Without Affirmative Action Everyone Will Die - “All Americans will bear the burden of a less diverse health care field.”  Ever since the Supreme Court struck down systemic racism in college admissions, the systemic racism lobby has been up in arms. The real problem here isn’t that the Supreme Court jettisoned legal affirmative action, it’s that the majority of the public agrees with the decision. Including black people.  How to convince them otherwise? Announce that without affirmative action everyone will die...............

Supreme Court Ended Affirmative Action, But Demands Majority Black Districts from Alabama - Districts should be based on geography and general population, not on race.  Gerrymandering is ugly. Everyone does it. And it’s made the country and both parties worse.  And obviously building districts around race in any capacity, whether to break up districts or to create them, is wrong. But the Supreme Court, which just shut down systemic racism in college admissions, has demanded that Alabama create black majority districts.  ...........The three-judge district court said that to fix the problem, Alabama needed to add a second district that was majority black or close to that to give black voters an opportunity to elect a candidate of their choice in a state with racially polarized voting........Districts should be based on geography and general population, not on race. Racial gerrymandering is even worse than regular gerrymandering................

My Take - More fuel the fire that the federal judiciary is filled with political hacks and term and age limits need to become a Constitutional Amendment issue.

Affirmative Action Battle Moves on to the Military - Racial discrimination is now illegal at Harvard, still legal in the Army.  One of the Biden administration’s big arguments for racially discriminating against white and Asian students in college admissions was the need for military diversity. More than half of the ‘national interest’ section in its amicus brief argued that the military “depends on a well-qualified and diverse officer corps” which requires that colleges select for diversity over merit.  “It is not possible to achieve that diversity without race-conscious admissions, including at the nation’s service academies,” Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar told the Supreme Court.........Chief Justice Roberts may have wanted to avoid addressing racial discrimination at service branch academies, but it is an inescapable question. Unlike Harvard and Yale, there isn’t a sympathetic high-achieving minority group in the crosshairs. Asians are seen as underrepresented in the military and especially the officer corps, but their numbers have been growing sharply............The Supreme Court needs to have the courage to do to systemic racism in the military what it did to systemic racism in civilian higher education. A nation, a society and a system cannot endure half-slave and half-free, half-racist and half-equal. It’s time to end military racism.............

Here is the anti-Israel Squad member explaining that black people can’t be antisemitic. Bowman, a member of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, told NBC News. “I’m a black man in America — how the hell can I be antisemitic toward anybody else? First, why did Burisma want Hunter Biden on its board? The Ukrainian company was looking to make inroads into the U.S..............

My Take - First, it seem clear just about everyone knew this was going on, it's almost public knowledge, and no one said a word, and how could this being going on while Biden was VP and Obama not know it was going on.  It seems clear the FBI, CIA, and NSA were aware, and are we to assume no one told Obama?  Secondly, even as VP Biden couldn't have initialed all this on his own, he had to have had help.  So, that leaves some serious questions.  Who, how many, were they compensated, and if so, how much?   And remember, no one is above the law.   Oops, my bad, I forgot, that only applies to Trump, his supporters and his attorneys, even if the crimes they're being charged with are bogus.

Malley then became the lead negotiator for the sellout deal to legitimize Iran’s nuclear program............Recently it came out that Rob Malley had been under investigation for mishandling classified information. Instead of coming clean about this, the Biden administration lied to cover up the FBI investigation..........

China Makes a Mockery of John Kerry - China will follow its own path to cut carbon emissions, leader Xi Jinping vowed.  If John Kerry has a defining theme to his career, it’s pandering to totalitarian leftist dictatorships and then getting left holding the bag with that usual stupefied expression on his equine features. Everyone from the Viet Cong to the Sandinistas have pulled the trick on Kerry, Communist China is only a little late to the party.  Even within an appeaser administration whose ruling family has questionable ties to Beijing, Kerry was consistently the loudest voice urging Biden and Congress to disregard China’s atrocities and to believe that without the PRC’s cooperation, the planet will go kaboom. Now, dispatched to China as part of Biden’s apology for shooting down a Chinese spy balloon, Kerry was supposed to hammer home his theme that we all had to pull together against the common enemy of… the weather. How did it go with Xi?  Here’s Kerry, here’s the bag......... 

My Take - Everything about Kerry is strange.  His military "exploits", followed by his stragne behavior afterward, his stunningly failed Senate years.  Kerry has been a clown and a nutroll for all of his life.  If he'd not married a wealthy, woman, a strange wealthy woman, he'd be gone from the picture.   

