2024 Election, Voter Fraud

By Rich Kozlovich

As I've been writing about the upcoming 2024 Presidential election I've saved a lot of articles with all the issues the candidates are facing, organizing them separately such as immigration, voter fraud, economics, the deep state, lawfare, and more.  My intention was to do sepearte articles on each issue.

Well, the problem is the source material is coming in fast, furious, and constantly, so, I've decided to organize them all as individual gazettes where I can keep adding articles dealing with each of issues individually, and link those gazettes to articles I'm writing as source material.

Unconstitutional and Against State Law.  Now that the RNC has passed out RINO control, they taking voter fraud seriously, and taking it to court, and by Republicans around the nation.  We're looking at the total demise of RINO leadership in the Republican party.  The Ryan, McCarthy, Romney, Kasich cabal are toast and have no credibility with the party rank and file.

Here's the way I see it. The Grand Old Party is being revamped from inside. Ten or fifteen years ago they did a study on the make-up of the GOP, and 35% were leftist Rockefeller Republicans, and they were the leadership. 60% were Reagan Republicans, and 5% were Ron Paul Republicans.

If they did that study over again, I'm betting there wouldn't be more than 25% Rockefeller Republicans, and maybe less. The Reagan and Paul Republicans would more closely merge, totaling at least 75% of the Republican party. But no matter, none of the base would merge with the Rockefeller Republicans, and more and more of the base are deciding to run. First time runners who had no desire to be politicians. And that's going to grow.

The marginal RINO's (moderates) that are left will all of a sudden have an epiphany singing “I see the light, the fog has lifted, and I see the light”. It will be their “come to Jesus” moment proclaiming how real conservatism is the way of wisdom and truth. They will be useful but not trustworthy, and unfortunately that is probably a substantial percentage, since so few politicians ever started out with a backbone, and they’ll never grow one.

As for the true RINO's like Chaney, Kasich, Romney, Ryan, and the rest, will change parties in some way and be lost in the underbrush, except to be trotted out by the MSM.

Let's not lose sight of the fact..... and it is factual.... Joe Biden won the 2020 election via voter fraud, and truth be told, in both 2020 and 2022 Congressional seats were acquired by Democrats in the same manner, and for too long the Republican "leadership" ignored it, by implication, approves of it.   As Sir Thomas More in the movie Man for All Seasons stated:  Silence denotes agreement.

There are eight rules of voter fraud, as outlined in this article, How Intelligent is Artificial Intelligence on the Subject of Election Integrity?  AI came up with this:

1. Manipulating Voter Registration and Roll Maintenance: 2. Tampering with Absentee and Mail-in Ballots: 3. Controlling Polling Places and Vote Counting Centers: 4. Exploiting Voting Machines and Software:  5. Disinformation and Propaganda:  6. Co-opting Media and Communication Channels: 7. Legal and Legislative Maneuvers: 8. Intimidation and Suppression:

As you peruse these commentaries observe if any or all of this is happening.  Here are  ere's my Voter Fraud Gazette, which I think is going to be so dramatic it will make the 2020 election look clean.  Some of the links go back a way.  Enjoy!

