Trump's civil RICO suit against Hillary Clinton

President Trump filed a civil RICO suit against Hillary Clinton and her junta.  From Trump's RICO case:

"The members of the Enterprise are a group of persons associated together for the common purpose of carrying on an ongoing enterprise; specifically, the Enterprise had a common, unlawful goal of dismantling the Plaintiff's political career and/or impeding his ability to effectively govern through fraudulent, deceptive, and criminal means, including, but not limited to, falsely implicating the Plaintiff, the Trump Campaign, and the Trump Administration as colluding with Russia," the lawsuit states, explaining its RICO case [Full complaint].

The Clinton and Biden Families are criminal enterprises — a continuation of the D.C. swamp's business of organized crime activity.  Laptop from Hell, written by Miranda Devine (NY Post reporter), tells all and incriminates Uncle Joe.  The New York Post's story was canceled and censored as Russian disinformation by the MSM and Big Tech, which affected the 2020 election.

Fifty former senior government intelligence officers, including former CIA director John Brennen and DNI Jim Clapper, opined that the laptop information was Russian disinformation.  Why?  To conceal the criminal actions of federal agencies, including the intelligence agencies in Hillary's soft coup to interfere with the 2016 election, and then to "imped[e] his [Trump's] ability to effectively govern through fraudulent, deceptive, and criminal means" (Trump's complaint; DOJ RICO manuals civil and criminal)............

There is the possibility that Trump's suit could break the logjam of foot-dragging and cover-ups.  Senators Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley recently addressed the Senate on the cover-ups.  The U.S. attorney in Delaware appears to be on a course to indict Hunter Biden that may ensnare President Biden.  Senator Johnson had these pertinent questions for President Biden. ..........To Read More....

BREAKING: Sussmann Attorneys Make Big Move in Durham Case

By Nick Arama | Feb 17, 2022

The Clinton folks must be freaking out, if this latest action is any indication. Attorneys for Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann have just filed a motion to dismiss the case against him for making a false statement to the FBI. They are claiming that the case is “extraordinary prosecutorial overreach,” and that the indictment “fails to state an offense.”  Translation? Too much information is coming out connected to the Clinton campaign in the filings — and that can’t happen.........Nice try, guys; this move isn’t likely to fly — but it’s clear this is making a lot of people nervous.............To Read More....

  • Durham Response to Sussmann Motion to Strike Squelches the Ridiculous Arguments - Nick Arama -  On Thursday, Special Counsel John Durham responded to a motion filed by former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann’s attorneys to strike the factual background part of his Feb. 11 filing about conflicts in the case............Durham declared that there was “no basis” to strike any part of his filing, noting that the factual background was “central to proving” Sussmann’s “alleged criminal conduct.” But Durham also noted that some of that was essential to laying out the potential conflicts that were the point of his Feb. 11 filing..........It’s funny that first, the Sussman lawyers claimed that Durham was saying too much and prejudicing their client, then they flipped on a dime and moved to an argument that he hadn’t said enough. Neither argument is likely to fly............
  • Hillary's 'Comeback' Speech Is a Festival of Deflection, Durham, and DelusionNick Arama - The one thing that you have to say about Hillary Clinton: She sure does have some kind of gall. Her campaign paid — through cut-outs of her lawyers and Fusion GPS — for what became known as the Steele dossier to smear Donald Trump. She then later tried to smear Donald Trump with the debunked Alfa Bank story. We’ve seen now in the Durham probe how it is alleged that her campaign, through operatives, engaged someone to look into the DNS lookups of servers including Trump Tower and the Executive Office of the President to dig up dirt on him to push that Russia connection claim.............
  • 46 Senators Call on Garland to Support Durham Probe of ‘Fraudulent Abuse of the FBI’s Investigative Powers’ Craig Bannister- On Wednesday, a group of 46 senators signed and published a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland seeking assurances that the Department of Justice (DOJ) will provide Special Counsel John Durham with the independence and resources he needs to fully complete his investigation into the origins of the FBI’s seemingly baseless Russian Collusion investigation.....
  • Top House Republican: ‘We are Going After’ FBI & Clinton for Spying on Trump Based on ‘Explosive’ Durham Memo - House Intel Committee Member Rep. Mike Rogers (R-OH) appeared on Fox News to address the Durham findings that the Clinton campaign’s lawyer Michael Sussmann had paid a tech firm to effectively ‘spy’ on the Trump campaign and while Donald Trump was in the White House.......

Damaging Durham Disclosures Have Democrats in Spin Mode

Battle lines are drawn as the establishment picks its story.

The latest disclosures from Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation have politicos and press pundits in a spin trying to craft a compelling narrative that will absolve past and future Democrats of any wrongdoing. In contrast to the media and political hand-wringing that took place during Robert Mueller’s inquiry into the thoroughly debunked Russian Collusion scandal, there is no such lack of decisiveness in this latest chapter.

Should Durham’s claims that the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign conspired to spy on its opponent prove true, former President Donald Trump would be vindicated. The Fourth Estate would have to admit that its coverage of Russiagate went hand-in-hand with the unfair vilification of a sitting president. Perhaps even more damaging is that the Democrat machine would be forced to acknowledge that it was at least partially complicit in a plan to secure the highest office through dishonest means. And for those in the D.C. Swamp, that can never be allowed to happen.

Narrative? What Narrative?

