As you read Daniel's posts you have to come away with a couple of thoughts.  First, are these people nuts?  And second, we need to thank them for being so openly nuts.  One thing I think the world can thank Donald Trump for and that's his ability to flush the vermin out and into the open.  In this effort to destroy Donald Trump we're seeing he was absolutely right when he says "it's you they're going after, I'm just in the way".

Dept of Ed Gave Harvard a Pass for Anti-Asian Bias, Investigates It Over Legacy Admissions - This isn’t the rule of law, it’s the rule of woke.  From the Department of Justice to the Department of Defense to the Department of Education, the only policies the government implements now are leftist agenda items. The level of totalitarian corruption here is that of a banana republic in which the Biden administration operates the entire government purely for the purpose of supporting its politics and suppressing those of its opponents. This is a government where cabinet officials decide what they’re going to do based on their viewing of MSNBC. When Harvard was caught red-handed discriminating against Asian applicants, the Department of Education shrugged and tossed the complaint without even evaluating it..............

Judge Throws Out Hunter Biden Plea Deal Over Blanket Immunity for Crimes - Hunter Biden got broad legal immunity from all tax crimes between 2014 and 2019.  The highlight of the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton was when immunity deals were handed out to all her associates in “exchange for their cooperation” and then all of their devices were erased and destroyed. The Hunter Biden investigation followed by a slap-on-the-wrist plea deal was equally a cover-up pretending to be an investigation. And a judge just threw it out the window.

My Take - As  you read the commentaries they state she was appointed by Trump, implication is she's a conservative MAGA Republican.  There's only one problem with that.  She seems to be a liberal Democrat who donated money to Hillary Clinton's campaign.  What's abundantly clear is she's not intimidated by the left, by the corruption in the federal judiciary, the Biden administration or the deep state.  Gutsy lady!

Media Would Rather Talk About Fargo Jihadist’s ‘Binary Trigger’ Than His Motive - What was the real ‘trigger’ for Mohamad Barakat, the Muslim terrorist who prepped for a mass murder of Americans at a local fair, before stopping to open fire on police officers and was himself shot and killed.  The authorities still claim that they don’t know why a Syrian Muslim named Mohamad might have wanted to go ahead and try to carry out a massacre, but the media is really excited about his ‘binary trigger’.  In a truly surreal article headlined, “the Fargo shooter used a binary trigger. Here’s what to know about the device that’s worrying police”, the AP doesn’t even mention Mohamad’s name until the third paragraph.It then only mentions his name only one more time while focusing largely on his trigger. What’s the real trigger that made Mohamad do it, Islam or a ‘binary trigger’?......

NYT Admits the Problem Isn’t Israel’s Judicial Reform, It’s That the Right is Doing It -  “Democratically elected leaders will have more power, and unelected judges will have less”.  This is a really extraordinary article.  All of these months the Israeli Left and the media have been howling that judicial reform which means rolling back the unlimited authority of the country’s Supreme Court, was a coup and a threat to democracy. Mostly the media and politicians in this country have echoed those lies.  Here the New York Times breaks from that narrative, admits that judicial reform makes sense, and that the only problem is who’s carrying it out............

Despite Biden’s Pressure, Israel Ends Absolute Power of Leftist Judges - Judicial reform is not an attack on democracy, it’s the downfall of a tyranny.  The vast gap between leftist hysteria and what it’s actually fighting can be easily spotted when it omits discussing the specifics of the case. Take the leftist clamor over ‘book bans’. Then ask them specifically what books are being banned in the majority of cases and then they suddenly have to defend the graphic pornographic content in books like Gender Queer. The Israeli left, political elites and media allies have been howling that Israel’s democracy is being destroyed because of democratic judicial reforms that would stop the Supreme Court from wielding absolute power and overturning laws simply because the leftists on the court oppose them.........