  • Activist judge formally orders state to interfere in 2024 presidential election Demands officials 'suppress' votes for President Trump. -  Democrats in Colorado and Maine, fearing what another term for President Donald Trump would bring to their political agenda, already have tried to remove him from the 2024 ballot. Now a judge in Illinois formally has ordered the state to interfere in the race, issuing a mandate to "suppress" votes for Trump........Porter is demanding that the board remove Trump from the ballot or "cause any votes cast for him to be suppressed.".............
  • Legal Group Demands Election Workers Verify Voters’ Citizenship Nationwide, Because They CAN - A legal group is demanding that all 50 states verify voters’ citizenship before casting their ballots after incidents came to light showing that illegal immigrants are being registered to vote. America First Legal has taken the initiative to mail letters to chief elections officers, secretaries of state, attorneys general, lieutenant governors, and governors in all 50 states imploring them to verify the immigration status of voters. The Department of Homeland Security’s data can reportedly be used by election officials to verify the citizenship of those registered to vote. “Based on the information you receive in response, you can take further steps consistent with applicable law to ensure that only U.S. citizens remain on your voter rolls,” the letter urges officials according to the New York Post.................
  • Election Validity Group Files Landmark Lawsuit in Pennsylvania - Jack Gleason - They are claiming that the officials named above are not performing their duty to follow existing laws that safeguard our elections.United Sovereign Americans, Inc. and two Pennsylvania residents claim that state officials are not performing their duty to follow existing laws that safeguard our elections..........
  • Republicans Must Confront the Democrat’s Fraudulent Voter Registration Manufacturing Operation and the Bloated Voter Rolls to Win in 2024 - Without a doubt the key to the Democrat voter fraud is bloating voter rolls. This was crystal clear when the Biden administration dispatched federal agencies to collect registrations. And in February the Biden White House held a summit exclusively with far-left “voting rights groups” to execute plans to ‘register’ voters.  Democrat lawmakers and Joe Biden also fund suspect far-left groups that write up tens of thousands of voter registrations and turn them into county clerks in battleground states...
  • True the Vote Wins 'Monumental' Election Case Against Stacey Abrams' Fair Fight -  Election integrity group True the Vote declared a legal victory Tuesday against Stacey Abrams’ Fair Fight after a federal judge ruled their mass challenges of the eligibility of voters in the 2021 Senate runoff elections in Georgia did not violate the Voting Rights Act.  .......
  • Cheaters Shouldn’t Win and Winners Shouldn’t Cheat- January 2, 2024 By Jack Gleason- I remember watching the election returns in 2016 as liberal pundits followed the counting and gradually realized that Donald Trump was going to defeat Hillary Clinton. The next day, supporters cried and howled in despair......
  • Who Added an Algorithm to New York State’s Voter Registration Roll, and Why? - By Jerome R. Corsi  -  Dr. Andrew Paquette, who serves as research director of the all-volunteer citizens’ group New York Citizens Audit (NYCA), has proven that New York state’s voter registration roll now contains an algorithm designed to facilitate election fraud. One must understand how voter registration data works to appreciate just how serious this is. All registration data is predicated on algorithms, which are basically equations added into the registration in chronological sequence to transform a voter identification number (“Voter ID No.”) into a code. In an honest system, the voter who registers first gets Voter ID No. 1, the second voter to register gets Voter ID No. 2, etc. In other words, there’s a direct correlation between the date order of registration and the ID No., with the ID Nos. increasing by increments of one.........
  • Score one for TrueTheVote over Soros, Elias, Abrams and the Democrat vote machine January 3, 2024 The array of forces against the scrappy little voter integrity group were huge, but they had truth on their side. ............Apparently, they had been sued by Stacey Abrams's legal arm, Fair Fight, for voter suppression of black voters, because so many of the invalid registrations of out-of-state voters it found, (possibly done by Abrams's voter registration group, the New Georgia Project) were in the names of black people. Why wouldn't they be black people? Those are the people Abrams's operatives know about and seek to register for elections. Apparently, there's no such thing as a black political machine, such as we find in places like Chicago, Los Angeles, and most recently, San Francisco...........
  • REPORT: ‘At Least’ 1-in-5 Mail-In Voters Admit to 2020 Fraud, Without Which Trump WOULD Still Be President. Research by the Heartland Institute confirms that mail-in voting in 2020 was tainted by widespread fraud. Justin Haskins, director of the Socialism Research Center at the think-tank, revealed how they polled people on whether they voted in 2020 and whether they used an absentee ballot. Respondents who answered 'yes' to both questions received a series of follow-up queries........
  • RNC Files Bombshell Swing-State Lawsuit, Says Over Half of Counties Have More Registered Voters Than Adults- We’re constantly assured by both the Democrats and the establishment media that the voting system in the United States of America is safe, secure and well-maintained. In fact, it’s a bit too safe, secure and well-maintained for their liking; they would prefer that there was more mail-in voting and less voter ID requirements and voter-roll maintenance....
  • Electionator III - The Rise of the Machines There is an enormous and growing amount of evidence that the 2020 election was manipulated to give false results. The 2021 recall election for the governor of California had numerous improper results certified. The 2022 election also appears to have been manipulated, although not so obviously as in 2020. All these elections and more involved the use of hardware and software systems collectively known as "machines". .......
  • Election Interference: AG Garland Vows to Fight Voter ID Laws Suggests Racist: ‘Disadvantage Minorities’- Attorney General Merrick Garland has vowed to fight voter ID laws, which he characterized as a plot to “disadvantage minorities.” Appearing alongside Vice President Kamala Harris in Selma, Alabama, on Sunday, Garland called voter ID laws and other voter integrity laws “discriminatory, burdensome, and unnecessary.” The two were speaking at an event commemorating the fifty-ninth anniversary of the Bloody Sunday attacks on civil rights marchers in Selma. Garland recalled the history of voting rights for black Americans since the end of slavery, which he said has “never been steady” into the present day, charging that voter ID laws have made it harder “for millions of eligible voters to vote and to elect the representatives of their choice.”.......
  •  Exclusive – Michael Whatley: RNC Hiring ‘Election Integrity Councils’ in Battleground States - The Republican National Committee (RNC) is hiring “election integrity directors and election integrity councils in every battleground state” ahead of the general election, RNC chair Michael Whatley said during an appearance on Breitbart News Daily.............
  • BREAKING: Court Rules Undated Ballots CANNOT BE COUNTED in Pennsylvania Elections – Sanity Prevails! Jim Hoft The Third US Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday ruled that mail-in ballots with no dates cannot be counted by Pennsylvania election officials. Democrats use this tactic frequently to add more ballots to their candidate’s totals following election day. This stops the Democrat Party insanity and lawlessness for now..........
  • Cybersecurity, Voter Eligibility Focus of New Ohio LegislationA plan to more stringently scrutinize voter registration data and citizenship verification during Ohio’s elections sits before the Ohio House of Representatives. The proposed legislation, which has yet to be assigned to a committee, also focuses on security of individual voting machines and would require the state’s board of voting system examiners to contain a person with cybersecurity expertise and credentials. “Integrity in our elections is critical to the foundation of our liberties as Americans,” said Rep. Bernie Willis (pictured above), R-Springfield. “Voters have to trust their vote matters and is being represented toward the candidate of their choosing. Technology is increasing at a fast pace and the standards voting machines are certified against are outdated. It’s time for a change that will protect everyone’s vote.”....
  • The road not taken - Despite the constant harangues from the Democrat Party that the standard bearer of the Republican Party is a “threat to democracy,” the election this November is really a choice between two radically divergent visions of America -- when all is said and done, it is really that simple.  A Republican Chief Executive will enable America to continue as the standard bearer and economic powerhouse of the Free World, while a Democrat Chief Executive will ensure under the guise of globalism that America will decline in order to comply with those who seek not to create new wealth and prosperity but rather to redistribute the hard-won fruits of American free enterprise.
  • MAGA Trumps GOP Establishment The Donald More than Twice as Popular as Mitch -  POLL: LATINO VOTERS SWITCHING FROM BIDEN TO TRUMP  According to a new poll, Hispanic and Latino voters are increasingly turning on President Joe Biden in favor of the presumptive Republican nominee, former President Donald Trump. At the same time, the poll shows that Latino voters still heavily identify with, and may be slightly trending toward the Democratic Party. Ipsos senior vice president Chris Jackson observed that among the polled Latino voters, â€Å“[i]n almost every case, Trump performs better than the Republican brand and Biden performs worse than the Democratic brand...........
  • Election Integrity Attorney Stefanie Lambert Arrested on Unrelated Bench Warrant After She Turned Over ‘Criminal’ Documents from Dominion to Law Enforcement - Stefanie Lambert, an election integrity attorney in Michigan, was arrested on Monday in Washington D.C. for failing to appear at a court hearing in Michigan involving charges against her for allegedly breaching voting machines. After agreeing to surrender to authorities in Michigan, Lambert was released on $10,000 bond. Lambert said in court filings, and a statement that she failed to show up for the hearing due to a miscommunication with her former counsel, who told her the meeting was canceled. The attorney was arrested after taking part in a hearing Monday representing her client, former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne, against a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit Dominion Voting Systems filed against him in 2021. Dominion sued Byrne for predicting months before the 2020 election that there would be illegal election activity to change the election results and named Dominion as one of the actors involved.
  • NY Citizens' Voter Audit Challenges Blue-State Hegemony -  When you first hear about the group New York Citizens Audit (NYCA), you wonder why it took so long for regular citizens to start scrutinizing their own voting rolls.  It's shocking ,really, even contrary to the American spirit, to think that voters in every state have taken so long to self-police their own voting process — instead assuming that whatever was happening was somehow honest, legitimate, or even legal by their states' own declared laws. It is those declared laws that Marly Hornik is using as a litmus test as she and her nearly 1,500 volunteers review New York State voter rolls they obtained from the New York State Board of Elections (NYSBOE), as well as rolls obtained from individual counties...............
  • Meme War: Conservative Social Media Influencer Convicted of Election Interference - Conservative social media influencer Douglass Mackey, also known as Ricky Vaughn, was convicted of election interference in the 2016 presidential race after posting a satirical meme on Twitter. Mackey, who is being accused of trying to “deprive individuals of their constitutional right to vote,” was convicted on Friday by a federal jury in Brooklyn of the charge of “Conspiracy Against Rights,” the federal government announced...............The DOJ’s case against Mackey, however, raises questions about free speech rights in the United States............Last month, James Lawrence, a lawyer representing Mackey, told Breitbart News that the American Civil Rights Union (ACLU) “is nowhere to be found” and “MIA” with respect to the DOJ’s prosecution of his client for speech protected by the First Amendment. Meanwhile, the government’s confidential witness in the case has been making bizarre claims about being the target of a “secret right-wing congressional investigation,” which is causing even left-wing journalists to question his credibility, such as Luke O’Brien, who recently said that the witness is “full of it.”..................
  • Election integrity returns to the national conversation - As we approach another presidential election cycle — one of the most pivotal in our nation’s history — the issue of “election integrity” will rear its ugly head once again, no matter on which side of the aisle you stand.  Without rehashing past elections (local, state, or presidential), it is clear that irregularities have occurred and perhaps determined a winning candidate.  To deny this is naïve. It is no secret that many of our election laws and practices were manipulated by the Democrat party under the guise of mandated “social distancing” during the recent COVID-19 pandemic.  Well, the pandemic is by all accounts over, and life appears to have returned to “normal,” yet the loosened requirements for voter registration and voting remain in many jurisdictions.  Why have we not returned to the pre-pandemic laws and regulations?  The answer is obvious: the laws benefit the voting habits and practices of one political party over the other.................

  • Colorado agrees to settle lawsuit over voter roll corruption - The state of Colorado has agreed that its voter rolls were corrupted, and they needed to be cleaned, reaching a settlement in a lawsuit seeking to do just that. Colorado Public Radio reports the Colorado Secretary of State's office was sued by government watchdog Judicial Watch in federal court earlier..........As a result, the voter totals in multiple counties were falsely high. Officially, in the settlement, Griswold claimed there were no violations, but said the state would try to get the problem fixed.  Part of that will be providing to Judicial Watch public data from a federal survey on an annual basis for the next five years...................