The White House is steering clear of any association with the Durham matter. When pressed on the issue by Fox News’ Jacqui Heinrich, Principal Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre refused flat out to answer a single question. On each of the three questions proffered, Ms. Jean-Pierre demurred and directed further queries to the Department of Justice. The Biden administration is determined to keep its hands clean and its options open for potential fallout – or in politispeak: Ask me no questions, I’ll tell you no lies.

Instead, the White House is leaving this particular job to its friends in the Fourth Estate, who have decided that derision and mockery are the best treatments for a story that may prove to be a bigger scandal than Watergate. The question is: Why not just play it straight and let Hillary Clinton take the hit?

The answer perhaps is twofold.

First, with Joe Biden’s dismal polling numbers, the idea of him running for a second term is starting to look less and less likely. As such, a new candidate must be found to contest the 2024 election. Vice President Kamala Harris is even more unpopular than her boss, so who does that leave? It seems no coincidence that Clinton is set to be the keynote speaker at Thursday’s New York State Democratic Convention, a power move that will be seen by many as a toe in the water for a political comeback.

Second, it appears that the current White House occupant could himself be tarnished by the investigation. Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe recently suggested that both former President Barack Obama and then-Vice President Joe Biden were aware of Clinton’s plans to create a Russian Collusion narrative. Speaking to Fox News, he outlined that former CIA Director John Brennan had:

“… briefed President Obama and Vice President Biden and other members of the national security team about this specific intelligence that John Durham now has about a Hillary Clinton plan to falsely accuse and vilify Donald Trump with a scandal, and the discussion around that and whether or not it was good intelligence.”

If Ratcliffe’s assertion is proven true, there is little doubt a political earthquake would ensue.

No Such Story – Please Try Again Later

John Durham used to have a good reputation across political lines. Significant players in the Obama administration went on record lauding his impartiality and diligence. But not anymore. The media has launched a sustained campaign of debunking and pooh-poohing as many elements as possible of his investigation. Despite not mentioning a single word of the Durham revelations for three days after the news broke, the legacy media is now engaged in a near-constant diatribe against both the character and the content of the special counsel’s work.

Snide remarks, ad hominem attacks, and derisive snorts at any who suggest the investigation may have merit is the order of the day. The Fourth Estate has become an attack dog on this issue in much the same way as it was against the Trump presidency.

Narrative Snapshot

The Russian filmmaker Andrei Tarkovsky once said, “A poet is someone who can use a single image to send a universal message.” Here we have a word rather than an image: Durham. This single name has become a lightning rod that encompasses more than just a political narrative but also a worldview under which all protestations and principles of the past must be jettisoned.

This investigation is the latest line separating people into opposing camps. And perhaps this is the whole purpose of such a crafted and supercilious division. Joe Biden promised unity, but he cannot govern a united people; to enforce a radical agenda that would fundamentally alter the United States requires a reactionary and angered public.

If the standard playbook is in operation, how long will it be before those who give credence to the Durham investigation are labeled far-right conspiracists who are pushing a white supremacist narrative?

Two intriguing points about the Durham allegations

February 16, 2022 By Andrea Widburg

There are few people who have followed the Russia collusion hoax as closely as Dan Bongino.  That's why I made sure to listen to his podcast the Monday after the story broke regarding John Durham's allegations about the Hillary campaign spying on Trump Tower, Trump's apartment, and the White House.  Sure enough, Bongino had a couple of interesting points to make.  Also, I'll share with you my predictions about what's going to happen on the Hillary side of things.

When I wrote about the Durham motion to investigate potential conflicts of interest between Michael Sussmann and his attorney, the law firm of Latham & Watkins, I focused on the core point, which was that Hillary's campaign, acting through the Perkins Coie law firm, spied on Trump.  Bongino, though, had a few more subtle points to make.............. Bongino believes that both Obama and, probably, Biden knew about the spying.  Ruemmler's job, as always, will be to keep Obama clean.  As a power partner at Latham & Watkins, she can be expected to force the "Sacrifice of Sussmann," if need be..............Someone else who's a partner there is Liz Cheney's husband. ...........To Read More....

My Take - I always wondered what was wrong with Liz Chaney's mind.  How could she possibly get so politically stupid by going after Trump in this phony baloney January 6 House investigation?  Now we know, and no matter what positions she may have taken in the past, it seems to me at least, her husband's involvement with this law firm trumped all else.  Before this plays out I'm inclined to believe there will be a lot more corruption exposed.

