After Hamas Terror Attack in Jerusalem, Israel Goes Back to War - December 1, 2023 -  And the Biden administration wants to end the war.  Secretary of State Blinken visited Israel, seemingly in part to push for an extension of the ceasefire. That was over once Hamas carried out a terrorist attack in Jerusalem which killed a pregnant woman and an elderly rabbi. Beyond that, Hamas sabotaged the negotiations for the release of more hostages and began firing rockets. But Blinken’s message, supposedly leaked to the media, was that Israel could not expect to continue fighting as it had before, using armored brigades and heavy firepower, that it had to leave UN facilities alone even if they’re being used by Hamas, and that it has to wrap up the fighting soon.................

As you read Daniel's posts you have to come away with a couple of thoughts.  First, are these people nuts?  And second, we need to thank them for being so openly nuts.  One thing I think the world can thank Donald Trump for and that's his ability to flush the vermin out and into the open.  In this effort to destroy Donald Trump we're seeing he was absolutely right when he says "it's you they're going after, I'm just in the way".

Judge Throws Out Hunter Biden Plea Deal Over Blanket Immunity for Crimes - Hunter Biden got broad legal immunity from all tax crimes between 2014 and 2019.  The highlight of the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton was when immunity deals were handed out to all her associates in “exchange for their cooperation” and then all of their devices were erased and destroyed. The Hunter Biden investigation followed by a slap-on-the-wrist plea deal was equally a cover-up pretending to be an investigation. And a judge just threw it out the window.

My Take - As  you read the commentaries they state she was appointed by Trump, implication is she's a conservative MAGA Republican.  There's only one problem with that.  She seems to be a liberal Democrat who donated money to Hillary Clinton's campaign.  What's abundantly clear is she's not intimidated by the left, by the corruption in the federal judiciary, the Biden administration or the deep state.  Gutsy lady!

Mostly the media and politicians in this country have echoed those lies.  Here the New York Times breaks from that narrative, admits that judicial reform makes sense, and that the only problem is who’s carrying it out............

Without Affirmative Action Everyone Will Die - “All Americans will bear the burden of a less diverse health care field.”  Ever since the Supreme Court struck down systemic racism in college admissions, the systemic racism lobby has been up in arms. The real problem here isn’t that the Supreme Court jettisoned legal affirmative action, it’s that the majority of the public agrees with the decision. Including black people.  How to convince them otherwise? Announce that without affirmative action everyone will die...............

Supreme Court Ended Affirmative Action, But Demands Majority Black Districts from Alabama - Districts should be based on geography and general population, not on race.  Gerrymandering is ugly. Everyone does it. And it’s made the country and both parties worse.  And obviously building districts around race in any capacity, whether to break up districts or to create them, is wrong. But the Supreme Court, which just shut down systemic racism in college admissions, has demanded that Alabama create black majority districts.  ...........The three-judge district court said that to fix the problem, Alabama needed to add a second district that was majority black or close to that to give black voters an opportunity to elect a candidate of their choice in a state with racially polarized voting........Districts should be based on geography and general population, not on race. Racial gerrymandering is even worse than regular gerrymandering................

Affirmative Action Battle Moves on to the Military - Racial discrimination is now illegal at Harvard, still legal in the Army.  One of the Biden administration’s big arguments for racially discriminating against white and Asian students in college admissions was the need for military diversity. More than half of the ‘national interest’ section in its amicus brief argued that the military “depends on a well-qualified and diverse officer corps” which requires that colleges select for diversity over merit.  “It is not possible to achieve that diversity without race-conscious admissions, including at the nation’s service academies,” Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar told the Supreme Court.........Chief Justice Roberts may have wanted to avoid addressing racial discrimination at service branch academies, but it is an inescapable question. Unlike Harvard and Yale, there isn’t a sympathetic high-achieving minority group in the crosshairs. Asians are seen as underrepresented in the military and especially the officer corps, but their numbers have been growing sharply............The Supreme Court needs to have the courage to do to systemic racism in the military what it did to systemic racism in civilian higher education. A nation, a society and a system cannot endure half-slave and half-free, half-racist and half-equal. It’s time to end military racism.............

My Take - First, it seem clear just about everyone knew this was going on, it's almost public knowledge, and no one said a word, and how could this being going on while Biden was VP and Obama not know it was going on.  It seems clear the FBI, CIA, and NSA were aware, and are we to assume no one told Obama?  Secondly, even as VP Biden couldn't have initialed all this on his own, he had to have had help.  So, that leaves some serious questions.  Who, how many, were they compensated, and if so, how much?   And remember, no one is above the law.   Oops, my bad, I forgot, that only applies to Trump, his supporters and his attorneys, even if the crimes they're being charged with are bogus.