  • Where is the GOP’s election litigation team for the 2024 election? - Say what you will about the Democrat party's election shenanigans, especially in the last two elections, but they did assemble an effective election litigation team for the 2020 presidential election.  The Dems' team, led by former Perkins Coie attorney Marc Elias, caught Republicans flat-footed and scored an impressive courtroom record.  Of 64 cases, Elias won all but one minor case, which was later overturned in his favor.  These cases were crucial in securing "President" Joe Biden's "victory."  Also, in 2020, Elias founded the group Democracy Docket to continue the legal assault on sound and secure voting practices.  In 2021, Elias left Perkins Coie to start his own law firm, the Elias Law Group.........

This week it was announced that the Trump campaign and RNC raised a joint $65.6 million in March alone, bringing cash on hand to $93.1 million. Lara Trump provided greater perspective on this feat as the election is now less than 31 weeks away............

Harmony Requires Definition

By Rich Kozlovich

Definition leads to clarity, clarity leads to understanding, understanding leads to good decision making. Good decision making leads to harmony, and that's why the nation and the Republicans lack harmony.  The failure to properly define the reality going on around them that America is divided into two camps. Those who see America in danger, and work to save it, and those who are putting American in danger, and wish to destroy it.  Those who are endangering America infest both parties.  And as I watch what they say and do, I wonder at their sanity as the consequences of their machinations are obvious to the most casual observer.  Economic ruin and violence.

I've been writing a running a series of commentaries about the 2024 election, and the Gong Show known as the GOP Presidential debates, and it's not been pretty.  These "debates" bore the nation because they're dealing with people who have no business being where they are, doing what they're doing, and are in fact, are clueless losers.

However, perhaps if they actually dealt with real issues maybe it would be different.  Such as this important "elephant in the room" issue that seems to be invisible to all the candidates, the moderators, and the media.   Why did they think banks all over the country are going belly up, a lot more are on the verge, and what needs to be done about it?  I doubt the answers would have been enlightening.

Then again, maybe it's better for them to bicker about Tik Tok, curtains and why Trump would be bad for democracy instead of attacking Biden and the Democrats. That way we got a better insight as to who and what they are, and that’s not been a pretty sight.

There will be no uniting the Republican party as it's currently configured. The Republican's answer to Obama, was John McCain and Mitt Romney. Now.... I just have to ask you ...... why would anyone think they should be called the Stupid Party?

The nation is totally divided between the left, which clearly and openly wants to destroy the American identity, the American culture, the America economy, and in order to impose a tyrannical socialist government on the nation, they must destroy the Constitution. The right knows that as sure as day follows night, and will not stand for it. There can be no compromise as there are no shared values, only conflicting goals and aspirations, i.e., good versus evil.

The answer can only be total victory over the left, and the same is true for the Republican party. Total victory over the RINO's is the only solution to a united Republican party, along with another Tom Delay (The Hammer) as Majority Whip to whip the invertebrate Republicans into line.

Nikki Haley is toast for national politics after this, at least as a Republican, however, I keep asking, where exactly do all these never Trumpers think they're going to go? The Democrats may cater to them for propaganda purposes, but they will never have a seat at that table, and they're now traitors to the Republican base.   I'll tell you what, we’ll come back to that.

As for DeSantis, the truth be told, I don't understand DeSantis at all. While I liked what he'd done and stood for in Florida (although there are those who have serious allegations over some issues) I just can’t understand his thinking.

While I initially thought Trump was making a mistake with his petty attacks against DeSantis, none of that changed the fact Trump was going to be the nominee, because let’s face it. That’s Trump…in spades…so no one really cared.

DeSantis is a smart guy. He had to have understood that. If he was running to negotiate to drop out for a Sec. of State appointment, I would think that could better happen if he openly supported Trump, that, or any other offer, is clearly never going to be on the table.

Was he thinking he was laying ground work for 2028? Then supporting Trump was a far better option. Now, because of his lack of wisdom and insight, I now think his national political aspirations are as dead as John Kasich's. He's just not a weird as Kasich. But being less weird than Kasich isn't all that hard, I've met him.

With all that's gone on the base is just a little bit outraged at him. Nikki Haley is even beating him in some polls. The question that needs asked and answered? Who was DeSantis listening to when he made his decision to run? I think that would be telling.

So, Is there a "moderate" party in the making uniting the Mitt Romney Republicans with the Joe Manchin Democrats? I think there's going to be an effort in that direction, a very short effort, and while if it starts, it will make nice press, but their numbers are too small, there will be insufficient funding, and the only real uniting factor they have is they hate Trump.

That's not a glue that can create, or bind a third party together for a long hard, expensive road to national prominence. They have no shared vision, solutions, or direction. So that’s toast even before it starts, if it even starts.  Furthermore, since they have no shared values, and will all view each other as untrustworthy traitors to their parities .....who will be their leader?

I fear where all this is heading. Those who've written books about historical cycles all agree we're at the end of a cycle, and end of cycle scenarios all show serious issues with economics and violence. We're seeing the economic disaster in the making, and if the economy collapses can violence be avoided? I don't think so. I’m not optimistic. Hopeful, but not optimistic.

Runners, Joggers, and Vocal Spectators: Election 2024, Part V

By Rich Kozlovich

Initially when I started this series the only candidates were Joe Biden, and at that time the DNC made it clear he "would" be their candidate, and a small herd of Republicans who would debate, but without Trump, which of course made the debates meaningless from the start.  Well, that's all changed, and dramatically.  My next two pieces in this series will deal with Democrats and Third Party candidates. The fact is, the title of these articles should now be The Runners, the Delusional, and the Demented.

The nation was once again exposed to another Gong Show, aka, the Third Republican Presidential Debate.   It’s good to be king—or, if you’re Ronna McDaniel, queen of the GOP.  Instead of the expected red wave in 2022 after two miserable years of Biden's corrupt, incompetent, destructive, and traitorous Presidency, they ended up with what Andrea Widburg calls a "red piddle", and a large part of that can be placed at McDaniel's feet, right along with Mitch McConnell, caused by whatever mental disorder that's afflicting them.  Unfortunately that's an chronic infectious plague that's happening throughout the Republican party as noted in this piece, Report from the Sausage Factory, saying:

California RINOs are out to completely gut the state GOP's platform, stripping out all conservative and moral distinctions.......the Platform Drafting Committee of the California Republican Party......produced a new draft platform which represents a sea change in the official positions of the CRP.  It is a stripped down, dumbed down document barely four pages in length and so vague as to be meaningless at best......

<
The second GOP debate was a mess, with pointless screaming matches, and in point of fact, all the debates demonstrated these Republicans are delusional and cluelessness.  Not to mention the serious lack of civility and manners.  And that falls on those from the RNC who are responsible for organizing these Gong Shows.

In these "debates" there has been a lot of petty bickering about nothing, like Haley and Scott over curtains, and the Bickering between her and Ramaswamy, saying he makes her feel "a little dumber" which of course makes one wonder how dumb is she, and how dumb does she think she is?  I'm gonna take a shot here and say, I'm betting they really don't like one another.

What one really has to ask, where was the strong attacks on Joe Biden's corrupt administration?  Where was the outrage over illegal immigration and Biden's deliberate ignoring of court decisions?   Where were the attacks on the Democrat party's efforts to turn America into a  Communist Police State?  Where was the outrage and deep concern over Democrats making America a one party nation via massive and provable levels of

Attacking Trump is much easier I guess.

Non Sequitur Comic Strip for March 13, 1992

blast Joe Biden for letting Iranian Proxies attack U.S. Troops in Iraq and Syria, but that proves even a blind monkey can find a coconut occasionally.   They even want Israel to ‘Finish the Job’ with Hamas.