  • Hillary Clinton denounces 'fake scandal' after Durham snooping revelations - Hillary Clinton denounced a "fake scandal" promoted by former President Donald Trump and Fox News following allegations from special counsel John Durham that a Democratic-allied tech executive worked with an indicted Clinton campaign lawyer to weave a phony Trump-Russia collusion story by gaining access to White House internet traffic............
  • New Poll: Overwhelming Majority of Democrats Want Hillary Clinton Questioned Over Trump Spying Scandal - The Democratic Party faithful typically fall in line with whatever their leaders tell them to think. But the times may be a’changing, if a new TIPP poll involving Hillary Clinton is any indication. “A growing chorus of Democrats believe 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton should be questioned by special advisor John Durham for her alleged role in the Russian secret server scandal in a poll conducted before bombshell revelations that her team spied on Donald Trump’s campaign,” the Daily Mail reported on Sunday..........
  •  Durham scandal: The sheer dishonesty of the media is astounding - For more than six years, the media have set out destroy President Trump with lies. Now there's a report that Trump is profiting like no other president by getting paid for appearances. Really?........It’s as if the journalists have never heard of the Clintons or the Obamas. The Clintons have sold their soul since Bill left office in 2001. Massive funds were paid to them for speaking fees or were donated to the Clinton slush-fund Foundation in return for political favors, including uranium for Russia. ............
  • The corporate media silent on the Durham findings and implications - Wonder why? Whenever there is even any hint of a scandal in Washington, politicians and pundits alike spout the cliched phase that it is ‘bigger than Watergate’ and add the suffix ‘-gate’ to the subject of the scandal. This has been happening for over 45 years. The phrase has been so overused that the proponent sounds like the boy who cried ‘wolf!’ Beyond wordsmithing and perception pushing, the reference to Watergate is the deep liberal yearning to repeat their feat of forcing a Republican president out of office. The key components of the Watergate scandal included a failed attempt at spying on political opponents and an eventual coverup attempt. Finally, after all these years, there may finally be a scandal that is really bigger than Watergate...........Why is this bigger than Watergate? ................
  • On the Dangers of Turning Durham Into a Conservative Mueller - I know we're all excited about the DNS surveillance story. The media is frantically spinning it and conservatives are playing it up with pictures of a scowling Durham. Building cults of personality around prosecutors rarely ends well. And when all is said and done, Durham may disappoint conservatives as much as Mueller disappointed leftists. Just remember that Durham was left alone by Biden's people. That means they don't expect him to nail anyone too big. Whether or not there's a tacit agreement in place, no one is feeling all that threatened by Durham otherwise there would have been a significant campaign to take him down.......
  • Devin Nunes: “They Spied on – the President of the United States – When They Didn’t Find Anything They Made It Up and Framed a Sitting President” (VIDEO)  - Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) joined Sean Hannity on Tuesday to discuss the explosive accusations by Attorney John Durham that Hillary Clinton’s campaign spied on the Trump Campaign and Trump Tower and then later spied on his White House servers. As intelligence expert Kash Patel later added — They must have had help from the NSA in order to do this......
  •  MUST SEE: President Trump Releases New Video – “Justice Is Coming for Hillary” -  On Wednesday President Trump released a new video “Justice is Coming for Hillary.” This past weekend Special Counsel John Durham released proof that revealed the Hillary Clinton campaign and Democrats were spying on Donald Trump’s campaign and later the Trump White House.......
  • Donald Trump Jr.: “This Is Actually Worse than Watergate and Yet All of Those Clowns Are Strangely Silent – They Know They’ve Been Caught” (VIDEO) - Donald Trump, Jr. joined Sean Hannity on Wednesday night to discuss the explosive findings by the John Durham Special Counsel that Hillary Clinton, Democrats and intel operatives were spying on Donald Trump’s home and later the Trump White House. Don Jr. wondered where the mainstream media was on this historic scandal? Why are they so silent?..........213 Comments

Hillarygate: The Never Ending Story

EXCLUSIVE: Biden’s Current SEC Chair Gary Gensler Was Hillary’s 2016 Campaign CFO When Money Flowed from Her Campaign to Pay for the Scandalous Trump-Russia Lie

By Joe Hoft February 14, 2022 228 Comments - Gary Gensler, Biden’s current Head of the SEC, in 2015 and 2016 was running Hillary’s campaign finances at the same time millions flew from her campaign to entities with the sole purpose of making up a Russia collusion story that eventually led to spying on candidate and President Trump. When Hillary Clinton was putting together her 2016 Presidential campaign, she brought in Gary Gensler as her Chief Financial Officer. CNN reported in April 2015: .......To Read More....

Can There Be Any Doubt That Hillary Was Behind The Trump/Russia Collusion Hoax?

I feel that I should comment on the indictment of lawyer Michael Sussman by Special Counsel John Durham while the issue is still current. Very likely you have already read extensively about Durham’s indictment of Sussman, which came down on September 16. Sussman was one of the lawyers, although not the head lawyer, at the firm of Perkins Coie, who worked for the DNC and the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign in 2016.

This indictment is another instance by which we are learning step by step how the Democratic powers and their press side-kicks, through strict control of a “narrative,” think that they can get a critical mass of the American people to believe literally anything, no matter how preposterous. And to a remarkable extent, they are right.

From mid-2016 to mid-2019, we had about three years of non-stop Russia! Russia! Russia! obsession from the Democratic Party and its media adjunct. The stories advancing the narrative numbered in the thousands, and ultimately turned into nothing when Special Counsel Robert Mueller finally issued his report at the end of that period. But how did this whole thing get going and continued for such a long period of time?

On its face, the Sussman indictment appears to be a very odd bird, and by itself not a particularly significant one. The charge is a single count of “lying to the FBI” (18 U.S.C. Section 1001). This statute is a favorite of the feds because almost anyone dumb enough to talk to the FBI can be tripped up on something. The defendant is a relatively small fish in the school of barracudas who had to have been involved in orchestrating the “Trump/Russia collusion” hoax in the 2016 election and thereafter. The “lie” in question is on the seemingly peripheral issue of whether Sussman was working for a client, i.e., the Clinton campaign, or just reporting to the FBI as a public-spirited citizen. Could the FBI really have been fooled about that? And is this really the best they’ve got?

On the flip side, there are some serious indications — although we can’t know for sure — that there is more coming. The indictment gives a substantial narrative of the facts constituting the alleged crime, which is unusual and unnecessary for this sort of indictment. Those facts give plenty of support for a potential inference that the communication to the FBI was part of an orchestrated Clinton campaign initiative to get an easily-compliant press to report the beginning of a federal investigation against Trump. The press wouldn’t just report some unsubstantiated made-up story from the campaign, but if the FBI was investigating, now that would be a story. So the FBI needed to be enlisted, for the benefit of one campaign against the other.

