests spraying individual properties with a pesticide does not reduce the rates of Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses in the people who live there.........Auerbach said the study should have been designed to include a larger neighborhood, rather than individual yards....."

Auerbach was absolutely correct in her assessment.  That money spent on this study was wasted research.  It is also clear to me that this study must have been conducted by those who really didn't understand how important widespread pesticide use is in order to impact pests, or more likely didn't care, and seems more like to me to be a case of "Pre-conceptual Science".  That's where you reach a conclusion before doing the research and then dismiss anything that disagrees with that conclusion.  Ergo, since you never see or hear anything that demonstrates your pre-conceived conclusion is wrong, it must be right.  

 

However - in the real world - making isolated pesticide applications will not resolve any pest problem if the surrounding areas are still filled with the target pest, and the consequences of ignoring the reality of pests and pesticides, cannot be ignored or dismissed.  In the real world people get sick and many die, in large numbers. 

Case Scenario One.

You are responsible for treating a twenty suite apartment building for roaches. Two of the apartment’s tenants refuse to allow you to treat their apartment and they both are filled with roaches.  What happens?  The other eighteen will still have a number of roaches each month when you return. Now, what if the numbers were reversed and only two suites were treated and the other eighteen left untreated. The migratory habits of roaches would bring them right back into the untreated suites in large numbers.  

Here's the numerical dynamics of German cockroaches.  If you have 1000 roaches in a structure and you only kill 90%, that leaves 100.  Half of them are female and half of them are pregnant.  At the end of 30 days you now have a numerical potential of 1010.  Obviously, there would be a whole lot more than just a few cockroaches in the treated suites in following month.

Now, let’s apply this real world situation and the problem of disease transmission. Let’s suppose roaches could transmit Lyme disease. What would give anyone reason to believe that the rate of disease would be reduced since the overall pest pressure from the surrounding environment would overwhelm any individual efforts, no matter how effective.

I think this statement is important to understanding what is going on behind the scenes: 

"Testing whether spraying reduces the risk of tick-borne disease is critical because people spend lots of money spraying their yards,” “These sprays can be toxic to wildlife, pets and people, and people expect a strong health benefit from doing so. The study’s finding … is very important in evaluating what works and what doesn’t. This was money well spent, in my opinion. "

That was a quote from Rick Ostfeld, disease ecologist at the Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies, who also said he didn’t think the study was poorly designed, which is what I would you expect from “independent” activists.

Well it was poorly designed! That is, if you really wanted to know what the real impact pesticides have on ticks and the transmission of Lyme disease. However, if your goal was to give the impression that making pesticide applications are valueless for the control of Lyme disease – this piece of junk science was an anti-pesticide activist’s dream.

One more thing! Bifenthrin is a synthetic pyrethroid. All pests are starting to show serious resistance to this chemical class. When we lost organophosphates, due to EPA’s manipulation of the rules as outlined in the Food Quality Protection Act, this problem with ticks, Lyme disease and bed bugs became far more serious.   

Here is the reality of this article and what these grant chasers will not tell you. If you design a study that uses less effective chemistry in small areas that are isolated and surrounded by areas where no pesticide applications are made, but have large tick infestations, the conclusion will be forgone. They will kill some pests in the treated areas but those areas will quickly re-infest, and if that pest is a disease carrier the rate of transmission will remain the same as if no pesticides were applied. I could have told them that for free and saved the taxpayers a half a million dollars.

Case Scenario Two.

You're hired by the government, to control mosquitoes you absolutely know can carrying any number of deadly afflictions such as, malaria, dengue, West Nile virus, chikungunya, yellow fever, filariasis, tularemia, dirofilariasis, Japanese encephalitis, Saint Louis encephalitis, Western equine encephalitis, Eastern equine encephalitis, Venezuelan equine encephalitis, Ross River fever, Barmah Forest fever, La Crosse encephalitis,  Zika fever, Keystone virus or Rift Valley fever, all of which can be amazingly deadly to large numbers of people, especially children.  

But the government decides that pesticides are so dangerous, you're only going to be allowed to make pesticide applications on one street and miss the next six blocks.  Would any rational person really expect to see positive results in thwarting disease transmission?  The answer is a resounding NO! Now double that insanity with a requirement you must use a pesticide that's the least effective because of false claims regarding safety.

In my opinion, any honest person who is familiar with pest control, pesticides, history, and with valid science, and reads this can only come to one conclusion. This study is nothing short of conclusions in search of data!

The reality is this. The answer to all these pest problems was effective, easy to use, inexpensive chemistry that was available to everyone. If that isn’t part of the answer there will be no answer and no amount research that leaves that component out will ever be anything but junk science.

Official in D.C. Mayor’s Office: It’s a ‘Necessary Evil’ to Allow ‘Darwinism to Kill off’ the ‘Foolish’ Unvaccinated

Elliot Tommingo, director of the Washington, DC Mayor’s Office of Veterans Affairs, said it is a “necessary evil” to allow ‘Darwinism to kill off” unvaccinated Americans, blaming them for the city’s coercive mandates, deeming them “foolish,” and accusing them of eating horse dewormer and “their own piss.”

Breitbart News on Thursday obtained screenshots from one of Tommingo’s conversations on a Facebook post. The commenter, Jonathan Lubecky, who on Twitter describes himself as a “Nonpartisan Political Consultant,” remarked that he “may go to anywhere that doesn’t have the stupid mandates DC has.” 

Currently, Mayor Muriel Bowser’s (D) D.C. requires businesses to discriminate against unvaccinated individuals, forcing indoor venues such as restaurants, gyms, bars, theaters, night clubs, food halls, auditoriums, libraries, museums, and more to turn away guests ages 12 and older who cannot provide proof of vaccination. Like the stupid masks and the stupid lockdowns that have proven to be more harmful than helpful, the vaccines have also proven entirely ineffective at achieving what we were all promised they would.

These vaccines do not prevent infection.  These vaccines do not prevent transmission.  These vaccines, at best, help to prevent serious illness or death from infection.  In this regard, it’s very difficult to understand these drugs to be “vaccines” at all.  And these drugs most certainly introduce unknown health risks for healthy people who are at virtually zero risk of harm from the virus.  One study finds, for example, that teenage boys who get the jab are six times more likely to be hospitalized from heart complications related to the vaccine than they are at risk of hospitalization due to the virus.   

Those are facts.  And, knowing that those are indisputable facts that not even Dr. Anthony Fauci would refute, there is no reason for any rational human being to support universal vaccination or perpetual booster shots for COVID...........To Read More...

Rodrigo Duterte orders arrest of unvaccinated who leave their homes

Claims those who don't get the shot "put everybody in jeopardy."

Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte this week directed officials to arrest unvaccinated individuals who leave their homes, claiming the national emergency posed by COVID-19 justified the extreme measure.

Speaking to the nation via television on Thursday, Duterte said that he was giving orders to the [village chiefs] to look for those persons who are not vaccinated and just request them or order them, if you may, to stay put,according to the Hill.

WAC 246-100-040, a proposed revision to include Covid protocol under the state’s Communicable and Certain Other Diseases act, outlines “Procedures for isolation or quarantine.” The measure would allow local health officers “at his or her sole discretion” to “issue an emergency detention order causing a person or group of persons to be immediately detained for purposes of isolation or quarantine.”

Health officers are required to provide documentation proving unvaccinated residents subject to detention have denied “requests for medical examination, testing, treatment, counseling, vaccination, decontamination of persons or animals, isolation, quarantine and inspection and closure of facilities” prior to involuntarily confinement in quarantine facilities, the resolution states..........To Read More....