Here's where the Republicans now stand, and considering their positions and performances, "stands", is a misnomer.

Mike Pence is out, and given his position on things, such as potentially sending in US troops to fight in Ukraine, and blaming Trump and other Republicans for the attack on Israel by Hamas instead of the man most responsible with his stunningly incompetent foreign polices, Joe Biden, that's a good thing.   While at one time I was fooled into believing he was a good man, I now believe that was an error in judgement.  Based on his views, I also think he's either clearly stupid, or he's lying.

Tim Scott has dropped out, and while I think well of him, I have no idea what was in his mind thinking he could become the Republican nominee, and before the rants start, it's clear race has nothing to do with it, and I'm betting he would agree.   Burgum is....well....white, and he had even less chance than Scott, and that was from day one.  I have no idea what he's about, and in my view, neither does he, even if he gets some things right, no one cares, and Asa Hutchinson belongs in the same category.  Why are they still in.  I have no idea, except they like all the attention.  But whether they drop out or hang on, it matters little to the world.

Chris Christie is easy to understand.  He's an arrogant, vicious, nasty egomaniac with nothing to offer but vile and bitterness.  I bet he's really fun at a party.   He actually thinks stalking Trump wherever he goes good politics for his "run" for the nomination. Why is he gong to stalk him?  Because Trump's afraid of him!  So Trump is hiding instead of debating him.  Well, let's see.  Has that worked? Chris Christie Crashes and Burns as Freedom Summit Boos Him, Kills His Campaign by Insulting the Crowd's 'Reprehensible' Beliefs.  Not well it seems, so why is he still in?  Arrogance, and a massive ego that's all out of proportion to his intellect, or level of class, which is all low.

Let's go to Nikki Haley before DeSantis, who is dropping like a stone. Here's a person who you would think having been an excellent ambassador to the United Nations would have a clear and solid vision on what's going on internationally.  You would think that wouldn't you!  Nikki Claims Ukraine Is a ‘Democracy’, and it turns out she's a War Hawk wanting more funding for Ukraine.  Haley is pro-abortion and is condemning Senator Tuberville saying he's using military families to stop the Pentagon's illegal use of taxpayer funds to support abortion.

She does get one thing right in she want's to defund sanctuary cities, and I would think that would include sanctuary states, but the Republican base isn't impressed, and the polls show it.  Her response? She dismisses those polls, and according to her people are tired of Trump, and she can win as a result..  So, she understands the Republican base so well she's decided to turn to desperate never Trumpers, Romney and Ryan for support.  Imagine that!  Well, that shouldn't have surprise anyone. I've said from the beginning, she has history that's unappetizing demonstrating why she can't be trusted.

This post by Andrea Widburg on November 24, 2023, VIDEO: A pro-DeSantis PAC makes a well-targeted attack against Nikki Haley, outlines why she really doesn't like Nikki.   Adding more reasons that demonstrate why she's not to be trusted.  Personally, I not only find her untrustworthy, I think there's something wrong with her mind, much like her neo-con never Trump supporters, all of whom are amoral big government control misfits.  Take a guess who  Pierre Defecto! — Romney Backs?

"Democrats, DeSantis, or Haley Over Trump or Vivek."

And we're shocked...right?  Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) — best known for backing Black Lives Matter, losing elections, and having a fake Twitter account by the name of “Pierre Delecto” — has claimed he would vote for a Democratic candidate over former President Donald Trump or businessman Vivek Ramaswamy in 2024, in fact, Romney went totally over the edge claiming "any Democrat would be an 'upgrade' over Trump".  Now I have to wonder.  Is that a clear demonstration of a man with serious mental/emotional problems?  If it is, and it certainly seems to be so,  the answer to Nikki as a presidential candidate, according to Jeff Crouere is....... NO THANKS NIKKI.

DeSantis has completely lost his way and is done, he just won't admit it.  He's dropping in the polls, his campaign has financial issues, he's losing donors, there are some questionable fundraising issues, (And Here) and there's discontent within his campaign, and he wants to stop drugs from Mexico by launching Missiles into Mexico.  He's demonstrated a complete disregard for Trump voters and a dislike of Kari Lake.

However, there are two things he says the Republican conservative base really like hearing.  If elected here's the trash he'll throw out on his first day in office, and, he says he would not serve as Trump’s VP.   The base really likes that second one.  There is one thing both DeSantis and Haley agree on.  Trump isn't right to be President now.  Imagine that, and they are?

Here's Earick Ward's take on both DeSantis and Haley. DeSantis' Never Trump positions have ended any national runs in the future, and he needs to put the nation first and "man up" and quit.  As for Haley, he thinks she "will go scorched earth (à la Chris Christie) when things don’t go her way in the early primary states."  I agree on both counts.

Vivek Ramaswamy has a spat with Nikki Haley that's still on going, saying she's Dick Cheney in three-inch heels, and he's probably right in that.  But he has some problematic views.  He blames Hamas' Attack on Israel on U.S. Peace Talks with Saudi Arabia, is against a Gaza invasion, and removal of Hamas.   He's gotten some things right calling for a trade shutdown with China amid fentanyl deaths.  Yet at other times he sound like a WEF promoter.  If elected promises no neocons will serve in his administration, rightly calls Climate Change a Cult.  He bought into the Church of Wokeness believing crime is just a mental health issue.   However, he plans to cut these 6 agencies, with no outline on exactly he intends to do that.  Great soundbite.  He has an even better soundbite. He says he can defeat a ‘wounded’ trump.  Yeah, right!  Let's get this right, Vivek is not the guy:

Unfortunately, Mr. Ramaswamy appears to hold some deeply unnerving opinions on trade and immigration, the two issues perhaps most fundamental to solving the problems plaguing our nation.  Indeed, as many conservatives understand, our leadership class's reckless trade and immigration policies have done inestimable damage to America and its future.  Yet, in a recent conversation with entrepreneur Elon Musk, Vivek sounds more World Economic Forum globalist than would-be reformer....

Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee, and watching the lunatics suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome emerge from their moral and intellectual sewers has always been fascinating, and it's only going to get more fascinating.

Barbra Streisand  claims electing Donald Trump will destroy our Democracy, yes but it will save "our" Republic.  She even claims she won't live in America if Trump is elected.  Now there's an excellent reason for hoping he's elected, maybe she can take Susan Sarandon and Cher with her when she leaves. Promises, promises.

Joy Reid of MSNBC,  who suffers from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, calls Trump the "Jim Jones of the MAGA cult", claiming this support of Trump is "a weird devotion".

Imagine that, a far left flaming racist who worships at the Church of Wokeness calling anyone a cultist and claiming anyone's support of anything is a "weird devotion" is.....well....weird!

And they're paying her for this stuff, in spite of the fact when it comes to low ratings, she's the female Jim Jones of cable news'. Now, that's what I really call "weird".

MAGA cultists? Really? How about MAGA Is the New Sons and Daughters of Liberty.  Loyal citizens will only stand for so much, and now more and more loyal Americans are seeing leftist tyranny as commensurate with the tyranny that triggered the American Revolution.  And that's happening all across the board, including blacks who are avoiding Joe Biden like a bad smell "over open borders, vaccine mandates, the transgender agenda, and two-tier justice", and are trending Republican.  When asked:

How likely are you to vote for former President Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election?” 30% of Democrats said “very” or “somewhat likely.” Some 50% of black people agreed, as did 80% of Republicans.

So, are they MAGA "cultists" also?  (Black Democrats Hide from Voters Angry at Biden’s Migration)

Then there's that massive intellect, Rob Reiner, AKA, Meathead, who claims voting for Trump will cause U.S. to 'slip into fascism', and claims America can't survive if Trump isn't convicted,  of something, or for that matter, anything, and third party candidates are destroying democracy. Strange definition of democracy, but then again, I'm betting if you dug deeply enough into the garbage pile of nitwit's mind we'd find he thinks making Obama President for Life would be his definition of democracy.