Could that really have occurred without the candidate’s knowledge and approval?

And then separately, we have the previously-little-noticed matter of the departure of Marc Elias from Perkins Coie on August 22, just three weeks before the Sussman indictment. Here is Perkins Coie’s announcement of the Elias departure. Elias was the lead lawyer for the Clinton campaign and DNC in the 2016 cycle. Supposedly, the reason for the departure was to give Elias “the independence to broaden [his] advocacy and types of matters on which [he] works.” In other words, we are supposed to believe that, while at Perkins Coie, Elias had sufficient independence to do political work up to and including representing the DNC and the Clinton presidential campaign, but now he needs to leave to do some other and presumably more important election law work that just can’t be done at Perkins Coie? Not likely. More probably, Elias is in negotiations with Durham; and Perkins Coie didn’t want to see one of its current partners indicted, let alone plead guilty to something.

In case you need any reminding, Hillary was very personally and actively involved in publicly promoting the idea, both at the time of the 2016 campaign and thereafter, that Trump was somehow working with or for Putin and Russia. The earliest accusation by Hillary herself on the subject that I can find appeared in the New York Times on September 5, 2016, about two months before the election. In July of that year, there had been a release of a collection of DNC emails, which had showed the DNC co-ordinating with the Clinton campaign to disadvantage Bernie Sanders in the 2016 primary season. The DNC email release was often attributed in the press to a Russian hack, although I have never seen any proof of that, and I’ve always thought that the better theory was a leak by an unhappy (and probably Bernie-supporting) DNC insider. Anyway, here’s Hillary in July 2016:

“It’s almost unthinkable,” Mrs. Clinton said on Monday, referring to what she called recent “credible reports about Russian interference in our elections.” . . . “We’ve never had the nominee of one of our major parties urging the Russians to hack,” Mrs. Clinton said in a news conference. . . . The comments, Mrs. Clinton’s most extensive yet on one of the more unusual subplots of the presidential campaign. . . .

The meeting between a Clinton campaign lawyer and the FBI set forth in the Sussman indictment took place on September 19, 2016. The story allegedly weaved by Sussman at the FBI meeting, about supposed communications between Trump and Russia’s Alfa Bank, and an FBI investigation of same, became public in a story in Slate on October 31. But meanwhile, at the October 19 presidential debate Hillary used the occasion to make an explicit accusation against Trump of being a “puppet” of Vladimir Putin. That accusation was not specifically connected to the July 2016 DNC “hack.” From Reuters, October 19, 2016:

During Wednesday’s presidential debate, Trump said he did not know Putin but would likely get along better with the Russian leader than Clinton, a former secretary of state. . . . Clinton responded: ”Well that’s because he’d rather have a puppet as president of the United States.”

After the election, and even more so after the inauguration in January 2017, the press started going crazy with the Trump/Russia collusion story. In a post on March 2 of that year, I noted that “the New York Times has easily had several dozen articles since the election about the supposedly nefarious relationship between President Trump and/or his team and Russian officials.” Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller was appointed in May of that year. And through it all, Hillary Clinton was very much personally involved in fanning the flames of the Trump/Russia collusion story. For example, from the Washington Post, September 12, 2017:

USA Today's Susan Page, in an interview published late Monday night, asked Clinton whether she thought Trump associates colluded with Russia. And Clinton broke with many in her party by offering a pretty unvarnished answer in the affirmative. “There certainly was communication, and there certainly was an understanding of some sort.” . . . .

And who can forget Hillary’s op-ed in The Washington Post on April 24, 2019, commenting on the Mueller Report shortly after its issuance:

[T]he president of the United States has proved himself unwilling to defend our nation from a clear and present danger. . . . This is . . . an administration that refuses to take even the most minimal, common-sense steps to prevent future attacks and counter ongoing threats to our nation. . . . [U]nless he’s held accountable, the president may show even more disregard for the laws of the land and the obligations of his office. He will likely redouble his efforts to advance Putin’s agenda . . .

So will the Durham investigation actually get to Hillary? After all, merely accusing the opposing campaign on no basis whatsoever of being in cahoots with Russia would not be a crime. Enlisting the FBI on false pretenses in advancing the accusation would be a crime. But of course, Hillary did not meet with the FBI herself. Reaching her will require the cooperating testimony of an Elias or a Sussman or both. Will they turn?

Meanwhile, as I commented repeatedly while it was going on, the idea that Russia was working to advance Trump as President over his Democratic rivals never made a bit of sense. From my post of February 25, 2020:

There is zero chance that Putin prefers President Trump over any of his potential Democratic opponents. The reason is simple. All of the Democratic candidates propose to hobble and cripple the U.S. fossil fuel industry. Trump supports the expansion of the U.S. fossil fuel industry. The U.S. fossil fuel industry is what has driven down the price of Russia’s oil and gas exports by about half in the last several years, costing Russia and Putin hundreds of billions of dollars, and severely restricting Russia’s ability to continue to be a player on the world stage.

And now that Vlad has a Democrat back in the White House, the suppression of the U.S. energy economy, to the benefit of Russia, is back in full swing. According to data from the U.S. Energy Information Agency, Russia’s exports of oil and related products to the U.S. have surged during 2021, up to 847 thousand barrels/day in the latest reporting month of June, up from 453 barrels/day in February, immediately after Biden took office. Russia has moved into second place among nations who export oil to the U.S., behind only Canada and well ahead of any member of OPEC. ( Saudi Arabia is in a distand third place at 576 thousand barrels/day.)

