NBC's Chuck Todd: Obama 'Does Not Believe He Lied' - NBC's Chuck Todd scored a huge interview with President Obama Thursday and opened things by immediately drilling down on the president's relentlessly repeated lie that under ObamaCare you can keep your current insurance plan if you like it. The full interviewis even more impressive than the clips that have been going around. Even after he elicits a "sorry" from Obama, Todd keeps after the point for almost ten minutes. Ultimately, though, Todd came away with the impression that Obama doesn't believe he lied. And Todd is probably right, which is a little unnerving.
During his
own interview on the Hugh Hewitt show Friday with guest host Carol Platt
Liebau, Todd said, "You know, he does not believe he lied on this, and
that’s the sense I get." ........ If Obama has convinced himself he didn't
lie, that borders on pathological. We now know that as far back as 2010 the
president knew eight to nine million people would lose their health insurance. We
have him on video admitting to that:...... And yet, straight through
the 2012 election, Obama continued his campaign to reassure the American people
that they could keep their insurance. Period.....To Read More....
My Take –
What
shocks me is the amount of shock being displayed by …..well….I guess we should
call them….”journalists”! The left lies! That’s their modus operandi. That was
Saul Alinsky’s forte. All politicians lie, but the left has made this the
center piece of their intellectual arguments to promote their agenda, i.e., say
whatever it takes to get what they want and then worry about the consequences
later. Generally there are no consequences because the leftist main stream
media covers for them. The internet has changed that. CNN is abandoning the
idea they are ‘a trusted news source’ because society realized they’re a
leftist propaganda organ. The Editors of Pravda and Tass would have been proud.
Things are changing, but the damage is so severe, and there are so few Col.
John Boyd’s in the Washington political arena that I am not
optimistic.
Cruz: ‘People
don’t like’ me doing my job - Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) on Friday chalked
up his critics to people unhappy with him trying to “do my job.” Speaking on
NBC’s “Tonight Show”, Cruz was asked by host Jay Leno about criticism of him
as“aggressive, arrogant and abrasive.” “I don’t know that you can believe
everything you read,” Cruz responded. Pressed further on whether he fit any of
those descriptors, Cruz insisted his detractors were just frustrated with the
work he’s doing in Congress. Post Continues

My
Take - I find this interesting. The leftist didn't mind
this when these EU flakes wanted to potentially try Henry Kissinger, but now
it's one of their own. I can't wait to see their reaction to this. Actually I
know there will be no reaction. Their tactic will be silence...in hope this will
just go away, and the MSM will make sure that happens.