But the fact is, the more Trump is indicted the more he rises in the polls,.  Furthermore, his favorability is much broader than the media and the political element would claim.  Veterans love Trump, it's the Republican party they find distasteful.

And of course we're all shocked, shocked I tell you, to see that nitwit Never Trumper, Karl Rove, who just about has a monopoly for predictions and analysis that's unendingly wrong, once again misinterprets the polls. It turns out, voters really do want Trump.  No matter what the media touts, and Never Trumpers claim, it's clear, Trump will be the nominee, lawfare indictments notwithstanding, and some are coming to the fore to say so.  That number is going to increase substantially long before the first primaries, those who keep running against him will look like fools, and what will be left of the political careers of some of the most prominent will be like John Kasich and Liz Chaney appearing on MSNBC to share their clabber for people who won't be watching, and don't care what they say.

  • Gingrich on GOP Primary: 'This Race Is Over' - The GOP had it's second debate last night, and I guess the best description I've seen thus far was: "Well, that was embarrassing and perhaps the most humiliating few hours in modern political history
  • Eight Little Voices Jeffrey Folks Based on what we saw in the first GOP debate, it appears that Trump will be the Republican candidate for president.....
  • Indiana Senator Mike Braun Endorses Trump for President. - United States Senator Mike Braun (R-IN) has endorsed Donald Trump for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination. In an interview, Braun said, "Donald Trump is a businessman and outsider... Donald Trump is the candidate capable of returning us to the America First policies that delivered unmatched prosperity and security for the American people," before adding, "I give Donald Trump my endorsement for President of the United States............
  • Enough of the Junior Varsity Debates - However, the charges against Trump are bogus and politicized. Biden’s Justice Department must not determine the GOP presidential nominee, it must remain the decision of Republican Party voters..........
  • Sarah Huckabee Sanders Endorses: ‘Our Country Has Never Needed Donald Trump More’  - Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R-AR) formally endorsed former President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign on Wednesday night right as the third Republican debate began.  Sanders, who served as press secretary in the Trump administration, joined Trump at a rally in Hialeah, Florida, which he held as counter-programming to the Miami debate 11 miles away. Sanders took the stage ahead of the 45th president’s remarks and said, “Our country has never needed Donald Trump more than we do right now.”......
  • Sen. Daines to Rest of GOP Field: Drop Out, Coalesce Behind Trump for President - National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) chairman Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT) is calling on everyone but former President Donald Trump to drop out of the 2024 GOP presidential primary and coalesce behind Trump. “I was surprised, but I think that’s the right move,” Daines said, according to Politico, when former Vice President Mike Pence dropped out of the race on Saturday at the Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) event in Las Vegas, Nevada......

Trump's presidency looks better and better every day:

Do you remember those highway billboards with former President George W. Bush waving and the caption: "Do you miss me yet"? We need a few of those billboards for President Trump. Love or hate him, his presidency looks better and better in comparison every minute.

So, If Trump is elected I truly believe Trump will appoint  a mad dog in the meat market  as his Attorney General, and he will go after these leftist criminals that the Justice Department, and the FBI have been protecting.  Especially the Biden Crime Family, who has "raked in millions of dollars from some of our biggest adversaries, including China and Russia, as well as Romania and Ukraine, while Joe Biden was vice president."  And that will just be the start.

Trump has a position on one issue I find disgusting.  He's willing to negotiate with murders regarding abortion. Abortion is the murder of the unborn innocent, and any deviation from that moral value is corruption at a foundational level, a foundational value that was held sacred for thousands of years.  If one can "negotiate" over such a clear moral principle, what other "values' are negotiable?  The sad thing is this is a problem across the board.

Exclusive — 2024 GOP Candidate Immigration Questionnaire: Hopefuls Explain Vision for Migration Policy Ahead of Debate

By Matthew Boyle and Neil Munro 22 Aug 2023 @ Breitbart News

Editor's Note: I have not requested nor received permission to publish this in full, and will delete it if Breitbart or the Author object.  However, as you read through their answers, at least those who answered, you find they're all supporting all the policies and positions of Donald Trump.  If that's so, and it appears that it is, then the question they really need to answer is this:  If you have nothing to offer different than President Trump's policies, why are you running against him instead of supporting him? RK

Most of the 2024 GOP presidential candidates ahead of the first Republican debate on Wednesday answered an in-depth 10-question immigration policy questionnaire from Breitbart News.

The ten questions were designed to elicit an understanding of how each candidate would approach border security, immigration enforcement, and, perhaps most importantly, the economic impacts of migration policy. This immigration questionnaire is the first issue set in a series of policy-focused efforts Breitbart News will be conducting over the course of the 2024 primary. The questions were sent a little more than a week ago to the top GOP presidential candidates who qualified for the first primary debate.

The campaigns of former President Donald Trump, former Vice President Mike Pence, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis provided in-depth answers to the questions. It’s worth noting that the DeSantis campaign answers came from a spokesman, where the other aforementioned campaigns provided answers directly from the candidate himself or herself.

The campaigns of businessman Vivek Ramaswamy and North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum did not answer the questions but provided statements on the issue of immigration (Ramaswamy from the candidate himself and Burgum from a spokesman for the campaign). The only candidate who did not respond at all was former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, whose campaign spokesman Karl Rickett did not acknowledge receipt of the questionnaire or respond to several follow-up inquiries about it.

The questionnaire was sent to candidates who qualified for the first debate by meeting the Republican National Committee (RNC) polling and donation metrics as of Monday, August 14; hence, former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson—who has since qualified for the debate—was not sent the questions.

Below are the questions (in italics) along with the unedited answers in full from each candidate who answered them. Also below are the quotes Ramaswamy’s and Burgum’s campaigns supplied in lieu of answering the questions.

FORMER PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP

BREITBART QUESTION #1: Will you order the detention of all illegal migrants who are claiming asylum until their cases are decided? What are the specifics of your plan to handle the astounding number of asylum seekers while their cases are decided?

TRUMP: The policy that we had in place in 2020 — including Safe Third Agreements, Title 42, Transit Ban, etc. — allowed us to immediately remove illegal aliens from U.S. soil and categorically invalidate their asylum claims. This is how we defeated the mass migration machine and, for the first time in history, completely eliminated Catch and Release.  In a second term, we will immediately reimplement these policies with the goal of removing all illegal crossers as rapidly as possible from U.S. soil, and as far away from the United States as possible.  At no point will any alien be released into the United States but will instead be detained continuously until the rapid ejection from our country takes place.  The goal is not merely to stop the release of aliens into the United States, but to stop all forms of asylum shopping by making clear that you must seek asylum elsewhere and you will not be granted any form of entry into the United States.

BREITBART QUESTION #2: Should slots for visa workers—including H-1B workers—be awarded on a highest-salary first rule? Please explain your rationale.

TRUMP: In order to protect American STEM workers, we will reimplement all of our historic actions regarding H-1B workers, including the termination of the visa lottery, the non-displacement rule, and the highest salary first rule.

BREITBART QUESTION #3: Americans are getting poorer in large part due to inflation. Why import new workers to compete with them? Will you support cutting legal immigration levels into the United States until wages stabilize for middle and working class Americans? What do you believe are the criteria to become a legal immigrant?

TRUMP: Yes. We will immediately restore the full suite of policies we had in 2020, which includes the  Public Charge regulation, the sponsor vetting and repayment policies (implementing the curbs from the 1996 law), the Travel Ban (which will be expanded further), and the Healthcare 212 Act (barring the entry of new residents who will depend on the state for healthcare). We will also be directing the State Department to implement new ideological screening as well as completing the transformation of USCIS into an agency whose mission is to protect Americans. We will also restore and expand our efforts to ensure integrity and defeat fraud in the naturalization process.