Here is the EIA chart of U.S. imports from Russia of “crude oil and petroleum products” in thousands of barrels per day from 2004 through June 2021. You can make your own judgment on whom Putin would rather have in office.

Trouble for Joe? Hillary's Emails Are Resurfacing.

Beth Baumann  Oct 10, 2020

\Every election cycle there's some sort of "October surprise." It's when campaigns release the dirt they have on their opponent, in hopes of flipping some voters. But not every election surprise has to come from a campaign.

In fact, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Friday said the State Department is getting closer to releasing emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private email server. You know, the ones that contained classified information that should have been safeguarded?

“We’ve got the emails, we’re getting them out. We’ll get all of this information out so the American people can see it,” Pompeo told Fox News' Dana Perino. "We're going to get all this information out so the American people can see it. You'll remember there was classified information on a private server, should have never been there, Hillary Clinton should never have done that, that was unacceptable behavior."..........To Read More.....

Pompeo Says State Department Will Release Clinton Emails, Likely Before Election

By Ivan Pentchoukov October 9, 2020

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Friday said that the State Department will release Hillary Clinton’s emails and hinted that the disclosure may come before Election Day.

“We’ve got the emails, we’re getting them out,” Pompeo told Fox News on Oct. 9. “We’re doing it as fast as we can. I certainly think there’ll be more to see before the election.”  “We’re going to get all this information out so the American people can see it. You’ll remember there was classified information on a private server, should have never been there, Hillary Clinton should never have done that, that was unacceptable behavior,” Pompeo added.

Clinton’s use of an unauthorized private email server to conduct government business during her tenure as the secretary of state became a major issue in the 2016 election. Then-FBI Director James Comey exonerated Clinton of any wrongdoing in July 2016 after a yearlong inquiry which focused on whether she mishandled classified information...........To Read More.....

Obamagate: President Trump Goes After Obama

The treasonous investigators and their instigator become the investigated.

Daniel Greenfield 12

May 10, 2020. "OBAMAGATE!"

That's when President Donald J. Trump tweeted the one word, all-caps, one exclamation mark, that changes everything. A day earlier, the president had also tweeted Jesse Watters' video, titled ‘Obamagate’ – the scandal at the epicenter of American politics that has had many names: “Russiagate”, the “Russia Hoax”, “Spygate”, but it’s only fitting that it should end with its true name.

This was never about the Russians and the spies were cogs in a machine who were following orders.

One man, not some nebulous organization or unaccountable bureaucracy, pushed the lever and decided to use the machinery of law enforcement and intelligence agencies to suppress the political opposition............To Read More.....

New Evidence Unveils Disturbing Facts About Hillary's Email Scandal

FBI is implicated in destroying evidence to benefit Clinton.

August 2, 2019 Deborah Weiss 108

In breaking news, the American Center for Law and Justice or ACLJ (Jay Sekulow's organization, not related to his role as the President's attorney), has obtained actual copies of the immunity agreements pertaining to Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson in the Hillary email scandal. This was a stunning litigation win, hard-fought after years of litigation by the ACLJ attorneys, who were unable to extract the documents through the normal FOIA processes, due to a lack of cooperation by the government.

In reviewing what the agreements uncovered, keep in mind that Cheryl Mills was Secretary Clinton's Chief of Staff at the State Department and then bizarrely, she subsequently served as Clinton’s attorney, representing her in the email scandal.  Heather Samuelson worked on Hillary Clinton's 2008 campaign, and then became a Senior Advisor to her at the State Department, as well as the White House liaison. Somehow, she also became one of Clinton's personal attorneys during the email scandal.............To Read More......

Obama White House Tracked FOIA Request For Hillary Emails That Was Improperly Denied

Chuck Ross

Emails released to Judicial Watch show for the first time that the Obama White House kept tabs on a FOIA request for information on Hillary Clinton’s emails that was improperly rejected by the State Department.

The State Department claimed in May 2013 in response to the FOIA request that no responsive records existed. The agency’s internal watchdog later determined that denial to be ‘inaccurate and incomplete’ since Clinton used a personal email account to conduct State Department business.

“These documents suggest the Obama White House knew about the Clinton email lies being told to the public at least as early as December 2012,” says Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton. The Obama White House kept tabs on a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for information on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email accounts that the State Department improperly denied, according to newly released emails.

The emails, which were provided to Judicial Watch, show for the first time that the Obama White House was aware of the Clinton-related FOIA request, which the liberal watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) submitted to the State Department in December 2012.

The State Department denied the request in May 2013, claiming that no responsive records existed. That despite officials at the State Department, the White House and even President Obama himself knowing that Clinton used a personal email account for government business.............To Read More.....

Clinton Projection Syndrome

Victor Davis Hanson May 02, 2019

Hillary Clinton recently editorialized about the second volume of special counsel Robert Mueller's massive report. She concluded of the report's assorted testimonies and inside White House gossip concerning President Trump's words and actions that "any other person engaged in those acts would certainly have been indicted."

Psychologists might call her claims "projection." That is the well-known psychological malady of attributing bad behavior to others as a means of exonerating one's own similar, if not often even worse, sins.............