China Makes a Mockery of John Kerry - China will follow its own path to cut carbon emissions, leader Xi Jinping vowed.  If John Kerry has a defining theme to his career, it’s pandering to totalitarian leftist dictatorships and then getting left holding the bag with that usual stupefied expression on his equine features. Everyone from the Viet Cong to the Sandinistas have pulled the trick on Kerry, Communist China is only a little late to the party.  Even within an appeaser administration whose ruling family has questionable ties to Beijing, Kerry was consistently the loudest voice urging Biden and Congress to disregard China’s atrocities and to believe that without the PRC’s cooperation, the planet will go kaboom. Now, dispatched to China as part of Biden’s apology for shooting down a Chinese spy balloon, Kerry was supposed to hammer home his theme that we all had to pull together against the common enemy of… the weather. While Secretary of State Blinken and State Department officials prepped for the biggest Chinese diplomatic exchange of the administration, Chinese hackers pulled off an ingenious targeted attack aimed at accessing the emails of State Department and other government officials including Blinken’s own messages. The Biden administration and China had different definitions of “moving forward”............ 

 My Take - While this may seem terrible, I have no doubt American intelligence officers, at least in days gone by when competence and merit was the staple in America's military, would have done exactly the same thing, and hopefully so much better that no one would have known.  Here's the underlying foundation for intelligence gathering.  People, and governments, have secretes.  So, if someone has a secret, we want to know what it is. And any government that doesn't function in that manner is at a huge disadvantage.   Having said that, I think Daniel's comment:........... As you go through these posts you can't help but wonder what these people use for brains.  Their view of the Constitution is so blatantly unhinged, you have to conclude if they truly believe what they're saying they're in serious need of psychological help, and if they don't believe it, they're even in more need of psychological help.  And that's across the board on every issue we're being confronted with. 

We seeing the destruction of France in detail.  Who's to blame?   Video games.  Imagine that.  Not the insane immigration policies Western Europe allowing huge numbers of Muslims who hate Europe, hate western civilization, hate anyone who isn't Muslim, and even hate Muslims who aren't their brand of Muslim.  A policy the EU is attempting to impose on all of Europe, allowing Muslims to flood their lands, perpetrating rape, murder, theft, and crime on a massive scale.  Working to destroy the governments and societies of these nations and impose Islam...or one brand or another.....which is an abject formula for unending violence.    No, that's not the problem, it's video games.  Another group of "leaders"  in serious need of psychological help.

There is a ‘warrior caste’ insofar as you have families who have fought for this country since the War of Independence. Even by Biden standards, the decision-making has been a disaster. But that’s what happens when you don’t know what you’re doing and someone else does..............

Pronouns in the Wild – The Fake LGBTQ Population Explosion - Most of these people aren’t getting body parts chopped off, they’re just adding a they/them pronoun.   A few days ago we took our daughter to a local natural history museum. Unlike the previous years, staffers were wearing pronoun buttons.  Not all staffers wore the pronoun buttons  About half did and those who did invariably wore he/his and they/them or she/her and they/them buttons.  For those not too familiar with the current woke sexual identity cult, this is the mark of posers.  Rather than embracing some sort of alternative gender setup, they’re role playing by combining the usual male and female pronouns with something that suggests they’re in some way ‘non-binary’ or more importantly ‘non-cis’....................

Earlier this year we tracked his reach even to West Virginia.  While foreigners can’t directly donate to candidates, they can donate to 501(c)(4)s and considering the impact that they have on elections, that amounts to much the same thing.  Now some members of Congress are talking about closing the foreign C4 loophole..............

One is as sure a night follows day is when things don't go the way the left wants them to go, using our own values against us they will spew out unhinged claims, charges, demands, and predictions in order to confuse and inflame the public to support their insane policies.  

Most importantly, all those irrational lies can be used to distract Americans from reality.  And that reality is the consequences of their destructive policies, behavior, corruption, and incompetence the left demonstrates daily.  

The goal for all of this is to impose totalitarian big government tyranny that will destroy the American identity, the American culture, the American economy, and very foundations that created America by destroying the Constitution.  