BREITBART QUESTION #4: Will you extend the temporary parole status given to migrants by DHS Secretary Mayorkas and President Biden?

TRUMP: No. All parole will be terminated retroactively and prospectively.

BREITBART QUESTION #5: What is your target number for annual deportations of illegal migrants who are not found guilty of felonies?

TRUMP: To achieve the highest rate of deportation in U.S. history, we will deputize the National Guard as well as state and local law enforcement. We will also invoke the Alien Enemies Act.

In addition, we will resume our historic worksite enforcement and reimplement our Flores regulation to remove family units from the interior. We will also reimplement and expand our policies cracking down on visa overstays.

BREITBART QUESTION #6: Will you implement e-verify nationally?

TRUMP: We must stop people coming illegally into the country from taking jobs from American citizens.

BREITBART QUESTION #7: Will you impose economic sanctions on Mexico—and disturb trade with U.S. companies—if the Mexican government does not cooperate to reduce migration and drugs significantly? What is your target percentage for reduction in the inflow of both drugs and migrants?

TRUMP: YES. The objective of U.S. policy must be to achieve zero illegal immigration, human and drug trafficking.

BREITBART QUESTION #8: Will you reimpose Title 42, Remain-in-Mexico, and the previous administration’s deals with the northern triangle countries to cut migration levels?

TRUMP: YES. We will also be creating a number of new Safe Third Agreements.

BREITBART QUESTION #9: Will you finish the border wall? If so, when is your target date for completion?

TRUMP: YES. All remaining work will be finished immediately. Despite lawsuits and legal delays, almost 500 miles was built—our original goal. We will add another 200 miles which would have been completed in 3 weeks, except for the election results. This was built and ready to place.

BREITBART QUESTION #10: If your policy is to shift immigration towards skilled workers, will you offset any increases in skilled immigration with decreases in unskilled immigration? Do you see a distinction between skilled and unskilled immigration and if so can you explain that distinction?

TRUMP: Whether it’s our H1-B reforms or our Public Charge regulation, our policy will be to prevent any immigration that hurts Americans or American jobs.

FORMER VICE PRESIDENT MIKE PENCE

BREITBART QUESTION #1: Will you order the detention of all illegal migrants who are claiming asylum until their cases are decided? What are the specifics of your plan to handle the astounding number of asylum seekers while their cases are decided?

PENCE: I will reinstate the Trump-Pence “Remain in Mexico” policy (officially known as the Migrant Protection Protocols) whereby we required asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while awaiting the review of their case.

BREITBART QUESTION #2: Should slots for visa workers — including H-1B workers — be awarded on a highest-salary first rule? Please explain your rationale.

PENCE: We need to fix our work visa programs so that they serve American workers. Companies relying on foreign labor must invest in job training for American laborers. We should prioritize work visas on that basis.

BREITBART QUESTION #3: Americans are getting poorer in large part due to inflation. Why import new workers to compete with them? Will you support cutting legal immigration levels into the United States until wages stabilize for middle and working class Americans? What do you believe are the criteria to become a legal immigrant?

PENCE: There are more than 45 million immigrants (legal and illegal) in our country. If we end illegal immigration, we’ll cut that number down by a quarter and American citizens can expect to notice it in their pocketbook as their money no longer gets debased by Bidenflation. Democrats’ policy of open borders has wreaked havoc on the American worker and American families. It’s time that we ensure our immigration laws serve the hard-working Americans who make this country great.

BREITBART QUESTION #4: Will you extend the temporary parole status given to migrants by DHS Secretary Mayorkas and President Biden?

PENCE: No, and in fact I would do the opposite by continuing the work of our administration in rolling back presidential abuse of Temporary Protected Status (TPS). Under the Trump-Pence administration, we ended TPS for El Salvador, Haiti, Nicaragua, Nepal, and Sudan.

BREITBART QUESTION #5: What is your target number for annual deportations of illegal migrants who are not found guilty of felonies?

PENCE: My administration will immediately prioritize deporting all illegal alien criminals or gang members. Additionally, we will end asylum fraud that allows millions of aliens to illegally enter and remain in the United States – and require that people seeking asylum or other entry wait in Mexico or elsewhere outside the United States while their cases are pending. Legislative and administrative amnesty will also be opposed, as will all forms of chain migration except for nuclear families.

BREITBART QUESTION #6: Will you implement e-verify nationally?

PENCE: Yes, and the federal government must pick up the tab for implementation, and not thrust another unfunded mandate on the American people.

BREITBART QUESTION #7: Will you impose economic sanctions on Mexico—and disturb trade with U.S. companies—if the Mexican government does not cooperate to reduce migration and drugs significantly? What is your target percentage for reduction in the inflow of both drugs and migrants?

PENCE: Mexico must be held accountable for the flow of fentanyl that is destroying American families and communities. If Mexico fails to crackdown on fentanyl and mass illegal immigration, I am prepared to make them care with every legally viable tool.

BREITBART QUESTION #8: Will you reimpose Title 42, Remain-in-Mexico, and the previous administration’s deals with the northern triangle countries to cut migration levels?

PENCE: Absolutely. We set the bar in the Trump-Pence administration, including with Remain in Mexico that I negotiated, that every subsequent administration will be judged by. There’s more that I wish my running mate had gotten across the finish line, but those policies must be the new baseline for future Republican presidents.

BREITBART QUESTION #9: Will you finish the border wall? If so, when is your target date for completion?

PENCE: We will build the wall and will target our 250th anniversary as an independent nation while respecting the laws of our nation.

BREITBART QUESTION #10: If your policy is to shift immigration towards skilled workers, will you offset any increases in skilled immigration with decreases in unskilled immigration? Do you see a distinction between skilled and unskilled immigration and if so can you explain that distinction?

PENCE: Immigration policy needs to serve American interests. Our current patchwork system of lotteries and chain migration is broken and in need of serious reform. We should scrap the old, backlogged system and replace it with one that is based on merit so that those who come to this country are ready to participate and contribute to our national greatness.

FORMER SOUTH CAROLINA GOV. NIKKI HALEY

BREITBART QUESTION #1: Will you order the detention of all illegal migrants who are claiming asylum until their cases are decided? What are the specifics of your plan to handle the astounding number of asylum seekers while their cases are decided?

HALEY: I would reinstate “Remain in Mexico,” requiring asylum seekers to wait out their cases in Mexico. That is part of my larger immigration plan, which I rolled out in April, that calls for: 1) Firing Joe Biden’s new IRS agents and hiring 25,000 more Border Patrol and ICE agents. 2) Implementing mandatory E-Verify just like I did as South Carolina governor. 3) Stopping handouts to illegal immigrants and defunding sanctuary cities. 4) Reinstating Remain in Mexico. 5) Ending catch-and-release, starting catch-and-deport. 6) Reinstating Title 42.

BREITBART QUESTION #2: Should slots for visa workers—including H-1B workers—be awarded on a highest-salary first rule? Please explain your rationale.

HALEY: Legal immigration should always uphold our values. That means never encouraging a race to the bottom. We need a system that’s fair and merit-based, first and foremost.

BREITBART QUESTION #3: Americans are getting poorer in large part due to inflation. Why import new workers to compete with them? Will you support cutting legal immigration levels into the United States until wages stabilize for middle and working class Americans? What do you believe are the criteria to become a legal immigrant?