The Russians rightly assumed that Steele would lap up their fantasies, seed them among Trump-hating officials in the Barack Obama administration and thereby cause hysteria during the election, the transition and, eventually, the Trump presidency. Russia succeeded in sowing such chaos, thanks ultimately to Clinton, who likely had broken federal laws by using a British national and, by extension.......... Given the Steele travesty and other past scandals, it is inexplicable that Clinton has not been indicted.

Her lawlessness first made headlines 25 years ago, when she admitted that her cattle futures broker had defied odds of one in 31 trillion by investing $1,000 from her trading account and returning a profit of nearly $100,000...........The reason that foreign oligarchs are no longer donating millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation, and that Bill Clinton is not being offered $500,000 for speaking appearances in Moscow, is simply because Hillary Clinton is not secretary of state.............As secretary of state, Clinton also sidestepped the law by setting up a home-brewed email server............

In truth, Clinton was at the heart of the entire Russian collusion hoax................For much of her professional life, Hillary Clinton had acted above and beyond the law on the assumption that as the wife of a governor, as first lady of the United States, as a senator from New York, as secretary of state and as a two-time candidate for the presidency, she could ignore the law without worry over the consequences........To Read More....

My Take -  To quote Clinton: "any other person engaged in those acts would certainly have been indicted."  And yet the media screams the President isn't cooperating with Nadler, Schiff and the rest of the leftist loons in Congress.  They demand all sorts of documents and testimony for the purpose of finding something to promote impeachment.  It takes a court order to obtain private information, and that order has to be based on a crime that's been committed.  They have yet to demonstrate there's any evidence Trump has committed a crime.  Yet here we have Hillary and her whole cabal of traitors with known and provable crimes and they're completely ignoring those actual and provable crimes.

It's my belief the House will turn over again after the 2020 election, and then the investigation about real crimes will begin, if they've not already begun.

Hillary aide under oath: Yes, we used unsecure email for State business

Jacob Sullivan made statement in court-ordered deposition
WND EXCLUSIVE

Jacob Sullivan, who was Hillary Clinton’s deputy chief of staff while she was U.S. secretary of state, has confirmed under oath that both he and Clinton used her private, unsecure and unapproved email system for official government business.  It’s not that that’s been a secret.  But the statement was made in a deposition for a lawsuit by government watchdog Judicial Watch.

The organization has been fighting for years to uncover the truth about Clinton’s mishandling of classified information, which former FBI Director James Comey thought unworthy of prosecution despite concluding she had been “extremely careless.”

“A federal court wants answers on the Clinton email scandal and Mr. Sullivan is one of many witnesses Judicial Watch will question under oath,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “It is shameful that the Justice and State Departments continue to try to protect Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration on the email scandal.”...........Lamberth’s deposition order includes former the former U.N. ambassador and national security adviser Susan Rice and former deputy of national security Ben Rhodes.........Read More

My Take - As this expands the mice are going to scramble to save themselves and the rats will be exposed, and it will ultimately lead to Obama.  What did President Obama know and when did he know it.  "Let's Make a Deal".

The Perez Principle

The Democrats’ national chairman has been promoted far beyond his talents, and it shows. Plus, various items from hither and yon.

byScott McKay April 29, 2019

You’ve no doubt heard of the Peter Principle, which holds that in any large organization individuals will rise in the hierarchy until they ultimately reach a level beyond their competence to adequately perform their jobs.   The theory, first put forth in a 1969 book by Laurence J. Peter, was intended chiefly to describe corporate structure — but it surely also applies to politics.   And particularly in the Democrat Party, which puts the principle on steroids by turbocharging it with identity politics.

Consider the case of that party’s current chairman Tom Perez, a former hardcore leftist lawyer from the Department of Justice who ended up as the Labor Secretary in the second term of the Obama administration — you remember that time, right? That was when the president assured us that manufacturing jobs and rising wages were a thing of the past and we had to accept the New Normal of sclerotic economic growth and increasing welfare dependency........To Read More.....

Convinced of a Hillary Victory, They Thought Nobody Would Ever Know

Too bad for Comey Co. they didn’t have a backup plan.

An administration siccing the surveillance state on the opposition party’s presidential candidate based on dubious reports compiled by the favored presidential candidate’s campaign ranks as a terribly reckless strategy risking the future freedom of its architects for their future power, no?
“Not if you think you will win the election and no one will ever find out,” an animated Joseph diGenova tells The American Spectator. “That’s why they did it. They thought she would win and no one would ever find out.”
Alas, Hillary Clinton did not, as so many expected, win the presidency. So, the incoming administration, investigated by dubious means, got to see what the Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee, and various Justice Department officials believed it would never see.

DiGenova, a former U.S. attorney and independent counsel tasked with investigating the George H.W. Bush administration’s accessing of candidate Bill Clinton’s passport file, believes the malfeasance surrounding the Department of Justice securing warrants to electronically surveil Donald Trump adviser Carter Page rose to a criminal level. And he thinks the conflict of interest inherent within tasking the Justice Department investigating criminal wrongdoing within the Justice Department strikes as just the type of situation imagined when the Office of the Special Counsel was created...........To Read More.....

49 abominable facts about Hillary the media won't tell you

Posted September 03, 2016 09:33 AM by Jen Kuznicki

If you listen to the news, the only real reporting being done about Hillary Clinton has to do with her email scandal. Even though she violated the Espionage Act, the FBI refused to prosecute. Her family’s foundation is under heavy scrutiny. But did you know these other important points about Hillary’s life-long run to the White House?.......To Read More...