Has there ever been a more corrupt and incompetent President than Biden?  Has the media ever  so corrupted?  And that's a big issue, since the media, going back through American history, has never been trustworthy, yet they've surpassed their history of corruption to the power of ten.  

In 1963 the 45 Communist Goals to Destroy America was listed in the Congressional Record.  Look how many have come true.   Especially look at number 15:

"Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States".  

They've totally ensnared the Democrats, and a lot of Republicans, aka, RINO's.  Make sure to read the entire list, since sixty years have passed since the Congress was warmed of this, and yet,  virtually every one of those goals has either been achieved, or become a major issue right now.

The Vast Majority of White, Asian, Latino and Black People Oppose College Admissions by Race - The media supports systemic racism. Most Americans don’t.   There was a time when the gulf between the public and the media wasn’t the size of the grand canyon. Those days have long since passed and reporting occurs from a surreal manufactured world in which there is the pretense that the insane leftist ideas adopted by the media actually have any kind of play among people. Like using race as a basis for college admissions. 

If you read, listen or otherwise imbibe the media, you might think that there was a going debate on the subject, or, worse, that the majority of Americans support basing college admissions on race. Nope. Not even close. There’s as much support for race-based college admissions as there is for pre-birth abortion, pushing LGBTQ pornography on 8-year-olds, banning cars, and other exciting leftist causes.  84% of white adults oppose colleges considering race or ethnicity when deciding which students to accept... 81% of Hispanics oppose it.... 76% of Asians oppose it...So do 71% of blacks.....................

Michelle Obama’s ‘Heart Breaks’ for Students Who Will Never Have the Chance to be Judged on Race, Not Merit It is heartbreaking to think of all the students who will be judged by the content of their character, not their skin color.   Barack and Michelle Obama bemoaned the Supreme Court’s decision to end systemic racism in Students for Fair Admissions v Harvard.  The decision, which effectively ends legal affirmative action in universities for discriminating against Asian and white students, and violating the fundamental principles and laws of the United States of America, was not taken well by the Netflix power couple who took to Twitter to express their longing for systemic racism.  Obama tweeted, “Affirmative action was never a complete answer in the drive towards a more just society. But for generations of students who had been systematically excluded from most of America’s key institutions—it gave us the chance to show we more than deserved a seat at the table.”  That’s exactly the opposite of what affirmative action showed. And that’s a point that Justice Clarence Thomas made...........

COVID for Failed Afghanistan Withdrawal - Blame everyone and everything else. Victory has a thousand fathers but defeat is an orphan. Since the disastrous retreat from Afghanistan, everyone has been pointing fingers. The Biden administration blamed Trump. The military, somewhat rightly, blamed the State Department for having no evac plan while insisting on maintaining a massive diplomatic facility in what would soon be enemy territory. (Although the military had its own role in this disaster.) The State Department has refused to cooperate with the Afghanistan watchdog, but has issued its own report blaming, among other things, the pandemic.................

The full report however can’t be seen lest our enemies discover that we’re led by woke idiots who are not very good at this whole ‘war’ thing because they really don’t care one way or another. Judge Blocks Fed Gov From Flagging Content for Big Tech to Delete - “inducing in any manner the removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech.”  The First Amendment’s position on freedom of speech is pretty clear. The Obama and Biden administrations however decided that while freedom of speech bars them from directly censoring political opponents, it didn’t stop them from asking, rather than ordering by decree, private companies to censor on their behalf. The idea that the government could just bypass the Bill of Rights by asking private companies to do it for them was never legally tenable. And now it’s in trouble............

My Take - I keep coming back to this same question.  Who is it in the Administration that's actually making the picks for all these positions, including those for the federal judiciary?  Is it one person, or is it a group of lunatics in collaboration?   No matter, it's certainly blatant insanity.  Do we really believe Joe Biden came up with that stack of Executive Orders cancelling Trump's executive orders, and Executive Orders that were unconstitutional or violations of law?  Who was in charge of that?  I'm betting that would be a good place to start in finding who are the ones actually is making all these decisions.

Supreme Court Stops Biden from Abusing 9/11 Military Debt Bill for $500B Student Loan Bailout Is there anything a president can’t do? Yes.  Under the Obama administration, there was a popular lefty proposal to sideline the debt limit by just having the Treasury Department mint a trillion-dollar coin. Biden’s proposal to cancel student loan debt on a massive scale by abusing the Heroes Act, a post 9/11 measure meant to help military personnel leaving college was a similar power grab and an obscene scam.