While U.S. Diplomats Negotiated With China, China Hacked Them - Chinese hackers targeted Secretary of State’s emails before Beijing visit. In June, America and China traded hacks. Secretary of State Blinken traveled to Beijing in a visit that had been delayed for a few months after the public learned that China had been flying a spy balloon over America. After days of “high-level talks”, the Biden administration official claimed that the trip was a success. “We have made progress and we are moving forward,” the State Department official declared. Meanwhile, China had been hacking.the State Department. While Secretary of State Blinken and State Department officials prepped for the biggest Chinese diplomatic exchange of the administration, Chinese hackers pulled off an ingenious targeted attack aimed at accessing the emails of State Department and other government officials including Blinken’s own messages. The Biden administration and China had different definitions of “moving forward”............ 

 My Take - While this may seem terrible, I have no doubt American intelligence officers, at least in days gone by when competence and merit was the staple in America's military, would have done exactly the same thing, and hopefully so much better that no one would have known.  Here's the underlying foundation for intelligence gathering.  People, and governments, have secretes.  So, if someone has a secret, we want to know what it is. And any government that doesn't function in that manner is at a huge disadvantage.   Having said that, I think Daniel's comment:........... "Americans view diplomacy as a means of bringing nations together, while China’s Communist Party sees it as a zero-sum game. For them to win, we must lose. The more we negotiate with China, the more we lose." ........is exactly right on.

Pro-Crime Soros DA Says “DA’s Role Has Really No Impact on Crime” -  The worst Soros DA in the country proves it in one interview.  There are a lot of really awful Soros DAs out there, but Alameda’s DA Pamela Price is really in her own special category. Not even Chesa Boudin, George Gascon or Alvin Bragg can compete with her sheer incompetence, her blatant racism, overt contempt for victims and the media, and general stupidity. DA Pamela Price is so epically bad that she managed to get Asians to go out and protest her after she gave a pass to the thugs who shot Jasper Wu, a toddler, and then insulted the Asian community...........Pamela Price is the Kamala Harris of Soros DAs, but unlike Kamala she comes off as actually malignant. She’s a hard test for what people are willing to put up from racist pro-crime activist prosecutors and people seem to be reaching their limit............

Snow Woke: Today’s Woke Movie is Tomorrow’s Hate Crime - Those lefty heroes who live long enough will discover that they have become the villains.  On a recent trip, we were staying at a place that had streaming subscription services. While we don’t have any at home, and if we had any, it certainly would not be Disney+, here I gave it a try. I ignored the firehose of Marvel/Star Wars junk and the recent identity politics cartoons and everything from the last two generations. I figured there were bound to be some older family-friendly movies from the classic Disney era. The most inoffensive movie of the bunch seemed to be ‘Those Calloways’ set in early 1900s America. The movie mirrors Walt Disney’s two obsessions, the ideal world of his childhood in the 1900s and conservationism.  Up popped an angry Disney+ title card berating us for watching the movie on its service.................The Left is a destructive force pretending to be a constructive one. Its purity spirals eventually wipe out everything until the movement collapses or a strongman rises to power and arrests the trend.  Those lefty heroes who live long enough will discover that they have become the villains.............

She was aged seven to nine at the time, and Joman was 17 to 19...............

He identified as the owner of the money.  A man dressed as a woman walked into three Texas banks this month and handed tellers sticky notes with “threatening” messages demanding cash, earning him the nickname “Sticky Note Bandit,” the FBI said.  The man, who hasn’t been arrested or publicly identified, left two of the Houston-area banks with undisclosed sums, the bureau’s Violent Crime Task Force said in a press release.  The man allegedly entered Hancock Whitney Bank in Houston on July 5 “dressed as a female, approached a teller, and handed them a threatening note written on a sticky note which demanded cash,” the FBI said. He left that branch with an undisclosed sum, the FBI says.  He’s a black transgender man wearing a COVID mask. Refusing him is practically a hate crime.......  

 

While Navy Pushes DEI, 37% of Attack Subs Are Out of Order -- If only the Navy could repair subs as quickly as its transgender teams castrate sailors.  On June 16, 2023, a date which will live in infamy, the Pearl Harbor base featured the story of Lt. Nick Grant, an “out gay cisgender man” who was a co-chair of the Naval Medical Force Pacific Transgender Care Team (NMFP TGCT).The title of the Pride Month feature was “serving with pride”.The Navy’s medical service, which can’t seem to do anything about active duty personnel killing themselves, has multiple “transgender care teams” for different regions composed of multiple specialists for different areas to “oversee and, in many cases, provide mental health, hormonal, and surgical interventions as needed to facilitate the gender transition process.”  There are some who say that the Navy ought to be focused on other things. Like getting its submarines to work. In the latest numbers, nearly 40% of attack subs are out of commission.............