Saul Alinsky

  1. During her college years at Wellesley, Hillary Clinton formed her political ideology as a close friend and confidant of Saul Alinsky, the Marxist firebrand who resurrected the “Communist Manifesto” and urged young liberals to agitate and create unrest to establish communist ends.
  2. Hillary Clinton’s senior thesis at Wellesley College was locked at her husband’s request during his time as president. The 92-page thesis was about Alinsky, with whom Clinton shared a mentor/apprentice relationship.
  3. According to NBCNewsDavid Brock called Hillary “Alinsky’s daughter” in his 1996 biography, “The Seduction of Hillary Rodham.”
  4. Hillary Clinton wrote in her thesis, “Much of what Alinsky professes does not sound ‘radical.’” This, coming from the man who dedicated his book, “Rules for Radicals” to Lucifer, “the first radical.”
  5. To read a more in depth article about Hillary and Saul Alinsky, read, “Alinsky’s Daughter: Here’s the truth about Hillary the media won’t tell you.”

Leftist Law Firm

  1. After college, Hillary searched for a leftist “movement” law firm and secured a spot at Treuhaft, Walker and Burnstein.
  2. Treuhaft was a former Communist Party member who defended the Black Panthers and other radical leftist groups.
  3. Walker was an avowed Communist until the day she died, and was notorious for successfully defending Angie Davis, a California Communist, on conspiracy murder charges. Davis purchased two firearms two days prior to an armed takeover of a county courthouse. While governor, Ronald Reagan barred Davis from teaching at any California University because of her militant communist beliefs. Walker made a living defending Communists against the Smith Act.
  4. Burnstein was a defender of leftist radical protesters, taking the side of the Communists in Vietnam.
  5. Hillary claimed to work on a child custody case only at the radical firm, but others recall differently. “We did a lot of conscientious-objector work,” during the Vietnam War.
  6. Why did Hillary go to Treuhaft, Walker, and Burnstein? Carl Bernstein quoted Treuhaft as saying, "The reason she came to us, the only reason I could think of because none of us knew her, was because we were a so-called Movement law firm at the time.

Israel

  1. As a college student, Hillary embraced the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) and admired its leader Yassar Arafat, once defending him as a “‘freedom fighter’ trying to free his people from their Israeli ‘oppressors.’”
  2. In her run for senator from New York, Hillary claimed she had Jewish roots by bringing up her grandmother’s remarriage to a Jewish man.
  3. In reaction to seeing a menorah in a friend’s home, Hillary wouldn’t get out of her car, and friends heard Bill explain, "I'm sorry, but Hillary's really tight with the people in the PLO in New York. They're friends of hers, and she just doesn't feel right about the menorah."

Whitewater Scandal

  1. As partners in the Rose Law Firm, Hillary, Bill, and Jim and Susan McDougal participated in a pyramid scheme that used fraudulent real estate loans involving inflated appraisals to circumvent federal law. By the time the FBI investigated, every single person involved was indicted or destroyed except Bill and Hillary. Power Line reported in March 2015:

Clinton, working with Webster Hubbell and Vince Foster, stole hard copies of the billing records of the Rose law firm where they were partners. They erased the electronic version of these records. One set of these documents was later found in the White House, just outside Hillary’s private office, by an employee. Another set was found in Foster’s attic by his widow, some years after he committed suicide. Clinton’s time sheets (handwritten, as was the practice back in the day) were never found.

Fighting for Women

  1. While an attorney in Arkansas, Hillary defended a child rapist, knew he was guilty, but impugned the character of the 12 year old victim anyway, which would send the now-52 year old woman on a path to a life of drugs and crime. Hillary claimed the girl actively sought out “older men,” and had a reputation as a liar. In an interview, Hillary talked about having the rapist take a lie detector test, which he passed, and laughing, Hillary said, “Which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs.”
  2. Hillary successfully defended a 300 lb man who obviously beat his girlfriend, and got the case thrown out on a technicality.
  3. Juanita Broaddrick claimed she was raped by Bill Clinton, Paula Jones won a $850,000 settlement when she accused Bill of sexual harassment, and Kathleen Willey accused Bill of sexual assault. In each of these cases, and many more, Hillary hired private detectives to dig up dirt on Bill’s accusers in order to destroy their stories, and keep Bill on his path to the White House, as told by biographer Carl Bernstein, former aide George Stephanopoulous, and former Clinton aide Dick Morris.

Black Lives Matter

  1. Hillary has said that white people have to, “recognize our privilege and practice humility.”
  2. To BLM rioters she said, “We need you. We need the promise of a rising generation of activists and organizers who are fearless in your advocacy and determination.”
  3. The Black Lives Matter founder from Worchester, Massachusetts, once complained to Hillary, “Until someone speaks the truth to white people in this country so that we can actually take on anti-blackness as a founding problem in this country, I don’t believe that there is going to be a solution. What in your heart has changed that’s going to change the direction of this country?” Hillary responded, “I don’t believe you change hearts, I believe you change laws. You change allocation of resources. You change the way systems operate,” indicating that she would change government to implement BLM’s demands.

Muslim Brotherhood

  1. Hillary backed the Muslim Brotherhood’s Mohammed Mursi. Incidentally, on the way to meet with Mursi, Hillary, was pelted with tomatoes while the Egyptians chanted, “Monica, Monica!”
  2. Hillary’s top aide, Huma Abedin, has well-established ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
  3. Hillary sided with the second official-of-record of the Muslim Brotherhood in Libya and discussed what could be done to hamper Qaddafi. “Hillary’s war,” as identified by U.S Navy Rear Admiral Charles Kubic, ended in destabilizing Libya and enhancing the Muslim Brotherhood and ISIS.