HALEY: Our legal immigration system is broken and we need to be smart about how we reform it. Relying on quotas like we are doing now is not the right approach. We need to bring in immigrants based on merit and based on those who will lift our economy up—not based on some arbitrary number. And of course, we should only allow people to come who follow our laws. The second we stop being a country of laws, we give up everything this country was founded on. If illegal immigrants are not following our laws to get here, there’s no reason to believe they’ll follow our laws when they’re in our country.

BREITBART QUESTION #4: Will you extend the temporary parole status given to migrants by DHS Secretary Mayorkas and President Biden?

HALEY: Backdoor amnesty programs Biden administration is trying to implement will end under my administration.

Under Mayorkas and Biden, our border last year was the worst it’s ever been. We saw record numbers of crossings, migrant deaths, and terrorist suspects. The Biden administration is responsible for this disaster. They’ve reversed key policies like Title 42 and Remain in Mexico and have brought back catch-and-release. A Haley administration will undo the damage they’ve done and finally secure our border.

BREITBART QUESTION #5: What is your target number for annual deportations of illegal migrants who are not found guilty of felonies?

HALEY: As many as we need to get our immigration system under control. But we have to make sure our Border Patrol and ICE workers have the manpower to do their jobs. When I visited 400 miles of the southern border in April, I spoke to local sheriffs who told me Joe Biden’s border crisis has turned them into glorified baby-sitters. That’s crazy. That’s why I have called for firing Joe Biden’s new IRS agents, and hiring 25,000 new Border Patrol and ICE agents.

BREITBART QUESTION #6: Will you implement e-verify nationally?

HALEY: Yes. As governor, I passed one of the toughest immigration laws in America. As president, I’ll make E-Verify the law of the land. (See video)

BREITBART QUESTION #7: Will you impose economic sanctions on Mexico—and disturb trade with U.S. companies—if the Mexican government does not cooperate to reduce migration and drugs significantly? What is your target percentage for reduction in the inflow of both drugs and migrants?

HALEY: In addition to holding China accountable for its role in fueling the fentanyl crisis in our country, we also need to hold Mexico and the cartels accountable. I’ll tell Mexico’s president that he either needs to crack down on the cartels, or we will. We’ll send in our special forces and treat the cartels like the terrorists they are. In my administration, Mexico and China won’t keep poisoning our citizens with fentanyl without consequences. I’ll also restart Remain in Mexico and close our southern border once and for all to stop the flow of illegal immigrants.

BREITBART QUESTION #8: Will you reimpose Title 42, Remain-in-Mexico, and the previous administration’s deals with the northern triangle countries to cut migration levels?

HALEY: Yes. Never forget that Joe Biden created this crisis. He urged migrants to “surge” the border. He caved to the radical wing of his party and reversed policies that were working. Now, Biden has turned every state in America into a border state. The first step to securing the border is to vote Joe Biden out.

BREITBART QUESTION #9: Will you finish the border wall? If so, when is your target date for completion?

HALEY: Yes. Watch a video of me visiting the border wall and talking about what Biden has done.

BREITBART QUESTION #10: If your policy is to shift immigration towards skilled workers, will you offset any increases in skilled immigration with decreases in unskilled immigration? Do you see a distinction between skilled and unskilled immigration and if so can you explain that distinction?

HALEY: The first thing we need to do is to get our southern border under control. We’ve had more than 5 million border crossings since Biden took office. 5 MILLION. That’s as much as the population of Chicago and Philadelphia combined. And that doesn’t even account for the countless “gotaways” who have crossed our border without detection. Now, every state is a border state. Our number one priority needs to be securing our disastrous southern border. Only then can we look at what legal immigrants we should be prioritizing.

SEN. TIM SCOTT (R-SC)

BREITBART QUESTION #1: Will you order the detention of all illegal migrants who are claiming asylum until their cases are decided? What are the specifics of your plan to handle the astounding number of asylum seekers while their cases are decided?

SCOTT: Because of the Biden border surge, CBP and ICE do not have enough capacity to hold every current asylum applicant. When I am President, I will bring back Remain in Mexico and pursue new third-country agreements in Latin America. And I will hire 1,000 new immigration judges so we can slash the backlog, render quick judgments, and stop releasing illegal immigrants into our heartland with a polite request to appear at a hearing that can be years away. But the most important step is to secure our border and ports of entry with a physical wall, military-grade technology, and tens of thousands of new law enforcement agents.

BREITBART QUESTION #2: Should slots for visa workers—including H-1B workers—be awarded on a highest-salary first rule? Please explain your rationale.

SCOTT: All our policies should first and foremost benefit American citizens. Policy around H1-B visas should be driven by the value that skilled workers can provide to the United States and our economy. Of course, the highest value doesn’t always mean the highest pay. We should focus on merit and excellence and attracting people with specific rare skills and forms of expertise that are in short supply and are necessary for America to outcompete China and our other rivals.

BREITBART QUESTION #3: Americans are getting poorer in large part due to inflation. Why import new workers to compete with them? Will you support cutting legal immigration levels into the United States until wages stabilize for middle and working class Americans? What do you believe are the criteria to become a legal immigrant?

SCOTT: I believe any discussion of “reforming” our legal immigration system is premature and moot unless and until we can stop the Biden border crisis and bring illegal immigration under control. Lumping together legal and illegal immigration is a recipe for the kinds of so-called “comprehensive” deals the far left desperately wants. Once my Administration has secured our border and restored our basic national sovereignty, then I will be willing to discuss the legal immigration system.

America is the beacon on the hill. It disproves the lies told by the radical left that America is an evil country. The truth is, our nation is exceptional, that is why so many people from all around the world seek to become Americans.

BREITBART QUESTION #4: Will you extend the temporary parole status given to migrants by DHS Secretary Mayorkas and President Biden?

SCOTT: No. I support efforts in Congress to clarify that DHS does not have broad parole powers.

BREITBART QUESTION #5: What is your target number for annual deportations of illegal migrants who are not found guilty of felonies?

SCOTT: If you’re coming to the U.S. illegally – that’s a felony. I will enforce the law that’s already on the books — which this admin is not doing.

BREITBART QUESTION #6: Will you implement e-verify nationally?

SCOTT: Yes, I previously co-sponsored the Accountability Through Electronic Verification Act of 2015 (S.1032), which would permanently authorize and require employers to use the E-Verify program.

https://www.wicker.senate.gov/2015/6/miss-senators-cosponsor-permanent-e-verify-program

BREITBART QUESTION #7: Will you impose economic sanctions on Mexico—and disturb trade with U.S. companies—if the Mexican government does not cooperate to reduce migration and drugs significantly? What is your target percentage for reduction in the inflow of both drugs and migrants?

SCOTT: I introduced the Fentanyl Eradication and Narcotics Deterrence (FEND) Off Fentanyl Act — a sanctions and anti-money laundering bill aimed at combating the country’s fentanyl crisis by targeting the illicit fentanyl supply chain, from the chemical suppliers in China to the cartels that traffic the drugs in from Mexico.

BREITBART QUESTION #8: Will you reimpose Title 42, Remain-in-Mexico, and the previous administration’s deals with the northern triangle countries to cut migration levels?

SCOTT: Yes. I introduced the Alan T. Shao II Fentanyl Public Health Emergency and Overdose Prevention Act to utilize powers similar to those under Title 42 so that the Department of Homeland Security continues to expedite the processing and removal of migrants illegally entering the country in response to the fentanyl-related public health emergency.

BREITBART QUESTION #9: Will you finish the border wall? If so, when is your target date for completion?

SCOTT: Yes, on day one I will secure the border by ensuring the border wall is completed as soon as possible.

BREITBART QUESTION #10: If your policy is to shift immigration towards skilled workers, will you offset any increases in skilled immigration with decreases in unskilled immigration? Do you see a distinction between skilled and unskilled immigration and if so can you explain that distinction?

SCOTT: I believe in the dignity of all work and I reject the efforts by liberal elites to look down on blue-collar jobs and denigrate manual labor. My mother worked 16-hour days as a nurse’s aide, changing bedpans and rolling patients. With that said, there is no universal human right to move to America, and every area of policy including immigration policy must be built to advance our national interest and benefit American citizens. When I’m President, I will not focus on sorting people into two buckets of “skilled” and “unskilled.” I will focus first on closing our border and ports to illegal immigration, fentanyl, and human trafficking, and only then on building a legal immigration system that works for both American workers and American industries so that we can outcompete China and become even more prosperous.

FLORIDA GOV. RON DESANTIS)

(Note: The answers below were provided by DeSantis campaign spokesman Bryan Griffin.)

BREITBART QUESTION #1: Will you order the detention of all illegal migrants who are claiming asylum until their cases are decided? What are the specifics of your plan to handle the astounding number of asylum seekers while their cases are decided?

DESANTIS CAMPAIGN: Yes. The law requires that, and Ron DeSantis will enforce Remain in Mexico requirements to stop people before they enter. DeSantis will stop the flow of illegal immigration by requiring people to stay in Mexico before they enter the United States. Knowing that asylum claims have been increasingly abused, DeSantis would expeditiously remove all people that the Biden Administration has illegally admitted into the United States.

BREITBART QUESTION #2: Should slots for visa workers—including H-1B workers—be awarded on a highest-salary first rule? Please explain your rationale.

DESANTIS CAMPAIGN: Ron DeSantis believes that the H1-B program has been used to undercut American wages and will work to reform the program to ensure that H1-B visas do not displace or undermine American workers.

BREITBART QUESTION #3: Americans are getting poorer in large part due to inflation. Why import new workers to compete with them? Will you support cutting legal immigration levels into the United States until wages stabilize for middle and working class Americans? What do you believe are the criteria to become a legal immigrant?

DESANTIS CAMPAIGN: DeSantis will seek to reduce immigration that undercuts American jobs and wages. The immigration system should provide a net benefit to Americans, our economy, and our country. DeSantis will also seek to ensure that immigrants are encouraged to support our values and assimilate into the American way of life.

BREITBART QUESTION #4: Will you extend the temporary parole status given to migrants by DHS Secretary Mayorkas and President Biden?

DESANTIS CAMPAIGN: No.

BREITBART QUESTION #5: What is your target number for annual deportations of illegal migrants who are not found guilty of felonies?

DESANTIS CAMPAIGN: Ron DeSantis will order that all DHS authorities and available resources be used to remove everybody with no legal basis to be here and to have their cases adjudicated expeditiously.

BREITBART QUESTION #6: Will you implement e-verify nationally?

DESANTIS CAMPAIGN: Ron DeSantis just signed an E-Verify measure into law that is being implemented in Florida. House Republicans passed an E-Verify measure within HR-2 earlier this year. When a bill is delivered to his desk as President that would strengthen E-Verify, DeSantis will sign and implement it accordingly.

BREITBART QUESTION #7: Will you impose economic sanctions on Mexico—and disturb trade with U.S. companies—if the Mexican government does not cooperate to reduce migration and drugs significantly? What is your target percentage for reduction in the inflow of both drugs and migrants?

DESANTIS CAMPAIGN: As he has said, Ron DeSantis will declare a national emergency on day one, mobilize all military resources, declare the cartels to be narco-terrorists, and change the rules of engagement on the border. The full force of the federal government will be utilized to ensure that illegal drug flow is stopped, and he will bring to bear every tool he has to this end. He will utilize a variety of leverage points to ensure Mexico works with us to stop the flow of narcotics and human trafficking.

BREITBART QUESTION #8: Will you reimpose Title 42, Remain-in-Mexico, and the previous administration’s deals with the northern triangle countries to cut migration levels?

DESANTIS CAMPAIGN: Of course he supports Title 42, but Title 42 is a temporary Band-Aid, and the United States must have permanent turn-away authority. The DeSantis administration will enforce all existing laws and support additional laws to have full turn-away authority at the border. He will enforce Remain in Mexico, stop the flood of phony asylum claims, and detain those whose claims are under adjudication. He will immediately direct the Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security to reinstate Asylum Cooperative Agreements with Northern Triangle Countries.

BREITBART QUESTION #9: Will you finish the border wall? If so, when is your target date for completion?

DESANTIS CAMPAIGN: The southern border has massive gaps and spaces with no barrier at all, and the border wall is nowhere close to being completed. The Biden Administration has clearly exploited this with its open border policies. Ron DeSantis will marshal all necessary resources and begin wall construction on day one. He will build and complete the wall and get the job done.

BREITBART QUESTION #10: If your policy is to shift immigration towards skilled workers, will you offset any increases in skilled immigration with decreases in unskilled immigration? Do you see a distinction between skilled and unskilled immigration and if so can you explain that distinction?

DESANTIS CAMPAIGN: The United States should not have an immigration system that is going to lower wages for working Americans. The level of immigration permitted, skilled and unskilled, should be that which is best for America—and not set according to the demands of foreign entities or political trends. This will be the outlook utilized by the DeSantis Administration when making such policy determinations.

VIVEK RAMASWAMY

As noted above, Ramaswamy did not answer the specific set of 10 questions Breitbart News sent him, but his campaign did provide a lengthy statement from the candidate in response to them. The statement in full from Ramaswamy is included here.

RAMASWAMY: The sole purpose of immigration policy should be to protect the homeland. The interests of American citizens who live on American soil. That’s it. Not humanitarian. With that in mind, we have to secure our southern border by using the US military to close our swiss cheese of a southern border and end the illegal migration crisis. We must end the incentives to illegal migration by ending federal funding for sanctuary cities, federal aid to Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras and other Central American countries until the border crisis is solved. We need these nations to have a sense of urgency to address the problem. When it comes to legal immigration, we need to significantly decrease the number of asylum based applications that are granted. We need to gut the H1-B system, which is bad for everyone involved. The lottery system needs to be replaced by actual meritocratic admission. It’s a form of indentured servitude that only accrues to the benefit of the company that sponsored an H1-B immigrant. I’ll gut it. We need to eliminate chain-based migration which is anti-meritocratic because the people who come as family members are not the meritocratic immigrants who can make skills-based contributions to this country. Merit-based immigration has to include an element of national identity. Which is to say even if you’re getting a visa, you have to pass the same civics test that is required on the backend of citizenship. In the context of any immigration at all we need to officially make English the national language of the United States of America. We are a nation founded on ideals. That means nothing unless we have a common language to express those ideals to one another. We need to weed out ingrates like Illan Omar and Rashida Tlaib who come to this country and complain about it. No. It is a privilege to be allowed to live in the United States of America.

NORTH DAKOTA GOV. DOUG BURGUM

Also as noted above, Burgum’s campaign did not provide answers in response to the specific set of 10 questions Breitbart News sent him. Instead, Burgum’s campaign sent a statement in response to the 10 questions from his campaign spokesman.

BURGUM CAMPAIGN: Governor Burgum has sent National Guard troops to the border because he knows Joe Biden’s administration is failing to do its job,” Burgum’s spokesman Lance Trover said. “As governor, he’s visited the border twice and has pledged to visit the southern border within two weeks as President. He knows that until the border is truly secure the crisis at the border will never end and there can be no true solution to the other immigration issues facing our nation. Let’s start enforcing the law, holding illegal immigrants accountable and stop the flow of fentanyl into our country from the cartels.

FORMER NEW JERSEY GOV. CHRIS CHRISTIE

Christie, as mentioned above, did not answer the questions, and his campaign spokesman has for more than a week not acknowledged receipt of them.