Gun Control

  1. Hillary believes that Second Amendment proponents are a “minority” of people, and that their viewpoint is “terrorizing” the American people.
  2. Hillary not only wants to make gun ownership illegal for many, but would allow gun manufacturers to be sued by those who have been shot by a legally owned gun. This would include those committing crimes on private property.
  3. Hillary said that the Supreme Court is wrong about the Second Amendment, referring to District of Columbia v. Heller, which struck down the D.C. gun ban and ruled that individuals have a fundamental right to gun ownership under the Second Amendment.

The First Amendment

  1. Hillary has condemned the Citizens United court ruling and wants a constitutional amendment to overturn it. The Citizens United case hinged on the right to free speech and censorship of opposing views. Justices looked at the FEC ban as akin to book burning, and the court ruled that the FEC could not limit political speech.
  2. After four American lives were lost in Benghazi, Hillary Clinton blamed Nakoula Basseley Nakoula for a film he made about Islam. Hillary further falsely claimed the attack was in response to said film. To Charles Woods, the father of one of the deceased at Benghazi, Hillary said, “We will make sure that the person who made that film is arrested and prosecuted.” Nakoula was immediately jailed for over a year.
  3. She has every intention of using the full power of the federal government to snuff out religious liberty.
  4. Hillary has a long history of faulting or trying to ban movies, music, and video games for the actions of criminals.

Abortion

  1. Hillary’s view is that people’s religious beliefs have to be changed when it comes to abortion. “Laws have to be backed up with resources and political will,” she explained. “And deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed.”
  2. Hillary believes that an unborn child — just hours before delivery — has no constitutional rights, i.e., no right to life.
  3. Hillary praised her husband Bill for vetoing a partial birth abortion ban. Partial-birth abortion is exactly what it implies, a child is pulled feet-first out of the mother's womb past the navel and the abortionist punctures the skull of the baby, inserts a powerful vacuum, and suctions the baby's brains which collapses the skull and the child is pulled the rest of the way and discarded. At the time of the veto, the Clintons claimed it was a procedure to protect the health and life of the mother, but a prominent abortion advocate said at the time that the information given to the public was intentionally misleading.
  4. Hillary wants more funding to go to the abortion giant and butcher shop, Planned Parenthood.
  5. Hillary wants to overturn the Hyde Amendment, which is intended to ban government funding for abortion.

Immigration

  1. Hillary’s voter registration leader for her campaign is an illegal immigrant.
  2. Clinton wants to increase Syrian refugees coming into America from 1,500 to 65,000.
  3. At the Univision Democratic debate in March, Hillary said, “I am committed to introducing comprehensive immigration reform and a path to legitimate citizenship within the first 100 days of my presidency.”
  4. Hillary would allow illegal immigrants to obtain health insurance under Obamacare.

Much More

  1. Hillary’s first solo legal case was in defense of a canning corporation when a man found the back end of a rat in his pork and beans. Affectionately known as the “Rat’s ass case,” Hillary claimed it would be considered food in some countries.
  2. Grateful for Hillary’s help in his presidential run, President Jimmy Carter put her in charge of Legal Services Corporation, a federally funded nonprofit, whose budget under Hillary would swell from $90 million to $321 million. Investigators from the General Accounting Office found that during her leadership, those involved with the LSC were, “uniquely reprehensible.”
  3. In 1978 and 1979, Hillary turned a $1,000 investment into $98,540 in less than one year trading cattle futures under the guidance of a Tyson Foods outside attorney. Tyson Foods, under state law, was supposed to dispose of its chicken manure properly, but the state’s governor, Bill Clinton, never enforced the law. Five years later, seepage from the waste contaminated a community’s drinking water and made people sick. It took Bill Clinton 15 months to declare the town a disaster area.
  4. In two years, 2013-2015, Hillary made $2.9 million in speaking fees from large corporations including $675,000 from Goldman Sachs.
  5. In her commencement speech at Wellesley, Hillary quoted her mother as saying, “You know I’ll always love you but there are times when I certainly won’t like you.” In 1993, in an interview with the New York Times, Hillary attributed that exact quote to her father instead.
  6. Hillary was “the first presidential spouse to be subpoenaed. Bill and Hillary Clinton are the first and only first couple to be fingerprinted by the FBI.”
  7. Hillary was at the center of “Travelgate” during her time as first lady. The controversy surrounded seven people who were fired in the office and replaced with her cronies.
  8. Hillary claimed she came under sniper fire during a trip to Bosnia. That claim was easily debunked by Sharyl Attkisson who was accompanied Hillary’s trip as a member of the press. Hillary twice tried to make the silly suggestion stick before the media caught up with her.
  9. Hillary hailed the television channel Al Jazeera and said its viewership was going up in the U.S. “’because it’s real news. You may not agree with it, but you feel like you’re getting real news around the clock.’ She said it was ‘changing peoples’ minds and attitudes. And like it or hate it, it is really effective.’ U.S. news, she added, was not keeping up.”

Hillary is a radical's radical, a compulsive liar, and is intoxicated by the accumulation of wealth and power. Her Marxist ideology and belief that destroying this nation from within is what has motivated and propelled her to become president of this nation. Anyone considering voting for this destroyer should have their heads examined.
